Best for: Verifiable fairness

Public since March 2026, Dicey lets players verify every Originals round and has Solana withdrawals that reviews describe as settling in seconds, but offers no welcome bonus at all. The casino runs a crypto-only cashier built around SOL, USDC and the ME token, several thousand games from outside studios and seven provably fair in-house titles. Its 6.1/10 rating credits fast payouts, checkable games and a clean complaint history, held back by a very short track record, limited gambling-control tools, an undisclosed VIP structure and ID checks that can appear at withdrawal despite email-only sign-up.

The Originals carry a $500,000 maximum win per bet, and the site is available in English only.

Who is behind Dicey: licence, ownership and track record

Dicey was built by the team behind Magic Eden, the Solana NFT marketplace led by chief executive Jack Lu and backed by Sequoia, Greylock, Paradigm and Electric Capital. Lu announced the casino on 20 January 2026. A closed beta of about two months drew around 200 players and more than $15M in bets, and on 27 February 2026 Magic Eden wound down its Bitcoin and EVM products to concentrate on Solana and Dicey, before the public launch in March. The parent’s 2025 revenue was about $24M, which makes Dicey a central bet for the company rather than a side project.

The operating company is 3-102-943011 S.R.L., trading as Click Gaming SRL, and the casino holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202511054-FI2 from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. No other casino uses this licence. Anjouan is an offshore jurisdiction whose player protections fall well short of the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, and Dicey is not licensed in the United States.

Dicey does not accept players from the United States (including Ohio), the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands or Ukraine, plus more than 27 further countries. Using a VPN or proxy to get around these blocks is prohibited. Reviews from May and June 2026 still describe access by invite code.

Casino.guru gives Dicey a Safety Index of 7.3/10, labelled Fresh because of its age, and found no unfair or predatory clauses in the terms. It credits the clearly explained VIP programme, round-the-clock chat and modern site, and marks the casino down for limited responsible-gambling options and the absence of poker. Its database holds one complaint, a rejected case over a delayed 280 USDT withdrawal, while nine user reviews there rate the casino Great.

Trustpilot shows 3.8/5 from 15 reviews, 73% five-star and 20% one-star. Dicey replies to every negative review, usually within a week but in short, templated answers. Complaints are allegations, not findings against the casino. The negative reviews target the value of rewards and lossback, a VIP transfer that required a deposit, a refused compensation request and doubts about the Anjouan licence, while one reviewer accused the casino of paying for reviews, which Dicey denies.

The footer carries an 18+ notice and links to GamCare and BeGambleAware, but the casino’s own gambling controls are limited. A player who needs firm deposit caps or self-exclusion can set limits at wallet level or use outside blocking tools.

How fast Dicey pays and when ID checks apply

Payout speed depends on the chain. Reviews describe SOL, ME and USDC on Solana settling in seconds, ETH in seconds to a few minutes and BTC in roughly 10 to 60 minutes, since Bitcoin needs several block confirmations, while more cautious reviews allow up to 24 hours. Player reviews mostly praise the speed, and choosing a Solana asset for withdrawals gives the shortest wait.

The minimum withdrawal is $1, and an independent review puts the maximum per withdrawal at $100,000, normalised across coins. No daily, weekly or monthly limits are stated. An Originals win at the $500,000 cap would then need at least five separate withdrawals.

Sign-up needs only an email address or a wallet login, and deposits and play start without documents. Dicey can still verify identity at any point, including before a withdrawal, by asking for photo ID, proof of address and a selfie or a verification call, with enhanced checks on where the funds came from when risk triggers apply. No official deadline exists for that review, and player complaints mention KYC requests at cash-out. A player who wins a large sum should expect documents to be requested before the money leaves.

Sign-up without documents does not mean withdrawal without documents. Dicey reserves the right to request ID, address proof and a selfie at any time, and the one formal complaint on file concerned a delayed 280 USDT withdrawal. Have documents ready before requesting a large payout.

Network fees differ sharply by chain: a Solana transfer costs a fraction of a cent, while Bitcoin fees rise with congestion. Small cash-outs are therefore most efficient on Solana, and a $1 Bitcoin withdrawal can lose much of its value to miner fees.

Rewards without a welcome bonus

Dicey has no welcome bonus, no reload offers, no free spins and no no-deposit bonus. One independent review declines to recommend it in its current state for that reason, and another calls the platform a work in progress. The upside is that every deposit is withdrawable cash from the start, with no wagering requirement, maximum-bet rule or bonus expiry to track.

Ongoing rewards come instead from a weekly wagering race with a prize pool of $20,000 to $35,000, plus leaderboards and daily bonuses. Race places go to the highest betting volume, so a mid-stakes player is unlikely to place and the prize pool mostly rewards high rollers. During the beta, access codes were handed out through Dicey’s X account, @DiceyHQ.

Cashback and reload-style rewards unlock as players climb the loyalty programme, covered in the VIP section below. Dicey gives no percentages for them, which makes their value hard to compare with the fixed rakeback rates some rival crypto casinos advertise.

A Solana-first crypto cashier

The cashier accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC on Solana and Magic Eden’s ME token, and players can deposit straight from Magic Eden Wallet. There are no cards, bank transfers or fiat on-ramp partners, so a player without crypto has to buy coins on an exchange first. Not every method works for both deposits and withdrawals, so check the withdrawal list before choosing a deposit coin.

Networks are fixed by asset: SOL, ME and USDC move on Solana, BTC on the Bitcoin network and ETH on Ethereum, with no Lightning option. USDC sent from an Ethereum wallet to the Solana deposit address will not arrive, so the sending wallet must use the Solana network.

AssetNetworkReported payout time
SOL, USDC, MESolanaSeconds
ETHEthereumSeconds to minutes
BTCBitcoin, no Lightning10–60 minutes

Deposits start at $1, or 0.0001 BTC for Bitcoin, and Solana deposits credit within seconds. The ME token has a role beyond the casino: Magic Eden directs 15% of platform revenue to ME holders, split between token buybacks and USDC staking rewards, with claims open since March 2026. That arrangement sits at Magic Eden level and gives no promise of returns to a Dicey player depositing ME.

Catalogue, live games and checkable randomness

The lobby holds several thousand games from more than 30 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Spribe and Yggdrasil. Slots make up most of the catalogue, alongside table games, instant games and a live-dealer section with Evolution tables. A demo mode lets players try games without staking, and there is no poker. Dicey also lists a sportsbook covering football, basketball, American football, MMA, tennis, cricket, golf and Formula 1.

Seven in-house Dicey Originals sit at the centre of the product: Coinflip, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Blackjack, Limbo and Keno, with crash-style multipliers of up to 1,000x. Bets start at $0.01 and go up to $5,000, the maximum win per bet is $500,000, and Blackjack has its own cap of $80,000.

How the Originals caps work: a $5,000 Limbo bet that hits 100x would pay $5,000 × 100 = $500,000, exactly the cap. The same bet at 1,000x would show $5,000,000 on screen but pay only $500,000. A $500 bet reaches the cap only at 1,000x, so high multipliers are worth chasing only below roughly $500 per bet.

The Originals are provably fair. Each result comes from an HMAC-SHA256 calculation over a server seed, the player’s client seed and a nonce that counts the bets. The server seed is committed as a hash before play and revealed afterwards, and results can also be checked on-chain, with a step-by-step guide on the site. A player can rerun any Plinko drop or Dice roll and confirm that the outcome was fixed before the bet was placed.

The studio slots and live tables rely on their studios’ certified random number generators instead, and their maximum wins usually range from €100,000 to €1,000,000 per game. Average RTP across those slots is around 94%, depending on the title.

Live chat and handling unresolved cases

Live chat and email run 24/7, and Dicey is also on Discord, Instagram and X. The site, chat and support are in English only, so non-English speakers handle any dispute in a second language. Player reviews mostly describe support as responsive and helpful.

For a delayed withdrawal, give support the amount, asset, network, request time and transaction hash in the first message, and keep the chat transcript until the funds arrive. Support never needs a wallet seed phrase or private key to trace a transfer; any request for one should be treated as a scam attempt.

If chat does not resolve a case, Casino.guru’s complaint service is the main outside route. Dicey’s habit of answering every negative public review within a week means complaints at least get a reply, even if the answers are short.

Phone play through the browser

There is no native app. Dicey runs in mobile browsers on iOS, Android and Windows devices, with the same lobby, Originals and cashier as on desktop.

Logging in with Magic Eden Wallet works on a phone as well, and depositing from that wallet avoids copying long addresses by hand. Bookmark dicey.com itself, because lookalike domains such as dicey.poker and dicey-casino.com are not run by the casino.

Loyalty points, cashback and VIP transfers

Betting earns activity points that move players up a tiered loyalty programme, with cashback and reload rewards opening at higher levels and rakeback also mentioned. Dicey does not publish tier names, thresholds or percentages, so a player cannot work out in advance what a given level of betting will return.

A VIP transfer lets players carry status over from another casino. One player complaint says the transfer required a deposit, and several reviewers call the rewards and lossback weak or unfair.

With no rates on offer, the rewards programme works as a small extra on top of normal play. Raising stakes to chase an undisclosed cashback level adds expected losses that a reward of uncertain size is unlikely to cover.

Who Dicey’s checkable games suit, and who should wait

A good fit for

  • Players who want to verify every round, since all seven Originals use HMAC-SHA256 seeds that can also be checked on-chain.
  • Solana holders who value quick cash-outs, as SOL and USDC withdrawals are described as settling in seconds, from a $1 minimum.
  • Anyone tired of wagering rules, because with no bonuses on offer every deposit stays withdrawable cash with no maximum-bet rule.
  • Magic Eden Wallet users, who can log in and deposit straight from that wallet without copying long addresses by hand.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Bonus hunters, since there is no welcome, reload, free-spin or no-deposit offer, and VIP cashback rates are not published.
  • Players who need a long payout history, as public operation began only in March 2026, with invite codes still circulating into the summer.
  • Anyone who relies on built-in gambling controls, since on-site tools are limited and caps must be set at wallet level or through blockers.
  • Card or bank users, because the cashier takes only BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC and the ME token, with no fiat on-ramp partners.

Comparable options

  • Wild.io — 6.4/10. Publishes its own payout-speed statistics and adds a stronger bonus and VIP package than Dicey.
  • Rollbit — 4.8/10. Replaces the missing welcome offer with wager-free rakeback on every bet.
  • Flush — 6.2/10. Matches Dicey on withdrawal speed and pairs it with better bonus terms.
  • Shuffle — 4.7/10. Builds rewards around its own token, with staking that feeds a weekly prize draw.

Frequently asked questions

Does Dicey have a gambling licence?

Yes, an offshore one. Dicey operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202511054-FI2, held by 3-102-943011 S.R.L. (Click Gaming SRL), and Casino.guru shows it as confirmed. Anjouan’s protections are much weaker than those of the UK or Malta, and players from the US, UK, Canada and Australia are not accepted. The team behind Magic Eden built the casino.

What withdrawal limits apply at Dicey?

Cash-outs start at $1, and one review puts the ceiling at $100,000 per request, with no daily or monthly limits stated. Reported times run from seconds on Solana and minutes on Ethereum to under an hour on Bitcoin, though some reviews allow up to 24 hours. Solana is the cheapest route for small amounts, and a large win can trigger a document check before it is paid.

How does the Dicey welcome bonus work?

It does not exist. Dicey runs no deposit match, reload, free spins or no-deposit offer, so there is no wagering to clear and deposits stay fully withdrawable. Regular rewards come from a weekly betting race worth $20,000 to $35,000, leaderboards, daily bonuses and cashback that grows with loyalty level.

Which cryptocurrencies are accepted by Dicey?

Five assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC on the Solana network and the ME token, with direct deposits from Magic Eden Wallet. Cards, bank transfers and Lightning are not available. The minimum deposit is $1, or 0.0001 BTC, and USDC must be sent over Solana, not Ethereum.

Can Dicey ask for identity documents?

Yes. Opening an account takes only an email or wallet, but Dicey can request photo ID, proof of address and a selfie or call at any time, often around a withdrawal, and can ask where the funds came from. No review deadline is set, so keeping documents ready shortens any hold on a large payout.

What types of games does Dicey offer?

Thousands of slots, table and instant games from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt and Playtech, plus Evolution live dealers and a demo mode. The seven in-house Originals, from Coinflip to Keno, are the provably fair part of the lobby and accept bets from $0.01 to $5,000. Poker is not offered.

Does Dicey have a loyalty programme?

Yes. Every bet earns activity points that raise a player’s level and unlock cashback, reloads and rakeback, and status can be transferred from another casino. Dicey does not reveal tier thresholds or reward rates, and some players have complained that rewards are thin and that a transfer needed a deposit.

A checkable games engine with a young track record

Dicey earns its place with provable fairness and payout speed: every Originals round can be recomputed from its seeds, Solana withdrawals are described as landing in seconds, and the terms contain no clauses flagged as unfair. For a crypto player already holding SOL or USDC who wants verifiable games without bonus wagering, it is one of the cleaner options launched in 2026.

The limits are just as clear. Seven months of public operation, undisclosed VIP rates, thin gambling-control tools and the chance of an ID request at cash-out make it a poor fit for players who want a long payout history or a generous welcome package. Anyone choosing it should set a budget in advance, keep balances modest and withdraw winnings regularly.
