Best for: Verifiable fairness

About 74 in-house Originals at BC.Game can be checked round by round with SHA-256 hashes, and the cashier takes more than 100 coins, including Bitcoin over Lightning. Those strengths sit beside a monthly withdrawal ceiling of €5,000–€10,000, risk-based ID checks that tend to arrive after big wins, rakeback that releases slowly and a long record of complaints about frozen accounts. The rating is 5.6/10.

Who is behind BC.Game: a new operator after a turbulent 2024

BC.Game launched in 2017 and is now operated by Twocent Technology Limited, registered in Belize under number 000041939, with Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1 issued on 2 October 2024. An independent review’s register check on 1 October 2026 showed the licence as valid and absent from the suspended and revoked lists; it also covers bc.fun, hash.game, blaze.game and bcpoker.com. The expiry date is given as either 1 October 2026 or 1 October 2027, so the Anjouan register is worth checking before a large deposit. The beneficial owners are not disclosed, although the brand was large enough to take Leicester City’s shirt sponsorship under a two-year deal announced in July 2024.

Before Twocent, the platform ran under a Curaçao sublicence through Blockdance B.V., which handed operations to Small House B.V. in April 2024. On 12 November 2024 a Curaçao court declared both companies bankrupt in a case brought by players with more than $2 million in unpaid claims, and the Court of Appeal upheld the ruling; the court also found that Small House had breached licensing rules on banking. BC.Game disputes the findings and denies any liquidity problem. It surrendered the Curaçao licence on 5 December 2024, calling the environment increasingly hostile.

On 29 June 2026 Sweden’s regulator, Spelinspektionen, issued a marketing prohibition against Twocent for promoting BC.Game in Sweden through affiliates and creators without a Swedish licence, and the operator did not respond. Earlier that year, on 5 March, BC.Game disclosed that an exploit in an externally supplied game had cost it $4,326,700 and offered a $500,000 bounty.

The operator bars players from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and its Caribbean territories, France, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Ontario and others, and BC.Game has been unavailable in Sweden since the ban.

Ratings and the complaint pattern

Casino.guru rates BC.Game 7.8/10 (“Above average”), found no fake games in its Gamecheck test and estimates annual revenue above $100 million. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.5/10 and a player score of 7.5/10 from 190 reviews. Of 149 complaints filed there, 113 were resolved, including all 61 payment complaints, with an average reply time of two days; rejected cases include a $22,037 XRP deposit that was never credited and a $42,060 account block.

Trustpilot has withdrawn the bc.game rating for guideline breaches after removing fake reviews, and 69% of the 3,748 remaining reviews are one-star. Recent posts describe accounts frozen after wins, repeat KYC requests, deposits that never arrived, 2FA lock-outs, accusations of rigged Crash and Originals rounds, and decisions the casino calls final.

Terms that shift risk to the player

The terms let BC.Game confiscate winnings if the network fee paid on a deposit is judged insufficient, cap the operator’s liability at €100 and make management decisions on disputes final, with no appeal. Low-risk play and bonus abuse can also cost winnings, and account balances are defined as virtual funds with no intrinsic value.

A €100 liability cap meets a €10,000 balance. In a large disputed withdrawal, the contract gives BC.Game the final word and limits its liability to €100, leaving outside complaint services as the player’s only lever.

Self-service wagering and loss limits, set by day, week, month or quarter, and self-exclusion from one day to permanently after a 24-hour cooling-off go further than many crypto casinos offer, but there is no deposit limit. Self-exclusion also blocks access to the balance and withdrawals for its full term, so any balance should be cashed out before it is activated.

Crypto can leave quickly, but approval controls the clock

Small crypto withdrawals are often paid within 5–10 minutes of approval, while player reports put automated payouts at 5–45 minutes. Large or flagged requests go to a manual audit that players describe as one to six hours, and longer when documents are needed. AskGamblers lists a 24–48 hour pending period, e-wallets at up to an hour and bank and card payouts at up to 72 hours, with no weekend cash-outs.

Withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month, falling to €5,000 once the balance exceeds ten times total deposits. The minimum is about €10 per transaction, and every deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.

High-balance rule in practice: a €500 deposit grows to a €20,000 balance. That exceeds 10 × €500 = €5,000, so the monthly cap drops to €5,000 and the full balance takes four months to withdraw. On a €200 deposit, the 1x rule means €200 of stakes before any withdrawal.

No ID is needed to sign up, but clause 6 of the terms lets BC.Game demand documents at any time and limit payouts until they arrive. Triggers include large withdrawals, deposits through on-ramps, unusual activity, jurisdiction checks and bonus-abuse reviews. A request can cover government photo ID, proof of address, a selfie, a phone call or proof of where the money came from.

A recurring payout complaint follows one sequence: a big win, then a fresh KYC request or an account freeze, then a slow exchange with support. Keeping transaction hashes and written support replies makes a later complaint to an outside service far easier to argue.

Four deposit stages, two different reward mechanics

The welcome package covers four deposits, each pairing a match with rakeback paid in BCD: 180% + 40% on the first, 240% + 60% on the second, 300% + 100% on the third and 360% + 140% on the fourth. Headline caps range from $20,000 to the current package of 470% up to $500,000 with 400 free spins and 20% rakeback, depending on region.

Deposit bonuses carry 40–45x wagering and free-spin winnings 40x, according to an independent review. Studio slots count 50–100% towards the target, live and table games 0%, and Originals little or nothing.

Wagering calculation: a $100 first deposit with the 180% match credits $180. At 40x the required stakes are $180 × 40 = $7,200; at 45x, $8,100. On a slot that counts 50%, actual stakes double to $14,400–$16,200.

The rakeback part releases slowly. Each bet unlocks 1% of its value multiplied by a VIP unlock rate of 20% at entry and about 24% at the top, or roughly $2 for every $1,000 staked. Unlocking $100 therefore takes about $50,000 of turnover at entry level, the minimum claim is $5, and locked BCD does not expire.

Clause 13 treats stalling rounds, low-margin or hedged bets and depositing while free spins are active as bonus abuse, which can void the bonus and its winnings after the turnover has already been played.

New players also receive five no-deposit free spins valued at about $0.50. Recurring promotions include recharge cashback, a daily slots raffle, live-casino cash drops and streak-based free bets in the sportsbook.

A wide crypto cashier with mainstream network choices

BC.Game accepts more than 100 coins, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, DOGE, LTC, TRX, BNB, XRP, TON, POL, ADA, DOT, AVAX, DAI and BCH, plus its own BCD. Bitcoin also runs over Lightning, which suits small deposits that would otherwise pay full on-chain fees.

AssetsPayment networks or routes
BTCBitcoin and Lightning
ETH and supported tokensEthereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base
USDT and other tokensEthereum ERC20, Tron TRC20, BNB Chain BEP20
SOL, TON and XRPSolana, TON and XRP Ledger
Other chainsPolygon, Avalanche, Litecoin

Sending USDT on Tron to an Ethereum deposit address, or the reverse, can lose the funds, so the network chosen in the cashier has to match the sending wallet.

Minimums depend on the coin: 0.00001 BTC, around $10–12, for Bitcoin deposits and about €10 for withdrawals, with no stated maximum deposit. BC.Game says it charges no internal deposit or withdrawal fees beyond network costs, and fee-free withdrawals are also a VIP perk.

Players without crypto can buy it in the cashier through MoonPay or Banxa, and regional methods include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Interac, AstroPay, Sofort, bank wire, UPI and PIX, from 94 methods in total. On-ramp deposits are also one of the KYC triggers.

Seventy-four Originals with round-by-round verification

About 74 BC Originals, including Crash, Plinko, Mines, Limbo, Dice, Hilo, Keno and Wheel, use a SHA-256 hash chain. The server commits to a hashed seed before play, and after the round the player can recompute the hash and the result. The verification code is public, so a disputed Crash multiplier can be checked outside the casino.

The check covers only the Originals. Studio slots and live tables rely on their studios’ certified random number generators; a Gamecheck test found no fake games, and an independent sample measured RTP at about 96%. Recent player posts accuse BC.Game of manipulating Crash rounds, and the casino answers them by pointing to the hash verification.

The wider lobby holds 7,000+ games from 60+ studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, BGaming, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Microgaming and Playtech, with RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker, keno, bingo, virtual sports and a Lottery section. Live tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, but there is no live craps.

The same account opens a sportsbook with in-play betting and cash-out, esports markets such as CS2 and Dota 2, and BCPoker.

Twenty-four-hour help, with a queue behind the bot

Live chat runs 24/7, starting with a bot before handing over to an agent, alongside email at [email protected] and a help centre. Casino.guru rated the chat “Average” after 12 tests, with replies in about two minutes. Guests have only limited chat access before registering.

The site and support run in 17–29 languages. BC.Game replies to nearly every public review, usually by redirecting the customer to X or a direct message, and players complain of templated answers. The brand also runs Telegram, X and Discord channels.

Browser-first access, iPhone shortcut and Android APK

BC.Game has no app-store listing. iPhone users add the site to the home screen through Safari as a web app, and Android users download an APK from the official site. Sign-in works by email, Google, X, Telegram, LINE, MetaMask or WalletConnect, and accounts can be protected with an authenticator app or a passkey.

BC.Game has warned of fake apps since 2022, and a cloned Telegram mini-app was documented in February 2026, so the APK should come only from bc.game itself. Some players report being locked out by 2FA, which makes saving backup codes during setup worthwhile.

Eight VIP tiers and rewards linked to BCD

The VIP programme has eight tiers. Rakeback in BCD starts at the early levels and can be collected every 24 hours, and weekly cashback starts at Gold. Higher tiers add level-up bonuses, enhanced cashback and lossback, fee-free withdrawals and a personal VIP host, with the top perks offered by invitation.

Rewards are paid largely in BCD, a token pegged to the US dollar. BC.Game says its BC Engine scheme, launched around April 2026, automatically allocates the $BC token earned through wagering and pays rewards hourly in BCD, and describes it as a staking-style reward model. Crypto assets are volatile; this is not financial advice.

At entry level the unlock rate of 20% means rakeback adds little for casual players, while the move to about 24% at the top tier and the Gold-level weekly cashback reward players who wager heavily every week.

BC.Game measured against six trust checks

  • CautionComplaint record113 of 149 mediated complaints were resolved, all 61 payment cases included, yet frozen accounts after wins recur in recent player posts.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityWithdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month, or €5,000 once the balance exceeds ten times deposits, with no weekend cash-outs.
  • ConcernVerificationClause 6 allows ID, address, selfie or proof-of-funds requests at any time, typically after large wins or on-ramp deposits, holding payouts meanwhile.
  • CautionBonus termsDeposit matches carry 40–45x wagering, live and table games count 0%, and hedged or low-margin bets can void winnings.
  • CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 behind a bot, replying in about two minutes, but answer quality is average and players describe templated replies.
  • CautionPlayer protectionWagering and loss limits plus self-exclusion are self-service, but there is no deposit limit and excluded balances stay locked.

Four alternatives with different reward and payment priorities

  • TrustDice — 6.9/10. Its EOS-based TXT token is earned through play, with the platform describing crypto-denominated dividends from staking.
  • BetFury — 7.1/10. It describes a BFG staking pool with a lengthy stBFG lock-up, instead of BC.Game’s BCD unlock system.
  • Coins.Game — 4.0/10. The payment experience places more emphasis on local options such as Pix, Boleto, IMPS and Papara across several regional markets.
  • 500 Casino — 6.6/10. Card wallets and services including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PIX provide a wider familiar deposit route around its cryptocurrency account.

Frequently asked questions

Can BC.Game Original games be independently checked?

Yes. Each of the roughly 74 Originals, from Crash and Dice to Plinko and Mines, commits to a hashed server seed before the round. Afterwards you can recompute the SHA-256 hash with the revealed seed and confirm the outcome yourself. The method does not extend to Evolution tables or third-party slots, which depend on their studios’ certified random number generators.

What gambling licence does BC.Game use?

Twocent Technology Limited of Belize runs it under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1, issued in October 2024. The previous Curaçao companies were declared bankrupt that November over $2 million in player claims, a ruling BC.Game disputes, and Sweden banned the operator’s marketing in June 2026. With expiry due between October 2026 and October 2027, check the Anjouan register before a large deposit.

How quickly can I withdraw cryptocurrency?

Small crypto withdrawals are often paid within five to ten minutes of approval. Bigger or unusual requests go to a manual audit that players put at one to six hours, longer if documents are requested, and AskGamblers lists no weekend cash-outs. The monthly ceiling is €10,000, cut to €5,000 when your balance exceeds ten times your deposits, and each deposit must be wagered once first.

Does BC.Game require KYC before playing?

Not at registration, but the terms allow a request at any time. Large withdrawals, on-ramp deposits, unusual play and bonus reviews are typical triggers, and the request can include photo ID, proof of address, a selfie, a call or proof of source of funds. Payouts can be held until the check is complete, so upload documents before a large withdrawal.

How does the BC.Game welcome match work?

Four deposits each pair a match with BCD rakeback, from 180% plus 40% on the first to 360% plus 140% on the fourth. An independent review reports 40–45x wagering on matched funds, so a $180 bonus would need $7,200–$8,100 of slot stakes, while live and table games count for nothing. The rakeback releases at about $2 per $1,000 wagered, with a $5 minimum claim.

Which coins and payment routes are supported?

More than 100 coins, including BTC with Lightning, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, TON, XRP and BNB, on networks such as ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base. Players without crypto can buy it through MoonPay or Banxa, or use regional methods like UPI and PIX. Bitcoin deposits start at 0.00001 BTC, and the operator says it adds no fees beyond network costs.

What protection is available for limiting gambling?

You can set wagering and loss limits by day, week, month or quarter and self-exclude for anything from a day to permanently after a 24-hour cooling-off. There is no deposit limit. While self-excluded, the balance cannot be withdrawn, so cash out first. Gambling Therapy offers free, confidential support for players in any country.

A verifiable round is only one part of a safe cash-out

BC.Game is a strong pick for players who want to check outcomes themselves: around 74 Originals with hash-verifiable rounds sit inside a cashier of 100+ coins and a 7,000-game lobby, and small crypto withdrawals often clear in minutes.

The 5.6/10 rating reflects what happens with larger sums: a €5,000–€10,000 monthly ceiling, KYC that tends to arrive after a big win, rakeback that releases at about $2 per $1,000 staked and terms that make the casino’s dispute decisions final. Players who keep balances modest, verify early and withdraw winnings in stages avoid most of the friction; anyone hoping to move a five-figure win out quickly will run into every one of those limits.
