Best for: High rollers

Mostbet has been running since 2009 and now offers 4,000 to 5,000-plus casino games, a full sportsbook and 118 payment methods. The weak side is its complaint record: hundreds of formal complaints, a public review score suspended after fake reviews were removed, and players describing verification freezes of 40 to 60 days or longer.

High-stakes players get the most from its €50,000 monthly withdrawal ceiling and live blackjack stakes up to $20,000, and they also stand to lose the most if an account is frozen with a large balance inside. The welcome bonus carries heavy wagering; the weekly cashback, cleared at 3x, is the reward worth using.

Who runs Mostbet: licence, operator and a heavy complaint file

Mostbet is operated by Bizbon N.V. under a Curaçao licence. Casino.guru gives the licence as OGL/2024/597/0249, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority; the older Curaçao number 8048/JAZ2016-065 also still circulates. The brand’s public company profile carries an address at Stasinou 1 in Nicosia, Cyprus, without naming a legal entity there. Mostbet dates from 2009, the year its main domain was registered, and runs a casino, a sportsbook and an esports book under one account.

Outside that permit, the regulatory record is poor. Regulators in seven countries (Poland, Greece, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Switzerland, Italy and Lithuania) list Mostbet domains among unauthorised gambling sites, 63 domains in all by late September 2026. In Portugal the brand holds no SRIJ licence, SRIJ has confirmed criminal complaints against it, and in 2025 it drew 42.58% of all complaints about unlicensed gambling on the Portal da Queixa platform. The US, France, the UK, Spain and Italy are restricted countries, so players there cannot open accounts.

Mostbet relies on dozens of mirror and country-specific domains, and Portuguese media reports link them to getting round national blocks. A separate problem is copying: many lookalike Mostbet sites and review profiles on unrelated domains are not run by the operator, so an unfamiliar Mostbet-branded address needs checking before any card or wallet details go in.

Ratings and the complaint pattern

Casino.guru rates Mostbet above average, with a Safety Index of 6.7/10, estimates its revenue at more than $20 million a year and does not blacklist it. Its complaint file is long: 309 cases, of which 204 were rejected, 90 resolved, 8 left unresolved and 7 are still open. They concern frozen accounts, often with no reason given, delayed deposits and withdrawals, and closed accounts, with disputed sums such as 790 zł, 250,000 Ft, TL 43,140 and 1,215,000 KGS.

AskGamblers is harsher, with a CasinoRank of 4/10 and 188 complaints, most of them about payments; 167 are marked resolved, the operator answers in about two days and a typical case runs eight days. AskGamblers’ own player score of 9.9/10 from 1,060 reviews sits oddly beside that volume. Trustpilot has hidden Mostbet’s TrustScore for breaching its guidelines and removed fake reviews; of 4,847 reviews, 70% give one star and 18% five, and the company answers nearly all of them with a template.

Player reviews are allegations, not established findings, but the same events recur across platforms: accounts frozen during verification for weeks, deposits that take days to appear, withdrawals marked as completed that never arrive, accounts blocked after a win with the balance withheld, and voided sports bets. A minority of reviewers report quick and steady withdrawals from Mostbet.

Terms that can cost you money

  • The terms state that “detection of some betting techniques while wagering bonuses may result in confiscated winnings”.
  • Players report accounts frozen or closed without explanation while a balance is still inside.
  • Sports bets can be cancelled under Section 4.1 of the site rules, a rule the operator invokes in its replies.
  • Withdrawals are paid only back to the method used for the deposit.

Outside help is limited: two thirds of the mediated Mostbet complaints, 204 of 309, end up rejected. Passing verification before the balance grows protects a player better than any mediation route.

Payout ceilings, timing and the verification queue

Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month, high ceilings for a casino of this size. The minimum withdrawal is between $20 and $50. Mostbet charges no withdrawal fee of its own.

Cashing out an €80,000 win: the €5,000 daily cap fills the €15,000 weekly allowance in three days. Four weeks at €15,000 would add up to €60,000, so the €50,000 monthly cap stops payments first. The remaining €30,000 waits for the next month and takes two more weeks, about six weeks in total.

Speed depends on the method and on whether the account has already passed its checks. In an independent review’s test, a Litecoin withdrawal arrived in under 10 hours and a Skrill payout in about 18, with no fee deducted. Mostbet’s own replies to players say withdrawals can take up to 72 hours, and with no weekend processing a request filed late on a Friday waits until Monday.

Verification is full KYC: a photo ID, proof of address and sometimes proof of the payment method, sent to the dedicated address [email protected]. Checks often finish within a day of upload, yet complaints describe freezes of 40 to 60 days, and Mostbet’s replies concede that verification “may take 60 or more (in rare cases) days”. Uploading documents straight after registration, before the first win, keeps a large balance out of that queue at Mostbet.

The payment complaints follow a pattern: deposits that take days to appear, withdrawals shown as paid that never arrive (most often through cash agents), and balances held after a win. Because payouts go back only to the deposit method, a player who funds with a card cannot switch to crypto for the withdrawal. For any large request, keep the transaction references and support correspondence until the money lands in the Mostbet player’s account or wallet.

Bonus terms that shift by country and cost turnover

The welcome offer is a deposit match plus 250 free spins, but the match size depends on the country and the affiliate route. AskGamblers describes the standard version as 125% up to $300 plus 250 free spins from a $20 deposit, wagered 60x. Other versions run from a 100% match up to $300 to a five-deposit package in India, and wagering runs from 35x to 60x, with a clearing window of anywhere from 72 hours to 30 days.

The 250 spins arrive in daily instalments over five days, and each batch expires after 24 hours, with winnings from the spins capped. Slots count 100% towards wagering, table games 10% and live casino 0%, so a player who mostly plays live blackjack gets nothing usable from the Mostbet match.

Wagering calculation: a $100 deposit at 125% adds a $125 bonus. At 60x the bonus, the turnover is $7,500; at 35x, $4,375. On blackjack at 10%, the $7,500 requirement needs $75,000 in stakes. Inside a 72-hour window, $7,500 means about $104 of slot stakes every hour. The full $300 bonus, from a $240 deposit, needs $18,000 at 60x.

At 60x, the Mostbet welcome bonus sits at the strict end of what casinos ask, and a 72-hour deadline leaves little room for normal sessions. At sign-up the player chooses whether the bonus goes to the casino or the Mostbet sportsbook.

Smaller offers fill the rest of the calendar: 100 free spins for installing the app, a 60% reload called Champion Tuesday and a birthday bonus. Promo codes in circulation belong to affiliate sites and change the match size, so the offer shown in the Mostbet cashier on the day of deposit is the one that counts.

Crypto as one rail among 118 payment methods

Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and Tether are the core coins, and depending on the country the list grows to more than a dozen, among them Dogecoin, XRP, BNB, Dash, Bitcoin Cash, USDC, Tron, Cardano, Zcash and DAI. Binance Pay is a separate option. Mostbet is a fiat-first operator: crypto sits among 118 payment methods, and accounts can run in EUR, USD and other currencies, more than 20 in all.

Cards from Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Payz, AstroPay, Paysafecard, Perfect Money, Apple Pay and Jeton appear beside local systems: UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay and IMPS in India, Pix and Boleto in Brazil, Interac in Canada and bKash in Bangladesh. In some markets withdrawals can also be collected through cash agents.

RouteMinimum depositStated payout time
Crypto$5; $12 for XRPWithin 24 hours
E-wallets$51–2 business days
Cards$2–$101–3 business days
Bank transfer$503–5 business days

Minimums shift with the country, and in India they are set in rupees, from ₹110 to ₹500 for deposits. There is no operator fee on deposits; blockchain network charges and bank fees fall on the player. Before sending USDT or another multi-network token, match the network in the Mostbet deposit screen with the one chosen in the wallet, because a transfer on the wrong network is usually lost for good.

Thousands of slots, about 100 live tables and no originals

The casino library holds 4,000 to 5,000-plus titles from more than 100 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Microgaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Evoplay and SmartSoft. Slots make up most of it, Bonus Buy titles among them, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger alongside.

The live casino runs about 100 tables from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live: more than 40 for blackjack, 25 for roulette, 20 for baccarat and over ten game shows. Dealers work in 16 languages, and blackjack stakes run from $0.10 to $20,000, with private tables in the Privé Lounge. Those limits are the main reason Mostbet draws high-stakes players.

Fast games come from outside studios: Spribe’s Aviator, AviatriX, JetX, Mines, Chicken Road and Balloon. Mostbet has no in-house originals and no provably fair system of its own; where a crash game lets players check round seeds, that is the provider’s mechanism, as with Aviator.

Mostbet publishes no per-game RTP figures and no external audit of its random number generation. Casino.guru’s Gamecheck found no counterfeit games among the titles it examined. Where a provider shows the RTP in the game’s own information panel, that is the place to check it before staking.

A full sportsbook, with cricket central for Indian players, and an esports book share the same account. Sports promotions such as the Risk-Free Bet sit apart from casino offers and do nothing for casino wagering at Mostbet.

Round-the-clock support, mostly by template

Support runs 24/7 through a Telegram bot that works without logging in, by email at [email protected] or [email protected], and through on-site chat in seven languages: English, French, Russian, Kazakh, Nepali, Tajik and Uzbek. Document questions go to [email protected]. The site itself is translated into dozens of languages, roughly 25 to 40.

Casino.guru’s eight test contacts drew a reply in about three minutes on average, a result it rates as average. Responses to complaints are another matter: on its public review profile Mostbet answers nearly every review, but with near-identical wording whatever the payment or account in question.

For a frozen account or a missing withdrawal, an email to support with the transaction ID creates a dated case for any later complaint to a mediation service. Chat and the Telegram bot are faster for routine questions such as bonus status or deposit crediting at Mostbet.

Apps for four platforms, with a download caveat

Mostbet has native apps for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS, plus a mobile site. The phone app is under 100 MB, supports login by fingerprint or Face ID and two-factor authentication, and installing it earns 100 free spins.

The Android app is an APK from outside Google Play, so installation needs permission to install apps from outside the store. With so many lookalike Mostbet domains in circulation, the APK is safe to take only from the official site. The iOS app is on the App Store only for Apple IDs registered in certain countries, such as India, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan; elsewhere iPhone users are left with the mobile site or an Apple ID region change.

Coins, nine levels and a 10% weekly rebate

The loyalty programme pays in Mostbet coins, earned for bets, deposits and completed tasks and exchanged for bonuses or cash. Casino and sports run separate programmes of nine levels each, and the exchange rate improves from 900:1 at the Rookie level to 200:1 at VIP.

At 900:1, coins return very little to a new player; the top rate is four and a half times better. Free tournaments, exclusive events and prize draws tied to the brand’s ambassadors, cricketer Andre Russell among them after his 2023 announcement, round out the programme, and the Profit for Friends referral scheme pays up to 15% of referred players’ bets.

Weekly cashback returns up to 10% of net casino losses: 5% from a $10 loss, 7% from $100 and 10% from $500. It has to be requested within 72 hours and wagered 3x within three days, and winnings from it are capped at five times the cashback amount.

Cashback on a $600 losing week: 10% returns $60. At 3x, the playthrough is $180 within three days, and the most that cashback can turn into is $300.

With 3x wagering, the rebate is far easier to clear than the 35x–60x welcome terms, and it suits regular Mostbet players better than any deposit match.

Five trust checks before a large balance at Mostbet

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 309 complaints with 204 rejected, mostly frozen accounts, delayed payments and balances withheld after wins.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityCeilings of €5,000 a day and €50,000 a month are high, but nothing moves at weekends and payouts return only to the deposit method.
  • ConcernVerificationPhoto ID and proof-of-address checks often clear within a day, yet complaints describe freezes of 40 to 60 days or longer.
  • ConcernBonus termsWelcome wagering runs 35x–60x with live casino at 0% and some windows of 72 hours, while weekly cashback clears at 3x.
  • CautionSupportA Telegram bot, email and chat run 24/7 and replied in about three minutes in Casino.guru tests, but complaint replies follow templates.

Other casinos to compare

  • Drakaris Casino — 5.0/10. A far larger game library from more studios, with several times as many live tables.
  • Izzi Casino — 5.1/10. Much higher crypto withdrawal ceilings that apply to every player, not only established accounts.
  • FairPari Casino — 6.0/10. Tiered cashback with no wagering at all, paid more often as players climb, up to daily.
  • NV Casino — 5.4/10. A long VIP ladder with fixed rewards and weekly cashback whose wagering shrinks at higher levels.

Mostbet questions answered

Is Mostbet licensed, and who runs it?

Bizbon N.V. runs Mostbet with a Curaçao permit, which Casino.guru records under number OGL/2024/597/0249. That permit does not cover much of Europe: seven national regulators, including Poland, Italy and Switzerland, list Mostbet among unauthorised operators, and Portugal’s SRIJ has confirmed criminal complaints. Players in the US, the UK, France, Spain and Italy cannot register at all.

How fast are Mostbet withdrawals?

Once an account has cleared its checks, crypto is quoted at up to 24 hours and e-wallets at one to two business days; one test saw Litecoin in under 10 hours. The operator itself allows up to 72 hours, nothing is processed at weekends, and limits stop at €5,000 per day. The longest waits in complaints come from accounts frozen for document review, not from the payment rails.

Why do Mostbet verification checks take so long?

Mostbet asks for a photo ID, a proof of address and sometimes evidence of the payment method before releasing money. Many accounts clear in a day, but complaints describe freezes of up to two months, and Mostbet admits such delays happen in rare cases. Sending the documents to [email protected] before the first sizeable win avoids being stuck with a locked balance.

What wagering does the Mostbet welcome bonus need?

Expect between 35x and 60x, depending on where you sign up and which promo code applies. On a $125 bonus at the top rate, that is $7,500 of slot play, and live tables add nothing towards it. Some versions give only 72 hours to finish, while the free spins expire batch by batch each day. For most players, the weekly cashback is the easier promotion to turn into cash.

Which cryptocurrencies does Mostbet accept?

Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and Tether form the core. In many countries the cashier adds coins such as Dogecoin, XRP, BNB, USDC, Tron and Cardano, and Binance Pay works as a separate option. Mostbet takes no fee on crypto deposits or payouts, though the blockchain’s own network fee still applies. Crypto deposit minimums start at a few dollars and vary by coin and country.

Can I use Mostbet on an iPhone?

Only some iPhone owners can download the Mostbet app, because the App Store listing is limited to Apple IDs from countries such as India, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Everyone else can use the full mobile site in Safari. Android users install an APK from the official site, Windows and macOS have desktop clients, and the app installation unlocks 100 free spins.

How does Mostbet cashback work?

Each week Mostbet refunds part of your net casino losses: 5%, 7% or 10% depending on whether you lost at least $10, $100 or $500. You claim it within 72 hours, play it through three times in three days, and cannot withdraw more than five times the refunded amount. A $60 refund, for example, can turn into at most $300.

Is Mostbet safe enough for a large balance?

Mostbet is a big, long-running operator whose limits suit large players and whose complaint record argues against leaving large sums with it. The €50,000 monthly ceiling, $20,000 blackjack tables and a 3x cashback are genuine advantages. Against them stand 309 formal complaints, a review score suspended over fake reviews and verification freezes that Mostbet itself admits can last two months, and those weigh most for anyone holding a five-figure balance.

A player who completes verification before depositing, withdraws winnings promptly and treats the welcome bonus as optional plays to Mostbet’s strengths. Anyone who needs access to funds within days, plays mainly live games that add nothing to bonus wagering, or would struggle with a balance locked for weeks should pick one of the alternatives above.
