4.5/10

Best for: Crypto payment choice

A new Excitewin account can withdraw no more than €500 a day and €7,000 a month, and only a five-level VIP ladder lifts that ceiling. Against it sit a broad cashier, with cards, BLIK, Interac, e-wallets, vouchers and Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and XRP in both directions, and games from more than 100 studios. The result is 4.5/10, held down by the unresolved trust questions set out below and by held withdrawals and blocked accounts that recur in player complaints.

Who is behind Excitewin: licence, operator and track record

Excitewin launched in 2021, and its domain was registered in January of that year. It was originally run by Rabidi N.V., a Curaçao company, under an Antillephone sublicence. AskGamblers now names NovaForge Ltd as the operator and the Anjouan Gaming Board as the licensing authority, while Casino.guru states that the casino holds no official gambling licence. The site itself shows neither an operating company nor a licence number in its footer, so a player cannot confirm from the casino which entity holds their balance. The domain is registered through GoDaddy with the owner’s details hidden.

The change of operator has a troubled background. FinTelegram, a financial investigations outlet, reported in September 2024 that the Rabidi Group had gone bankrupt and that its business had moved to two Marshall Islands companies, Liernin Enterprises Ltd and NovaForge Ltd. The same investigation says NovaForge was recently licensed in Anjouan, has registered more than 50 casino domains and is a new face in the illegal online casino scene. That article does not name Excitewin; the connection rests on the operator named above.

No clear regulator: depending on where you look, Excitewin holds a Curaçao licence, an Anjouan licence or none at all, and its own pages settle nothing. If a withdrawal is refused, there is no clearly identified authority to escalate the case to.

Casino.guru still gives Excitewin a Safety Index of 8.8/10 (“High”), estimates its annual revenue above $1M, connects it with three other casinos and names low withdrawal limits as its main drawback. Its 16 user reviews there come out as “Mixed”: players praise the games and the site but report trouble with payments and support. The remaining scores are far weaker. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 6/10 and a player score of 1.3/10 from three reviews, and Trustpilot shows 1.8/5 from 19 reviews, 89% of them one-star, on an unclaimed profile with no company replies. Those Trustpilot reviews run from May 2022 to January 2025, with only one posted in the last 12 months.

Player complaints are claims, not rulings, but the themes repeat across platforms: withdrawals held under review for long periods, winnings left unpaid, accounts blocked after a win and support replies that go nowhere. Casino.guru has handled 47 complaints, closing 30 as resolved and 17 as rejected. The AskGamblers file holds 18, with an average disputed amount of $748 and an average duration of six days; 17 are marked resolved, yet in some of them the withdrawal was still under review or unpaid when the case closed. In one case on the first of those platforms, a player asked for an account holding €6,900 to be closed and the request was ignored.

Excitewin does not accept players from Bulgaria, Curaçao, Cyprus, Estonia, Israel, Malta, the Netherlands, Spain, Ukraine, the United Kingdom or the United States.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Withdrawal ceilings are the first constraint. At entry level Excitewin pays out no more than €500 a day and €7,000 a month, and the minimum request sits between €10 and €20. The monthly limit climbs with VIP level to €10,000, €12,000, €15,000 and finally €20,000, so only the top tier offers room for a large win.

AskGamblers puts e-wallet payouts at up to one hour, card and bank transfers at three to five days, and the pending stage before processing at up to five days. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request placed late on Friday is not touched until Monday. Added together, a bank withdrawal can take more than a week from request to receipt.

An independent review puts the usual processing time at three working days. Method choice changes the wait more than anything else: Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton are the quickest route out, while a card or bank cash-out adds three to five days after approval. The casino adds no fees of its own to withdrawals.

How the caps stretch a large cash-out

A €6,900 balance needs at least 14 separate daily requests at the €500 entry-level limit. With no weekend processing, those requests spread across roughly three calendar weeks, and together they use €6,900 of the €7,000 monthly allowance, leaving €100 for any further winnings that month.

Expect standard identity checks before the first withdrawal, and finish them before asking for a large amount. The problems players raise most often about Excitewin sit at exactly this stage: withdrawals left under review, winnings unpaid and accounts blocked after a win. A pending review on top of a €500 daily cap turns a four-figure cash-out into a process measured in weeks.

Welcome bonus terms that decide what the match is worth

New players get a 100% match up to €500 plus 200 free spins on the first deposit. One player account describes the spins arriving in daily batches of 20, which spreads them over ten days and means logging in each day to collect the full set. The homepage also shows a smaller 100% up to €100 first-deposit offer, so the figure in the cashier at the moment of deposit is the one that applies.

Excitewin lets players opt out and play without a bonus, and that choice keeps a deposit free of wagering. Before accepting the match, check three numbers in the bonus rules: the wagering multiplier, whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus, and the maximum stake allowed while the bonus is active. Breaking a maximum-bet rule typically voids the bonus winnings, even after the turnover is complete. At many casinos table and live games count for only a fraction of slot stakes towards wagering, so check the contribution rates before clearing a match on the Evolution tables.

Turnover on the full match

A €500 deposit reaches the €500 ceiling, for a €1,000 starting balance. On the bonus alone, each 10× of wagering equals €5,000 in qualifying bets. If the multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus, each 10× equals €10,000, so the same requirement doubles the total turnover for the same €500 of bonus money.

If the free-spin winnings carry their own wagering, as they often do, the 200 spins add value only once those winnings are played through. Reload offers follow the welcome package for existing players, and VIP members receive personal promotions on top.

Crypto and fiat payment methods

Excitewin is a fiat-first casino with crypto added to the cashier. Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and XRP work for deposits and withdrawals alike, and the rest of the menu is built around European, Canadian and Latin American local methods.

TypeMethods
CryptoBTC, ETH, LTC, XRP
CardsVisa, Mastercard
Bank and instant transferBank transfer, Klarna/Sofort, Rapid Transfer, BLIK, Interac, GiroPay, Postepay
E-walletsSkrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Payz, Jeton, AstroPay
VouchersPaysafecard, Neosurf, CashtoCode, Flexepin

The minimum deposit is €10, and the casino charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Account currencies include the euro, the US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, the Polish złoty, Norwegian krone, Swiss franc, Indian rupee, Japanese yen and Brazilian real, plus Chilean, Peruvian and Colombian pesos, so many players can fund an account without a conversion step. Local options cover the main markets directly: Interac for Canada, BLIK for Poland, Postepay for Italy and AstroPay across Latin America.

On crypto deposits, the coin and its network must match the cashier address exactly. XRP transfers also need the destination tag shown in the cashier, and a deposit sent without it can fail to reach the account. Copy the address and tag fresh for every deposit; a blockchain transfer cannot be reversed once sent.

Game library: 100+ studios and Evolution live tables

Excitewin’s lobby draws on more than 100 game providers. The core names are Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Evolution, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil and Spinomenal, with Red Tiger, Relax, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin, ELK, Thunderkick, Playson, BGaming, Habanero, Wazdan, Playtech, Microgaming, Amusnet, Endorphina, iSoftBet, Evoplay, Gamomat and Booongo among the rest.

Slots make up the bulk of the catalogue, sorted into top and new releases, Megaways titles, jackpot and progressive slots and bonus-buy games. A bonus buy costs a multiple of the base stake in a single purchase, so a €1 spin with a 100× feature price takes €100 from the balance at once. RNG blackjack, roulette and other table games sit beside the slots.

The live casino runs on Evolution, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and live poker tables plus game shows such as Monopoly Live. Live casino tournaments run alongside, so table players also have a promotion of their own.

Support channels and response times

Live chat runs 24/7, and email goes to [email protected]. A phone line operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 (GMT+3), and there is also a Facebook chat channel and a help centre. The phone line covers ten hours on weekdays only, the same days on which withdrawals are processed.

First replies on live chat take about two minutes. Chat is staffed in English only, although the site itself runs in more than a dozen languages, including German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Finnish and Norwegian, so non-English speakers handle any payment dispute in a second language.

Escalation is the weak point. Player reviews describe support answers that deflect withdrawal problems, some calling the site a scam, and the company has posted no replies there. For a payout dispute, email gives a dated written trail: keep the withdrawal ID and every reply until the money arrives.

Playing on a phone

Excitewin has no native app. The casino runs in mobile browsers on Android and iOS, and live chat opens from the same mobile site. A home-screen shortcut gives app-like access without any download.

The site is served over SSL behind Cloudflare, which protects the connection between phone and casino. On public Wi-Fi, log in only on the excitewin.com domain and avoid look-alike pages.

VIP levels, cashback and higher limits

The loyalty programme has five levels. Its main benefit is a higher monthly withdrawal ceiling, followed by cashback from level 3 and a personal account manager from level 4. Higher levels also receive VIP promotions and personal offers.

LevelMonthly withdrawal limitCashback
1€7,0000%
2€10,0000%
3€12,0005%
4€15,00010%, plus personal manager
5€20,00015%

For a high-volume player the limit increase counts for more than the cashback: level 5 nearly triples the monthly ceiling from €7,000 to €20,000. The first two levels pay no cashback at all, so casual players get little from the programme beyond the step up to €10,000 a month at level 2.

Points earned through play can be exchanged for bonuses or used towards a VIP upgrade. Promotions include live casino tournaments, a weekly featured-slot promotion, Drops & Wins prize drops and challenges that pay rewards for set tasks.

Six trust checks on Excitewin’s payout history

  • ConcernComplaint recordTwo complaint platforms hold 47 and 18 cases, centred on withdrawals held under review, unpaid winnings and accounts blocked after wins.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityEntry-level accounts can withdraw only €500 a day and €7,000 a month, nothing moves at weekends, and bank cash-outs can exceed a week.
  • CautionVerificationStandard ID checks are expected before the first withdrawal, and many complaints describe withdrawals then left under review for long periods.
  • CautionBonus termsThe 100% match up to €500 plus 200 free spins is optional, so players can opt out and keep a deposit free of wagering.
  • CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 with first replies in about two minutes, but only in English, and the phone line works weekdays only.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionOne complaint describes a player’s request to close an account holding €6,900 being ignored by the casino.

Alternatives to Excitewin

  • Cat Casino (5.3/10) — a far stronger standing with complaint trackers and players, for players who put trust ahead of cashier breadth.
  • Booi Casino (5.8/10) — holds many fiat currencies and crypto in a single account, with a cleaner trust and payout record.
  • IntellectBet Casino (4.6/10) — spreads its welcome package over several deposits, for players who want staged bonus value.
  • Bet Republic Casino (4.4/10) — a much larger game catalogue and live-table choice, for players who rank library size first.

Frequently asked questions

Does Excitewin Casino have a gambling licence?

Its licensing is disputed. Excitewin started in 2021 under Rabidi N.V. with a Curaçao sublicence, AskGamblers ties it to NovaForge Ltd and Anjouan today, and Casino.guru says it has no licence. The footer of the site names no company and no licence number, which leaves players without a clearly identified regulator if a payout dispute arises.

How much can I withdraw from Excitewin per day?

At entry level the cap is €500 per day and €7,000 per month. Moving up the five VIP levels lifts the monthly figure in steps to €20,000, but the entry-level limits apply to every new account. Requests start at €10 to €20, and the casino itself takes no fee on cash-outs.

How long do Excitewin withdrawals take?

E-wallets are the quickest route, at up to an hour once a request is processed. Cards and bank transfers need three to five days, and requests can wait up to five days in the pending queue first. Nothing moves on Saturdays or Sundays, so a bank cash-out requested before a weekend can take well over a week to land.

What is the Excitewin welcome bonus?

The first deposit is matched 100% up to €500, with 200 free spins on top that one player reports arriving 20 a day. A smaller 100% up to €100 version also appears on the homepage. Players can decline the offer and play with cash only, which avoids wagering entirely; anyone who accepts should read the multiplier and stake limit in the bonus rules first.

Which cryptocurrencies does Excitewin accept?

Four coins: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and XRP, each usable for both deposits and withdrawals. Crypto sits beside a much larger fiat menu that includes Visa, Mastercard, BLIK, Interac, Skrill, Neteller and vouchers. XRP deposits need the destination tag from the cashier as well as the address, or the funds can fail to arrive.

Does Excitewin verify player identity?

Plan for a standard ID check before your first cash-out. Completing it right after registration is the safer order, because complaints about Excitewin centre on payouts stuck under review and accounts blocked after wins. With a €500 daily cap, any delay at the verification stage stretches a larger withdrawal even further.

Is the Excitewin VIP programme worth joining?

It matters most for players who win large amounts. The five levels raise the monthly withdrawal ceiling from €7,000 to €20,000, add cashback of 5%, 10% and 15% from level 3 upwards and bring a personal manager at level 4. Levels 1 and 2 pay no cashback, so occasional players gain little.

Is Excitewin worth its payout ceiling?

Excitewin works for players who deposit modest sums, rely on local payment methods and want a large slot library, but it is a weak choice for anyone expecting big or fast withdrawals. The questions over who runs it remain open, and players keep reporting payouts stuck under review.

The strongest case for Excitewin is the cashier: four coins, around twenty fiat routes, a €10 minimum deposit and no casino fees. The weakest is what follows a win: €500 a day, nothing processed at weekends and a complaint file dominated by held withdrawals and blocked accounts.

It suits players who stake small amounts through BLIK, Interac or an e-wallet and rarely need more than €500 out in a day. If you chase large wins, need weekend payouts or put trust first, Cat Casino and Booi Casino both carry a better trust record.
