Padlocked cash box in front of retro arcade cabinets, for the BitKingz review on its arcade style and weekly withdrawal cap
Table of Contents
5.3/10

Best for: Verifiable fairness

A €5,000 weekly withdrawal limit caps what BitKingz will release, however large a win. The casino itself is broad: about a dozen cryptocurrencies, more than 20 card and e-wallet methods, several thousand games and a section of third-party provably fair titles. Against that sit 45x bonus wagering, mandatory ID checks before the first cash-out and a run of 2026 complaints about withdrawals. The overall rating is 5.3/10.

The retro arcade look is playful; the cash-out rules are not. No withdrawals are processed at weekends, payouts return to the deposit method, and deposits must be wagered three times before they can be withdrawn.

Who runs BitKingz, and how much protection is there?

BitKingz launched in January 2020 under Dama N.V., a Curaçao company registered under number 152125 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad. It has since moved, with most of the Dama group’s brands, to Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica. Older descriptions that name Dama N.V. and a Curaçao licence refer to the casino before the migration.

Novatrix SRL now holds two licences for BitKingz: Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002, issued by a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada, and Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 from the Comoros. Casino.guru has checked and confirmed both. Neither is a tier-one licence of the kind issued in Malta or Great Britain, so a player’s formal dispute route runs through small offshore regulators. The platform runs on SOFTSWISS software.

BitKingz does not accept players from Ohio, holds no US licence and is not licensed in Ontario. Players in Sweden can open an account but cannot claim bonuses. The full list of restricted countries sits in the casino’s terms, which also bar players from prohibited countries outright.

Independent ratings point in opposite directions. Casino.guru gives BitKingz a Safety Index of 6.9/10 (“Above average”) but rates its terms “Somewhat unfair”, flagging five problem clauses. It logs 62 complaints against the casino and related brands: 22 resolved, 37 rejected and three unresolved, adding up to 2,955 black points. AskGamblers is far warmer, with a CasinoRank of 9.1/10, a player score of 9.2/10 from about 1,843 ratings, and 16 of 18 complaints resolved after an average of eight days.

Trustpilot sits at the other extreme: 2.0/5 from 69 reviews, 77% of them one-star, and almost every 2026 review is negative. The casino replied to 18% of negative reviews, usually within 24 hours and mostly with a request to write to support. Player complaints are allegations, not adjudicated findings, yet they cluster on the same points: withdrawals left pending or refused, repeat document requests, accounts blocked after a cash-out request with winnings voided, a crypto deposit that never arrived, and a self-exclusion request that was not acted on.

Several terms explain much of that friction. Deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal, a cash-out has to go back to the deposit method, and amounts above the withdrawal limits are paid in instalments, with progressive jackpots the exception. In one June 2026 complaint, a crypto withdrawal was rejected and the player was told to cash out to the original method instead.

Before depositing, plan the exit route. A player who funds the account by card and wins cannot switch the payout to crypto, cannot withdraw before turning the deposit over three times, and cannot take more than €2,500 in a day.

Fast coin transfers, slow account checks

Processing times range widely by method. AskGamblers times crypto and e-wallet payouts at under an hour after approval, cards at up to 24 hours and bank transfers at five to nine days; other reviews allow up to 24 hours for crypto. No withdrawals are processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday evening waits until the following week.

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal: a photo ID and proof of address. Repeat requests for documents already supplied are one of the most common complaints, and each new request restarts the wait. Uploading clear documents straight after registration, before any win, removes the first delay.

The cash-out ceiling: standard limits are €2,500 a day, €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month, with higher limits at upper loyalty levels. A €20,000 win therefore takes four weeks to withdraw at the standard weekly limit, however quickly a coin transfer settles.

The minimum withdrawal is €20. BitKingz charges no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; crypto users pay only the network fee. The same-method rule means a player who deposited with Skrill or a card receives the payout there, at that method’s speed.

When a payout stalls, expect the dispute to run for days, not hours. Keeping the withdrawal reference, the dates and every support reply in one email thread makes an escalation to a complaint-mediation service far easier.

Three welcome stages, one demanding wagering rule

The welcome offer covers three deposits, labelled BK1, BK2 and BK3, each with free spins. Amounts depend on region and promotion. The Canadian version runs 100% plus 100 spins, 75% plus 75 spins and 50% plus 50 spins, with up to C$1,000 per stage and a C$25 minimum deposit to activate it. Another current version gives 200% up to €200 plus 200 free spins on a single deposit.

Every version carries 45x wagering on the bonus, applied to free-spin winnings as well, with a €5 maximum bet while the bonus is active. High-roller packages raise the requirement to 50x.

Wagering calculation: BK1 matches the first deposit at 100%, so a C$100 deposit adds a C$100 bonus. At 45x, the required turnover is C$100 × 45 = C$4,500. At the €5 bet cap, that is roughly 900 spins at maximum stake before the bonus converts.

The exclusions are wide. High-RTP slots and jackpot games do not count towards wagering, and the Canadian terms exclude crypto deposits and live-dealer games from the welcome offer altogether. A player who funds the account in Bitcoin and prefers live blackjack gets nothing from the package.

The deadline to clear the welcome bonus runs from 14 days to one month, reloads get seven days, and free spins expire after 24 hours. The bonuses are non-sticky, so real money is played first, and complaints describe them as restrictive.

Weekly reloads run on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and other offers include a Wednesday reload and Weekend Madness. Cashback is the cleaner reward: 10% on live casino every Wednesday and 10% on crypto play, with no wagering attached to some cashback credits. At least one player has complained that a cashback payment was capped.

CoinsPaid crypto alongside a conventional cashier

BitKingz accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, BNB, Solana, Tether, USD Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano and XRP. Crypto payments are processed by CoinsPaid, which handles the wallet addresses and confirmations. Crypto deposits run from 0.0001 BTC up to 0.46 BTC per transaction.

The fiat side is just as large. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, Interac and Pix are offered depending on region, in 19 account currencies. Players without crypto can also buy coins with a card inside the cashier.

Payment groupExamplesMinimumFees
CryptocurrencyBTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BNB, SOL, USDT, USDC, BCH, ADA, XRP€20 equivalent (about 0.0001 BTC)Network fee only
Cards and e-walletsVisa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller€20 deposit / €20 withdrawalNo casino fee
Regional methodsTrustly, Interac, Pix, Paysafecard€20 equivalentNo casino fee

The €20 minimum applies to both deposits and withdrawals, which is typical for a hybrid casino. Because cash-outs return to the deposit method, the choice made at the first deposit fixes the payout route: a Pix or Interac user cannot later move winnings to a crypto wallet. Stablecoin deposits must use the network shown in the cashier, since a transfer on the wrong chain cannot be recovered.

Crypto users face two specific restrictions. Crypto deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus in some regions, and the weekly €5,000 ceiling applies to coin withdrawals exactly as it does to bank transfers.

A deep catalogue with some checkable game outcomes

The catalogue runs to several thousand titles from around 120 to 130 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Playtech, Push Gaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Booming Games, Spinomenal, Wazdan, Thunderkick and Evoplay. It spans slots, progressive jackpots, bonus-buy titles and RNG table games.

Live dealer tables come from Evolution and Ezugi, covering roulette, blackjack and baccarat plus game shows, with somewhere between 500 and 1,200 live titles. Live play earns the Wednesday cashback but is excluded from the welcome bonus in some regions.

The crypto section holds provably fair and crash games such as Aviator and Plinko, supplied by studios including BGaming, Push Gaming and Nolimit City. In a provably fair game, the server commits to a hashed seed before the round and reveals it afterwards, so the player can recompute the result and confirm it was not changed. BitKingz has no in-house studio and no casino-wide verifier, so the check runs inside each game’s own interface.

The rest of the catalogue cannot be checked that way. AskGamblers finds no listed RTP figures and no third-party RNG testing, so players need to open each game’s information screen to see its return. Complaints about low returns are a recurring part of the casino’s record.

Quick live chat, slower resolution for disputed funds

Support runs through 24/7 live chat, email at [email protected] and a contact form; there is no phone line. Casino.guru’s nine chat tests, the latest in March 2026, recorded an average first response of about two minutes, rating the service “Good”.

Live chat is available in 17 languages, while full support is offered in English and German. The site itself runs in English, German, French, Arabic, Norwegian and Portuguese.

The quality of answers on payment disputes is weaker. Players describe template replies that send them back to the same support address, and a formal complaint takes about two days to get a first response.

Responsible-gambling tools include deposit, wager and loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, which is requested through chat or email. Session-time limits and reality checks are not offered. Because one complaint describes a self-exclusion request that was not processed, a player asking for exclusion should send it by email and ask for written confirmation.

An arcade casino in the mobile browser

BitKingz uses a retro 8-bit design with pixel graphics and game-style navigation, and that layout carries over to phones. The site adapts to small screens in any mobile browser, and a progressive web app can be added to the home screen from the main page. There is no native app in the App Store or Google Play.

The web app opens straight into the lobby, with the same games, cashier and account settings as the desktop site. Slots, crash games and Plinko suit a phone screen well, while live tables from Evolution and Ezugi stream in the browser without a separate download.

Account security on mobile relies on email confirmation at registration and optional two-factor authentication, which is worth switching on for an account holding a crypto balance.

Club of Kingz and the cashback ladder

The loyalty programme, Club of Kingz, has six main levels, each split into sub-levels. Players earn Kingz Points at one point per €40 wagered on slots, so a player who stakes €4,000 earns 100 points. Progress depends on turnover alone, not on deposits.

Perks grow with each level: higher withdrawal limits, a VIP host, better bonuses, instant cashback and free tournaments. Examples at named levels include a 20% daily reload up to €500 at “Blueblood” and 500 Sunday free spins at “Wizard”. The top tier advertises weekly cashback of up to about 15%.

The raised withdrawal limits matter most here, because the standard €5,000 weekly cap is the tightest constraint for a regular high-stakes player.

Cashback limits losses without reversing them. A 10% credit on a €200 net loss on Wednesday’s live tables returns €20, and a player chasing the 15% top-tier rate needs heavy turnover to get there. The programme has also been presented as a “Crypto Quest” with 5% to 7% weekly cashback at lower stages.

BitKingz for modest stakes, not five-figure wins

A good fit for

  • Players who like to check game outcomes, as studio-supplied provably fair and crash titles let each round’s result be recomputed in-game.
  • Modest depositors who verify on day one and withdraw to the same method, for whom the €2,500 daily cap rarely bites.
  • Anyone who wants spending controls inside the account, since deposit, wager and loss limits sit alongside cool-off periods and self-exclusion.
  • Players who want quick answers on routine questions, as Casino.guru’s nine chat tests averaged a first response of about two minutes.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Anyone hoping to cash out a large win at once, because standard limits are €2,500 a day, €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month.
  • Card or Pix depositors expecting to withdraw in crypto, as payouts must return to the deposit method after deposits are wagered three times.
  • Bonus players who fund in crypto or prefer live tables, given 45x wagering, a €5 bet cap and both excluded from the Canadian welcome.
  • Players who need money at weekends, since no withdrawals are processed then and a Friday-evening request waits until the following week.

Other casinos worth comparing

  • 7Bit — 6.7/10. Has a substantially longer operating history and a more established approach to account checks.
  • BlockSpins Casino — 5.0/10. Supports Lightning deposits and has a more accommodating daily withdrawal allowance.
  • Axe Casino — 5.1/10. Uses a distinctive Norse-inspired presentation and character-based loyalty progression.
  • Mirax Casino — 5.8/10. Offers a particularly extensive catalogue and live-dealer range, with stronger loyalty benefits.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly does BitKingz pay cryptocurrency withdrawals?

Once approved, crypto and e-wallet payouts take from under an hour to a day; bank transfers take five to nine days. Two things slow the clock: nothing is processed on Saturday or Sunday, and the first withdrawal waits for ID and address documents. Several 2026 complaints describe payouts that stayed pending for much longer.

What limits apply when withdrawing winnings?

No more than €2,500 per day, €5,000 per week or €20,000 per month at standard level, with a €20 minimum per request. Higher Club of Kingz levels raise those ceilings. Progressive jackpots are paid in full; other large wins are split into instalments, so a large balance leaves over several weeks at the standard cap.

Who operates BitKingz Casino, and what licence does it use?

Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica, took over the brand from Curaçao-based Dama N.V. during a group-wide migration. It holds Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002 and Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, both confirmed by Casino.guru. The casino does not accept players from Ohio and holds no US or Ontario licence.

How does the BitKingz welcome wagering work?

Each stage must be played through 45 times the bonus amount, free-spin winnings included, with stakes capped at €5. Jackpot and high-RTP slots do not count, and in Canada crypto deposits and live tables are excluded. Spins expire after a day, and Swedish players cannot claim the offer at all.

Is BitKingz a no-KYC crypto casino?

No. Before the first payout, every player has to upload a photo ID and proof of address, whether the account was funded in Bitcoin or by card. Trustpilot reviewers also report being asked for the same papers again later. Paying in crypto does not lift the €5,000 weekly cap or the rule that winnings return to the deposit method.

Are the games at BitKingz provably fair?

Only part of the catalogue. Crash games, Aviator and Plinko-style titles from studios such as BGaming offer a hash check inside each game. BitKingz runs no in-house games and no site-wide verifier, and standard slots and live tables rely on the providers’ own random-number systems, with no RNG audit published by the casino.

Can I use BitKingz on an iPhone or Android phone?

Yes, through the browser on either system. A web app can be pinned to the home screen from the main page and opens the full lobby, cashier and account area. Neither app store carries a BitKingz app. Two-factor authentication is optional and can be switched on in the account settings for extra protection on a shared phone.

What rewards does Club of Kingz offer?

Points accrue at one per €40 of slot stakes and move players through six levels and their sub-levels. Rewards include instant cashback, free tournaments, a personal VIP host and raised withdrawal limits, with up to about 15% weekly cashback at the top. A 10% live-casino cashback also runs on Wednesdays.

A broad game library cannot clear a pending withdrawal

BitKingz is a well-stocked casino with a restrictive exit. Its 5.3/10 reflects a wide payment menu, several thousand games, a set of provably fair titles and quick live chat, weighed against a €5,000 weekly withdrawal cap, a three-times deposit turnover rule, no weekend payouts and a Trustpilot score of 2.0/5 built on payout complaints.

The gap between expert and consumer ratings is the core uncertainty. For a player who deposits modest sums, completes KYC on day one and withdraws to the same method, the limits rarely bite. For anyone hoping to cash out a five-figure win in one go, or, under the Canadian terms, to take the 45x welcome bonus with crypto, the rules close off both options.
