Who runs Thrill: Gravity Unleashed, an Anjouan licence and a split reputation
Thrill.com opened in 2025 as a crypto casino with a sportsbook. The site footer names Gravity Unleashed Limitada, a Costa Rican company registered under number 3-102-923055 in San José, as operator. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202506019-FI1. A related company, Gravity Unleashed B.V. (Curaçao, company number 165275), is linked to Curaçao certificate OGL/2024/1052/0508, which an independent review described as still pending.
The casino is not licensed in the United States. Its restricted list covers the US and its territories, including Hawaii, American Samoa and the US Virgin Islands, along with the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Curaçao, the Dutch West Indies, the British Virgin Islands, Russia and China.
The terms allow Thrill to change them unilaterally and leave KYC thresholds and withdrawal limits without fixed figures, so the casino decides these points case by case.
The two main trust signals point in opposite directions. Casino.guru gives Thrill a Safety Index of 8.3/10, rated “High”, finds no unfair clauses in the terms and rejected all six complaints filed with it. On Trustpilot, the casino holds 2.2/5 from 128 reviews, 66% of them one-star and 31% five-star; the company answers 48% of negative reviews, usually within a week.
Player complaints are claims, not rulings, but the amounts in that complaint file are large: an alleged responsible-gambling failure worth A$300,000, an unpaid $20,000, a $3,000 balance lost to a terms-of-service closure, 22,000 USDC of lost funds, a self-exclusion breach involving 71,544 USDT and an account closure holding 95,000 USDT. Reviews elsewhere add accusations of rigged games and low RTP, withdrawal problems, dismissive support, account closures, a daily reload some call predatory, and a case where missing limits let a minor play. Positive reviews mention fast crypto withdrawals, quick refunds by support and a clean interface.
Unlimited withdrawals, fast networks and tiered ID checks
Thrill sets no maximum withdrawal. Speed depends mostly on the network: an independent test recorded a withdrawal in about eight minutes, Solana payouts land in under a minute, and Bitcoin takes from 10 to 30 minutes or more. Large amounts go to manual review before release, and because the terms fix no withdrawal limits, that review decides the timing for big balances; complaints about delayed or blocked large withdrawals follow this pattern.
No platform fee applies; only the network fee, shown before confirmation, is deducted. Minimums are set per coin:
| Coin and network | Minimum withdrawal | Network fee (approx.) |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | 0.00002504 BTC | 0.00001571 BTC |
| ETH | 0.001 ETH | 0.00067447 ETH |
| USDT / USDC (ERC-20) | 2.5 | 1 USDT |
| USDC (Arbitrum) | 1 | 0.01 USDC |
| XRP | 1 XRP | — |
| BNB | 0.0034 BNB | — |
The table shows why network choice matters for small withdrawals: a 1 USDT fee on ERC-20 takes 40% of a 2.5 USDT cash-out, while the same stablecoin on Arbitrum costs 0.01 USDC. Every deposit must be wagered once (1x) before it can be withdrawn.
Registration needs only an email and password or a Google account, with no documents. Checks arrive in tiers as amounts grow: basic Tier 1 checks apply to every withdrawal, Tier 2 asks for ID and proof of address above €2,000, and Tier 3 requires proof of where the money came from above $5,000. Reviews take 24 to 48 hours. Buying crypto through an on-ramp also makes a check more likely.
These tiers sit at the centre of the complaint pattern. Player reviews describe identity checks triggered after large wins, documents rejected and accounts blocked while the balance waits.
No welcome bonus, but rakeback and lossback with no wagering
There is no welcome match, no free spins and no no-deposit bonus. Thrill pays its value through rewards that carry no wagering: instant rakeback of up to 70% of the house edge, rising with VIP level, and lossback of up to 10% of net losses each week. Three scheduled drops sit on top: Daily Charge, a daily cashback; Weekly Boost, released on Fridays at 13:00 UTC; and Monthly Bonus, around the 15th.
Two conditions limit the value. Weekly and monthly rewards expire as soon as the next drop of the same type arrives, so an unclaimed Weekly Boost is lost the following Friday. And the 1x deposit turnover applies regardless of rewards.
VIP progress depends on what is played. Slots with RTP of 97% or below earn 1.5 XP per $1 wagered, games between 97% and 99% earn 1 XP, anything above 99% earns 0.5 XP, and sports bets at odds of 1.10 or more earn 3 XP. The best-paying games, such as the 99% Originals, therefore climb the ladder slowest.
The $75,000 Weekly Race runs from Wednesday to Wednesday, closing at 14:00 UTC, and pays the top 350 players, from $20,000 for first place down to $8 for last, credited immediately. Pragmatic Play’s €25M Drops & Wins network promotion runs until 3 March 2027. Cashdrop codes appear in the Telegram rewards channel, and the referral scheme pays 10% of the house edge on referred players’ turnover, provided the code is applied within 24 hours of registration and before the first deposit.
Fifteen coins on eleven networks, with fiat only through on-ramps
The cashier accepts 15 coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, DAI, LINK, SHIB, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL, POL, BCH and XRP. They run across 11 networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), TRON (TRC-20), Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, XRP Ledger, Arbitrum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash, with USDT available on five of them.
The minimum deposit is low, though deposits below $0.001 can fail to credit. A Bitcoin deposit sent with a low network fee took about 40 minutes to arrive in testing, so a higher fee or a faster chain suits a player who wants to start quickly. The network in the wallet must match the one selected in the cashier, since a transfer on the wrong chain cannot be recalled.
There is no direct fiat banking. MoonPay sells crypto by card, and Swapped serves Canadian players with Interac at 4%, Skrill and Neteller at 3.5% and AstroPay at 6.7%. On a $500 purchase, AstroPay’s 6.7% takes more than $30 before the first bet, so a player who already holds stablecoins saves that cost entirely.
Around 3,000 games, boosted-RTP slots and 12 Originals
The lobby holds around 3,000+ games from roughly 45 to 50 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, Relax Gaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Play’n GO, Thunderkick, Spribe, PG Soft, Novomatic, Quickspin, Backseat Gaming, NowNow Gaming, Endorphina and Fantasma Games. Slots can be filtered by volatility and include bonus-buy and progressive jackpot titles. Table games cover baccarat, blackjack, craps, roulette, Sic Bo and video poker, alongside scratch cards and bingo.
Some slots run in boosted-RTP versions, for example Sweet Rush Bonanza at 97.50% and Gates of Olympus 1000 at 96.50%. The XP rules interact with this: a slot above 97% earns less XP per dollar, so the higher return costs some VIP progress.
The live casino has around 80 to 90 tables from Evolution, including Crazy Time, Pragmatic Play Live, OneTouch and Live88. The sportsbook, supplied by BETBY, shares the wallet and earns XP in the same loyalty programme.
Twelve Thrill Originals are provably fair: Dice, Limbo, Mines, Keno, multi-seat Blackjack, Plinko, Moles, Crash with Crash Zones, HiLo, CoinFlip, Roulette and Baccarat. Most return 99%, and multi-seat Blackjack 99.48%. Per $100 wagered, a 99% game keeps $1 on average, against $3 or more on a typical slot, which makes the Originals the cheapest way to generate turnover for the 1x deposit rule and the races. Each result derives from a server seed committed in hashed form before play, which the player can check against their own seed afterwards; the help centre has a Provably Fair section explaining the steps. That check is the direct answer to the rigged-game accusations, at least for the in-house titles; studio games rely on their providers’ RNG.
Instant chat in English, slower email for disputes
Live chat runs 24/7. In Casino.guru’s tests chat replies were instant and email took five minutes, while other tests put email answers at four to eight hours. A help centre with 35 articles in eight categories and a complaint form in the footer complete the official channels. Support works in English only.
The quality of answers draws criticism: reviewers describe support as rude or dismissive, especially during account disputes. For a blocked withdrawal, set out the amount, coin, network and transaction hash by email and keep copies of every reply. Community channels on X, Telegram, Discord and Instagram carry promotions and Cashdrop codes, not account support.
Account controls are broad: deposit, loss and bet limits, session limits, cool-off from 24 hours to several weeks, self-exclusion from six months to permanent, a withdrawal lock, a budget calculator, a self-test and reality checks. They are not prominently placed, however, and two of the rejected complaints concern a self-exclusion breach and a responsible-gambling failure. Setting limits on the first day, before the daily reload starts, is the surest way to use them.
An app-style site in place of a store download
Thrill has no native app. The responsive website behaves like an app in a phone browser, with the same lobby, Originals, live tables and sportsbook as desktop. Sign-in works with email and password or a Google account.
Two-factor authentication, 256-bit SSL and Chainalysis blockchain monitoring protect accounts. Switching on two-factor before playing on a phone keeps the balance safe if the device is lost.
XP levels, cash level-up rewards and a host for big players
The VIP programme runs on XP earned through play, with many levels and cash rewards for each step up. Level-up payments start at $15 and reach $12,800 at the upper levels, and a personal VIP host joins at the higher tiers, where reloads on 14-, 28- and 42-day cycles also become available. Rakeback rises with each tier towards the 70% ceiling.
A VIP Transfer option lets players with at least $1.5M in turnover at another casino start at a matching level, which is how Thrill targets high rollers directly. For them, the combination of no withdrawal cap, wager-free rakeback and level-up cash is the main attraction.
The ladder also rewards volume at the expense of return: low-RTP slots earn the most XP, so chasing the next level pushes play towards games with the highest house edge.
Where Thrill’s no-bonus model fits, and where it fails
A good fit for
- High rollers who dislike payout ceilings, as there is no maximum withdrawal and no platform fee, only the network charge.
- Players who prefer cash rewards to bonus matches, since rakeback reaches 70% of the house edge and weekly lossback 10%, both without wagering.
- Anyone who wants to verify in-house results, with twelve provably fair Originals, most returning 99%, checkable against committed server seeds.
- Players who set firm controls on day one, as deposit, loss, bet and session limits, reality checks and a withdrawal lock are all available.
Better to look elsewhere if
- Anyone wanting a welcome bonus, because there is no deposit match, no free spins and no no-deposit offer.
- Players paying in fiat, since cards and e-wallets work only through on-ramps charging 3.5–6.7%, over $30 on a $500 AstroPay purchase.
- Big winners hoping to skip paperwork, as ID applies above €2,000 and proof of funds above $5,000, and complaints describe accounts blocked after wins.
- Players needing help in other languages, since support is English only and reviewers describe dismissive answers during account disputes.
Other casinos worth comparing
- Roobet — splits rakeback into several wager-free streams of withdrawable cash and boosts it for completing verification.
- Bitcasino.io — a crypto casino with a far longer track record and an industry award behind it.
- BiggerZ — keeps casino, sportsbook and prediction markets on a single balance.
- Stake — sets no platform cap on crypto withdrawals either, with a stronger trust record and payouts shortly after approval.
Thrill: short answers on terms and safety
Who operates Thrill, and which licence does it hold?
Gravity Unleashed Limitada of San José, Costa Rica, appears as operator in the footer and holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202506019-FI1. A sister company, Gravity Unleashed B.V., is tied to a Curaçao certificate described as pending. Thrill has no US licence and excludes the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands and other countries.
Does Thrill limit how much I can withdraw?
No ceiling applies, and the casino adds no fee beyond the network charge. Payouts on Solana take under a minute, Bitcoin from 10 to 30 minutes or more, and big sums pass through manual review. Before any cash-out, deposits need one full turnover, and crossing €2,000 or $5,000 triggers document and source-of-wealth checks.
Why does Thrill have no welcome bonus?
It returns value through rewards without playthrough instead: rakeback up to 70% of the house edge, weekly lossback up to 10% and the Daily Charge, Weekly Boost and Monthly Bonus drops. Missed weekly or monthly drops vanish when the next one lands, and level-up payments from $15 to $12,800 reward long-term play.
When does Thrill ask for documents?
Signing up takes only an email or Google login. Withdrawals above €2,000 need ID and proof of address, and above $5,000 the casino asks where the money came from, with reviews lasting 24 to 48 hours. Players who buy through MoonPay or Swapped meet checks more often, and complaints describe checks that began only after a large win.
Are Thrill’s games fair?
The twelve Originals, from Dice to Crash, can be checked round by round with hashed server seeds and mostly pay 99%. Studio titles depend on provider RNG, and some slots run boosted versions such as Sweet Rush Bonanza at 97.50%. Trustpilot reviewers allege rigging, which seed checks can test only on the in-house games.
Why are Thrill’s ratings so far apart?
Casino.guru scores the casino 8.3/10 after rejecting all six complaints and finding no unfair terms. Trustpilot users, mostly from the past year, award 2.2/5, citing blocked withdrawals, closures, abrupt support and claims of rigged results. High rollers face the largest sums in dispute, so verifying early and setting limits before play reduce the main risks.
Can a high roller rely on Thrill’s no-cap, no-wager model?
Partly. Thrill offers what high rollers usually ask for: no withdrawal ceiling, no platform fee, rakeback of up to 70% of the house edge without wagering and payouts in minutes on fast networks, backed by a Casino.guru score of 8.3/10. The record is still short, since the casino only opened in 2025, and Trustpilot’s 2.2/5 reflects repeated disputes over checks and closures once balances grow.
Thrill suits experienced crypto players who complete Tier 2 checks early, keep to the provably fair Originals and claim rewards on schedule. Players who want a deposit bonus, need support in a language other than English or rely on prominent spending controls will be better served by the alternatives above.
