3.2/10

EuroBets advertises first-deposit matches of up to 925%, yet it carries a rogue label from LCB over unpaid and delayed withdrawals and a Low safety rating from Casino.guru. The 3.2/10 score reflects that imbalance: the bonuses are huge on paper but come with 33x wagering on deposit plus bonus and cash-out caps of 10–11 times the deposit, withdrawals are limited to $3,000 a week, and a test cash-out took about 18 days to arrive.

Who is behind EuroBets: no licence, no named operator

EuroBets does not display a gambling licence, and its terms and footer do not name the company that runs it. It holds no gambling licence and is not regulated by any authority. Without a licensing authority there is no outside body to hear a complaint, and without a named operator there is no company to hold to its terms. The eurobetscasino.com domain was registered in October 2016 with hidden ownership details and a registrant country of Saint Kitts and Nevis, and the casino opened in 2017.

The site runs on Rival Gaming software and belongs to what its terms call the Rival Casino Network. That link has a practical consequence: fraud, duplicate accounts or chargebacks at any other casino in the network can get a player banned across all of them, EuroBets included.

LCB gave EuroBets its rogue label for mistreating players, citing delayed and unpaid withdrawals, unresponsive support, low limits and high wagering, and its own community rates the casino 2/5 from 125 votes. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 4.7/10, rated Low, and lists very slow payment processing, the missing licence, the undisclosed owner and a small range of game providers as drawbacks. Its file holds 60 complaints, 34 of them unresolved, over sums from $1,000 to €2,730, mostly about withdrawals that were delayed or never paid. Complaints are player accounts and not rulings, but the pattern has lasted for years.

Trustpilot looks very different at 3.9/5 from 140 reviews, but the distribution is unusual: 61% five-star, 26% one-star and no two- or three-star ratings at all. The profile is unclaimed, and one reviewer has accused the casino of posting fake positive reviews. Positive reviews mention helpful support and quick payouts; negative ones describe bonus winnings that were never paid.

The terms add several hard clauses:

  • membership can be refused or suspended “without cause” at the casino’s discretion;
  • accounts can be closed for systematic or advantage betting, software-assisted play or low-risk bonus play;
  • one account is allowed per player, household, computer and IP address, and duplicate accounts are closed with no withdrawal possible;
  • the balance of an inactive account is confiscated after 180 to 360 days without play;
  • players carry all payment processor fees on deposits and withdrawals.

The terms list Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Canada, Israel, India, the Netherlands Antilles, Hungary, Pakistan and Poland as restricted, along with any country where online gambling is banned. Bonuses are not available to players from Ohio or Ontario.

Payout record and verification checks

The terms set a goal of approving withdrawals within 48 hours “under normal circumstances”, with faster handling for VIPs and delays possible because of payment processors or checks. The documented cases fall well short of it. In LCB’s 2021 test, a $100.62 withdrawal in Bitcoin, after a $200 Skrill deposit, arrived about 18 days later, and only after verification and repeated contact with support. Complaints describe waits of four days, 12 days, three weeks and about a month for Bitcoin payouts.

Limits are tight for a casino that advertises bonuses of several thousand dollars. Withdrawals are capped at $3,000 a week and $12,000 a month, levels the terms present as an example that can rise with VIP status, and Casino.guru also records a $500 daily limit. The minimum withdrawal is $25. A player who clears the 925% tier on a $500 deposit and reaches the 11x cap would need two weeks to withdraw the result under the weekly limit.

Verification comes before the first payout: photo ID, proof of address and proof of the deposit method, which takes one to two days to review. On top of that comes a pending period of up to 48 hours. In one unresolved complaint the casino would only pay in Bitcoin and capped the payout because of a bonus, and a recent player review describes repeated requests for the player’s Bitcoin address before payment.

Before depositing: decide whether you could live with a withdrawal taking two to three weeks. If not, the size of the bonus is irrelevant. If you do play, upload ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method straight after the first deposit, and avoid bonuses whose cash-out caps you have not calculated.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome offer is a single first-deposit match whose size depends on the deposit, with no promo code needed. All four tiers carry 33x wagering on deposit plus bonus and cap cash-outs at 11 times the deposit:

  • First Deposit Kickstart: 625% up to $3,125 plus 25 spins, from $25;
  • First Deposit Power Boost: 725% up to $3,625 plus 50 spins, from $50;
  • First Deposit Ultimate Boost: 825% up to $4,125 plus 100 spins, from $75;
  • Welcome Jackpot Coupon: 925% up to $4,625 plus 100 spins, from $100.

The crypto equivalents run in three tiers: Crypto Surge 2.0 at 700% up to $3,500 plus 25 spins from $50, with a 10x cash-out cap; Euro Crypto Riches at 850% up to $4,250 plus 50 spins from $50; and Bitcoin Harvest Boost at 1000% up to $5,000 plus 100 spins from $100, both capped at 11x. All three use 33x on deposit plus bonus. The home page also shows headline figures, such as 900% up to $4,500, that match none of these tiers.

Worked example: deposit $25 on the 625% tier and the bonus adds $156.25, giving $181.25 of deposit plus bonus. Turnover required: $181.25 × 33 = $5,981.25. However much that turnover wins, the cash-out cap of 11 × $25 = $275 limits what can be withdrawn. On the 925% tier, a $100 deposit adds $925; ($100 + $925) × 33 = $33,825 of turnover for a maximum cash-out of $1,100.

The promotion pages do not state a maximum bet or an expiry period for any of these offers, and playing a restricted game while wagering forfeits the bonus balance. Low-risk play to clear a bonus counts as abuse and can close the account. Wagering of 33x on deposit plus bonus is at the strict end of the market, and the 11x cash-out cap turns most large wins into a fixed, small payout.

Reloads follow the same format. The current lobby reload runs at 500% up to $2,500, 600% up to $3,000 and 700% up to $3,500, at 33x with 10–11x caps. Weekend matches of 650% up to $3,250 and 750% up to $3,750 use 30x. The Month-End Match offers 825% up to $4,125 at 33x, or 700% up to $3,500 plus 50 free chips at 32x with a cash-out cap of just 1.5 times bonus plus deposit, which makes that version close to worthless.

Month-End 700% in numbers: deposit $25 and receive $175, for $200 of deposit plus bonus. Turnover required: $200 × 32 = $6,400. The cap of 1.5 × $200 means the most that can ever be withdrawn is $300.

Two further offers need care. The “$240 FREE” sign-up gift still requires a $25 deposit, carries 35x on the bonus and caps cash-outs at $277, with winnings passed to a second stage whose conditions are not shown. The “No Rules” matches of 50%, 100%, 200% and 300% (from $50, $100, $150 and $200) allow cash-outs of up to 1000 times the deposit. A 20% cashback bonus carries 30x wagering on the bonus and a cash-out cap of 10 times bonus plus deposit.

Cashier methods, fees and minimums

The cashier accepts five cryptocurrencies, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC, with DOGE and XRP also offered. Crypto is a payment method here and not the basis of the site: balances are held in dollars, euros, pounds or South African rand. Send coins only on the network the cashier displays, because a transfer on the wrong chain is generally unrecoverable.

Fiat options include Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, wire transfer and gift cards, and other methods such as Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard have also been available. The minimum deposit is $25, €25, £25 or 250 ZAR depending on the method, and most crypto bonuses need at least $50. Even without a bonus, every deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, so a player who pays in $100 and changes their mind must still place $100 in bets first.

The fee rule is unfavourable: players pay all processor charges on both deposits and withdrawals. On a $25 minimum withdrawal by wire or card, those charges can take a large share of the amount, so crypto is usually the cheaper way to cash out. One unresolved complaint describes the casino insisting on Bitcoin for a payout, so a crypto wallet is worth having ready.

Rival slots and a small studio line-up

The library holds around 560 to 590 slots, mostly from Rival Gaming and its sister studio Saucify, with Spinomenal, Tom Horn, Bulletproof Games and Vivo Gaming adding more. That is a small catalogue by current standards, and the lobby still uses Rival’s older layout with 3 Reels, 5 Reels, Video Poker, Table Games, New Slots and Highest Jackpots tabs.

Typical titles include Scrooge’s Bah Humbucks, Thor Hammer Strike and Book of the Damned. Table games cover blackjack, European roulette, baccarat and Teen Patti, and the video poker section includes Jacks or Better. Live dealer games, where available, come from Vivo Gaming.

Players looking for releases from the large studios or a deep live casino will not find them here. Games can be played through Instant Play in the browser or downloadable desktop software.

Support channels and missing gambling controls

Support is available through live chat “at any time”, email at [email protected] and a contact form; there is no phone line. Chat works in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, though the site itself is English only. Casino.guru rates the chat Subpar after eight tests, and players have described waits of a couple of hours and questions left unanswered. Some reviewers, by contrast, praise individual agents. The brand also has a Facebook page.

For a withdrawal dispute, email gives a dated record that live chat does not, and that record is the main evidence a player has when filing a complaint on an independent platform.

Responsible-gambling support is minimal. The Responsible Gaming page offers no deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, reality checks or helpline links; it advises deciding in advance how much you can afford to lose and invites players to contact the casino for help. Anyone who needs firm controls should use device-level blocking software and their bank’s gambling block as well.

Playing in a mobile browser

EuroBets runs as browser-based Instant Play on phones and tablets, with the same account, cashier and Rival lobby as on a computer. The downloadable client is desktop software, so phone users stay in the browser.

Most Rival and Saucify slots load in a mobile browser without a download, and adding the site to the home screen gives one-tap access. Video poker and the table games use the same controls as the slots, which keeps them usable on a small screen.

Four VIP tiers and their thresholds

The VIP programme has four tiers with set entry levels, measured in wagering and lifetime deposits:

  • Silver: 75,000 wagered and $3,000 deposited; loyalty points can be exchanged for cash;
  • Gold: 150,000 wagered and $7,500 deposited; weekly cashback and a personal manager;
  • Platinum: 400,000 wagered and $25,000 deposited; gifts;
  • Diamond: 750,000 wagered and $50,000 deposited; higher deposit limits and faster withdrawals.

Each loyalty point costs $25 of wagering at Silver and $10 at Diamond, so the 75,000 wagered to reach Silver earns 3,000 points. Weekly VIP cashback starts at 10% and is capped at $300, and the terms mention lower wagering on VIP bonuses.

The thresholds are steep for a casino that limits withdrawals to $12,000 a month. Reaching Diamond requires $50,000 in lifetime deposits, yet the faster withdrawals promised at that level sit on top of a payout record that has drawn years of complaints. A $300 weekly cashback cap also means the 10% rate stops growing once weekly losses pass $3,000.

How EuroBets measures up on six trust checks

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru holds 60 complaints, 34 unresolved and mostly about delayed or unpaid withdrawals, and LCB has given the casino a rogue label.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityLCB’s test payout of $100.62 in Bitcoin took about 18 days, complaints cite month-long waits, and withdrawals stop at $3,000 a week.
  • CautionVerificationPhoto ID, proof of address and proof of the deposit method take one to two days to review, plus up to 48 hours pending.
  • ConcernBonus termsWagering is 33x deposit plus bonus, and cash-outs stop at 11 times the deposit, or $275 on the $25 tier.
  • ConcernSupportCasino.guru rates chat Subpar after eight tests, players describe waits of a couple of hours, and there is no phone line.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionThe Responsible Gaming page offers no deposit limits, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods or reality checks, only an invitation to contact the casino.

Comparable options

  • Avantgarde Casino (2.6/10) — Bitcoin alongside cards, e-wallets and fiat accounts in more currencies.
  • Fontan Casino (3.2/10) — a wider spread of local fiat methods and coins, plus Telegram Wallet and Binance Pay.
  • Rooli Casino (5.5/10) — a choice between separate fiat and crypto welcome packages, backed by a better safety and payout record.
  • JacksPay Casino (3.6/10) — a match package spread over three deposits with free chips, on fairer terms.

Frequently asked questions

Is EuroBets Casino licensed?

No. Neither the site nor its terms show a licence or the company behind it, and both Casino.guru and LCB describe it as unlicensed and unregulated. LCB also labels it a rogue casino. In practice that leaves players with no regulator to complain to if a payout is refused.

How long do EuroBets withdrawals take?

The stated aim is approval in two days, but documented cases run much longer: one tested Bitcoin cash-out took about 18 days, and complaints mention waits of three weeks to a month. Expect identity checks first, and no more than $3,000 to leave the account in any week.

Is the 925% welcome bonus worth it?

Rarely. You need a $100 deposit for the top tier, then $33,825 in bets because wagering counts deposit and bonus together, and the most you can withdraw is $1,100. Smaller tiers work the same way, with the cap set at 11 times what you deposited.

Is the $240 sign-up gift free?

No. Despite the name, it needs a $25 deposit, carries 35x wagering on the bonus and pays out no more than $277. Winnings also pass to a second stage whose rules are not shown upfront, so the real value is far below the headline.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use at EuroBets?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and USD Coin, with Dogecoin and XRP also accepted. Your balance is kept in fiat, the minimum deposit is $25, and you pay any processing charges yourself. One complaint describes a payout offered only in Bitcoin.

Does EuroBets have a VIP programme?

Yes, four levels from Silver to Diamond. Entry starts at $3,000 in lifetime deposits and rises to $50,000 for Diamond, which brings faster payouts and higher deposit limits. Gold adds a personal manager and weekly cashback, which begins at 10% and is limited to $300.

Is a 925% match worth the risk at EuroBets?

EuroBets is hard to recommend. The percentages are among the largest anywhere, but 33x wagering on deposit plus bonus and cash-out caps of 11 times the deposit turn them into small, fixed payouts, and the casino behind them carries an LCB rogue label and years of withdrawal complaints. An 18-day test payout and a $3,000 weekly limit confirm that getting money out is the weak point.

A player who deposits only what they are prepared to lose, skips the capped bonuses and accepts multi-week waits can still use the Rival slots. Anyone who wants reliable payouts or basic gambling controls will find better-run options among the alternatives above.
