Best for: Crypto payment choice

Casinova Casino pays out no more than €500 a day and processes nothing at weekends, and that ceiling shapes the experience of a casino that otherwise offers enormous choice: up to 12 cryptocurrencies, a fiat cashier with cards, e-wallets and local bank methods, and a lobby of more than 13,000 games. Deposits are easy in almost any currency; getting winnings back out is where players run into trouble.

Since the late-2024 launch, slow and stalled withdrawals have become the dominant complaint, a review platform has hidden the casino’s score after removing fake reviews, and the €2,000 welcome package carries 40x wagering with a 10-day deadline. The 4.4/10 rating credits the cashier and the catalogue but gives most weight to that payout record.

Who runs Casinova Casino? A disputed licence and three company names

Several review sites report that Casinova Casino holds an offshore remote gaming licence from the Anjouan Gaming Board in the Union of Comoros, and its public company profile gives the Comoros as its location. Casino.guru takes the opposite view and states that the casino is not known to hold any official gambling licence. The site itself shows neither a licence number nor a regulator, so there is nothing for a player to look up on the Anjouan register before depositing.

The company behind the brand is just as unclear. Casino.guru names Casolinia Group as owner, AskGamblers names KNG Marketing Ltd, and other reviews give NovaForge Ltd, while the website footer carries only “© Casinova.com”. The casinova.com domain dates from 2003, two decades before the casino launched, its WHOIS details sit behind a privacy service in Panama, and Scamadviser has recorded a redirect to a kngpulse.com host alongside a trust score of 0 and phishing flags from an automated scan. Without a named operator, a player has no clear legal counterparty for a payment dispute.

Casino.guru still gives Casinova a Safety Index of 7.3/10, rated Above average, and estimates its revenue at above $1 million, but it classes the terms as Somewhat unfair and flags four clauses, set out below. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 6.4/10.

Clauses that can cost the whole balance: typical bonus-hunting strategies count as a serious breach of the terms; winnings can be confiscated for low-risk play, a point flagged twice; and bonus winnings have to be withdrawn as soon as wagering is complete, otherwise later winnings can be limited.

The complaint files carry most of the warning. Casino.guru logs 48 complaints: 23 resolved, 24 rejected and 1 open, covering delayed withdrawals, unpaid winnings, voided balances and an account reopened after the player asked for it to be closed, with sums from €25 to €12,000. At AskGamblers, 15 of 16 complaints concern payments; 14 were resolved, one €16,500 case remains pending, and cases take 16 days on average against a market norm of 8. Complaints are player claims, not findings, but both files show a casino that often settles once a mediator is involved.

Trustpilot has removed fake reviews from the casinova.com profile and hidden its score for breaching platform guidelines. Of the 92 reviews left, 87% give one star, and the company answers about a third of them with templated replies.

Casinova is unavailable in Ireland and does not accept players from Ohio or New Jersey.

Casinova payouts: a €500 daily ceiling and weekday-only processing

Every Casinova withdrawal passes an internal review that can last up to three to five business days before the payment method’s own processing begins, and nothing is processed at weekends. After approval, e-wallets take from same-day to three business days, cards three to five days and bank transfers three to seven. Crypto settles faster than those once released, but the review queue applies to every method.

Limits are tight for a casino of this size: €500 per day and €7,000 per month, with equivalents in USD, CAD and AUD, and no more than three withdrawals pending at once. Players from VIP level 3 upwards get higher limits. The casino charges no withdrawal fees, and the minimum cash-out is €10–€15.

Cashing out a €12,000 win: at €500 per day with no weekend processing, the €7,000 monthly maximum takes 14 working days to release. The remaining €5,000 waits for the next calendar month and another 10 working days. With only three requests pending at a time, each batch has to clear before the next can be queued.

Full verification comes before the first payout: photo ID such as a passport or driving licence, proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment, with checks taking 24–48 hours. Completing it straight after the first deposit stops the document check from being added to the business-day review when a withdrawal is finally requested.

Player reports set the practical pace well below the stated one. Reviews describe waits of 6 to 12 days or longer, a withdrawal cancelled after about three weeks, payouts frozen during a month-long verification in December 2025 and, in a February 2026 post, a demand for a $100 deposit before a withdrawal would be released. A more positive three-star review records €420 paid within four business days. Save the request dates and chat replies for every withdrawal, because the mediators above ask for them.

A €2,000 package at 40x: what each deposit stage demands

The welcome offer spreads up to €2,000 and 350 free spins over the first four deposits, with no promo code and a €20 minimum per stage. The first deposit earns 100% up to €500 plus 200 spins, the second 75% up to €500, the third 50% up to €500 plus 50 spins and the fourth 50% up to €500 plus 100 spins. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.

Wagering is 40x, which AskGamblers applies to the deposit and bonus combined, with a €5 maximum bet and 10 days to finish. Free spins arrive in instalments, the first 200 over 10 days on Cash of Gods from ELA Games, and each batch expires after 24 hours. Slots count 100%, live, table and card games, video poker and Plinko count 10%, and Slingo, bingo and jackpot slots count nothing.

Wagering on the first stage: deposit €500 → 100% match = €500 bonus, €1,000 balance. At 40x deposit plus bonus: 40 × €1,000 = €40,000 in stakes within 10 days. At the €5 maximum bet that is 8,000 spins, or 800 a day. Played on blackjack at 10% weighting, the same target needs €400,000 in stakes. A €20 deposit → €20 bonus → 40 × €40 = €1,600 in stakes.

Turnover of 40x on deposit plus bonus sits at the strict end of what casinos ask, and the 10-day window turns it into a sprint. Combined with the clause requiring bonus winnings to be withdrawn as soon as wagering ends, the package suits slot players who deposit near the €20 floor far better than anyone tempted by the €500 stages.

Recurring offers add a Weekend Reload of 50% up to €700 plus 50 free spins, with a €50 minimum deposit and 35x wagering, a Weekly Reload of 50 free spins from a €20 deposit, weekly free-spin drops and an Amusnet Cash Bomb promotion.

Twelve coins and a fiat-first cashier

Casinova accepts up to 12 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and DOGE, plus XRP, ADA, BCH, SOL, TRX, BNB and USDC. Crypto deposits start at €10–€30. Coins move between the player’s external wallet and the cashier, so check the deposit network shown in the cashier before every transfer; coins sent on the wrong chain are usually lost.

The fiat side is the core of the cashier. The site footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac, and the full range adds Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, SticPay, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Neosurf, CashtoCode, Trustly, Revolut and Rapid Transfer, bank transfer, Pix, BLIK, PagoEfectivo and regional banks such as Ålandsbanken and Danske Bank. Balances can be held in 16 fiat currencies, from USD, EUR, CAD and AUD to PLN, CZK, HUF, TRY, INR, BRL, CLP and PEN.

MethodMinimum depositPayout time after review
Crypto: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, DOGE, XRP, ADA, BCH, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDC€10–€30Fastest of all methods
E-wallets: Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity and others€10–€15Same day to 3 business days
Cards: Visa, Mastercard€10–€153–5 days
Bank transfer and local banks€10–€153–7 days

The casino adds no fees to deposits or withdrawals. Anyone planning to claim the welcome package needs a €20 deposit by a method other than Skrill or Neteller.

More than 13,000 games and a sportsbook on the side

The Casinova lobby holds more than 13,000 titles, with the exact library varying by country. Slots make up about 11,000 of them, including Megaways, Bonus Buy and jackpot games such as Jackpot King, Mega Moolah and Royal Fortune Wheel with its €1 million prize. A New section adds 1,312 recent releases, and between 497 and 736 games are exclusive to the brand.

More than 100 providers supply the catalogue, among them Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, 1×2 Gaming, Amatic, ELA Games and Amusnet. The breadth matters most for slot players, who are also the only group that clears bonus wagering at full weight.

Live dealer games come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with between 260 and 596 tables, including 357 live blackjack tables, 175 roulette tables and 39 game shows in the lobby, plus baccarat. Table and card games, video poker, Plinko, Slingo and bingo round out the casino side. Casinova publishes no audited RTP figures, so game return rates rest on the providers’ own published values.

A sportsbook covering 10 sports runs from the same account, with its own Sport Promotions page, so bettors and casino players can keep one balance and one verification process.

Chat in 12 languages, slower answers in writing

Live chat runs 24/7, alongside email at [email protected]; there is no phone line or social media channel. The site and chat work in 12 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Norwegian and Polish, which makes Casinova accessible to players across much of Europe in their own language.

Quality is uneven. Casino.guru rated the chat Average across three tests, and an August 2026 player review describes scripted answers and about seven days before a substantive reply. Escalating a stuck withdrawal to email adds days to a process already capped at €500 a day.

Responsible-gambling tools are thin. Self-exclusion is requested by email and takes effect within 24 hours, and a self-assessment test is available, but player complaints describe a self-exclusion request being ignored while bonus offers kept arriving in July 2025, and an account reopened against the holder’s wishes. Players who need firm limits are better served by device-level blockers than by the casino’s own settings.

Browser play on iOS and Android

Casinova has no native app. The full site, including the 13,000-game lobby, the sportsbook and the promotions pages, runs in the mobile browser on iOS and Android, and a home-screen bookmark is the nearest thing to an app icon.

All 12 interface languages carry over to the mobile site, and live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live stream in the browser, so a stable connection matters more than storage space. Sports and casino share one balance on the phone just as they do on desktop.

Five VIP levels, cashback and the Spinoleague

The Casinova VIP page describes five levels. Levels 1 and 2 bring on-site promotions and 24/7 chat; level 3 adds personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback that grows with each deposit; levels 4 and 5 add a personal VIP manager. The page sets out the perks but no qualifying thresholds, so a player cannot tell how much play reaches level 3 and its higher limits.

Cashback runs at up to 15%, with a cap put at €400 to €3,000, and live-casino play earns a separate 25% cashback of up to €200. Cashback returns part of net losses, so it softens a losing run without changing the €500 daily cap on what can be withdrawn. There is no rakeback.

Casinova also enters players in Spinoleague, a network tournament with a €12,000,000 prize pool shared across participating casinos, and runs its own Tournaments, Challenges and Shop sections. These are open without an invitation, which makes them the main reward route for players below Casinova’s VIP level 3.

  • CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 in 12 languages, but one player describes scripted answers and about seven days before a substantive reply.

Four casinos to set against Casinova

  • 0x.Bet Casino — 4.2/10. A smaller lobby built around the same leading studios, for players who prefer a tighter selection.
  • Lucky Wave Casino — 4.0/10. An even larger catalogue with far more live tables and a stronger experience on phones.
  • Alf Casino — 4.2/10. Runs a separate bonus track paid in USDT for crypto depositors, so coins do not have to be converted to euros to qualify.
  • Rooli Casino — 5.5/10. Lets players choose between a fiat and a crypto welcome package, and has a cleaner trust and payout profile.

Casinova Casino FAQ

Is Casinova Casino licensed?

That point is contested. Review sites name the Anjouan Gaming Board in the Comoros as the issuer of an offshore licence, but Casino.guru does not recognise any official licence, and the casino publishes no number to check. Three different companies are linked to the brand. For a player, that means a dispute rests on the casino’s goodwill and on outside mediators rather than on a regulator with clear jurisdiction.

How long do Casinova withdrawals take?

Plan for about a week. The internal review alone can take up to three to five business days and stops over weekends, then cards need three to five more days and bank transfers up to seven. Crypto is quickest once released. Player reports of 6 to 12 day waits are common, and no more than €500 can leave per day.

What is the wagering on the Casinova welcome bonus?

Each of the four stages carries 40x wagering, to be completed within 10 days with bets of €5 or less. A €500 first deposit with its €500 bonus therefore requires up to €40,000 in stakes. Slots count fully, live and table games only 10%, and Skrill or Neteller deposits are excluded from the offer altogether.

Which cryptocurrencies does Casinova accept?

Up to 12: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Tether and Dogecoin, plus XRP, Cardano, Bitcoin Cash, Solana, Tron, BNB and USD Coin. Minimum crypto deposits run from €10 to €30, and the casino adds no fees. The correct network has to be chosen in the cashier for each transfer.

Does Casinova require KYC before a withdrawal?

Yes. Before any payout, the casino asks for a passport or similar photo ID and proof of address, and sometimes evidence of the payment method used. Checks normally take one to two days, but one complaint describes withdrawals frozen for a month while documents were reviewed, so uploading them right after the first deposit is the safer order.

Can I self-exclude at Casinova Casino?

Self-exclusion is handled by email and should take effect within 24 hours, and there is a self-assessment test. One complaint describes an exclusion request being ignored while marketing emails continued, so anyone who needs a firm break should also install a gambling blocker and contact Gambling Therapy or a local helpline.

Can 13,000 games make up for the Casinova payout record?

Not for most players. Casinova Casino offers real breadth, with up to 12 coins, dozens of fiat methods, 13,000+ games and a sportsbook in one account, but every one of those strengths sits in front of a cashier that releases €500 a day, pauses at weekends and generates the bulk of the complaints against the brand. The unresolved questions over who operates the casino make those complaints harder to escalate.

The casino can work for a slot player who deposits small amounts in crypto or local currency, treats winnings as something to withdraw in modest weekday instalments and finishes verification on day one. Anyone expecting to move four- or five-figure sums, relying on bonus value at 40x, or needing dependable self-exclusion is taking on more risk at Casinova than the game count justifies.
