Best for: Verifiable fairness

Running since 2014, 7Bit is one of the oldest Bitcoin casinos still trading, and Casino.guru rates it 9.5/10 with no unfair clauses in its terms. The price of that track record is paid at the cashier: withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week, are not processed at weekends, and attract a steady stream of complaints about pending payouts, while the welcome package carries 35× wagering.

Licence, player protection and the rules behind the rating

7Bit holds a Curaçao licence issued under the Curaçao Gaming Authority, but the company behind it has changed several times. Direx N.V. ran the casino from its 2014 launch to around 2020, Dama N.V. took over until 2024, and a late-2025 restructuring moved it to Scores55 Tech B.V., which industry coverage links to the sister casinos mBit, RocketPlay and KatsuBet. The casino’s current terms name a fourth company, Kika Technology B.V., registered in Willemstad. Each company has used a different licence number, so check the number in the site footer against the Curaçao Gaming Authority register before depositing. Casino.guru also links the brand to an Estonian licence from the Tax and Customs Board.

The trust indicators are strong for an offshore casino. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 9.5/10 (Very high), finds no unfair clauses in the terms, and gave 7Bit its “Fairest General T&Cs” award in 2023; it estimates annual revenue above $20 million. The casino runs on the SOFTSWISS platform.

Complaint volumes are high in absolute terms. Casino.guru logs 102 complaints, of which 22 were resolved, 78 rejected, one is open and one unresolved; they concern delayed or rejected withdrawals, balance corrections, ignored account-closure requests and payouts that took 26 hours or more despite “instant” marketing. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.2/10 and a player score of 7.7/10 from 260 reviews, with 78 of 83 complaints solved and an average response time of two days; most of those complaints concern payments left pending for several days.

On Trustpilot, 7bitcasino.com scores 4.2/5 from 2,390 reviews: 54% five-star and 15% one-star. The casino answers every negative review, usually within 24 hours, mostly with templated replies. Player complaints are allegations, not established findings, but slow payouts are the most consistent theme across all three platforms.

Terms that affect balances and winnings

Using a VPN to get round a game provider’s location block is prohibited and can lead to confiscation of winnings. Winnings and bonuses on duplicate accounts are voided, and advantage play, false details or fraud can void winnings and promotions. Bonus winnings collected from a restricted country are cancelled. If verification is not completed the account can be closed, with the balance paid out once identity is confirmed.

After 12 months without logging in, an account with a positive balance is charged a monthly administration fee of at least 0.3 mBTC or its equivalent until the balance is gone. Disputes go exclusively to arbitration in Curaçao, which is costly for a player chasing a small balance.

Restricted countries are extensive. The terms block the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, every Canadian province, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania, Czechia, Latvia, South Africa, Peru, Brazil, Taiwan, France, Japan, Spain and Singapore, among others, and some game providers add their own blocks. A Canadian-dollar bonus advertised elsewhere does not override the block on Canada.

Withdrawals: quick crypto transfers, slower approvals

7Bit markets withdrawals as instant. In independent hands-on testing, approved crypto withdrawals arrived in about 10 to 20 minutes, while other reviewers expect one to 12 hours. Approval is where delays build up: complaints describe payouts held for 26 hours or longer and requests left pending for several days. E-wallets pay within 24 hours of approval, cards in one to five days and bank transfers in one to seven days. No withdrawals are processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday evening waits until Monday.

Standard limits are €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, written in the terms as 0.12 BTC and 0.48 BTC. Winnings above the monthly figure are paid in monthly instalments of up to 0.48 BTC, so a win several times that size is paid out over several months. VIP managers from level 2 upwards can raise them case by case, and the top levels get priority withdrawals.

When identity checks interrupt a payout

There is no document check at sign-up for crypto players; registration needs only an email address. Verification is triggered before a withdrawal, on cash-outs from no-deposit offers, when anti-money-laundering checks flag an account, and in all cases once total payments reach 24 mBTC. The casino then asks for ID and a proof of address no older than 90 days, and the terms allow up to 30 working days to review documents. An account is blocked if the player does not respond for two weeks after a withdrawal request.

Minimum withdrawals start at about €20, or around 1 mBTC for Bitcoin; the terms set the absolute floor at 0.24 mBTC depending on method. Keep withdrawal confirmations and support ticket numbers for any request that stays pending past the processing window.

A large welcome headline with demanding wagering

The welcome package spreads a combined match of up to 325% and 5.25 BTC, plus up to 350 free spins, across the first four deposits; regional versions differ, such as a 100% first-deposit match up to NZ$800 with 100 spins for New Zealand. The bonus and free-spin winnings carry 35× wagering, deposits must be played through at least 3× before withdrawal, and the turnover has to be completed within 14 days. Free spins expire 24 hours after activation.

Wagering calculation: a NZ$100 first deposit at the 100% stage adds a NZ$100 bonus. Bonus turnover: 35 × NZ$100 = NZ$3,500. Deposit play-through: 3 × NZ$100 = NZ$300. Spread over 14 days, that is NZ$250 of eligible stakes a day.

Slots count 100% towards wagering; other casino games count between 5% and 10%, and live games often count nothing. A blackjack session therefore barely moves a bonus target. The maximum stake while a bonus is active is $5, and cash-outs from cash bonuses are capped at 10 times the bonus amount under the site’s terms, which limits what a lucky run on bonus funds can actually return.

Regular promotions include a Monday reload bonus (an independent review lists a weekend reload instead), Wednesday free spins, a Lucky Spin and a Wheel of Fortune. Provider tournaments such as BGaming Spin Madness, 1spin4win X-treme Hunt and Spin Express advertise €1,000,000 in combined 2026 prize money, and subscribers to the 7Bit Telegram channel are offered 99 free spins. Each promotion has its own terms; the 10× cash-out cap applies to all cash bonuses.

Crypto-first payments with conventional deposit routes

The cashier takes Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, XRP, Tron, Cardano and BNB. USDT runs on ERC-20, which means Ethereum gas fees on stablecoin transfers; TRX uses the Tron network and BNB uses BEP20. Lower-fee coins such as LTC, TRX or DOGE are cheaper for small deposits.

CoinNetworkNote
USDTERC-20Ethereum gas fees apply
TRXTronLow-cost transfers
BNBBEP20BNB Smart Chain
XRPXRP LedgerDestination tag required

XRP deposits need the destination tag shown in the cashier as well as the address; leaving it out can strand the deposit. For every coin, the network chosen in the sending wallet has to match the one in the deposit screen.

Fiat players can use Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Interac through Gigadat and bank transfer, among roughly 40 deposit methods in total, though not every method works for withdrawals or in every country. Minimum deposits are set per coin and method in the payment window, and each welcome stage requires more than the base minimum. 7Bit charges no deposit fees of its own, but some payment methods carry provider fees, and crypto withdrawals carry the network fee.

Thousands of casino games, including verifiable instant titles

The library has more than 7,000 games from more than 100 studios. Suppliers include BGaming, Betsoft, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming and iSoftBet. Beyond slots and jackpots, the lobby holds roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, bingo, keno, scratch cards, crash games and virtual sports; there is no sportsbook.

The live casino runs to more than 100 tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker. Game shows are the thin spot, with fewer titles than the table count suggests.

What “provably fair” covers

The verifiable games are instant titles from BGaming and Spribe, including Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice. In these games the provider publishes a hashed server seed before each round and combines it with a client seed, so the player can recompute the result afterwards and confirm it was fixed before the bet. 7Bit does not run its own verifier or in-house studio; the check sits inside each provider’s game.

The rest of the catalogue, including standard slots and live tables, relies on standard random number generators, or on real dealers for live tables. A player choosing 7Bit for verifiability should open the fairness panel inside the BGaming or Spribe title, where seeds and round hashes are shown for each bet.

Round-the-clock chat, with uneven escalation

Live chat runs 24/7 and email goes to [email protected]; there is no phone line. Chat opens with an automated assistant. Some reviewers were passed to a human agent, while others never got past the bot, and the first response arrives instantly. Email replies arrive in three to 24 hours.

The site is available in English, French, German and Italian, but support works in English. A French or German speaker disputing a withdrawal or a document request will need to do so in English, which slows exactly the conversations where precision matters.

Mobile access through the browser and web app

There is no app in Google Play or the App Store. The “Install the App” button with Android, Apple and Microsoft icons adds a web app to the home screen, which opens the same responsive site as the browser and needs no store updates.

Slots, the cashier and promotions adapt well to a phone screen. Live tables are tighter, with the video, chips and bet history competing for space, so live players are better served on a tablet or desktop.

VIP rewards: cashback changes radically by level

The 12-level VIP programme starts automatically with the first deposit. Slots earn one Status point per 12 μBTC wagered, and status never expires or drops. Redeemable points accrue separately at one per 0.24 mBTC wagered and can be exchanged from 100 points once four deposits have been made, with exchanged bonuses capped at 10 times their value on cash-out.

1–55%35×
6–910%30× down to 15×
10–1115%10× down to 5×
1220%1×

The cashback headline needs reading against its wagering. Only level 12 pays 20% with a 1× requirement, which makes it close to cash; below that, the wagering eats into the value of every payment.

Cashback in practice: at levels 1 to 5, a €200 weekly net loss returns 5% × €200 = €10, which must be wagered 35 × €10 = €350 before withdrawal. At level 12 the same loss returns €40 with €40 of wagering.

Level-up rewards start with 30 free spins at level 2, reach 0.9 mBTC plus 100 free spins at level 6 and top out at 24 mBTC with 5× wagering at level 12. A dedicated VIP host, birthday promo codes, VIP-only tournaments and quests are part of the programme, and managers can lift withdrawal limits for higher levels.

Where 7Bit fits, and where it falls short

A good fit for

  • Players who want to check results themselves, since the Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice titles from BGaming and Spribe show seeds for every round.
  • Crypto players making modest withdrawals, as approved crypto payouts take roughly 10 minutes to 12 hours across independent reviews.
  • Long-term regulars, because VIP status never expires or drops and level 12 pays 20% weekly cashback with only 1x wagering.
  • Players who want a long track record, given trading since 2014 and a 9.5/10 Safety Index from Casino.guru.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who needs cash at weekends, since no withdrawals are processed then and a request lodged on Friday evening sits until Monday.
  • Players chasing a six-figure win in one payment, since amounts above €40,000 a month are paid in monthly instalments of up to 0.48 BTC.
  • Bonus players who prefer table games, as blackjack and other casino games count only 5–10% towards 35x wagering due within 14 days.
  • Anyone who verifies only at payout time, since document reviews can take up to 30 working days and pending-withdrawal complaints recur.

Other casinos with a different emphasis

  • BitKingz Casino — 5.3/10; offers a broader mix of regional fiat payment routes and currency choices alongside crypto.
  • Mirax Casino — 5.8/10; places greater emphasis on the scale of its live-table selection.
  • Axe Casino — 5.1/10; builds a pronounced Norse-inspired visual identity around character-themed VIP progression.
  • Duelbits — 5.0/10; focuses on immediate crypto rakeback without wagering through its Ace’s Rewards structure.

Questions about 7Bit

Is 7Bit a licensed casino?

Yes, in Curaçao, though the licensee has changed hands more than once since 2014. Recent owners include Dama N.V. and Scores55 Tech B.V., and the current terms name Kika Technology B.V. Because the licence number has changed with them, compare the footer number with the Curaçao Gaming Authority register. Casino.guru still rates the casino 9.5/10 with no unfair clauses.

How quickly does 7Bit pay withdrawals?

After approval, crypto takes anywhere from about 10 minutes to 12 hours, but approval itself can take hours or, in disputed cases, days. Nothing is paid on Saturdays or Sundays. You can take out up to €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, and anything above 0.48 BTC is split into monthly payments. Card and bank cash-outs add up to a week.

Does 7Bit require KYC documents?

Not when you sign up, but expect them before a first sizeable withdrawal. Once your total payments reach 24 mBTC, or an anti-money-laundering check is triggered, you need ID and a recent proof of address. The terms give the casino up to 30 working days to review them, and ignoring messages for two weeks after a cash-out request gets the account blocked.

Which 7Bit games are provably fair?

Only instant games supplied by BGaming and Spribe, such as Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice. Each shows its server-seed hash and your client seed, so you can recompute a round once it is over. Ordinary slots and live tables work differently, and the casino has no verification tool or in-house games of its own.

What does the 7Bit welcome bonus require?

Each stage of the four-deposit package must be wagered 35 times within 14 days, and your deposit three times. Spins are valid for a day once activated. While a bonus is running, bets are limited to $5, and whatever you win from a cash bonus can be withdrawn only up to ten times the bonus value.

Can 7Bit accept fiat as well as cryptocurrency?

Yes. Alongside ten coins, there are cards, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Interac via Gigadat and bank transfer, roughly 40 methods in all depending on country. Some fiat methods carry provider fees, and not all of them can receive withdrawals. Tether is supported on the Ethereum network, so budget for gas costs on stablecoin transfers.

How does cashback work in the 7Bit VIP programme?

Every week you get back a share of net losses, from 5% at the bottom of the ladder to 20% at level 12. The catch is wagering: lower levels must play cashback through 35 times, falling step by step until level 12 needs only 1×. Your level never drops, so progress made with high-volume play is kept.

Provably fair games are the appeal; withdrawal discipline is the test

7Bit is a mature, well-rated casino with a huge library and a genuine set of provably fair instant games from BGaming and Spribe, backed by 12 years of trading and a 9.5/10 Casino.guru score. Its weaknesses are financial: a €10,000 weekly withdrawal cap, no weekend processing, up to 30 working days for document checks and 35× wagering with a 10× cash-out cap on bonuses.

Crypto players who make modest withdrawals, verify early and value checkable game rounds will find it dependable. High rollers expecting a six-figure win paid at once, or players who want cashback they can withdraw immediately below level 12, will run into its limits quickly. Tax treatment of winnings depends on your country of residence.
