Best for: Fair bonus terms
Wagering of just 1x on the welcome deposit and spin winnings sets Jack.com apart from the 30x-plus norm at crypto casinos. Formerly Jackbit, the site adds 17–18 coins with a choice of networks, a $1 minimum deposit, more than 9,000 games and 22 provably fair originals.
The 6.5/10 balances that against a modest welcome worth $10 in spins, a 10x cap on cash won from bonuses, races and rakeback, and verification that can surface at the first large withdrawal despite no checks at sign-up. Casino.guru and AskGamblers rate it highly, while its Trustpilot profile averages 2.0 out of 5.

From Jackbit to Jack.com: operator, licence and complaints
Jack.com launched in 2022 as Jackbit and took its new name in spring 2026; jackbit.com now redirects to jack.com, and existing Jackbit accounts and balances moved across automatically. The relaunch brought a new interface, a rebuilt wallet, a live feed of other players’ bets and crypto tipping between users.
Casino.guru and AskGamblers both name Data Link Digital B.V., company number 164124, registered in Curaçao, as the operator. It holds licence OGL/2024/1562/1139 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, issued on 15 May 2026. Jackbit previously traded under Ryker Development B.V., and payments are handled by a Cyprus agent, DATALINK TECH LIMITED. No Malta or UK licence is held, and an independent review points out that Curaçao has no independent complaints body, so a dispute has to go through the operator or an outside review site.
Accounts are not accepted from the United States and its territories, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Moldova, Australia, the Netherlands or China. Deposits from a restricted country are one of the triggers for a full identity review.
The rating-site scores are strong. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 8.3, rated “High”, and AskGamblers shows an expert score of 8.9 and a player score of 9.2 from 248 reviews. Casino.guru’s complaint file holds 50 cases: 15 resolved, 33 rejected and 2 open. They cover a bet lost to a site malfunction, a new account opened by a self-excluded player, confiscated winnings, a withdrawal held during an investigation and an account closed without evidence being shown. On AskGamblers, 32 of 34 complaints were resolved, with replies in about a day, cases closed in six days and an average disputed sum of $6,682. A complaint that circulated as a $3.3 million claim was in fact for $3,311, a data-entry error.
Trustpilot tells a harsher story. The jack.com profile, managed by the company since March 2026, scores 2.0 out of 5 from 48 reviews, 84% of them one-star; the company answers 86% of negative reviews, usually within a week. Complaints there cite slow withdrawals and deposits sent on the wrong network, unclear wagering, frozen games, account closures and suspicions about game returns. The older jackbit.com profile has no score after fake reviews were removed; its 323 remaining reviews split between 54% five-star and 33% one-star, with the 10x bonus cap and identity checks before payout as the main grievances. Player reviews are allegations and not rulings, but the same themes recur on every platform.
Several terms carry a direct cost. A single casino spin or round can pay no more than $150,000, though progressive jackpots are paid in full. Some account closures attract a 20% administrative fee, a dormant account is charged €10 a month after 12 months of inactivity, and a processing fee applies when a withdrawal follows less than three times the last deposit in turnover. Responsible-gambling tools stop at self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test; deposit and loss limits have to be requested through support, and two complaints concern self-exclusion that was not upheld.
Crypto-only cash-outs inside a $100,000 monthly ceiling
Every withdrawal goes out in cryptocurrency. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay can buy crypto for a deposit, but there is no fiat route back, so a player funding by card has to hold a wallet that can receive the coin. Minimums depend on the coin and network and work out at roughly $7–10, for example 0.00012 BTC via BNB Smart Chain or 3 XRP. Jack.com charges no platform fee on either side; only network gas applies.
The site markets payouts as instant, and the operator gives a typical figure of 10–12 minutes. The terms allow up to 24 hours, and cash-outs are not processed at weekends. Any request that triggers verification falls outside those times entirely.
Limits are generous for most players: $50,000 per rolling seven days and $100,000 per rolling 30 days. Wins above $100,000 are paid in monthly tranches of up to $100,000, while progressive jackpots are paid whole.
How a top win leaves: a maximum $150,000 slot win comes out as three $50,000 payments. The first two can go a week apart, but the third has to wait for the 30-day window to roll over, roughly a month after the first.
Verification is risk-based. No ID is needed to register, deposit or make a routine withdrawal. A large first withdrawal, or a flag for multiple accounts, chargebacks, bonus abuse, unusual betting or deposits from a restricted country, brings a request for ID, proof of address no older than six months, a video call and evidence of where the funds came from. Documents are accepted in Latin or Cyrillic script. These requests drive most payout complaints, and the timing matters: the checks tend to arrive after a win, when the balance is already large.
A 1x welcome with a $100 ceiling
The casino welcome is 100 free spins on Hot Chilli Bells for a first deposit of at least $50, unlocked by entering the code WELCOME after depositing. Each spin is worth $0.10, so the package is $10 of play. The spins have to be activated within 24 hours and used within the next 24, and winnings from them are capped at $100.
The wagering is what earns the fair-terms verdict: the deposit must be turned over once and the spin winnings once. Low-risk slot play and the in-house instant games do not count towards that turnover.
Turnover on the welcome: a $50 deposit and spin winnings of $40 create a requirement of 1x $50 plus 1x $40, so $90 in qualifying bets releases the lot. The same $40 under a common 40x rule on winnings would need $1,600 of turnover.
Sports bettors can take a 100% risk-free first bet of up to $100 instead, with no wagering on the refund; the bet needs at least three selections at odds of 1.40 or higher. Wednesday and weekend reloads add 100 free spins for deposits of $50 or more, at 3x wagering.
The cap is the weak point. Cash winnings from bonuses, races and rakeback are limited to 10x the bonus, and players describe winnings being cut back under that rule, in one case $1,600 removed from a $2,200 balance. Because race prizes and rakeback count as bonuses here, the cap reaches well beyond the welcome offer.
Recurring promotions are built around competition. A weekly $40,000 race pays the top 30 players and resets on Wednesdays at 12:00 UTC, a $500 daily tournament runs on instant games, and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins network, with more than €25M in prizes, runs until March 2027.
Eighteen coins, four USDT networks, a $1 entry
The cashier accepts 17 or 18 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, BNB, Solana, XRP, USD Coin, Cardano, Dogecoin, Chainlink, Tron, POL, Shiba Inu, DAI, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Monero and Dash. Monero gives privacy-minded players a coin with shielded transfers, and three stablecoins offer a way to hold a balance without price swings.
Deposits start at $1. USDT can be sent on ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 or Polygon, and Bitcoin withdrawals can go out via BNB Smart Chain. That choice cuts fees, since TRC-20 and Polygon transfers cost a fraction of Ethereum gas, but it also creates the most common deposit error. Player complaints include coins sent on the wrong network, and the deposit window shows which network each address expects.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay work through a card on-ramp that converts to crypto at deposit. Balances can be displayed in nine currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, AUD and CAD, but the underlying money stays in crypto.
9,000+ titles and 22 provably fair originals
The library grew from about 7,000 to more than 9,200 titles at the relaunch, and the latest counts reach 10,400. Dozens of studios supply it, led by Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, BGaming, Betsoft, Spribe, Yggdrasil and Red Tiger.
Slots account for most of the catalogue, with table games covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat, sic bo and video poker, and a crypto-style section of plinko, mines, dice, crash, keno and bingo. The live casino runs to about 500 tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, CreedRoomz and Imagine Live, including game shows.
Jack.com builds 22 originals of its own, among them Dino, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Tower and Limbo, and these are provably fair, so each round’s result can be checked against the seeds. There is also an exclusive slot, Jack.com Splash, made by Lambda Gaming with a 96.4% RTP.
The lobby does not show RTP figures and offers no RTP or volatility filters, so a player comparing slots has to open each game’s information panel. In replies to player complaints about returns, the operator states that RTPs are set by the studios and their certified random number generators. A sportsbook sits alongside the casino with live betting, a bet builder, streaming and a 4.99% margin on main markets.
Chat in one to two minutes, in two languages
Live chat runs 24/7 and typically connects within one to two minutes. Email goes to [email protected], with separate addresses for verification, payments and VIP matters, which keeps a document query apart from a general ticket. Chat is offered only in English and French, although the site itself runs in 13 languages, from Spanish and German to Japanese, Korean and Finnish.
Dispute handling is weaker than first contact. Players describe slow, templated replies on withdrawals and verification. Taking a payment problem to email, where the verification and payments teams have their own inboxes, leaves a dated thread with the casino’s stated reasons.
An installable web app in place of store apps
There is no Jack.com app in the App Store or Google Play. The responsive site can instead be installed as a web app on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS through the browser’s “add to home screen” option, which gives it its own icon and a full-screen window.
Because the web app is the same responsive site, the live bets feed, the rebuilt wallet, the originals and the full slot and live library all carry over to a phone. Community channels on X, Telegram, Discord and Instagram carry promotions and giveaways.
Eleven VIP levels and what the rakeback is worth
The VIP programme has 11 levels, reached by collecting points from wagering. Points convert to instant rakeback at 100 points to $1, with no wagering on the cash. Level-up rewards start at Bronze, Platinum adds a VIP email line, Diamond brings a personal VIP manager on Telegram, and weekly and monthly VIP rewards sit on top.
| Level | Points needed |
|---|---|
| Rookie | 0 |
| Bronze | 10,000 |
| Silver | 50,000 |
| Gold | 100,000 |
| Platinum | 200,000 |
| Diamond | 1,000,000 |
| Elite | 5,000,000 |
| Expert | 10,000,000 |
| Master | 30,000,000 |
| Guru | 50,000,000 |
| Legend | 75,000,000 |
The headline “up to 30%” is the rate at which points are earned, not the share of stakes returned. Earn rates rise from 20% to 30% on casino and sports bets, from 10% to 20% on live games and from 1% to 11% on instant games. By an independent review’s calculation, that works out at roughly 0.2–0.3% of slot stakes returned as cash.
Roulette, baccarat, Aviator, craps, Dragon Tiger, Plinko, some live game shows and sports bets at odds below 1.3 earn no points at all, so a table-game player builds status slowly. Rakeback also falls under the 10x cap on cash winnings, which limits how far it can be stretched.
Jack.com suits light-bonus crypto players, mostly
A good fit for
- Players who want bonus terms that barely bind, since the welcome needs only 1x the deposit plus 1x the spin winnings.
- Crypto users who like choosing networks, with 17–18 coins including Monero, four USDT chains and deposits from $1 without platform fees.
- Players who occasionally move larger sums, given ceilings of $50,000 per rolling seven days and $100,000 per rolling 30 days.
- Anyone who wants to check rounds personally, as 22 in-house originals such as Plinko, Mines and Dice are provably fair.
Better to look elsewhere if
- Players counting on bonus-driven wins, because cash won from bonuses, races and rakeback is capped at 10x the bonus.
- Card users hoping to cash out to a bank, since every withdrawal goes out in crypto and cards only buy coins for deposits.
- Anyone set on avoiding paperwork, as a large first withdrawal can bring ID, address proof, a video call and proof of funds.
- Players who rely on self-service spending controls, because deposit and loss limits have to be requested through support.
Rival sites to consider
These sites reward play in different ways or put more weight on withdrawal speed.
- Rakebit (6.2/10) — Replaces the usual welcome with full rakeback on early wagering, with no playthrough attached.
- Winna (5.7/10) — Credits rakeback every few minutes and adds lossback at its upper VIP levels.
- Wild.io (6.4/10) — Publishes its own payout-time statistics, backed by quick measured crypto withdrawals.
- Gamdom (6.9/10) — Gives newcomers a week of instant rakeback in place of a deposit match, with stronger bonus terms overall.
Jack.com questions
Is Jack.com the same casino as Jackbit?
Yes. Jackbit rebranded as Jack.com in spring 2026, the old domain now forwards to the new one and accounts carried over with their balances. Data Link Digital B.V. runs the site under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, granted in May 2026, while Jackbit traded under Ryker Development B.V. before the change. Some older complaints on review sites still carry the Jackbit name.
How fast are Jack.com withdrawals?
Routine crypto payouts are promoted as instant, with the operator quoting about ten to twelve minutes, but the terms give the casino up to 24 hours and weekend requests wait for a working day. A cash-out that sets off an identity review has no fixed timescale. Fees are limited to network gas, and the minimum is set per coin, around $7–10.
Does Jack.com require KYC?
Not to open an account, deposit or take a routine payout. A big first withdrawal or a risk flag, such as a second account, a chargeback or a deposit from a blocked country, brings requests for photo ID, a recent address document, a video call and proof of where the money came from. Having those ready before a large win shortens the wait.
What is the catch with the Jack.com welcome bonus?
Its size. The 1x requirement is about as light as casino bonuses get, but 100 spins at $0.10 add up to $10 of play, winnings from them stop at $100, and the spins must be activated and used within two 24-hour windows. The $50 qualifying deposit stays the player’s own money throughout and only needs to be bet once.
Can I withdraw to a bank card from Jack.com?
No. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay only buy crypto for a deposit. All cash-outs are sent in one of the supported coins to a wallet you control, so card users need a crypto wallet before they request a payout. Choosing a cheap network such as TRC-20 or Polygon for USDT keeps the gas cost low.
How much rakeback does the Jack.com VIP programme pay?
Less than the “up to 30%” banner suggests. That figure is the points earn rate at the highest levels; with 100 points worth $1, actual cash back on slots comes to around 0.2–0.3% of the amount staked. Roulette, baccarat, craps and several other games earn nothing, and the rakeback is paid instantly without any playthrough.
Does Jack.com treat its players fairly?
On bonus terms, Jack.com is one of the fairer crypto casinos: 1x wagering, a deposit that only needs betting once and rakeback paid without playthrough. The weekly $50,000 and monthly $100,000 withdrawal ceilings are high enough that few players will meet them, and 17–18 coins with a $1 entry make funding easy.
The friction sits in the rules around winning. The 10x cap trims bonus-driven wins, the $150,000 per-round ceiling limits the very largest, and video and proof-of-funds checks tend to arrive with the first big cash-out. A player who claims small bonuses, keeps the cap in view and expects verification once the balance grows will find the 6.5/10 a fair reflection.
