Best for: Responsive support

LunuBet Casino answers live chat instantly, accepts 51 payment methods and runs one of the busiest promotion calendars in this segment, yet standard accounts can withdraw only €500 a day and €7,000 a month. Slow or missing withdrawals are the most common complaint against it, and the company behind the site is not clearly identified.

The welcome bonus is a fair-looking 100% up to €500 at 35×, but non-slot games carry 350× wagering and an unwagered deposit costs a 10% withdrawal fee. Players who value quick, polite support and frequent reloads will find them; players who expect large wins to leave quickly will not.

Who is behind LunuBet Casino: licence, operator and track record

The LunuBet site does not name its operating company; its footer shows only “LunuBet.com”. Casino.guru and AskGamblers attribute the casino to Casolinia Group, a company with no public footprint beyond those two pages, while other reviews name Rabidi N.V. of Curaçao or Nova Forge Ltd. Its public company profile gives Willemstad, Curaçao, as its location.

The licence is just as unclear. The casino’s FAQ says it is “fully licensed by the Government of Curaçao”, other reviewers cite an Anjouan licence instead, and Casino.guru and LCB find no gambling licence at all; the site footer shows none. Before depositing, open the licence seal on the site and check that it links to a live entry in the issuing regulator’s register.

LunuBet opened in December 2023 on a domain registered that August, with lunubet.io and lunubetcasino.com redirecting to the main site. WonderLuck Casino, which opened in 2025, is run by the same Casolinia Group.

The ratings are better than the ownership picture suggests. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 7.0/10 (“Above average”) and logs 28 complaints, of which 10 were resolved, 18 rejected and none remain open. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 6.9/10 and records 10 complaints, 9 resolved, though cases there took 23 days on average against 8 for the site as a whole. Trustpilot shows 3.1/5 from 304 reviews, split between 52% five-star and 40% one-star ratings.

The complaints cluster around four themes: withdrawals delayed for weeks or never received, accounts closed or blocked without explanation, winnings confiscated under bonus rules, and verification that drags on. Complaints also describe self-exclusions that were not honoured, with accounts reopened afterwards.

The same Safety Index assessment rates the terms as somewhat unfair, flagging three clauses: bonus hunting can count as a serious violation, and low-risk play during wagering leads to confiscation of winnings. The terms also charge a fee on accounts inactive for 180 days. Players from the US, the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Cyprus, Romania, Russia and more than a dozen other countries are not accepted. The casino’s main markets are Germany, Finland, Ireland, Austria, Norway and Canada.

Unclear ownership has a cost: with three different companies named across reviews and no licence confirmed by the main rating sites, a player in a dispute has no clear party or authority to escalate to.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Withdrawals first sit in a pending state for up to three business days (72 hours). Once approved, crypto and e-wallet payouts are listed at up to an hour, card withdrawals at three to five days and bank transfers at three to seven. No withdrawals are processed at weekends, so a request made on Thursday evening can still be pending the following Tuesday.

The limits are the bigger constraint. Standard accounts can take out €500 a day and €7,000 a month, although one review puts the daily figure as high as €5,000. Monthly ceilings rise by VIP level, from €7,000 at Level 1 through €10,000, €12,000 and €15,000 to €20,000 at Level 5, with the level set by the previous 90 days of activity. No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once.

Those caps shape what a big win is worth in practice. A €20,000 jackpot on a standard account would take at least 40 days at the €500 daily cap and three months at the €7,000 monthly cap. Minimum withdrawals start from €20.

One fee rule catches players out. Withdrawing a deposit that has not been wagered at least once triggers a 10% charge, so depositing €200 and withdrawing it untouched returns €180. Otherwise LunuBet charges no deposit or withdrawal fees.

Accounts are activated by email confirmation, and the identity documents can be uploaded at any point afterwards. Players who expect a first withdrawal above a few hundred euros gain most from doing this on day one, because a 10-business-day review added to a three-day pending period and a weekend can push the first payout past two weeks.

Identity checks are standard before cashing out: a photo ID such as a passport, proof of address, and extra checks on withdrawals above $10,000. Documents have to be supplied within 30 days of a request, and review can take up to 10 business days. Documents can be uploaded before the first withdrawal, which avoids adding that review time to the pending period; keep copies of everything submitted and the dates of each support exchange.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The casino welcome offer is 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins and one Bonus Crab, from a €20 deposit. Wagering is 35× the deposit plus bonus on slots, free-spin winnings carry 40×, and everything must be completed within 10 days. The spins arrive in batches of 20 a day for 10 days, and each batch expires after 24 hours. The home page also advertises a larger package of 300% up to €1,500 plus 300 spins, so check which offer applies before depositing.

Wagering arithmetic. Deposit €200 and receive a €200 bonus. At 35× deposit plus bonus, turnover is (€200 + €200) × 35 = €14,000 on slots within 10 days. Taking the full €500 bonus on a €500 deposit requires (€500 + €500) × 35 = €35,000, or 7,000 spins at the €5 maximum bet.

The surrounding terms are stricter than the headline. The maximum bet is €5, games other than slots carry 350× wagering, and the bonus is sticky, meaning it cannot be withdrawn itself. Winnings from the bonus are capped at €1,000–€5,000. Deposits made through Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.

The sticky structure changes the arithmetic at the end. If a €200 bonus is wagered through and the balance stands at €700, the €200 bonus is removed on withdrawal and €500 is paid out, subject to the cap described above.

Reloads run every week without codes. The Weekend Reload, Friday to Sunday, gives 50% up to €700 from a €20 deposit at 35×, with 50 free spins added from €50 at 40×. From Monday to Thursday a weekly reload adds 50 free spins for a €20 deposit at 40×.

Sports bettors get a separate first-deposit offer and 10% sports cashback up to €500. The casino and sports bonuses are distinct, so a sports bet does nothing to clear casino wagering.

Fifty-one methods, fewer withdrawal coins

LunuBet’s cashier lists 51 methods: Visa and Mastercard, bank wire, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Jeton, MiFinity, Volt, Payz, Pix, Interac, BLIK, MuchBetter, Zimpler, Neosurf, Flexepin, eZeeWallet, CashtoCode, Rapid Transfer and PayID among them. Accounts can be held in EUR, USD, HUF, NOK, PLN, NZD, CAD, BRL, CZK, AUD, CLP, PEN or CHF. Pix with BRL, CLP and PEN accounts suits Latin American players, Interac covers Canada and PayID Australia, and holding the balance in the same currency as the payment method avoids conversion charges from the card issuer or bank.

The crypto core is BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and DOGE, and USDT can be deposited on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20. Withdrawals are narrower: only BTC, LTC, DOGE and USDT on TRC20 can be cashed out, so an ETH depositor will receive winnings in another coin. Confirm the network on the deposit screen before sending USDT, since a transfer on the wrong chain is lost.

Deposits start at €20 and are capped at €5,000 per transaction on most methods, €2,500 on MiFinity. For a player who deposits by card and withdraws in crypto, the 10% fee on unwagered deposits applies just the same.

Studios, live shows and the sportsbook

The lobby holds thousands of games from more than 80 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Spribe, Novomatic, Quickspin, Push Gaming, Relax, Playtech and Booming. Spinomenal alone contributes more than 700 titles.

Categories cover slots, Megaways, jackpots, table games such as blackjack, roulette, video poker and Texas Hold’em, and instant games including Plinko, Mines, scratch cards and bingo, plus an Exclusive section. Live tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Mega Roulette and Mega Wheel alongside blackjack tables.

AskGamblers lists RTP as not publicly audited, though a Casino.guru game check found no fake titles in its sample. Live games and tables count at 350× towards the welcome bonus, so live play and bonus wagering are best kept apart.

The sportsbook covers pre-match and live betting from football to darts, plus virtual sports such as VR Basketball. It has its own promotions, including accumulator boosts, early payout and stake-back offers on tennis and football.

Instant chat and weak player controls

Support is the brand’s strongest point. Live chat runs 24/7 and answered instantly in an independent test, which rated it Good; public reviewers often thank agents by name. Chats open with a virtual assistant offering preset answers before a human agent joins. Email and a help centre are available, but there is no phone line.

The site runs in 15 languages: English, German, Finnish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Greek, French, Slovak, Croatian and Slovenian. The company replies to every negative public review within a week, though many replies follow a template.

Gambling controls are thin. Self-exclusion is available by email and takes effect within 24 hours, and a self-assessment test is provided, but there are no deposit, bet, loss or session limits, no cool-off period and no reality checks. Combined with the complaints about reopened accounts, that leaves a player who wants to stop with fewer safeguards than at most competitors.

LunuBet on a phone

LunuBet runs as a mobile-optimised site in iOS, Android and Windows browsers, and it can be installed on the home screen as a web app. The lobby, live shows, sportsbook and promotions pages all work in the mobile version.

The chat window, Coins Shop and Challenges sit in the same menu as on desktop, so the reward features stay one tap away on a small screen. The social channels on Instagram, TikTok and X carry promotion announcements.

Five VIP levels, cashback and the Coins Shop

The VIP programme has five levels. Levels 1 and 2 get on-site promotions and the standard 24/7 chat; Level 3 adds personal offers, higher limits and cashback; Levels 4 and 5 add a personal VIP manager. Level 2 members receive 10% cashback and two special offers a month. Weekly cashback at 1× wagering rises from 5% up to €1,000 at Level 3 to 10% up to €2,000 at Level 4 and 15% up to €3,000 at Level 5.

Outside the VIP club, the promotions page lists daily cashback of 15% up to €400 and live-casino cashback of 25% up to €200. Challenges pay up to 1,500 Coins, which can be exchanged in the Coins Shop for rewards worth up to €1,000, and Bonus Crab prizes are handed out with the welcome offer and other promotions.

Tournaments include Spinomenal’s Spinoleague, Drops & Wins, Roulette Run and Amusnet’s Cash Bomb. Because VIP level depends on the last 90 days of activity, a quiet month can lower both the cashback rate and the monthly withdrawal ceiling.

  • Bet Republic Casino — 4.4/10. A considerably bigger game library and live floor for players who rank choice above promotions.
  • Fortune Play Casino — 5.9/10. A multi-deposit welcome package with regular reloads, run with a stronger trust and payout record.

LunuBet Casino questions answered

Is LunuBet Casino licensed, and who runs it?

That is not settled. The site’s own FAQ claims a Curaçao licence, some reviewers point to Anjouan, and Casino.guru and LCB found no licence. The site names no company; the rating sites attribute it to Casolinia Group, while other reviews mention Rabidi N.V. Look for a clickable licence seal that leads to a regulator’s register before you deposit.

How long do LunuBet withdrawals take?

Allow up to three business days of pending time, with nothing processed on Saturday or Sunday. After approval, crypto and e-wallets are listed at up to an hour, cards in up to five days and bank wires in up to a week. A standard account is limited to €500 per day, and at most three requests can wait at once.

What are the catches in the LunuBet welcome bonus?

The €500 match must be played through 35 times together with your deposit inside 10 days, stakes stop at €5, and table or live games count at 350×. Free spins land 20 at a time and vanish after a day. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded, and bonus winnings are capped at €1,000–€5,000.

Which cryptocurrencies can I withdraw from LunuBet?

Only four: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether on TRON. Ether and USDT on Ethereum or BNB Chain can be deposited but not cashed out, so plan your exit coin in advance. Remember that withdrawing an unplayed deposit costs 10%, which on a €300 deposit means losing €30 before the blockchain fee.

Is LunuBet support really good?

On speed and manners, yes: chat is staffed around the clock, an independent test got an immediate answer, and many reviewers praise individual agents. Expect a scripted assistant at the start of each chat and template replies on public review sites. Support cannot lift withdrawal limits or speed up the weekday-only payout schedule.

Can I set deposit limits at LunuBet?

No. The only tools are an email-based self-exclusion, applied within a day, and a self-assessment questionnaire. There are no deposit, loss, wager or session caps and no timed breaks, and some complainants say their excluded accounts were reopened. Players who need firm limits should use blocking software or choose a casino with self-service controls.

How far to trust LunuBet with a balance

LunuBet is a well-run front end with an uncertain back office. Its chat team, payment menu and promotions calendar compare well with established brands, and every logged complaint has been closed, but the unnamed operator and the €500 daily cap leave winnings exposed to slow, staged withdrawals.

It fits a player who deposits modest amounts, plays slots with the weekly reloads and cashback, and withdraws regularly in BTC, LTC, DOGE or USDT on TRON. Anyone chasing a large jackpot, wanting firm deposit limits or needing a clearly identified operator should compare the alternatives above first.
