Best for: Crypto payment choice
A separate crypto welcome of 200% up to 3,000 USDT, eight or nine coins and more than 20 fiat methods give Mr Pacho a flexible cashier for a casino that only launched in 2023. Its library of roughly 9,000 games and a five-level loyalty ladder with up to 15% weekly cashback add depth.
The catch sits on the way out. New accounts can withdraw only €500 a day and €7,000 a month, payouts are handled on weekdays only, and 2026 complaints describe waits of more than a week and self-exclusion requests left unanswered.

Who is behind Mr Pacho: an operator named four different ways
Mr Pacho launched in 2023 on a domain registered in May 2021, and the company behind it is hard to pin down. Independent reviews name Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao, operating under the Antillephone sublicence 8048/JAZ, as well as Luxinero Group and NovaForge Ltd, and the brand has been tied to Curaçao, Anjouan and Costa Rica. Casino.guru states that Mr Pacho does not hold any official gambling licence, and the site’s footer displays no licence or company name.
The history of the first name on that list matters to anyone holding a balance. A financial-crime news site reported that Rabidi N.V., which also ran Sportaza and Boomerang, was declared bankrupt in December 2023 after complaints about unpaid winnings. Boomerang Casino, BetiBet Casino and Jacktop Casino are linked to Mr Pacho as sister sites, and Casino.guru counts ten complaints against casinos related to it.
Players from Ohio are not accepted, and Mr Pacho holds no licence for Ontario. Its main markets are Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland and Italy, and the minimum age is 18.
Ratings against the complaint record
Casino.guru still rates Mr Pacho above average, with a Safety Index of 7.7/10, an estimated revenue above $5 million a year and no blacklisting; the absence of a licence and the low withdrawal limits are what hold the score down. It records 50 complaints: 33 rejected, 14 resolved and 3 open, covering ignored requests to close accounts or self-exclude, delayed withdrawals and confiscated winnings, with sums from €400 to €100,000.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.4/10 and logs 18 complaints, 12 of them about payments; 14 are resolved, and two remain open over €3,000 (from February 2025) and €634. The operator replies in about two days, but cases last ten days on average, longer than the eight-day norm there. On Trustpilot, 396 reviews average 3.5/5, split between 60% five-star and 28% one-star, and the company answers 95% of negative reviews, usually within two weeks.
Player reviews are allegations, not established findings, yet the 2026 complaints repeat four themes: withdrawals taking more than 96 hours or over a week despite the “instant” label, ignored self-exclusion and closure requests, rejected identity documents, and disputes over bonus terms. The positive reviews praise the game choice and the design, and one describes a payout that arrived in about 28 hours.
Terms that can cost you money
- Mr Pacho can close an account without notice.
- Withdrawing before the deposit has been wagered once triggers a fee, and winnings can be cancelled.
- Casino.guru flags as unfair a rule that bonus winnings must be withdrawn straight after wagering, or later wins from that balance are capped.
- VIP levels drop when an account goes inactive.
Player protection is thin. Mr Pacho offers a 24-hour cool-off, self-exclusion by email (with a reply promised within 24 hours) and a self-assessment test, but players cannot set their own deposit or loss limits, and several complaints describe self-exclusion requests that went unanswered at Mr Pacho.
The name on the terms matters: with four company names in circulation and a former operator declared bankrupt in 2023, a player cannot tell from the outside who would honour a disputed balance at Mr Pacho. Keep stakes and balances small until a withdrawal has gone through.
Withdrawal ceilings that rise only with status
New accounts start on the Fan level, where withdrawals are capped at €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €7,000 per month. The ceilings rise with each VIP level and reach €75,000 a month at Superstar. The minimum withdrawal is €10 to €20, and €60 when cashing out in Bitcoin.
| Level | Per transaction | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fan | €500 | €500 | €7,000 |
| Audiophile | €1,000 | €2,000 | €25,000 |
| Soloist | €1,000 | €3,000 | €30,000 |
| Musician | €1,500 | €4,000 | €50,000 |
| Superstar | €1,700 | €5,000 | €75,000 |
Cashing out a €20,000 win at Fan level: at €500 a day, the €7,000 monthly ceiling takes 14 payout days, about three working weeks. The first month releases €7,000, the second another €7,000 and the third the last €6,000, so the full win leaves the account after roughly three months. At Musician level, with €4,000 a day, the same sum clears in about five days.
Speed falls short of the “instant” label used in marketing. Requests are processed on business days between 8:00 and 19:00, with up to three open at once and nothing paid at weekends; pending times run from zero to five days, and e-wallet, card and bank payouts take three to five days. In an LCB test, a €50 Zimpler withdrawal requested on 5 August 2025 arrived on 8 August, three days later.
Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal, starting with a copy of an ID, and it can take up to 10 business days. Trustpilot reviewers in 2026 describe rejected documents and verification put on hold, and one user lost bonus points while the check was suspended. Sending documents before requesting the first payout keeps the initial Mr Pacho withdrawal from stalling.
Withdrawals are free once the deposit has been wagered at least once. A deposit taken back out without that turnover attracts a fee, and winnings from it can be voided, so a player who deposits €100 and wants to withdraw it unplayed should expect deductions from Mr Pacho.
Bonus terms: 35x on deposit plus bonus, ten days to finish
The standard welcome bonus is a 100% match up to €500 plus 200 free spins, paid as 20 spins a day over ten days, from a €20 minimum deposit with no code needed; Canadian players get 100% up to $750. Wagering is 35x the deposit plus bonus on slots and 40x on free-spin winnings, the time limit is ten days, and the maximum bet is €5 per spin, bonus buys and gamble features included.
Wagering calculation: a €100 deposit adds a €100 bonus, so €200 × 35 = €7,000 of turnover. At the €5 maximum bet, that is at least 1,400 spins, or €700 of stakes a day across the ten days. Bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus, €1,000. The full €500 bonus needs €35,000 in turnover, €3,500 a day.
Slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards count 100%, while live roulette, card games and dice count 10%, so clearing the bonus on tables takes ten times the stakes. Deposits by Skrill or Neteller do not qualify, and bonuses are not available in Ohio. At 35x on the combined sum, the Mr Pacho welcome offer is close to the market average, and the ten-day limit is the tighter constraint.
Crypto depositors see a separate offer on the homepage: 200% up to 3,000 USDT, with its own sports equivalent of 100% up to 200 USDT beside the 100% up to €200 fiat sports bonus. Its wagering terms are not shown on the homepage, so check them in the bonus rules before depositing.
Regular promotions are frequent. A Friday-to-Sunday reload adds 50% up to €700 plus 50 free spins at 35x deposit plus bonus, from a minimum deposit of €20–€50, and Monday to Thursday brings 50 free spins. Sunday spins on ELA Games’ Detective Fortune pay up to 100 spins for €100 to €800 of stakes, valid 24 hours at 40x. Evolution live games carry €10 bonuses: roulette at weekends, blackjack on Fridays and Crazy Time on Tuesdays. There is no standard no-deposit bonus.
Eight or nine coins and more than 20 fiat routes
The crypto cashier takes Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP and USDC, plus Cardano and Dogecoin or DAI, eight or nine coins in all. That range, together with a crypto-only welcome bonus, is why Mr Pacho suits players who want to fund an account in coins. Fiat runs in 24 currencies, including EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, HUF, PLN, INR, BRL, CZK, CLP, CHF and PEN.
Fiat methods include Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, EPS, Trustly, Rapid Transfer, Volt, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, CashtoCode, eZeeWallet, Jeton, MiFinity, Payz, Interac, Revolut, Pix, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zimpler and bank transfer. Not every method appears in every country, and Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus.
| Route | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto (most coins) | €20 | €10–€20 |
| Bitcoin | €30 | €60 |
| Cards and e-wallets | €10–€20 | €10–€20 |
Mr Pacho charges no deposit or withdrawal fee, provided the deposit has been played through once. Bitcoin has the highest entry points, €30 in and €60 out, so smaller balances move more cheaply in USDT or Litecoin. Before sending a token that runs on several blockchains, check that the network selected in the wallet matches the Mr Pacho deposit address, since a transfer on the wrong network is usually lost.
Around 9,000 games and up to €100,000 a blackjack hand
The lobby holds around 9,000 titles from more than 100 studios: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Evolution, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, Games Global, Red Tiger, Spribe, Merkur, Gamomat, ELA Games, Aviatrix, Wazdan, Playtech and BetSoft. One recent tally counted 8,269 slots, 505 jackpot games, 145 blackjack and 36 roulette titles, plus 54 games exclusive to Mr Pacho.
Categories cover Megaways, Bonus Buys, instant games, table games, video poker, bingo, craps and virtual sports. Progressive jackpots include Divine Fortune, Jackpot Raiders and Relax’s Dream Drop, and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins network runs alongside.
The live casino has roughly 350 to 500 tables from Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Live, BetGames, LuckyStreak, Atmosfera, Bombay Live and CreedRoomz, grouped into lobbies such as Gold Saloon, Roulette, Blackjack, International Tables, Game Shows, Baccarat & Dice and Poker. Private blackjack tables accept up to €100,000 a round, far beyond what the entry-level €500 daily withdrawal limit can return quickly.
Average RTP across the library sits around 95–96%, and the casino has no independent RNG test or RTP audit of its own. Casino.guru’s Gamecheck examined a sample of titles and found no fake games. The homepage also promotes a sportsbook with live betting and virtual sports, from football and tennis to basketball, baseball and ice hockey, with sports bonuses kept apart from Mr Pacho casino offers.
Live chat in eight languages, but no phone
Support runs 24/7 through live chat and by email at [email protected], backed by an FAQ page that covers only the basics. Chat is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Polish and Portuguese, while the site itself comes in 18 languages, from Norwegian and Hungarian to Arabic, Greek and Latvian. There is no phone line.
Reviewers often describe the agents as polite, and the company answers 95% of negative Trustpilot reviews. Payment disputes are slower: complaints about delayed payouts and ignored self-exclusion requests show that a fast first reply in chat rarely settles a finance or account decision at Mr Pacho.
For anything involving a withdrawal or account closure, email [email protected] as well as using chat, and keep the reply references and transaction IDs, so a later complaint to a mediation service has a dated trail from Mr Pacho.
Browser play only on phones
Mr Pacho has no native app for Android or iOS. Phones and tablets use the mobile site, which carries the full slot lobby, the live casino and the sportsbook in all 18 interface languages.
Nothing has to be installed, and lobby categories such as Megaways, Bonus Buys, Jackpots and Exclusive make a 9,000-game catalogue workable on a small screen. Live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Live stream in the browser, so a stable connection matters more than the handset for Mr Pacho’s live games.
Five music levels, from Fan to Superstar
Every player joins the loyalty programme automatically at Fan and moves up through Audiophile, Soloist and Musician to Superstar. Cashback starts only at the third level: 5% at Soloist, 10% at Musician and 15% at Superstar, capped at €3,000 a week, with 1x wagering and requested through support on Mondays. Musician and Superstar players also get a personal manager, and each level raises the withdrawal ceilings shown above.
Cashback at Musician level: a €2,000 net weekly loss returns €200 at 10%, cleared with €200 of stakes at 1x. At Superstar, the €3,000 cap is reached at a net loss of €20,000 in a week.
Coins accrue at one point per €100 wagered and can be exchanged in the Shop for free spins and bonus money. Challenges offer up to 15,000 extra coins. Levels fall back when an account goes quiet, so occasional players lose status they have built up at Mr Pacho.
A separate 25% cashback on live and slot losses pays up to €200, with wagering of between 1x and 10x. Tournaments include Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins, with prizes from €10 to €2,500, and weekly Pragmatic tournaments with prize pools of up to €25,000.
Mr Pacho put through six trust checks
- ConcernComplaint record50 complaints are logged with only 14 resolved, worth €400 to €100,000, over delayed payouts, confiscations and ignored self-exclusion.
- ConcernPayout reliabilityEntry-level accounts can withdraw only €500 a day and €7,000 a month on weekdays, and 2026 complaints describe waits beyond a week.
- CautionVerificationAn ID check is mandatory before the first withdrawal and can take up to 10 business days, and 2026 complaints describe rejected documents.
- CautionBonus termsWagering is 35x deposit plus bonus within ten days at a €5 maximum bet, and bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus.
- CautionSupportChat runs 24/7 in eight languages with polite agents, but there is no phone line and payment disputes move slowly.
- ConcernPlayer protectionPlayers cannot set deposit or loss limits, only a 24-hour cool-off and email self-exclusion, and unanswered exclusion requests recur in complaints.
Other casinos to compare
- Bet Republic Casino — 4.4/10. An even bigger lobby with far more live dealer tables.
- Wazbee Casino — 6.5/10. Stricter but more transparent bonus terms that Casino.guru has recognised as among the fairest.
- LunuBet Casino — 4.9/10. A wider spread of regional bank and wallet methods next to crypto.
- Legzo Casino — 5.4/10. A large catalogue with a deep live casino from several major studios and a stronger mobile experience.
Mr Pacho questions answered
Is Mr Pacho licensed, and who runs it?
There is no single answer. Rabidi N.V. with a Curaçao sublicence, Luxinero Group and NovaForge Ltd have all been named as operator, and Anjouan and Costa Rica also come up as jurisdictions. Casino.guru treats Mr Pacho as unlicensed, and the website itself shows no licence. Rabidi N.V. was declared bankrupt in December 2023, so check the current terms before depositing.
How much can I withdraw from Mr Pacho?
On the starting Fan level the limit is €500 per day and €7,000 per month, so a large win comes out in instalments over months. Climbing the five loyalty levels raises the ceiling step by step, up to €5,000 a day and €75,000 a month at Superstar. The smallest payout is €10 to €20, or €60 in Bitcoin.
Are Mr Pacho withdrawals instant?
No. Despite the marketing, the finance team works weekdays from 8:00 to 19:00, requests can sit pending for up to five days, and cards, e-wallets and bank transfers add three to five days. An LCB test payout via Zimpler took three days. The first withdrawal also waits for an ID check of up to ten business days.
What are the Mr Pacho welcome bonus terms?
You get a 100% match up to €500 and 200 spins from a €20 deposit, and must play through 35 times the deposit and bonus combined within ten days. Spins are released 20 per day, their winnings need 40x, bets are limited to €5, and you can cash out no more than ten times the bonus. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify.
Which cryptocurrencies does Mr Pacho accept?
Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP and USDC are standard, with Cardano and Dogecoin or DAI completing the list. Most coins share a €20 minimum deposit, though Bitcoin needs €30 in and €60 out. Crypto players can also take a dedicated 200% welcome bonus of up to 3,000 USDT, separate from the euro package.
Does Mr Pacho have a mobile app?
No dedicated app exists for Android or iPhone. Mr Pacho runs in the phone’s browser instead, with the complete slot lobby, live dealer tables and sports betting available after logging in. Because nothing is downloaded, there is no app store listing to look for, and the site works in all 18 of its interface languages.
How does the Mr Pacho VIP cashback work?
Cashback begins at Soloist, the third of five levels, and pays 5%, 10% or 15% of weekly net losses as you climb, up to €3,000. You request it from support on Mondays and wager it only once. Below Soloist there is no rebate, and inactive accounts slip back down the ladder.
Would a €7,000 monthly limit put you off Mr Pacho?
Mr Pacho offers a broad crypto cashier, a 9,000-game lobby and promotions with fair-to-average terms, and its weak point is the exit. New accounts can take out only €7,000 a month, payouts stop at weekends, and Casino.guru’s 7.7/10 sits beside 50 complaints, many of them about delayed or confiscated winnings.
A player who deposits in crypto, keeps balances modest, completes the ID check early and withdraws winnings regularly gets the best of Mr Pacho. Anyone expecting to cash out a five-figure win quickly, or relying on deposit limits to control spending should choose one of the alternatives above.
