mBit Casino has taken Bitcoin deposits since 2014, which makes it one of the longest-running crypto casinos, and an independent test recorded a withdrawal processed in under ten minutes.

Speed is not the whole picture. Withdrawals are capped at 3 BTC per week and 10 BTC per month, wins of 10 BTC or more can be paid in ten monthly instalments, there are no weekend payouts, and the 40x welcome package must be cleared in seven days. Complaints about account closures and document checks run alongside strong ratings from player-review platforms.

Company transparency, trust and dispute risks

mBit Casino is operated by Scores55 Tech B.V., registered in Curaçao under number 162990 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, and holds licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The operator has changed twice: the casino launched in 2014 under Direx N.V. on the SOFTSWISS platform, moved to Dama N.V. around 2019–2020 and passed to Scores55 Tech B.V. on 16 July 2024. The casino holds no Malta or UK licence, and an independent review describes the Curaçao regime as less prestigious than Malta’s.

The terms bar real-money play from a long list of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Brazil, India, China and South Africa, and some studios and live tables are blocked in further countries. Using a VPN to hide your location can lead to account closure and cancelled winnings, and using one to reach a blocked provider can lead to confiscation. The casino can also refuse or close an account at its discretion, without giving a reason or notice. The current terms have applied since 9 March 2026, with the original version dating from 26 May 2014.

Three further clauses deserve attention before depositing. An account becomes dormant after 12 months without activity, and after 36 months the balance is treated as abandoned and taken, minus administrative fees; Casino.guru flags this as its one unfair rule. The operator caps its own liability at €100. Disputes go to arbitration through a global ADR service chosen by the casino, under Curaçao law.

Casino.guru gives mBit a Safety Index of 9.2/10 (“Very high”) and lists 52 complaints: 2 open, 19 resolved and 31 rejected. Recurring themes are accounts closed without explanation, delayed withdrawals, verification holds and confiscated winnings. AskGamblers rates the casino 7.5/10 on CasinoRank and 8.3/10 from 165 player reviews; 24 of its 28 complaints are resolved, including one worth $256,761, while rejected cases include claims of $15,788 and $3,700. Player complaints are allegations, not adjudicated findings, but closures and document checks recur across several platforms.

Trustpilot shows 4.3/5 from 490 reviews, with 71% five-star and 19% one-star ratings, and the casino replies to 95% of negative reviews, usually within 48 hours. Praise centres on fast payouts, VIP hosts and the game choice. The sharpest outlier is a US-focused review site that listed mBit as blacklisted in July 2026, citing withdrawals paused for “maintenance”, support problems and account closures.

Before you deposit: answer every verification request promptly. Under the terms, ignoring one allows the casino to hold the entire balance or disable the account.

How payouts reach your wallet

Crypto withdrawals are quick once approved. An independent test recorded a request processed in under ten minutes, with the coins arriving a few minutes later, and AskGamblers lists a pending period of up to 24 hours. mBit charges no fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals, so only the network fee applies. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request made on a Saturday morning waits until Monday.

The limits are the bigger constraint. The terms cap withdrawals at 3 BTC (or equivalent) per rolling seven days and 10 BTC per 30 days, with no separate per-transaction ceiling. Higher VIP levels and jackpot wins can be exempted. A win of 10 BTC or more can be split into ten monthly payments of 10% each.

How long a large win takes. A 6 BTC win leaves in two weeks: 3 BTC in week one and 3 BTC in week two. A 12 BTC win qualifies for instalments: ten monthly payments of 1.2 BTC, so the last coins arrive about ten months after the first.

Minimum withdrawals follow the coin: 0.00035 BTC, 0.05 BCH, 0.01 ETH, 0.14 LTC, 25 XRP, 115 DOGE or 10 USDT. Small balances can therefore be withdrawn in most coins without waiting to build up a larger sum, and the 0.00035 BTC floor is low enough for occasional small cash-outs between sessions.

No documents are needed to open an account, but the terms reserve the right to verify identity before any payout and to hold the withdrawal while checks run. Payouts above 1 BTC face additional checks, and smaller ones can be reviewed too. Methods include a selfie, a phone call, a live video call and proof of address or wealth. Several complaints describe extensive document requests and Skype video checks, sometimes repeated.

Welcome offers and wagering that changes their value

The welcome package covers the first three deposits and totals about 4 BTC plus free spins, with 300 to 325 spins depending on the version shown. Stage caps are 1 BTC on the first deposit and 1.5 BTC on each of the next two, and every stage adds its own batch of spins. Qualifying deposits start at 1 mBTC for the first stage and 2 mBTC for the next two, or 30 USDT.

Wagering is 40x and must be completed within 7 days; free spins expire after 3 days. Your own deposit stays locked until wagering is complete, so a bonus cannot be abandoned halfway to withdraw the original stake. Playing a game that is not allowed while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and its winnings, and the terms apply zero tolerance to bonus abuse and advantage play.

First-stage wagering. If a 0.01 BTC first deposit is credited with a 0.01 BTC bonus, the requirement is 40 × 0.01 BTC = 0.4 BTC in stakes, or about 0.057 BTC a day across the 7-day window. A 0.005 BTC bonus would need 0.2 BTC. Either way, the original 0.01 BTC deposit stays locked until the turnover is complete.

A 40x requirement is at the strict end of what crypto casinos ask, and seven days is a short window for it. Player feedback frequently calls the bonus terms unfair.

Ongoing promotions are smaller but steadier. There is a daily reload bonus, a weekly “Bitty Quiz” with free-spin prizes, daily quizzes on Discord, 25 free spins for joining the Telegram channel and occasional surprise drops on Instagram, Facebook and X. Members of the Stellar Club also receive weekly deposit matches of 25% to 100%.

Coins, minimums and the crypto-only cashier

mBit accepts ten cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, USDT, XRP, TRX, BNB, ADA and DOGE. There are no cards, e-wallets or bank transfers, and no built-in service for buying crypto, so you need coins in a wallet or exchange account before the first deposit.

USDT deposits run on ERC-20, where Ethereum gas fees make small stablecoin deposits relatively expensive. Send each coin only on the network shown on the deposit screen, because a transfer on the wrong chain is generally unrecoverable.

CoinMinimum depositMinimum withdrawal
BTC0.0001–0.00035 BTC0.00035 BTC
ETH0.01 ETH0.01 ETH
BCH0.05 BCH0.05 BCH
LTC0.14 LTC0.14 LTC
XRP25 XRP25 XRP
DOGE115 DOGE115 DOGE
USDT (ERC-20)10 USDT10 USDT

For every coin except Bitcoin the deposit and withdrawal minimums match, so a balance that was large enough to deposit is large enough to withdraw. The welcome package is the exception: it needs 1–2 mBTC per stage, several times the plain BTC minimum.

What the game catalogue actually covers

The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from over 40 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Amatic, Booming Games and OnlyPlay. Slots dominate, with around 388 jackpot titles, alongside 56 video poker games, 31 roulette and 21 blackjack variants, 19 poker and 13 baccarat titles and video bingo. Games Global titles such as Mega Moolah are absent.

The catalogue is split into 35 categories with filters by studio and type, demo play and an “I’m Lucky” button that opens a random game. Players in some countries will find individual studios and live tables blocked, so the visible selection depends on location.

The live casino has around 500 tables from Evolution, Ezugi (more than 60 tables alone) and others. Maximum bets range from $1,000 on Andar Bahar to $20,000 on live roulette. Livespins adds “Bet With Streamers” sessions run by slot streamers.

mBit offers one exclusive, “mBit Crush” by OnlyPlay. A Bitcoin sportsbook once ran alongside the casino but has since closed, and mBit now operates as a casino only.

Contact channels and account escalations

Casino.guru and AskGamblers list 24/7 live chat and email, and Casino.guru received instant chat replies across seven tests. An independent review found only Discord, with replies taking about two days and none at weekends, plus a quicker email channel. Support works in English, with German also available on the site, and live dealer games run in English and Spanish.

Feedback on service is split. User reviews describe general support as mostly negative, while VIP hosts are repeatedly praised by name, although some players say their host became unreachable. For anything involving a held payout or verification, email gives the case a dated written record.

Responsible gambling tools are thin. Bet, loss and deposit limits have to be requested through support instead of set in the account, and the responsible gambling page offers no links to external helplines. Anyone who wants a limit in place should ask for it before the first deposit.

Phone access through the browser

mBit has no app for iOS or Android and has no plans for one. The site runs in a mobile browser and can also be installed as a progressive web app, which adds a home-screen icon.

The mobile version keeps the full feature set, from the 35 game categories and demo mode to live tables and the cashier, and differs little from desktop. On a phone, the live roulette tables with $20,000 maximum bets are as close as the low-stakes slots, which makes the support-only limit tools a weak point.

Stellar Club, races and long-term rewards

Every account joins the Stellar Club automatically and moves up ranks through play. Rewards include Daily Moneyback of 2% to 10% depending on rank, weekly deposit matches of 25% to 100%, level-up bonuses, free tournaments and personal VIP hosts at higher levels.

Daily Moneyback. A net loss of 0.01 BTC in a day returns 0.0002 BTC at 2% and 0.001 BTC at 10%. The jump from the entry rate to the top rate is fivefold, which is where long-term value sits for regular players.

The most valuable VIP benefit is written into the withdrawal terms: higher levels can be exempted from the 3 BTC weekly and 10 BTC monthly caps. For a high roller, that matters more than any deposit match, so ask a VIP host to confirm in writing which level unlocks it.

Competitive play adds daily slot races and weekly tournaments. With moneyback, races and quizzes running every day, regular players get far more value here than from the 40x welcome package.

mBit Casino suits steady players more than jackpot chasers

A good fit for

  • Crypto players who cash out often in modest sums, given per-coin minimums as low as 0.00035 BTC or 10 USDT and no casino fees.
  • Regular players who prefer steady rewards, with daily moneyback of 2% to 10% by rank, daily slot races and weekly deposit matches.
  • Live-casino players at higher stakes, as around 500 tables include live roulette with maximum bets of $20,000.
  • Anyone who values a long track record, since the casino has run since 2014, making it one of the oldest Bitcoin casinos.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • High rollers chasing big wins, as withdrawals stop at 3 BTC weekly and wins of 10 BTC or more can take ten months.
  • Players paying by card or e-wallet, since the cashier is crypto-only with no built-in service for buying coins.
  • Bonus players with limited time, because the welcome stages need 40x wagering within seven days while the deposit itself stays locked.
  • Anyone uneasy about document checks, as payouts above 1 BTC face extra scrutiny, sometimes including video calls, and 31 Casino.guru complaints were rejected.

Alternative casino approaches

  • Crocoslots Casino — 5.6/10. A tiered VIP programme with its own reward coins and direct entry for larger depositors.
  • 21Bit — 4.7/10. Adds cards, e-wallets and other fiat methods to crypto, where mBit accepts coins only.
  • Dicey — 6.1/10. A much newer casino built by the team behind the Magic Eden marketplace.
  • AzurSlot Casino — 6.2/10. A far larger game library drawing on many more studios.

Questions about mBit

Who operates mBit Casino and is it licensed?

Scores55 Tech B.V., a Curaçao company, has run the site since July 2024 under Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. Earlier owners were Direx N.V. from 2014 and then Dama N.V. Players in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and several other countries cannot register, and VPN use to get around that can cost you your winnings.

How fast are mBit withdrawals?

Approved crypto payouts can be processed within minutes; one independent test took under ten. The pending stage can last up to 24 hours, and nothing moves on Saturdays or Sundays. mBit adds no fee beyond the network charge. Larger amounts take longer because of the 3 BTC weekly and 10 BTC monthly caps.

What happens if I win a large amount at mBit?

Anything up to 3 BTC can leave within a week. Beyond that, the weekly cap spreads the payout over several weeks, and a win of 10 BTC or more can be settled in ten monthly payments of 10%. Jackpot wins and top VIP levels can be exempt, so confirm your own status before playing for high stakes.

Does mBit require KYC?

Registration needs no documents. Before paying out, though, the casino can ask for a selfie, a phone or video call, proof of address or proof of wealth, and anything above 1 BTC gets extra scrutiny. Failing to respond lets the operator freeze the whole balance, so treat any document request as urgent.

Is the mBit welcome bonus worth it?

Only for players who wager heavily and quickly. The package reaches about 4 BTC across three deposits, but the 40x requirement has to be met within seven days while your deposit stays locked. A 0.01 BTC bonus alone means 0.4 BTC of bets. Moneyback, races and reloads give steadier value for most players.

Can I deposit at mBit with a card or bank transfer?

No. The cashier takes ten cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Litecoin, XRP and Dogecoin, and nothing else. There is no on-site crypto purchase either. Tether deposits use the ERC-20 network, and the smallest accepted amount is 10 USDT, which is also the lowest Tether withdrawal.

Is there an mBit app?

There is no download for iPhone or Android, and none is planned. Open the site in a mobile browser or add it to the home screen as a web app; the games, live tables and cashier all work as they do on desktop.

Bitcoin longevity meets the ten-month payout scenario

mBit Casino earns its 6.0/10 with more than a decade of operation, quick crypto payouts and a loyalty scheme that pays daily moneyback, but its terms hold back large winners. A 3 BTC weekly cap, ten-month instalments for wins of 10 BTC or more, no weekend processing and verification rights that can freeze a balance all sit behind the fast headline speed.

It suits crypto players who cash out regularly in amounts below 3 BTC, keep their account active and want daily rewards over a big welcome bonus. High rollers chasing life-changing wins, players who need fiat payments or self-set limits, and anyone uneasy about a long record of rejected complaints should weigh those terms carefully before depositing.
