Best for: Verifiable fairness

Two trust ratings pull Coins.Game in opposite directions: Casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 1.4/10 after 74 complaints, while AskGamblers scores it 6.9/10 and records most of its own cases as resolved. The 4.0/10 here leans towards the first figure, because the complaints cluster around the moment a winning player asks to be paid.

The front end is polished. Fifteen-plus coins sit next to two dozen card and local deposit routes, the promotions calendar runs daily, and a set of in-house crash, dice and mines games is marketed as provably fair. The weak points arrive later: mandatory document checks before the first cash-out, a €10,000 monthly withdrawal ceiling, no payouts at weekends and bonus terms that let the casino void winnings for low-risk play.

Who is behind Coins.Game, and what its complaint file shows

Coins.Game is run by Royal Way Limited, entered in the commercial register of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under number 15820, with an address in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, in the Union of the Comoros. Card and bank payments are handled by a separate payment agent, Altrimax Limited, registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, under HE 416902. The site has traded on the coins.game domain since 2022.

Its gaming licence is ALSI-202410033-FI2, a B2C permit from the Anjouan authorities issued on 28 October 2024. CryptoSlate reports that the regulator’s public register shows the licence as valid. The same permit covers Kings.game, a sister casino from the same operator that launched in early 2026. Anjouan is an offshore jurisdiction, and Coins.Game holds no licence from a major European regulator, so the operator’s own complaints process and the review platforms below are the practical routes when a payout stalls.

Check the register first: one independent review dates the end of the licence term to 27 October 2026. Search the Anjouan register for ALSI-202410033-FI2 before depositing, and do not leave a balance on the site if the entry is missing or expired.

Two very different ratings

Casino.guru’s Safety Index of 1.4/10, rated Very low, rests on 74 complaints: 2 open, 4 unresolved, 18 resolved and 50 rejected, adding up to 322,099 black points. The same assessment rates the terms Mostly fair but flags three clauses, two of which allow winnings to be confiscated for low-risk play and one that treats bonus hunting as a serious breach.

AskGamblers is far kinder, with an expert score of 6.9/10 and a player score of 6.5/10 from 31 reviews. It has handled 20 complaints and records 18 as resolved, with a first response in about a day and an average case length of about four days. The themes match the harsher file: accounts closed without explanation, slow identity checks and confiscated balances.

On Trustpilot the casino averages 2.0/5 from 241 reviews, with 59% at one star and 32% at five. Coins.Game answers every negative review, usually within a week, but the replies are templated and deny wrongdoing. Another independent review grades the site D++ at 2.4/5 and declines to endorse it. Player reviews are allegations rather than findings, yet the same story repeats: balances held after a rule-breach accusation, claims of shared IP addresses or duplicate accounts, deposits not returned, including one disputed €2,000 charge, and complaints that games are rigged.

Terms that cost players money

Several clauses go beyond losing a bonus. According to an independent review, the casino reserves the right to void bets for any breach of its terms and sets individual daily limits on some accounts, and its bonus pop-up states that a bonus can be cancelled with all winnings on it nullified. Combined with the confiscation clauses for low-risk play, that gives the operator wide discretion over a winning balance.

Responsible gambling settings sit under Player menu and Global settings. A 24-hour break comes first; only after it can a player choose self-exclusion from one day to indefinite. Once set, self-exclusion cannot be reversed by the player or by the support team, and deposit limits only appear after registration.

Countries that cannot play

The site’s terms carry no country list. An independent review names the excluded markets as Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Costa Rica, Curaçao, France, Iran, Iraq, the Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Singapore, Spain, St Maarten, St Martin, Statia, the United States and its dependent territories, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. The interface still offers a Ukrainian translation, so the language selector says nothing about whether an account from a given country will be paid.

Payout record: KYC holds, weekend pauses and a monthly ceiling

Coins.Game advertises instant, fast payouts, and independent reviews time routine crypto withdrawals at instant to five minutes, with weekday requests generally settled inside 24 hours. That speed applies only once the account has passed verification, which is compulsory before the first withdrawal.

The check asks for photo ID and proof of address, sometimes a bank statement as well. Large withdrawals and VPN use trigger it most often, and players describe waits from 48 hours to 15 days or longer. The most common payout complaint follows a single pattern: a player wins, requests a withdrawal, and only then receives document requests that keep the money frozen, a sequence still described in player reviews from 2026. AskGamblers adds that withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday evening waits until Monday.

The minimum withdrawal is €10 or 0.002 BTC. Cash-outs are capped at €10,000 per month, and anything above that is paid in monthly instalments: a €50,000 win takes five months to leave the account at the standard limit. Higher VIP levels raise the ceiling. An independent review of the terms adds that a withdrawal can be refused when the deposit behind it has not been wagered, so funds added and left unplayed cannot simply be sent back to the wallet.

Verify while the balance is small: upload ID and proof of address straight after the first deposit, avoid a VPN, and keep chat transcripts and transaction hashes in case a payout is frozen later.

Bonus clauses that can wipe out a Coins.Game win

The welcome offer is a multi-step deposit package with free spins, and its headline has changed often. Versions range from a 100% match up to $1,000 with 150 spins to 300% up to $1,500 across several deposits. In October 2026 the front page leads with a sports free bet of up to $50 and 500 free spins.

Wagering runs from 20x on no-deposit spins and 25x on deposit-plus-bonus slot play to 35x, 40x and 60x on other promotions. Each bonus in the account cabinet carries its own Max Win field, which caps what the offer can pay out.

Turnover on the first stage: a $100 deposit matched at 100% adds a $100 bonus. At 25x deposit plus bonus, that is $200 × 25 = $5,000 of slot stakes before withdrawal. If the same $100 bonus carries 60x the bonus amount, the requirement rises to $6,000. The cashback route works differently: a $100 net loss on each of the 7 days returns $10 a day, or $70 in total, with nothing to wager.

The 10% daily cashback for seven days with no wagering, offered instead of the match bonus, is the cleaner choice for most players because nothing stands between the refund and a withdrawal. The match bonus also falls under the low-risk-play confiscation clauses described above, and a cancelled bonus takes its winnings with it.

No-deposit spins with a catch

New accounts can collect between 100 and 150 free spins without depositing; current packages include 10 spins on Gates of Olympus and Merge Up and 150 on Fruit Million. Winnings from those spins have to be activated with a deposit before they can be withdrawn, which is the root of the false-promotion complaints in the casino’s file. Further promo codes arrive through the Coins.Game Telegram channel.

Crypto and local fiat rails in one cashier

The crypto menu covers more than 15 assets, among them BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, TRX, ADA, XRP, SOL, BNB and BCH. Alongside them sit 24 deposit methods and 19 withdrawal methods, several aimed at Latin America, India and Turkey.

MethodDepositWithdrawal
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and others)YesYes
Visa, MastercardYesYes
Pix, BoletoYesYes
Skrill, InteracYesYes
Bank wire, IMPS, PaparaYesYes
Apple Pay, Neteller, Paysafecard, RevolutYesNo

A Buy Crypto option lets players purchase coins by card inside the site, and a built-in Exchange swaps between assets. Not every method is offered in every country, so the cashier a Brazilian player sees differs from the one shown in Canada or India. Minimum deposits depend on the coin and the promotion: bonus thresholds start at about $10 to $20, while the cashier minimum for BTC is around 0.001 BTC.

Coins.Game charges no fee of its own on crypto withdrawals; the player pays only the network cost. That comes to roughly €2.5 for a Bitcoin transfer against about €0.04 for Litecoin, and USDT or USDC withdrawals cost between 1 and 50 units depending on the network chosen. On a €10 minimum cash-out, Bitcoin’s fee would take a quarter of the amount, so Litecoin or a low-cost stablecoin network suits small withdrawals. The network selected in the cashier must match the one used by the sending wallet, or the coins are lost.

Originals, live tables and an untested fairness claim

Several thousand titles fill the lobby, from more than 4,000 slots to upwards of 5,700 games in total. Around 50 studios supply them, led by Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming and Thunderkick, with Endorphina, Betsoft, Platipus and TVBet filling out the list.

Live casino runs on Evolution, Pragmatic Play and TVBet across more than 500 tables, with blackjack, game shows and Feature Buy-In rooms. Crash titles such as Aviator have their own category, as do new releases.

The in-house Originals, produced with Jetgames, include Crash, Dice, Plinko, Limbo, Keno, Double, CoinsFlip, Hilo, Blackjack, Passage, Mines, Roulette, Wheel and Chicken. In a genuine provably fair game, the casino publishes a hashed server seed before each round, the player adds a client seed, and both can be used afterwards to recompute the result. Coins.Game markets its Originals as provably fair, yet an independent tester failed to get the verification to work and found no description of the method.

Return-to-player figures are missing too: the Originals show no RTP on the site or in their info windows, and the lobby has no filter for high-RTP slots. Slots from outside studios carry their usual figures, such as 98.6% on 1429 Uncharted Seas. Until the seed check can be run, players of the Originals are trusting the house rather than checking it.

A sportsbook sits beside the casino, covering 23 to 25 sports plus esports such as Valorant, Dota 2 and CS, with its own free bet of up to $50.

Chat in 18 languages, slower on disputes

Support runs 24/7 through live chat staffed by people rather than a bot, plus email at [email protected] and a help centre at help.coins.game. Casino.guru measured an average chat reply of 10 minutes across seven tests, an Average result, and counts 18 chat languages.

The interface matches that range, with English, German, French, Spanish, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Persian, Bengali, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Polish and Finnish. Routine questions get quick answers, but player reviews still criticise slow replies, and another independent review rates the support as weak.

Outside the site, Coins.Game runs a Telegram channel for promotions, but it has no active community forum: its BitcoinTalk thread, opened in September 2023, has been left unattended since 2024.

Browser-only play on phones

There is no Coins.Game app in the App Store or Google Play. The site is built in responsive HTML5 and runs in mobile browsers on iOS and Android with the full casino, sportsbook and cashier, so nothing needs to be installed and updates arrive automatically.

Connections use SSL encryption, and accounts can add optional two-factor authentication. Switching it on protects the balance if a phone that stays logged in to Coins.Game is lost or stolen.

RakeBoost tiers, races and a weekly raffle

The VIP Club climbs from Bronze to Gold at 54,820 USDT of total turnover, Platinum I at 554,820 USDT and CRYPTO KING at 678,000,000 USDT. RakeBoost, the rakeback element, rises from 2% at Bronze to 5% at Gold, 7% at Platinum I and 20% at the top. Higher tiers add weekly cashback, monthly bonuses and larger withdrawal limits.

The thresholds are steep: a player wagering 1,000 USDT a week needs more than a year to reach Gold, so most accounts stay on the 2% rate. The site also advertises weekly cashback of up to 20%, with a 10% option.

The promotions calendar is the busiest part of the site. Rain drops a shared pool every 30 minutes to KYC-checked players who solve a captcha; tipping other players, with a $1 minimum tip, does not earn entry. A Daily Race and a Weekly Race worth 10,000 free spins run alongside a Monthly Leaderboard worth $10,000 plus 5,000 spins with $3,000 for first place, and a $10,000 Weekly Raffle.

Smaller rewards include the daily Coins Spin wheel, Free Boxes and missions such as 25 spins for Aviator, $5 for Blackjack and a six-step Beginner’s Path. Provider tournaments add Drops & Wins at $30M and Spinoleague at $12M. All of it rewards volume, and every extra bet placed to chase a leaderboard place carries the house edge.

Trust checklist: how Coins.Game holds up

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 74 complaints with 50 rejected and only 18 resolved, mostly winnings frozen behind late document checks or rule-breach accusations.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityWithdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month, so a €50,000 win leaves over five months, and weekend requests wait until Monday.
  • ConcernVerificationPhoto ID and proof of address are compulsory before the first cash-out, and checks requested after a win run 48 hours to 15 days.
  • ConcernBonus termsWagering runs 20x–60x, each bonus carries its own Max Win cap, and low-risk play or bonus hunting can mean confiscated winnings.
  • CautionSupportHuman live chat runs 24/7 in 18 languages, but Casino.guru measured ten-minute average replies and player reviews still criticise slow answers.
  • PassPlayer protectionA 24-hour break, then self-exclusion from one day to indefinite that support cannot reverse, and post-registration deposit limits sit in account settings.

Four casinos with a different profile

  • 500 Casino — 6.6/10. Keeps a similar mix of card and local deposit routes around a crypto cashier, with a cleaner safety and payout record than Coins.Game.
  • Solcasino — 4.1/10. Built around Solana, with play straight from a web3 wallet such as Phantom or Solflare instead of a funded casino account.
  • BC.Game — 5.6/10. Lets players set their own wager and loss limits and exclude themselves without contacting support, and pays out more reliably.
  • Rainbet — 6.0/10. Pays rakeback as withdrawable cash at short intervals and runs reloads with no wagering, without a turnover ladder to climb first.

Coins.Game questions, answered briefly

Who operates Coins.Game and which licence does it hold?

Royal Way Limited, a company on the Anjouan commercial register, runs the casino under permit ALSI-202410033-FI2, issued in October 2024 and shared with its sister site Kings.game. Anjouan is an offshore regulator, not a major European one. One independent review gives 27 October 2026 as the end of the licence term, so search the register for that number before you deposit.

How long does a Coins.Game withdrawal take?

For an account that has already passed its document check, a crypto cash-out is advertised as instant, and reviewers have timed routine withdrawals at a few minutes, with weekday requests generally inside a day. The first withdrawal is the hurdle: ID and address proof are compulsory, and players report holds from 48 hours to 15 days. Requests are not handled on Saturdays or Sundays, and no more than €10,000 leaves an account each month.

What wagering do Coins.Game bonuses carry?

It depends on the promotion. No-deposit spins start at 20x, slot play on a deposit match commonly needs 25x the deposit and bonus combined, and some offers go as high as 60x. Spin winnings without a deposit stay locked until you fund the account. The seven-day 10% cashback with zero playthrough avoids all of this and is usually the better pick.

Can I fund a Coins.Game account without cryptocurrency?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Pix, Boleto, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Revolut, Interac, bank wire, IMPS and Papara all work for deposits, and a card can also buy coins inside the site. Fewer routes work in reverse: Apple Pay, Neteller, Paysafecard and Revolut are deposit-only, and the options shown change from country to country.

Are the Coins.Game Originals really provably fair?

They are sold that way, but an independent tester was unable to complete a fairness check and found no explanation of how seeds are checked. The house games also display no return-to-player percentage. Treat the provably fair badge as unproven until you can recompute a round yourself, and prefer third-party slots with a stated RTP if that matters to you.

Is the Coins.Game VIP Club worth chasing?

For most players, no. Reaching Gold and its 5% RakeBoost takes 54,820 USDT of total stakes, and the next step needs 554,820 USDT. The $10,000 raffle and the races are open without a high tier and give more back to an ordinary budget than grinding turnover for a better rakeback rate.

Is Coins.Game safe enough for a crypto bankroll?

Only for a small one. Coins.Game gets the front end right, with a wide cashier, free crypto withdrawals, a big game lobby and a wager-free cashback option, but its 4.0/10 reflects the back end: Casino.guru’s Safety Index of 1.4/10, a long run of complaints about winnings frozen behind late document checks, and terms that let the operator void bets and confiscate balances at its discretion.

A player who verifies on day one, deposits amounts they can afford to see delayed, takes the cashback instead of the match bonus and withdraws in pieces well under €10,000 a month avoids most of the known traps. Anyone hoping to land a large win and move it out quickly, or relying on the provably fair label, is depending on exactly the parts of Coins.Game that generate the complaints.
