Best for: High rollers
Winna has no welcome bonus at all, pays rakeback every seven minutes instead and asks for just 1x deposit turnover before a withdrawal, yet its $10,000 daily cash-out cap sits awkwardly with a pitch built around high rollers. Provably fair Originals, 13 coins and fast chat support count in its favour; a split reputation, with high safety scores on one side and a hidden Trustpilot rating and recurring withdrawal disputes on the other, holds the score down.

Who is behind Winna: licence, operator and track record
Winna launched in mid-2024 and is run by GG Gaming of Costa Rica, from offices on Boulevard Ernesto Rohrmoser in Mata Redonda, San José. The owner is registered as GG Gaming S.R.L. and the operator as GG Gaming LLC. The terms are governed by Costa Rican law, and player disputes go to the EGIS dispute service.
The casino is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, the gaming regulator of the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada. Winna does not display a licence number on its pages, but an independent review reports that the regulator’s validator showed the licence as valid for winna.com on 30 September 2026, held by GG Gaming S.R.L. and running until 8 May 2027. Tobique is a light-touch licence with limited recourse for players, and no Tier-1 licence such as the MGA or UKGC applies. One earlier dispute service stopped accepting Winna cases, and a complaint filed under the Tobique licence was closed without an answer. Tobique does run a cross-site self-exclusion programme for players who want to block themselves from all its licensees.
The terms exclude 35 countries and regions, among them the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Israel, Russia, China, Australia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, Syria and Yemen, plus Ontario and New Brunswick in Canada and the US state of Ohio. Winna also reserves broad rights to withhold or confiscate funds on suspicion of a breach, and withheld or blocked withdrawals are the main theme of player complaints.
The trust signals point in opposite directions. Casino.guru gives Winna a Safety Index of 9.3/10 and finds no unfair clauses in its terms, yet rates user feedback as Bad and logs 38 complaints, 11 resolved and 27 rejected. Those complaints describe delayed or stuck withdrawals, accounts closed after a self-exclusion request, deposit requests that kept arriving after self-exclusion and ignored messages. Complaints are player accounts rather than proven breaches, but these themes repeat across platforms. AskGamblers rates the casino 6.5/10 on CasinoRank and shows four complaints, all marked resolved, although their texts describe withheld withdrawals and unresponsive support.
Trustpilot has hidden Winna’s TrustScore for a breach of its guidelines and removed some fake reviews; of the 679 reviews left, 47% are five-star and 44% one-star. In September 2026 an independent watchdog issued a warning about large withdrawal and fairness disputes, including one over a private build of the Slide game. A February 2026 inquiry into a wave of “Winna scam” searches found no hard evidence of fraud, alongside positive player reports of quick cash-outs.
Payout reliability and verification checks
Winna markets withdrawals as instant. Independent tests recorded anything from about ten minutes to a few hours, including a Litecoin payout that arrived within a few hours, and the casino’s payment policy allows a 24-hour processing window, with verification usually completed within 72 hours and large withdrawals taking longer.
The standard limit is $10,000 per 24 hours, which a VIP host can raise. Cash-outs are crypto only, the minimum is roughly $10 to $20 depending on the coin, and the network fee is shown before you confirm. A second or third withdrawal inside the same 24 hours can carry an extra processing fee, so one larger request a day is cheaper than several small ones. Each deposit must also be turned over once before it can be withdrawn.
Sign-up needs only an email address or a Google or Telegram login, but the terms require verification before the first withdrawal, and also within 30 days of the first deposit or once turnover reaches €2,000, whichever comes first. The documents are a government ID, proof of address no older than three months and proof of the payment method, and withdrawals of €2,000 or more trigger enhanced checks.
Pending, repeatedly cancelled and “ghosted” withdrawals are a recurring complaint against Winna. Some long-standing players report fast payouts, so the risk concentrates on first withdrawals, large amounts and accounts flagged for review.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
There is no deposit match or free-spin package for new players. Winna instead offers a VIP status match for high rollers arriving from other casinos. The current version asks for at least $1 million in turnover at another platform plus a deposit of $100 or more, and grants boosted perks for 30 days; earlier versions promised up to $100,000 for players with past turnover from $500,000 to $25 million. An independent review quotes a 250x wagering requirement over 30 days on the transfer bonus, so get the exact terms in writing from a host before accepting.
For everyone else, value comes from rakeback and recurring offers. No promo code is needed; a referral field at registration links the account to a referrer, and the referral programme pays a lifetime commission on the house edge generated by referred players. Weekly reloads feature in the promotions, a seven-day reload set unlocks at Platinum, and Platinum reloads must be collected manually each day. Many rakeback rewards have short collection windows, so rewards left unclaimed can lapse.
Lossback of up to 25% of net losses is available on request from the Platinum tier. Gold members receive weekly free spins and a monthly sportsbook free bet, Silver unlocks chat rain, a Friday Weekly Boost and quarterly rewards, and Bronze already gets monthly and pre-monthly bonuses plus a Level Up prize spin.
Daily and weekly leaderboard races, rotating slot challenges and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins round out the promotions. Disputes over “bonus exploitation”, withdrawn bonus eligibility and changed VIP conditions appear in player complaints, which is one more reason to keep host promises in writing.
Thirteen coins and their networks
Winna accepts 13 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL, BNB, TRX, DOGE, XRP, TON, DAI and SHFL, the Shuffle token. The minimum deposit is about $1, and the platform adds no deposit fee.
| Coin | Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT | ERC-20, TRC-20, Solana (SPL), BEP-20 |
| USDC | ERC-20, Solana (SPL), BEP-20 |
| DAI | ERC-20 |
| SHFL | ERC-20 |
| TON | TON |
| XRP | XRP Ledger |
The stablecoin choice matters for cost: the same USDT withdrawal on ERC-20 pays Ethereum gas, while TRC-20, Solana and BEP-20 are usually far cheaper. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so the deposit address and network must match exactly.
The cashier has no fiat deposits or withdrawals. A Buy Crypto option routes card and local payments through partner on-ramps from $5, and Kinguin gift cards fund deposits from $10. Winna has no token of its own, accounts can be secured with optional two-factor authentication, and the site runs over SSL.
Originals, slots and provably fair code
The library holds more than 6,000 games, overwhelmingly slots, from studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger, BGaming, Betsoft, Spinomenal, Big Time Gaming, Spribe, Habanero and Endorphina. About 126 live games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and BGaming cover blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows, and crash, dice, mines, plinko, keno and video poker fill out the rest.
Winna Originals number 14 to 15 in-house games, among them Dice, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Blackjack, Coin Climber, Coinflip, Hilo, Limbo, Roulette, Tower, Twenty One, Wheel, Goal, Craps and Slide. Maximum wins run from $200,000 on Dice and Limbo to $500,000 on Coin Climber, which caps what one high-stakes bet can return.
Each Original is provably fair: the result comes from an HMAC-SHA256 hash of the server seed, the player’s client seed, a nonce and a cursor, and Winna makes the method and code public so any round can be reproduced. Slide works differently, drawing on a pre-committed hash chain seeded from a Bitcoin block. The watchdog dispute concerned a private “Slide-vip” build whose randomness was tied to a 2023 Bitcoin block chosen by Winna, with the nonce fixed at zero; that complaint was still unresolved when reported, and players using any private or VIP build should check its seed set-up first.
Slots from outside studios run on those studios’ certified RNGs, and Casino.guru’s Gamecheck awarded Winna its certified seal after finding no fake games. There is no RTP filter, though individual figures are shown, such as 97.07% on Jack Hammer 2, 96.71% on Bigger Bass Bonanza and 96.50% on Gates of Olympus. Some players report lowered RTP on certain slots, so compare the figure in the game’s info panel with the studio’s default. A sportsbook covers more than 30 sports plus Dota 2 and CS:GO.
Help channels and spending controls
Live chat runs 24/7 and answers in about two minutes on average, in English only. Email support goes to [email protected], with replies in a few hours, and formal complaints to [email protected]. Telegram and a help centre complete the options. The interface is English-first, with several other language settings offered.
Slow or unhelpful replies are a recurring theme in negative reviews, especially in withdrawal disputes. Writing to the complaints address with the transaction hash, the amount and the date creates a record that can later go to EGIS, and the full chat transcript should be saved alongside it.
Spending controls are thin. Self-exclusion can be set from the profile and starts after a 24-hour cooldown that cannot be cancelled, cool-off periods go through support, and the account offers few in-built deposit or wager limits. Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon are linked from the site. Given the complaints about accounts closed after self-exclusion requests, confirm any exclusion by email.
Using Winna on a phone
Winna has no native app for iOS or Android. The responsive site runs in any mobile browser with the same lobby, Originals, live tables and sportsbook as on desktop, and the Google and Telegram logins make signing in on a phone quick.
Because the Telegram login ties the casino account to a messaging app, securing that Telegram account and switching on Winna’s own two-factor authentication matter as much as the phone’s screen lock.
VIP tiers from Bronze to Nebula
The loyalty ladder has six tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Nebula, climbed through turnover. Platinum requires $500,000 in wagers, the only threshold Winna states, and it is the key step: it adds a personal VIP host, reloads, lossback of up to 25% and VIP bonuses. Diamond brings invitations to Winna Events, and Nebula holds the largest Level Up prize pools.
Rakeback is credited every seven minutes, about 144 times a day, on every bet and in every tier, so small amounts arrive continuously. Winna markets the rate as “up to 60%”, but the rate for each tier is not shown on its pages, which makes rakeback hard to value in advance.
For a genuine high roller, the host matters more than the perks list, since the standard $10,000 daily cash-out limit is the tightest constraint on large wins at Winna. Complaints about unfulfilled host bonuses and changed VIP terms show why any promise from a host should come by email.
Trust checklist: Winna beyond the rakeback
- ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 38 complaints with 27 rejected, describing stuck withdrawals, accounts closed after self-exclusion requests and ignored messages.
- CautionPayout reliabilityCrypto-only cash-outs are capped at $10,000 per 24 hours, and a second or third request within that window can carry extra fees.
- CautionVerificationID, recent proof of address and payment proof are required before the first withdrawal, with enhanced checks on withdrawals of €2,000 or more.
- CautionBonus termsNo welcome bonus to clear, and only 1x deposit turnover applies, though one VIP transfer bonus was quoted at 250x over 30 days.
- CautionSupportRound-the-clock chat replies in roughly two minutes, English only, but negative reviews describe slow or unhelpful answers in withdrawal disputes.
- ConcernPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion starts after a 24-hour cooldown, cool-offs go through support, and few in-account deposit or wager limits are offered.
Casinos to compare with Winna
- Rakebit (6.2/10) — gives new players wager-free rakeback on their first bets, plus an optional deposit package, where Winna offers newcomers nothing.
- Jack.com (6.5/10) — offers an even broader coin list with more network choices and a steadier trust record.
- Winz.io (6.3/10) — builds its whole offer around wager-free bonus winnings and loyalty rewards.
- Gamdom (6.9/10) — opens with a week of instant rakeback without wagering and has a stronger safety profile.
Frequently asked questions
Who runs Winna and which licence does it hold?
GG Gaming, a Costa Rican company, operates Winna under a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission in New Brunswick, Canada. No licence number appears on the site, but an independent check of the regulator’s validator showed it as valid until 8 May 2027. Tobique oversight is light and recourse limited, and 35 countries and regions, including the UK, US and Ontario, are excluded by the terms.
Can I play at Winna without KYC?
You can register and deposit with just an email or a Google or Telegram login. Before your first withdrawal, though, the terms call for a government ID, a recent proof of address and proof of your payment method, and the same checks fall due 30 days after the first deposit or at €2,000 in turnover. Larger cash-outs from €2,000 face extra scrutiny.
How much can I withdraw from Winna in a day?
Standard accounts can take out up to $10,000 every 24 hours, in crypto only. A VIP host at Platinum level or above can lift that ceiling. Splitting money into several requests within one day is costly, because the second and third withdrawals in that period can attract a processing fee on top of the network charge.
Does Winna have a welcome bonus?
No standard sign-up offer exists. Ordinary new players get continuous rakeback and rotating challenges instead, while high rollers with substantial turnover at another casino can apply for a status match that boosts perks for 30 days. Because transfer-bonus terms have changed over time and can carry heavy wagering, ask a host for the full conditions before accepting.
Are Winna Originals provably fair?
Yes. Games such as Dice, Limbo and Plinko derive each result from an HMAC-SHA256 calculation over server seed, client seed, nonce and cursor, and the published code lets you rerun any round. Slide uses a hash chain anchored to a Bitcoin block. A dispute over a private Slide-vip build shows why high-stakes players should check the seed set-up of any special version.
How often does Winna pay rakeback?
Rakeback lands every seven minutes on all bets, in every tier from Bronze to Nebula. Winna promotes rates of up to 60% without stating the rate per tier, so the real return becomes clear only after play. From Platinum, at $500,000 of turnover, lossback of up to 25% on net losses can also be requested.
Is Winna safe for high-stakes crypto play?
Winna’s 5.7/10 reflects a product with genuine strengths, including continuous rakeback, a 1x turnover rule, public provably fair code and a broad stablecoin cashier, set against a reputation that has not settled. A hidden review-platform score, 27 rejected player complaints and repeated reports of pending or cancelled withdrawals mean the risk is concentrated where high rollers feel it most: large first cash-outs.
A player who completes verification early, wagers steadily enough to reach a host and withdraws in daily slices of up to $10,000 can use what Winna does well. A player expecting to move a six-figure win in one go, wanting a welcome bonus or relying on in-account deposit limits will find those needs unmet at Winna.
