3.6/10

JacksPay Casino is a US-facing hybrid site that takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express from American players alongside six cryptocurrencies, and it advertises a three-stage welcome worth up to $7,500 for crypto depositors. The VIP club and its rewards are set out in unusual detail.

The 3.6/10 reflects how little sits behind that offer. Casino.guru gives the site a Safety Index of just 2.8/10, the brand closed and reopened with complaints left unanswered, crypto withdrawals go out in Bitcoin only, the standard payout ceiling is $2,500 a week, and the welcome money is a sticky bonus that never becomes cash. A monthly dormant-account fee of $100 or 5% of the balance completes a set of terms that favour the house.

No named operator, no licence number and a past closure

JacksPay’s terms state that the casino is licensed to operate in Curaçao and is governed by Curaçao law, and the site footer carries a “Costa Rica Gaming Authority” logo. No licence number appears anywhere, and Casino.guru and LCB both record the casino as having no gambling licence. The terms, footer and end-user agreement never name a company or an address. The business dates to 2020, and a player with an unpaid balance has no identified company to pursue.

An LCB moderator confirmed in March 2026 that JacksPay is a sister site of Slots and Casino and DuckyLuck. That link places it in a known group of US-facing brands, but it does not identify the company that holds JacksPay accounts.

The brand’s history is uneven. It was trading by late 2021, when it displayed a “Casino of the Month” badge, and it was later shut down, with the closure dated to March 2022 or March 2023. The current domain, jackspay.ag, was registered on 1 November 2022 with a privacy-protected WHOIS record, and the casino was trading again by March 2026. Its old LCB page still reads “THIS CASINO IS CLOSED”, with a 2.3/5 player score from 107 votes, and the forum thread of 262 replies ended with staff noting that the casino did not answer their emails.

Casino.guru’s Safety Index is 2.8/10, rated “Very low”, with user feedback classed as “Bad” from 12 reviews. Its complaint file runs to as many as 19 cases, 8 of them unresolved, 9 rejected and only 2 resolved, covering withdrawals delayed or never paid in amounts from $5 to $5,625, voided winnings, a deposit that never arrived, missing cashback, multi-account accusations and blocked accounts. Most of that record dates from before the closure. The relaunched site’s Trustpilot profile, run by the company since April 2026, shows 3.3/5 from just four reviews, with the company answering every negative one within about a day; those reviews concern a cheque a bank would not accept, a slow crypto deposit and a refused card withdrawal.

The terms hand the casino wide discretion. Accounts can be closed at any time without notice, and the terms say only that any remaining balance “may be credited”. Winnings can be confiscated for multiple accounts, a name mismatch, bonus abuse or a link to an account with a chargeback. An account becomes inactive after six months and dormant after 12, at which point a monthly fee of $100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is greater, is charged. Players pay withdrawal fees, and every deposit must be wagered at least once before a cash-out.

The site serves players in the United States, where its card deposits work, and excludes a long list of countries including Canada, France, Brazil, Israel, Russia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Responsible-gambling support amounts to a text page and a link to GamCare, with no self-exclusion, deposit limits or reality checks described.

Five business days for Bitcoin, up to 20 for a cheque

JacksPay publishes its own payout timetable in business days, broken into an audit stage, processing, time with the payment provider and sending. The terms add that approval takes at least 24 hours and that approved payouts are targeted for processing within 24 hours, but the timetable is the more realistic guide.

Method and accountAuditProcessingProviderSendingTotal
Bitcoin, standard2 days1 day1 day1 day5 business days
Bitcoin, VIP1 day1 day1 day1 day4 business days
Cheque or wire, standard2 days3 daysup to 10 days5 daysup to 20 business days
Cheque or wire, VIP1 day2 daysup to 10 days5 daysup to 18 business days

An independent review puts fee-free Bitcoin withdrawals at four to five days and fiat payouts at up to around 20 days, which matches the table. Paper cheques are issued as Canadian cheques, and one recent player complaint concerns a bank that refused to accept one. There is no withdrawal to a card.

Standard accounts can withdraw at most $2,500 a week, and $2,500 is also the ceiling for a single transaction. Higher VIP tiers have limits set by their host. The minimum withdrawal is $25. One payout option is free; the other two cost $53 each and need at least $150, and wires and cheques are the methods that carry fees. Bitcoin payouts are fee-free for players who deposited in Bitcoin.

What a $10,000 win means here: at $2,500 a week, a standard account needs four separate weekly withdrawals, each passing through a five-day Bitcoin cycle, so the last coins arrive roughly a month after the first request.

Verification can be demanded at any point. The terms allow the casino to request ID before any deposit or withdrawal, ask for documents and “purchase agreement forms” before a payout, and require a $25 deposit from any account that has not deposited before checks can start. ID validation is mandatory before a crypto withdrawal. Despite privacy language in the crypto bonus marketing, there is no route to a payout without ID.

Sticky 200–250% matches at 30x

The welcome package matches each of the first three deposits. Card depositors get 200% up to $2,000 per deposit, up to $6,000 in total, plus free chips of $25, $25 and $50, worth $100 together. Crypto depositors get 250% up to $2,500 per deposit, up to $7,500 in total. Each qualifying deposit runs from $25 to $1,000, no code is needed, and the bonus has to be requested before the deposit is made.

Wagering is 30x the deposit plus bonus. The match bonus is sticky: it cannot be withdrawn and is removed from the balance at cash-out, and it stays active until the balance falls to $1.00. Winnings from the welcome and crypto bonuses are capped at 10x the deposit, and anything above the cap is removed after payout. Live dealer games, craps and progressive jackpots are excluded, and zero-risk betting patterns such as covering red and black are banned.

Turnover on one crypto stage: a $1,000 deposit at 250% adds a $2,500 bonus, so $3,500 is under wagering. At 30x that comes to $105,000 in qualifying bets. On the fiat package, a $500 deposit at 200% adds $1,000, and 30x on $1,500 is $45,000. Either way winnings are capped at 10x the deposit, $10,000 or $5,000, and the sticky bonus is deducted at cash-out.

Weekly cashback returns 5% of net losses, calculated as deposits minus withdrawals and remaining balance, credited on Mondays before 12:00 EST and claimable for three days; the crypto bonus page offers Bitcoin players 10%. A 3% rebate on each week’s crypto deposits is paid without wagering and also has to be requested within three days. It is a deposit rebate, not rakeback on play.

Smaller promotions include monthly and “King’s Finest” free chips, unlimited deposit matches and VIP weekly matches of up to 125–200% for card players and 150–250% for crypto players. Free chips under $100 and free spins without a stated cap are limited to $100 in winnings.

Six coins in, one coin out

Deposits are accepted in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether, Litecoin, Tether and BNB, with no upper limit on crypto deposits. Check the network in the deposit address details before sending USDT or BNB.

Withdrawals in crypto are sent to Bitcoin wallets only. A player who deposits Ether or Tether has to receive Bitcoin back, which brings exchange costs and price risk at both ends. The casino recommends the Exodus wallet for players new to crypto.

Visa and Mastercard take deposits of $25–$1,000 and American Express $25–$750, all for US players only. Cash-outs go by Bitcoin, bank wire or paper cheque, never back to the card, and accounts run in US dollars.

Every method has the same $25 minimum deposit. Because the crypto welcome adds 50 percentage points over the card package, the bonus structure pushes card users towards buying crypto, while Bitcoin is the only fee-free way back out.

800+ games from smaller US-market studios

The lobby holds more than 800 games from about ten studios, a typical line-up for US-facing sites: Rival, Arrow’s Edge, Betsoft, Dragon Gaming, Felix Gaming, Fresh Deck Studios, Qora Games, Saucify and DiceLab among them. None of the large mainstream studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution or NetEnt is present.

Categories cover slots, table games, video poker, jackpots, crash games and a specialty section with bingo, keno, scratch cards and dice. Video poker includes Tens or Better, Deuces Wild and Joker Poker, and most games can be tried in demo mode.

Live tables come from Fresh Deck Studios and cover roulette, blackjack, baccarat and casino hold’em. A JacksPay Originals section includes Double Dragon Roulette and 22 Blackjack Freebet. The casino describes its games as using certified random number generators.

The bonus exclusions shape what can be played with a match: live dealer tables, craps and progressive jackpots do not count, so wagering is effectively a slots-and-tables exercise. There is no sportsbook.

Tickets first, chat in English

The site itself points players to a help centre and a ticket system under “My Tickets”; no email address, phone number or chat button appears on its pages. Reviewers also report a 24/7 live chat, and the site, the chat and the help pages are all in English only.

The help centre is detailed on banking, with step-by-step pages on cheque withdrawals, crypto payouts, payout times and limits. Public replies are now quick, with every negative review answered within about a day, a contrast with the years before the closure, when forum staff could not get answers by email.

A ticket is the better channel for anything involving money, because it keeps the request, the date and the casino’s answers together. In a dispute, that thread is the main record a player will have.

A mobile site and no app

JacksPay runs as a mobile website with home-screen support on iPhone and Android, and no native app is offered. The lobby, promotions and help centre all load in the phone browser.

Games open inside the browser tab, so a stable connection matters more than device storage. The casino promotes itself on X and Instagram under @jackspay_casino.

Jack’s Royal Club: four tiers, two by invitation

The loyalty programme, Jack’s Royal Club, publishes its entry rules and rewards in full, down to the deposit needed for each tier.

TierEntryBirthday bonusMain perksWeekly withdrawals
Club MemberOne deposit$25Freeroll tournaments$2,500
Executive MemberA deposit every week$50Cashback insurance, early game access$2,500
High RollerInvitation; $5,000+ deposits a month$250Concierge, personalised giftsSet by host
High Roller EliteInvitation; $10,000+ deposits a month$500Personal VIP host, elite tournamentsSet by host

VIP members get a faster payout audit, which shortens the Bitcoin cycle from five business days to four, and weekly matches and reloads with no maximum cash-out. Reloads run at 25–40% for card players and 30–45% for crypto.

The useful perk sits at the top: only the two invitation tiers escape the $2,500 weekly cap, and reaching them takes at least $5,000 in deposits every month. For anyone below that, the club mostly adds birthday chips and freerolls.

Six trust checks on JacksPay since its relaunch

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru lists up to 19 complaints with only two resolved, covering unpaid withdrawals, voided winnings and blocked accounts, mostly before a past closure.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityStandard accounts can withdraw $2,500 a week, crypto goes out in Bitcoin only, and a Bitcoin payout cycle runs about five business days.
  • CautionVerificationID can be requested before any deposit or withdrawal, and validation is mandatory before a crypto payout despite privacy-themed bonus marketing.
  • ConcernBonus termsMatches are sticky, wagering is 30x deposit plus bonus, and winnings are capped at 10x the deposit, with the bonus removed at cash-out.
  • CautionSupportHelp runs through tickets and a reported 24/7 chat in English only, with no email address or phone number listed.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionResponsible-gambling support is a text page and a GamCare link, with no self-exclusion, deposit limits or reality checks.

Safer casinos to compare

Each of these scores better on at least one of the points where JacksPay is weakest.

  • Voodoo (5.1/10) — Takes e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller alongside crypto, with a better record on trust and support.
  • Lemon Casino (5.6/10) — Offers an outside dispute-resolution service and a far stronger independent safety score.
  • PlayMax (4.8/10) — Carries a much wider studio line-up, including the mainstream names missing here, and pays out more reliably.
  • Avantgarde Casino (2.6/10) — Runs fiat accounts in several currencies next to Bitcoin, for players who would rather not convert.

JacksPay Casino questions

Is JacksPay Casino licensed?

Not in any way that can be checked. The terms cite Curaçao and the footer shows a Costa Rica logo, but no licence number is given, and Casino.guru and LCB both record it as unlicensed. The company behind the site is never named. The brand also closed once and returned in 2026, and its older complaints were left unanswered, so an unpaid balance has no clear party to chase.

How long does a JacksPay withdrawal take?

Bitcoin is the quickest route at about five business days for a standard account and four for VIPs, by the casino’s own timetable. Bank wires and paper cheques take up to 20 business days, and the cheques are Canadian, which some banks reject. Weekends and the minimum 24-hour approval stage push the real wait longer still.

How much can I withdraw per week?

Standard and Executive members are limited to $2,500 a week and $2,500 per transaction, with a $25 minimum. Only the invitation-only High Roller tiers, which need at least $5,000 in monthly deposits, get limits agreed with a host. Two of the three payout options also carry a $53 fee, so smaller withdrawals by wire or cheque lose a noticeable share.

Can I withdraw the JacksPay welcome bonus?

No. The match is a sticky bonus, so it pads the balance for play but is deducted when you cash out. You also need 30x the combined deposit and bonus in qualifying bets, live tables and craps do not count, and total winnings stop at ten times the deposit. A $500 deposit can therefore never return more than $5,000.

Which cryptocurrencies does JacksPay accept?

Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether, Litecoin, Tether and BNB for deposits, with no upper limit. Payouts, however, are made only to Bitcoin wallets, so anyone funding with another coin is converted back into Bitcoin. Bitcoin cash-outs are free for players who deposited in Bitcoin, which makes it the cheapest coin to use in both directions.

Will JacksPay ask for ID?

Yes, and at its discretion. The terms let the casino demand documents before any deposit or payout, ID must be validated before a crypto withdrawal, and an account with no deposit history has to put in $25 before verification can start. Expect identity papers and possibly a purchase agreement form before the first cash-out is released.

Is JacksPay worth the risk?

JacksPay is a weak choice for anyone who expects to win and withdraw. The card deposits, the large crypto match and the 3% rebate are real, but they sit on a site with a 2.8/10 Casino.guru Safety Index, a past closure with complaints left open, Bitcoin-only crypto payouts capped at $2,500 a week and a bonus that cannot be cashed.

A US player who wants a card-friendly site for small, occasional deposits, plays without a bonus and withdraws in Bitcoin will meet the fewest obstacles. For larger balances, every safer alternative above removes at least one of these problems.
