Best for: Verifiable fairness

Rainbet, launched in 2023, is a crypto-first casino with more than 25 coins, provably fair in-house games and rakeback paid as withdrawable cash roughly every 15 minutes. Routine crypto withdrawals from a balance without an active bonus have been timed at ten to fifteen minutes in independent tests, with no fixed cap. The weaker side is trust: Casino.guru rates the terms “Unfair” because of a 72-hour window to answer document requests, complaints centre on large wins frozen and balances confiscated, and responsible-gambling tools are thin. Bonus players face 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus.

Who is behind Rainbet: licence, operator and track record

Rainbet launched in 2023 and is operated by RBGAMING N.V., a company registered in Curaçao with an address in Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The brand runs a casino and sportsbook on its own platform, with in-house games alongside titles from outside studios.

The gambling licence comes from Anjouan, number ALSI-152406029-FI2, reportedly issued in June 2024 and valid until 13 June 2027. AskGamblers describes Anjouan as one of the weakest permits available, which leaves a player in a payment dispute with little realistic recourse to a regulator. The licence does not make online casino play lawful in any particular country; local law decides that.

Rainbet does not accept players from the US, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany or Spain, and also excludes Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten and China. Using a VPN to get around those restrictions is prohibited.

Casino.guru rates the terms “Unfair” over one clause: Rainbet can request verification at any time and allows 72 hours to respond, review then takes up to seven working days, and failure to comply can lead to restricted payments and confiscation of funds. Casino.guru’s Safety Index for the casino stands at 6.5/10 (“Above average”), with estimated annual revenue above $100 million, its Gamecheck seal for the game library, and 10,459 black points against the casino.

Of the 32 complaints logged against Rainbet on the same platform, 27 were rejected, three remain unresolved, one is open and one was resolved. The themes are withdrawals stalled by unclear KYC requests, account closures with confiscation, refusals to close accounts, self-exclusions not honoured and an unpaid tournament prize.

AskGamblers rates Rainbet 6.5/10 with a player score of 5/10, and neither of its two complaints was resolved: one involved an account blocked with about 1,500 USDT confiscated over “suspicious activity”, the other an account locked with winnings voided after a bonus cash-out. Trustpilot shows 2.1/5 from 600 reviews, 61% of them one-star, and the company does not reply to negative reviews there.

The brand markets heavily through sponsorship. It has been main jersey partner of Ninjas in Pyjamas since May 2025, became the first official sponsor of the Slots category on Kick in 2026, and works with streamer Adin Ross and UFC fighters Justin Gaethje and Sean Strickland as ambassadors.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Crypto withdrawals are where Rainbet performs best. Independent tests timed cash-outs from a balance without an active bonus at around ten to fifteen minutes, and user feedback describes payouts arriving within minutes to an hour. There is no fixed cap on crypto withdrawals from a clean balance, and the minimum is $15. Each deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.

AskGamblers lists a pending stage of up to 24 hours and says cash-outs are not processed at weekends, so the minutes-long figure applies to routine requests that clear review straight away. Fiat withdrawals take one to three working days by bank transfer and three to five by card.

A clean crypto balance has no fixed withdrawal cap; a balance tied to a promo-code bonus can be cashed out only up to $50 until its wagering is complete.

Verification is tiered. Level 1 asks only for name, date of birth and address, so a crypto player can deposit and play without documents. Level 2 requires government ID and a liveness selfie, Level 3 proof of address no older than three months, and Level 4 proof of income. Any level can be requested at any time, for example after a risk flag for suspected bonus abuse or fraud; the player then has 72 hours to respond, and review takes up to seven working days. Identity checks run through Sumsub, and incoming coins are screened by Elliptic, a blockchain-analytics firm.

That is the main payout risk. Complaints about Rainbet withdrawals rarely concern speed on routine amounts; they concern large wins frozen while documents are requested repeatedly, and accounts closed with balances confiscated. A player who intends to play for meaningful sums should complete the Level 2 and Level 3 checks voluntarily, before a big win puts the 72-hour clock in charge.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

New players choose between two welcome tracks. The locked track adds matched bonus money and free spins over the first deposits at 40x the deposit plus bonus; the no-wager-lock track releases bonus funds gradually as the player wagers, without the 40x requirement. Headline amounts range from a 100% first-deposit match with 20 spins to a 250% package across three deposits worth up to $1,750 with 60 spins. The qualifying deposit is $30 at minimum and $700 at most.

Wagering example: A $200 first deposit with a 100% match adds $200 in bonus money. At 40x deposit plus bonus, the turnover is 40 × $400 = $16,000. With the maximum bet set at about 1% of the deposit, or $2 a spin, that is 8,000 spins.

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is about 1–2% of the deposit, games with an RTP above 97.4% are disabled, and the sportsbook is excluded. A bonus has to be activated before the first bet. Bonuses from promo or partner codes carry a $50 cashout cap, so a large win made with such a code converts into $50 at most.

The more useful rewards are wager-free. Daily reloads can be collected up to three times a day, weekly and monthly reloads follow, and rakeback is credited as withdrawable cash. Promo codes add a temporary rakeback boost, and new accounts get a 15% boost for their first 24 hours.

Races and raffles carry large pools: a $25,000 daily race, a $100,000 weekly race, a monthly race of $500,000–$1,000,000, and a weekly $20,000 raffle split among 50 winners at $400 each, with one ticket at sign-up and another for every $500 wagered. Sportsbook bets count at a higher weight in races and loyalty progress.

Payment methods, coins and cashier limits

Rainbet accepts more than 25 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), USD Coin, Litecoin, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, TRON, BNB, Cardano, Toncoin, Chainlink, Polygon, Dai, Shiba Inu, Arbitrum and HBAR, across about 20 networks. USDC runs on seven networks and USDT on five, so the network selected in the cashier has to match the one used by the sending wallet.

Deposits can also come straight from connected wallets and exchanges through Mesh, and players can sign in with MetaMask or a Solana wallet, or through X, Google, Telegram, Discord, Line or Steam. The minimum deposit runs from about $5 to $15 depending on the coin and network.

Card payments work as crypto purchases through an outside provider using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, while Interac e-Transfer, AstroPay and SEPA are available in some countries; Interac requires KYC Level 1 and a confirmed email. In total there are 30 payment methods and 18 fiat currencies, among them USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, ARS, AUD and BRL. Gift cards, including through a Kinguin partnership, work for deposits only.

Rainbet charges no platform fee on crypto deposits or withdrawals; only network costs apply. Two-factor authentication is available and worth enabling, because a wallet login combined with fast crypto payouts makes a hijacked account easy to empty.

Games, providers and fairness checks

The lobby holds more than 7,000 games from 47–60 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, BGaming, Spinomenal, Hacksaw Gaming, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming and Nolimit City. Live roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, and other categories cover crash games, video poker, bingo, scratch cards, poker and virtual sports.

Rainbet Originals are the reason the casino suits players who want results they can check. The 13–15 in-house titles, including Mines, Plinko, Dice, Limbo, Wheel, Keno, Tower, Hilo, Blackjack, War, Rock Paper Scissors, Chicken Cross and Moles, are provably fair: each round’s outcome comes from server and client seeds that the player can check afterwards with public verifiers, which work without registration. Roulette results are drawn from EOS blockchain blocks.

That guarantee stops at the Originals. Slots and live tables from outside studios run on the studios’ own RNGs, and the Gamecheck seal confirms that no fake versions of those games were found. Each game page shows a maximum RTP, but RTP information has been found to be displayed inconsistently, so the info tab of each slot is the place to confirm the live setting.

A sportsbook covering football, American football, baseball and boxing, plus esports such as CS2, Valorant, League of Legends and Dota 2, sits alongside the casino but is excluded from bonuses.

Support channels and dispute handling

Live chat runs 24/7 and typically answers in two to three minutes; Casino.guru rated it “Good” over three tests in 2024–2025. Email to [email protected] takes from a few hours up to 12, and there is a help centre plus X and Telegram channels. Live support is English only, although the site runs in seven to nine languages, including French, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese and Turkish.

Quick chat replies have not translated into quick dispute resolution. Customer care has been criticised as unresponsive, mediated complaints have waited three days on average for a reply, and a review from September 2026 says a VIP host stopped replying altogether.

For a frozen withdrawal, keep the transaction hash, the KYC request with its timestamp and every chat transcript. With a 72-hour deadline in the terms, the timing of each document upload becomes the central fact in any later complaint.

Using Rainbet on a phone

Rainbet runs in the mobile browser on iOS and Android and can be saved to the home screen; there is no native app. Some users describe the interface as slow. Wallet sign-in through MetaMask or a Solana wallet works on a phone as on desktop.

Responsible-gambling tools are minimal: self-exclusion for at least 90 days and a session cool-off. There are no deposit, bet, loss or time limits, no reality check and no self-assessment test. Complaints describe self-exclusion requests that were not honoured and a self-exclusion link that did not work. On a phone, where the casino is always a tap away, the only way to cap spending at Rainbet is to exclude altogether.

Seven VIP tiers and rakeback every 15 minutes

The VIP programme has seven named tiers split into about 25 levels, set by wagering volume: Bronze from $4,000, Silver around $50,000, Gold around $110,000, Platinum around $700,000, Diamond from $10 million to $250 million across five sub-levels, then Infernal at $500 million and Infernal Diamond at $1 billion.

Rakeback applies at every tier, grows with level and can be collected roughly every 15 minutes as withdrawable cash. Silver adds a monthly bonus, Gold weekly free spins and Platinum a VIP representative. The thresholds are public, which lets a player see exactly how far the next perk is.

For most players the reachable range is Bronze to Gold. A VIP representative comes with Platinum at around $700,000, though the help centre ties a host to $2.5 million in lifetime wagering, and a September 2026 complaint about an unresponsive VIP host shows that the representative is not a guaranteed route to faster dispute handling.

Frequently asked questions

Is Rainbet licensed?

Rainbet is run by RBGAMING N.V. and holds an Anjouan (Comoros) licence, number ALSI-152406029-FI2. Anjouan is an offshore regulator, and AskGamblers counts it among the weakest permits, so regulatory help in a dispute is limited. The licence does not make play legal where you live, and the casino refuses players from the US, the UK, Australia and several EU countries.

How fast are Rainbet crypto withdrawals?

Routine crypto cash-outs from a balance without an active bonus have been timed at around ten to fifteen minutes, with a $15 minimum and no fixed upper limit. Requests can sit pending for up to a day, and a verification request can hold a payout while documents are reviewed, which takes up to seven working days. Bank payouts need one to three working days.

Do I need to verify my identity at Rainbet?

Not to start. The first level asks only for name, date of birth and address, so crypto players can deposit without documents. Rainbet can, however, ask at any time for ID with a liveness selfie, proof of address and proof of income, and it gives 72 hours to respond. Missing that deadline can lead to restricted payments and confiscated funds.

What is the difference between Rainbet’s two welcome tracks?

The locked track pays matched bonus money and free spins but requires 40x the deposit plus bonus, with bets capped at about 1–2% of the deposit and high-RTP slots switched off. The no-wager-lock track releases bonus funds bit by bit as you play, without the 40x requirement. Players who care about quick withdrawals usually find the second route, or no bonus at all, simpler.

How do Rainbet’s provably fair games work?

The in-house Originals, such as Mines, Plinko, Dice and Limbo, generate each result from seeds that you can check after the round with public verifiers, even without an account. That lets you confirm a result was not altered after you placed the bet. The guarantee covers only these titles; slots and live tables from outside studios rely on their own RNGs.

What does the Rainbet VIP programme offer?

Seven tiers, from Bronze at $4,000 wagered to Infernal Diamond at $1 billion, split into roughly 25 levels. Rakeback applies at every level and can be collected about every 15 minutes as cash you can withdraw. Silver adds a monthly bonus, Gold weekly free spins and Platinum a personal VIP representative, while daily, weekly and monthly reloads come without wagering.

Does Rainbet offer deposit limits?

No. The responsible-gambling options stop at self-exclusion for at least 90 days and session cool-offs; deposit, loss and time limits are not available. Complaints also describe self-exclusion requests that were not acted on. Anyone who needs firm spending controls should set them at the wallet or bank level, or choose a casino with proper limit tools.

Can Rainbet be trusted with a winning balance?

Rainbet is a good fit for crypto players who value provably fair games, fast routine withdrawals and frequent wager-free rakeback, and who keep bonus play to a minimum. The risks concentrate at the moment of a large win: a 72-hour document deadline backed by a confiscation clause, a complaint record dominated by frozen and confiscated balances, and very limited responsible-gambling controls. Completing ID and address checks early and skipping the locked bonus track cut the two most common routes into a dispute.
