Best for: High rollers
Olympia, open since 2021, is a fiat-first casino with a six-coin crypto cashier, and its complaint record is lighter than its terms suggest. Casino.guru gives it 7.7/10 on its Safety Index and AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 8.2/10, with nine complaints logged across the two sites. The friction sits in the small print: daily payout caps of €2,000–€4,000, a rule that every deposit is wagered 3x before a cash-out, and 600x bonus wagering on table and live games. High rollers get the largest welcome tier and higher VIP limits, along with the most demanding document checks.

Who is behind Olympia: licence, operator and track record
Olympia has traded since 2021 and is currently run by Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. AskGamblers lists 51 casinos under Novatrix, many of them transferred from Dama N.V. after a restructuring. Olympia’s stablemates include King Billy, LevelUp, Spin Samurai and Winz.io, so the bonus and loyalty mechanics will look familiar to anyone who has played at those brands.
The terms and conditions on the casino’s own domain tell an older story. They carry a “last updated” date of 14 July 2023 and still name Dama N.V. of Curaçao (registration 152125) as operator, with Friolion Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, acting as payment agent. A player who signs up today therefore accepts a contract naming a company other than the current operator, which complicates any formal complaint about a frozen balance. Under those terms, disputes go to the “respective gambling regulator”, and no governing law is stated.
The current licence is an Anjouan permit, number ALSI-202508056-FI2, held alongside a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada. The same Anjouan number is attached to Winz.io, which shows that the licence sits at group level and covers several Novatrix casinos. The 2023 terms instead cite a Curaçao sublicence, 8048/JAZ2020-013, issued through Antillephone N.V. Both current permits are offshore, and neither settles whether real-money play is lawful in a given country.
The 2023 terms exclude a long list of countries, including the USA, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Israel and Cyprus, and forbid play from any country where online gambling is prohibited. The minimum age is 18, or the local minimum where that is higher. The high-roller bonus is restricted to players aged 19 or over and is not offered in Ontario.
Casino.guru rates the terms “Somewhat unfair”. Beyond the bonus clauses covered below, it objects to the short deadline for supplying verification documents. Other provisions are firm rather than unusual: the casino can close an account “at the Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason”, returning the balance minus withdrawal charges; members of one household who share an email address, phone, payment method, IP address or device can be counted as one player; and an account with no deposits, bets or withdrawals for 12 months is charged a dormancy fee of €20 a month until the balance runs out.
Complaint volume is low. Casino.guru shows six complaints, one resolved and five rejected, covering a delayed withdrawal, a failed deposit, a missing bonus, unauthorised deposits and two blocked accounts. AskGamblers has mediated three, all resolved, involving roughly $500, $1,500 and €1,000 held up by delays, and awards Olympia its Certificate of Trust. A forum dispute from around four years ago over a confiscated $1,400 balance was also closed as resolved. Olympia has no visible Trustpilot profile: both versions of the olympia.casino domain lead to a notice that the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible”.
Payout reliability and verification checks
Withdrawal caps are the tightest constraint at Olympia. Casino.guru lists current caps of €2,000 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month for euro and dollar accounts; CAD, AUD and NZD accounts get 3,000, 9,000 and 25,000, and NOK accounts 20,000, 75,000 and 150,000. The 2023 terms set looser ceilings of €4,000 a day, €30,000 a week and €80,000 a month. Amounts above the cap are paid in instalments, while progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
Processing runs on two clocks. AskGamblers puts the pending period at up to 12 hours, after which crypto, e-wallet and card payouts land within about an hour and bank transfers take three to seven days; withdrawals are also processed at weekends. The terms promise processing “within 12 hours” yet allow a withdrawal to take up to 30 banking days. Delayed and pending payouts are the most frequent theme in complaints, including a six-day wait in one case that was later resolved.
The minimum withdrawal ranges from €10 to €100, and the terms fall back to the equivalent of 0.001 BTC where no other figure is shown. Withdrawals are free of charge. Before any cash-out, each deposit has to be wagered three times, with or without a bonus: a €500 deposit needs €1,500 in bets before it can come back out.
Verification is comprehensive. The terms let the casino request documents “at any time at its sole discretion”: photo ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method, a selfie holding the ID, and proof of wealth or proof of funds. Withdrawals are suspended until the checks are complete, and again whenever re-verification is requested. Routine checks take up to 24 hours.
Because the window for returning documents is short, a player planning a large withdrawal should have a payslip, bank statement or exchange history ready before requesting it. Keep the chat transcript and the transaction reference for any payout that stalls; the complaint record includes two blocked accounts, the outcome most likely to leave a balance stuck for weeks.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
The welcome offer is spread over three deposits. LCB describes the current version as 100% up to €10,000 plus 75 free spins on the first deposit (minimum €30), 75% up to €6,000 plus 150 spins on the second with code TWO (minimum €40), and 100% up to €5,000 plus 300 spins on the third with code THREE (minimum €50). Each offer has to be activated within one day of the deposit.
Wagering on slots is 30x the deposit plus bonus (AskGamblers gives 40x the bonus). Table and live games carry 600x, which takes them out of contention for clearing bonus money. Winnings are capped at the bonus amount for each tier, so €10,000, €6,000 and €5,000 respectively, and at €2,000 for live play.
Two side offers stand out. The high-roller bonus doubles a deposit of at least €125 up to €10,000 with code HIGHROLLER, but carries 40x wagering on slots and 800x on table games. The live-casino bonus, 100% up to €1,000 from a €25 deposit with code LIVE, needs only 3x wagering and is the one promotion built for the live tables. Free-spin deals include 300 spins on Buffalo Hunt from a €60 deposit (code LIGHT) and up to 50 spins every Monday from €30 (code MONDAY).
These bonus clauses are the main reason for the “Somewhat unfair” terms rating. Claiming too many offers can lead to confiscated winnings, ordinary bonus hunting is classed as a serious breach, and making deposits only to collect promotions can also end in confiscation. The terms add that bonuses and winnings linked to a reversed payment are void, and treat “advantage gambling” and running two or more accounts as fraud.
Outside bonus play, single bets are capped at €100 on slots and €200 on other games, with coin equivalents such as 0.004 BTC or 200 USDT for slots.
Payment methods, coins and cashier limits
Olympia accepts six cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether (USDT), processed through CoinsPaid. The rest of the cashier is built around fiat, with about 35 methods: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards; Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Jeton, SticPay and eZeeWallet; Interac, InstaDebit and iDebit for Canadian players; Neosurf and CashtoCode vouchers; Sofort, Klarna and Rapid Transfer; and regional options such as OXXO Pay, Pay4Fun and Brazilian bank transfers through Bradesco and Itaú.
Not every method is offered in every country. Fiat balances can be held in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK and PLN, among other currencies. The minimum deposit is €20, though the bonus tiers need between €20 and €125 depending on the offer.
One cashier detail affects crypto users directly: deposit limits set through the responsible-gambling tools do not apply to crypto deposits. A player who relies on a deposit limit to control spending has to fund the account by card or e-wallet for that limit to work at Olympia.
The mix also shapes the cash-out route. Bank transfers take three to seven days against roughly an hour for coins and e-wallets, so for a player whose priority is speed, BTC, LTC or USDT through CoinsPaid is the quicker exit once the 12-hour pending stage has passed.
Games, providers and fairness checks
Slots dominate the lobby. The lobby holds around 2,700 of them, drawn from 51–98 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, BGaming, Booming Games, Betsoft and Amatic.
Progressive jackpot slots sit alongside the regular catalogue, and jackpot wins are the one category exempt from the withdrawal caps. Live dealer tables come from Evolution, Ezugi and Vivo Gaming, covering blackjack, baccarat, poker and sic bo, while RNG roulette, blackjack and other table games, tournaments and a lottery round out the lobby.
There is no provably fair title, so every result depends on the random number generators of the outside studios. AskGamblers does not record independent RNG testing for Olympia itself, which leaves players relying on the certification of studios such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution.
For bonus players the usable library is narrower than the headline count. With table and live games weighted at 600x under the welcome package, bonus money is in practice limited to slots, and only the 3x live-casino offer is designed for the Evolution and Ezugi tables.
Support channels and dispute handling
Support runs around the clock by live chat, where a bot answers first before handing over to an agent, plus email at [email protected], WhatsApp, Telegram and telephone. The phone and WhatsApp numbers carry Ukraine’s +380 country code.
Coverage is narrower than the channel list suggests: agents work only in English and Portuguese, and the site interface is in English. Casino.guru rates the chat “Good”, with instant responses, but describes feedback across 13 user reviews as “Mixed”, with support and payments drawing most of the criticism and bonuses faring slightly better.
For a disputed payout, email gives a dated thread that chat does not. If the casino’s answer does not resolve the problem, the complaint services run by the main rating platforms are the realistic next step; on Olympia cases the average response time there has been two days.
Using Olympia on a phone
Olympia offers a mobile app. Several of the casino’s channels are phone-native already: support is reachable through WhatsApp and Telegram, and the cashier includes Siru Mobile, which bills deposits to a phone account, and the MuchBetter app wallet.
Responsible-gambling controls are account settings, so they follow the player between devices: deposit, bet, loss and session limits, cool-off periods, self-exclusion and game history are all offered. There is no reality-check reminder or self-assessment test, so time spent playing on a phone has to be tracked by the player.
Loyalty Club and invitation-only VIP tiers
Olympia runs two loyalty layers. The open Loyalty Club awards status points and two badges, Hero and Legend, which bring cashback, higher withdrawal limits and birthday gifts. Above it sits an invitation-only VIP programme with three tiers, Demigod, Divine and Titan, offering a personal manager, special bonuses and cashback, with status points earned on deposits.
The tangible benefit is the withdrawal ceiling. Under the 2023 terms, Demigod raises the caps to €6,000 a day, €40,000 a week and €160,000 a month; Divine to €8,000, €55,000 and €225,000; and Titan to €10,000, €70,000 and €300,000. Those figures come from the same terms whose standard caps sit above the current €2,000 daily limit, so a high roller should get the tier limits confirmed in writing by the VIP manager before relying on them.
Status lapses with inactivity, so a rank earned during a busy month does not carry indefinitely. Tournaments and the lottery run alongside the programme.
Where Olympia fits, and where it falls short
A good fit for
- Live-table players who want a usable bonus, since the live-casino offer of 100% up to €1,000 needs only 3x wagering.
- Players who withdraw small amounts often, as the terms set pending at up to 12 hours, weekends are processed and withdrawals carry no charge.
- Players who weigh complaint history, since one platform holds just six complaints and another resolved all three cases it mediated.
- Fiat-first players with regional needs, given about 35 methods including Interac, OXXO Pay, Pay4Fun and Brazilian bank transfers.
Better to look elsewhere if
- Players landing five-figure wins, because daily caps of €2,000–€4,000 mean large balances leave in instalments over weeks or months.
- Crypto depositors who rely on deposit limits, as the limits set in the account do not apply to crypto deposits.
- Anyone unwilling to share financial records, since a selfie with ID and proof of wealth or funds can be demanded at any time.
- Players who deposit and withdraw quickly, as each deposit must be wagered three times first, so €500 needs €1,500 in bets.
Other casinos worth comparing
- FatFruit Casino — its fruit-themed weekly promotions and recurring reward events.
- MoonWin Casino — its unusually broad jackpot and live-table catalogue.
- Gamblezen Casino — its multi-tier Zen rewards with generous weekly cashback at higher levels.
- Axe Casino — its distinctive Norse-inspired presentation and character-led VIP ladder.
Frequently asked questions
Who runs Olympia and which licence does it hold?
Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica, operates the casino, and the licence on record is Anjouan permit ALSI-202508056-FI2 together with a Tobique Gaming Commission licence. The document on the site, last revised in July 2023, still names Dama N.V. and a Curaçao sublicence from before the group restructuring. Neither permit makes play legal where you live; that depends on your country’s own rules.
How much can I withdraw from Olympia per day?
The standard limit is €2,000 per day, €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month in euros or dollars, although the 2023 terms allowed up to €4,000 daily. Anything above the limit is released in instalments, so a big win can take months to arrive in full. Progressive jackpots are the exception and come in one payment, and the Demigod, Divine and Titan tiers carry higher ceilings.
What wagering applies to the Olympia welcome bonus?
On slots the requirement is 30x–40x, and on table and live games it jumps to 600x, which makes those games useless for clearing the package. Winnings from each tier stop at the bonus amount, and every offer has to be activated within a day. Separately, any deposit must be turned over 3x before a withdrawal, bonus or not, so even plain deposits carry a playthrough.
Which cryptocurrencies does Olympia accept?
Six coins: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDT, handled by the CoinsPaid processor, with a €20 minimum deposit. They sit beside a far larger fiat cashier that includes Interac, Skrill and MuchBetter. One catch for budget-conscious players is that responsible-gambling deposit limits do not cover coin deposits, so a card or e-wallet is needed if that limit is meant to bite.
What documents will Olympia ask for?
Plan for a full check: government ID, proof of address, proof that the card or wallet belongs to you and a selfie holding your ID. The casino can also demand proof of wealth or source of funds at any point, and payouts stay frozen until the paperwork is accepted. Standard checks finish within 24 hours, but the deadline for sending documents is short.
Is the Olympia live-casino bonus worth a look?
It carries the friendliest terms on the site: a 100% match up to €1,000 from a €25 deposit, unlocked with the code LIVE and cleared at just 3x. Under the main welcome package, live games count at 600x by comparison. Winnings from live play under bonus terms are capped at €2,000, so the offer suits moderate stakes better than high-roller sessions.
What happens if my Olympia account goes dormant?
After 12 months without a deposit, bet or withdrawal, the account is charged €20 a month, or the remaining balance if that is smaller. Once the fee has used up the funds, the casino can close the account, and VIP status also lapses with inactivity. Withdrawing the balance before taking a long break avoids losing both the money and the rank.
Is Olympia a safe home for a large crypto balance?
Olympia is a reasonable choice for players who keep balances modest and withdraw often, and a harder one for the high rollers it courts. Its complaint record is light and the main rating platforms score it well, but the €2,000 daily cap, the 3x deposit-turnover rule and site terms untouched since 2023 all work against anyone sitting on a five-figure win. Bonus hunters should limit themselves to the slot-based welcome tiers and the 3x live offer; everyone else is better served by depositing only what they plan to play and cashing out as soon as a session ends.
