Best for: Crypto payment choice

A choice of more than 30 cryptocurrencies is attractive on paper; the unresolved payment disputes are harder to overlook. 1xBit offers an extensive casino catalogue, but its bonus restrictions, weak self-service gambling controls and uneven complaint history make a large balance difficult to justify. The payment menu is the clear attraction; protection after a dispute is the weak point.

What the licence and complaints say about safety

1xBit operates under an Anjouan gaming licence in the Union of Comoros, numbered ALSI-202409027-FI2. An independent register check in October 2026 put the issue date at 16 September 2024 and the expiry at 15 September 2027, and noted that the number printed in the site footer contains a typo. The licence is offshore and gives no right to play from countries that ban or restrict online casinos.

The operator is Oceaventure Limited, registered in the British Virgin Islands under company number 2156948 with an address in Road Town, Tortola. The brand launched in 2016 as a crypto sportsbook run by 1X Corp N.V. of Curaçao. Despite the similar name and shared corporate roots, 1xBit is a separate operator from the fiat bookmaker 1xBet, with its own licence and complaint record.

The more substantial safety question concerns treatment of players. Casino.guru gives 1xBit a Safety Index of 4.7/10, marked “Low”, and advises readers to steer clear. Its complaint file lists 28 cases: 10 unresolved, 16 rejected and only 2 resolved. Casino.guru rates the terms “mostly fair” but flags four problem clauses covering multiple bonuses, bonus-hunting strategies, confiscation of winnings for low-risk play and detection of certain betting techniques during wagering.

Trustpilot rated 1xBit 2.1/5 from 2,116 reviews at the October 2026 check, with 40% five-star and 35% one-star ratings and no company replies to negative reviews. Complaints repeatedly concern accounts closed after wins on “multiple accounts” grounds, delayed or refused cash-outs and deposits not credited. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.7/10 but none of its three complaints was resolved: roughly 1,570 USDT confiscated after a rejected withdrawal, about $600 kept after an account closure and a 50 JOD deposit never credited. Player complaints are allegations, not proven breaches, but one independent tally counts ten unresolved non-payment cases worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Bonus rule enforcement has direct financial consequences: disputed low-risk or bonus-hunting play can lead to confiscated winnings, while account closures and rejected withdrawal requests feature in the complaint record. Read the relevant clauses before transferring a substantial balance.

Who cannot use the site?

Restricted locations include Austria, Australia, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, North Korea, Russia and Belarus, plus the US state of Ohio. Accounts accessed from these territories are closed. Athletes, coaches and employees of bookmakers are also excluded from holding accounts. Whether you may play depends on the gambling law where you live.

Player safeguards remain thin

Self-exclusion and cooling-off requests go through support by email, and a self-assessment test is available. Self-service deposit, loss and session limits, along with reality checks, are absent, and the casino makes no wider commitment to responsible gambling. The operator has said player-set limits are planned for the second quarter of 2027.

Two-factor authentication, session monitoring and an “End all sessions” control protect account access. Registration needs no documents, but clause 8 of the terms lets the casino demand proof of identity before releasing funds, so the sign-up convenience offers no anonymity at the cash-out stage.

Withdrawal speed is only part of the story

Routine cryptocurrency withdrawals take a few minutes to around an hour, depending on approval and blockchain confirmations. Processing runs around the clock, although AskGamblers lists pending times of up to 24 hours and no weekend cash-outs, in which case a Friday-night request can wait until Monday before the transfer is sent.

The minimum withdrawal depends on the selected coin and appears in the cashier, and no maximum withdrawal amount is set out publicly. A large win therefore carries no advance guarantee about how much can leave the account in one request. Each deposit must also be turned over 1× at odds of at least 1.1 before it can be withdrawn, even without an active bonus.

The casino charges no withdrawal fee beyond the blockchain network cost, apart from a 0.01 mBTC charge on withdrawals below 3 mBTC reported by one review. For a small residual balance, that charge and the network fee together take a noticeable share.

Account creation starts without identity documents, but the terms permit verification before a cash-out, typically after a security review or an unusually large withdrawal. Player reviews from June 2026 describe document requests at that stage. Anyone unwilling to supply ID should settle the question before depositing, because refusing a required check freezes the pending balance.

The recurring complaints involve withheld winnings, accounts closed after wins and deposits that never reached the player balance. Keep wallet transaction hashes, the deposit network, withdrawal request details and support correspondence when contesting a transfer. A transaction hash proves funds reached the casino’s address, which is the evidence a mediator will ask for first.

A large welcome headline with narrow playing conditions

The four-stage welcome package advertises up to 7 BTC plus 250 free spins. Its structure is a sequence of separate deposit matches, not a single bonus credited on registration. Taking part requires the “Take part in bonus offers” setting to be enabled, and each subsequent qualifying deposit must be at least as large as the previous one.

Deposit stageMatchMaximum matchFree spins
First100%1 BTC70
Second50%1 BTC50
Third100%2 BTC60
Fourth50%3 BTC70

The main wagering condition is 40× within 30 days. Free-spin winnings have a separate 30× requirement over 10 days, while the spins themselves remain valid for 20 days. The maximum stake with an active promotion is 20 mBTC per spin or bet.

What a 40× match means in BTC

A first qualifying deposit of 0.01 BTC at the stated 100% match produces a 0.01 BTC bonus. At 40× the credited bonus, the required qualifying turnover is 0.40 BTC (0.01 × 40). Played on slots that count at 50%, the same target needs 0.80 BTC in actual stakes.

Game weighting changes that arithmetic. Slots from Pragmatic Play, Playson, Endorphina, Habanero, Amatic and Apollo contribute 100% of stakes, other slots 50%. Live games, table games, scratch cards, lottery and crash titles contribute 0%, so live roulette or Aviator does nothing to clear the requirement.

An active bonus also switches off VIP Cashback and bonus points for placed bets. The terms target bonus hunting and low-risk play and allow winnings to be confiscated if those rules are breached, so the 7 BTC headline is a ceiling on matched funds, not withdrawable value.

A separate free-spins-for-deposit promotion appears in the casino menu, and the Promo Code Store exchanges bonus points for free spins and other rewards. Promo codes entered at registration can change the package attached to an account; accept only the terms displayed for that promotion, including stake ceilings and game contribution.

Crypto choice, without a bank-card fallback

1xBit supports more than 30 cryptocurrencies, and its marketing claims 40+, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, XRP, SOL, BNB, DOGE, DAI, XLM, XMR, TON, ADA, BCH, DOT and DASH. The service is crypto-only: bank cards, conventional bank transfers and e-wallets are not available, and there is no built-in purchase option, so fiat holders must buy coins elsewhere before depositing.

The redesigned Cashier 2.0 separates the choice of coin from the choice of network and then generates an address or QR code. Supported network families include Bitcoin, Ethereum/ERC20, TRON/TRC20, Solana, Polygon and Arbitrum One. Network availability differs by asset, so the pairing displayed in the payment dialog controls the transaction, and tokens sent through an unsupported chain can be lost.

AssetsCashier detail

ETH, SOL, TRXAvailable alongside support for Ethereum, Solana and TRON network families
USDT, USDC, DAIStablecoin options; select the supported network for the chosen asset
XMR, TON, LTC, XRP and othersAdditional cryptocurrency choices in the cashier

Deposit thresholds vary by coin and chain, and the minimum for a bonus-eligible transaction can differ from the amount required for a plain deposit. Deposits carry no casino fee, but wallet and network costs still apply, and on a small transfer those external charges can take a large share of the value moved.

Platform 2.0, launched in January 2026, removed the previous cap of five currency accounts, so a player can now hold separate balances in an unlimited number of coins instead of converting everything to BTC.

Thousands of titles, with uneven bonus contribution

The casino carries several thousand games, roughly 8,000–11,000+, from more than 90 studios. Slots form the largest part of the library, including Megaways, jackpot and bonus-buy titles. Familiar providers include Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Betsoft, Evoplay, NetEnt, BGaming, ELK Studios, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Play’n GO, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming.

Live casino is a major part of the product, with more than 500 games from studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, TVBet, Vivo Gaming, Winfinity, Live88 and SA Gaming. Around 60 RNG table games and more than 60 video poker variants sit alongside bingo, Lotto and Toto.

The instant section holds 150+ crash and quick-round titles, including Aviator, JetX and Chicken Run, along with virtual sports. Some of these instant games use provably fair mechanics, letting players check a round against cryptographic inputs where the game supplies the verification tool; the lobby groups them under a Provably Fair heading.

Return-to-player percentages vary by title: Ocean Legacy runs at 95%, Demi Gods V at 95.74%, Sweet Bonanza Candyland at roughly 97% and VIP Auto Roulette at 97.30%. Over a short session, any of them can lose an entire stake.

Demo play is available on most titles, so mechanics and volatility can be tried without a balance. The site also runs a large sportsbook covering 50+ sports and 100+ esports disciplines, which sits outside the casino rating.

Round-the-clock contact, mixed dispute handling

Live chat and email are available around the clock, with the interface offered in around 30 languages. Chat opens with a bot, and a “Contact Operator” button brings in a human agent; separate email addresses handle general queries, security and complaints. Casino.guru measured an average chat reply time of about 10 minutes and rated the email channel “Good”.

There is no telephone line and no FAQ centre, so even simple questions about a deposit address or bonus setting go through chat. The terms themselves are not translated into every interface language, which leaves non-English speakers relying on agents to explain the rule applied to their account.

Public reviews in 2026 include complaints about support going silent after a withdrawal dispute. For a closed account or a contested transfer, ask the agent to name the specific clause of the terms in writing; that reference is what an outside mediator will need.

Mobile access after the Platform 2.0 redesign

The responsive mobile site gives access to the casino lobby, cashier and account areas from a phone browser. The January 2026 Platform 2.0 update also brought revised navigation and an updated app; the iOS and Android apps are downloaded from the casino’s own site, and neither is available in the Apple or Google stores.

The operator says the new app runs 40% faster and supports biometric login and live betting. Sign-up takes one click and issues an account number and password without an email address or phone number, and existing accounts can log in through Telegram, Google, X or MetaMask.

On a small screen, the coin and network selectors in Cashier 2.0 deserve a second look before confirming a deposit, because a wrong chain cannot be reversed by the app.

Cashback tiers do not cancel bonus restrictions

1xBit runs an eight-level VIP Cashback structure. It begins at 5% for Copper, progresses through Bronze at 6%, Silver 7%, Gold 8%, Ruby 9% and Sapphire 10%, and reaches 11% at Diamond. Lower tiers pay weekly and Diamond pays daily, while the top VIP Status tier pays 0.05%–0.25% daily.

The cashback applies to net losses with no wagering attached, so it lands as withdrawable money. At the Copper rate, a week with 1 BTC in net losses returns 0.05 BTC, and Diamond more than doubles that.

Experience points, level-up bonus points, the Promo Code Store and Lucky Wheel spins add further rewards. Slot tournaments include the “Race to the Top” with a 50,000 USDT prize pool and provider-run events such as Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins.

The main restriction is that an active welcome bonus switches off VIP Cashback and some points benefits. Players must choose between a 40× deposit match and wager-free loss rebates for the same period of play.

Six trust checks applied to 1xBit

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru lists 28 complaints with only 2 resolved, and none of three AskGamblers cases was settled, mostly over withheld winnings and closures.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityApproved crypto payouts typically arrive within an hour, but approval can take 24 hours, weekends are excluded and each deposit needs 1× turnover.
  • CautionVerificationSign-up needs no documents, but clause 8 allows ID demands before any cash-out, typically after a large win or security review.
  • ConcernBonus termsWagering is 40× within 30 days, stakes are capped at 20 mBTC, live and crash games count 0%, and low-risk play risks confiscation.
  • CautionSupportLive chat and email run 24/7 with chat replies averaging about 10 minutes, but there is no phone line and disputes have met silence.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion and cooling-off work only by email, and there are no self-set deposit, loss or session limits or reality checks.

Other casinos with a different emphasis

  • BetLabel Casino — 5.6/10. Its sports and esports coverage takes a more central role for players who follow match markets.
  • Coldbet Casino — 5.9/10. Its particularly wide studio selection and large live-dealer lobby favour players comparing game variety.
  • JetTon Casino — 5.3/10. Its Telegram and TON Wallet-centred experience puts messaging-based access ahead of a conventional casino account flow.
  • Leon Bet Casino — 4.8/10. Its especially broad supplier line-up puts provider discovery at the forefront of casino browsing.

Questions about using 1xBit

Is 1xBit licensed, and where?

Yes, offshore. Oceaventure Limited of the British Virgin Islands holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202409027-FI2, valid from September 2024 to September 2027. That authorisation does not cover regulated markets: the UK, US, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Australia are among the blocked countries. Remember too that 1xBit and 1xBet are different operators with separate licences.

Do I need to provide ID to withdraw?

Not to open an account, which takes one click. Before paying out, though, the casino can require identification under clause 8 of its terms, most often for a large win or after a security flag. Players who refuse cannot release the pending funds, so decide whether you are willing to share documents before you deposit.

How long does a crypto withdrawal take?

Most approved payouts reach the wallet within an hour. Approval itself can take up to 24 hours. Each deposit must also be wagered once at odds of 1.1 or higher first. Withdrawals under 3 mBTC may carry a small 0.01 mBTC fee on top of the blockchain cost.

Can I deposit with a card or bank transfer?

No. The cashier accepts crypto only, with no cards, bank transfers, e-wallets or built-in purchase service. You can use Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Monero, TON and more than two dozen other coins on networks including ERC20, TRC20, Solana, Polygon and Arbitrum. Buy coins on an exchange first and match the network exactly.

Is the 7 BTC welcome offer easy to clear?

Not especially. Each of the four matches needs 40× wagering within 30 days, bets are capped at 20 mBTC, and only selected slots count in full. Live dealers, tables and crash games add nothing, while most other slots count half. Clearing a 0.01 BTC bonus on half-weighted slots therefore takes 0.80 BTC in stakes.

Can I use VIP Cashback while a welcome bonus is active?

No. Activating a deposit match suspends VIP Cashback and bet-based bonus points until the bonus ends. Outside a promotion, cashback runs from 5% at Copper to 11% at Diamond on net losses, paid weekly or daily without wagering. For regular slot players, the rebate can be worth more than a 40× match.

Does 1xBit have responsible gambling limits?

Only basic ones. You can request self-exclusion or a cooling-off period by emailing support and take a self-assessment test, but there are no self-set deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks. The operator has promised such tools for the second quarter of 2027. If you need a firm cap now, set it in your wallet or choose another casino.

Thirty-plus coins do not resolve a payout dispute

1xBit is a strong crypto cashier attached to a weak dispute record. More than 30 coins across several networks, a very large casino catalogue and wager-free cashback make it convenient, but a 4.7/10 Casino.guru Safety Index, unresolved non-payment complaints, thin gambling controls and bonus clauses that permit confiscated winnings hold it to 5.0/10.

The platform suits someone who prioritises crypto payment flexibility, skips the welcome bonus and keeps balances small. Players who need strong dispute safeguards, self-set limits or predictable withdrawal approval should look at the alternatives above.
