Best for: Verifiable fairness

BiggerZ lets players check the results of its in-house BiggerZ Touch games and pays rakeback every 30 minutes without wagering, but Casino.guru rates its safety at 3.0/10 and advises players to stay away. Complaints about capped winnings, accounts closed after big wins and disputed tournament prizes weigh more heavily than its 6,000-game lobby.

The casino launched in 2025 and runs games, sports betting and prediction markets from one balance. Its 150% welcome match carries 40× wagering on the bonus with a $1,500 cash-out cap, withdrawals are limited to $10,000 a day, and taking out a deposit that has not been wagered once costs 8%.

Who is behind BiggerZ: licence, operator and track record

BiggerZ is owned and operated by CDK PLAY INC SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-919705, with an address in Escazú, San José. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202504023-FI1, issued on 1 April 2025 and valid until 31 March 2027. The licence number is printed in the site footer, and Casino.guru confirms it. Disputes fall under the law of Anjouan, an offshore regulator whose player protection is limited compared with the MGA or UKGC.

The terms bar players from the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Greece, plus any country where online gambling is prohibited, and the US state of Ohio is also excluded. Using a VPN or proxy to hide a location is forbidden. The official site is biggerz.com; biggerzcasino.com is a parked domain, and offers quoting “150% up to $2,500” that point to it are outdated.

Ratings and complaint record

Casino.guru gives BiggerZ a Safety Index of 3.0/10, rated “Very low”, and recommends staying away. Its file holds 24 complaints: 15 rejected, 7 resolved and 2 unresolved, with 20,188 black points and disputed sums from $275 to €360,000. Recurring subjects are capped winnings, delayed or cancelled withdrawals, confiscated balances and a tournament the player called manipulated. The same review found no predatory clauses in the terms, which makes the complaint record the main warning sign.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 5.2/10, with nine complaints of which eight were resolved, and a player rating of 7/10 based on only three reviews.

Trustpilot has hidden the BiggerZ TrustScore for breaching its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews. Of the 182 remaining reviews, 68% are five-star and 22% one-star, a one-star share that has been rising. Five-star reviews mention fast payouts and helpful VIP hosts. One-star reviews, read as allegations, describe accounts closed after large wins under the one-bonus-per-IP rule, a reversed $3,300 withdrawal, rank changes after tournaments closed and a $1,500 prize paid as $150.

The brand has publicised betting activity with Cardi B, Rick Ross, French Montana, Rich The Kid, Nicky Jam and Nate Diaz, without disclosing the terms of those deals.

Account terms with financial consequences

The terms allow BiggerZ to suspend or close an account for any breach, sometimes without notice, and to return the funds only “in some cases”. Promotional rewards can be withheld on suspicion of abuse, fraud, manipulation or exploitation of technical errors. Each customer is limited to one account, and accounts opened through relatives or third parties are closed immediately. Complaints describe withdrawals blocked because another customer used the same internet connection, under the one-bonus-per-IP rule.

The site carries a Responsible Gaming page with links to GamAnon, Gambling Therapy and GamCare.

Before a large win, read the bonus rules and the multi-account clause, and avoid taking offers from a shared household connection. Save cash-out requests, transaction IDs and every support reply in case a balance is frozen.

Payout reliability and verification checks

The minimum withdrawal is €10. BiggerZ describes crypto payouts as instant once approved; a hands-on test recorded 15 minutes to two hours. Player reports range from a $10,000-plus withdrawal in under 30 minutes to a 4,500 USDT request left pending for six days. Section 8.6 of the terms subjects larger withdrawals to a security review and sets no deadline for it.

Casino.guru lists withdrawal caps of $10,000 per day, $50,000 per week and $100,000 per month. Section 8.6 also lets BiggerZ set lower limits based on payment method, account history, verification status and the size of the win, with the excess paid in later instalments. A $60,000 win cannot leave in six days at the daily cap, because the $50,000 weekly ceiling holds back the last $10,000 until the following week.

Deposits must be wagered at least once. Withdrawing unplayed funds triggers an 8% fee, with a €4 minimum: pulling out an unplayed €100 deposit costs €8, and a €30 deposit costs the €4 minimum. A chargeback carries a separate €50 administration fee.

Verification is risk-based. No documents are needed to start in most cases, but the terms allow BiggerZ to demand photo ID and a recent utility bill before a player bets or withdraws, and to suspend betting until the checks are complete. Withdrawals can also require a selfie or a verification call.

Payout complaints follow one pattern: a sizeable win, then an account review citing multiple accounts or the bonus-per-IP rule, then a frozen or reversed withdrawal. Keeping to one account on a private connection and clearing the 1× deposit turnover stays clear of the triggers named most often.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The casino welcome offer is a 150% match on the first deposit, up to 1,500 USDT, unlocked with code WO from a $10 deposit, plus a batch of free spins. Wagering is 40× the bonus amount within 14 days, the maximum bet is $5, and winnings from the bonus are capped at $1,500. Sports bettors get a separate 50% sports welcome bonus.

Wagering calculation: a 100 USDT first deposit earns a 150 USDT bonus. At 40× the bonus, turnover is 150 × 40 = 6,000 USDT. At the $5 maximum bet, that takes at least 1,200 bets, or about 86 a day across the 14-day window. A 1,000 USDT deposit earns the full 1,500 USDT bonus and a 60,000 USDT turnover requirement, yet any winnings from it still stop at $1,500.

Because wagering applies only to the bonus, not to deposit plus bonus, the requirement is moderate by crypto-casino standards. The $1,500 cash-out cap is the real limit: for deposits above 1,000 USDT, the extra stake earns no extra bonus and the potential payout stays fixed.

New players also get rakeback boosted to 15% for the first seven days, paid as cash. Reload codes add up to 1,000 USDT monthly (MONTHLY) and up to 500 USDT weekly (WEEKLY), both without wagering. A daily casino bonus with free spins and roughly 3% daily cashback from the first VIP level round out the calendar.

Promotions have produced their own disputes. One player complaint describes daily cashback refused despite meeting the conditions, and tournament players allege leaderboard bots, rank changes after a contest closed and a prize cut to a tenth of its advertised value.

Twelve cryptocurrencies and regional fiat routes

The cashier supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, SOL, XRP, ADA, BNB, BCH and TRX, processed through CoinsPaid. Stablecoins run on standard networks such as ERC-20 and TRC-20. Players who hold volatile coins carry price risk between deposit and withdrawal; USDT and USDC avoid most of it.

The full cashier lists around 30 methods. Withdrawals work through the same fiat routes as deposits, apart from Paysafecard, so a player in Canada, India or Mexico can cash out locally without touching crypto.

Deposits start at about 10 USDT, with coin-specific minimums, and withdrawals at €10. There is no platform fee: BiggerZ usually absorbs deposit charges, and players pay blockchain network fees on withdrawals. Stablecoins exist on several chains, so send them only on the network shown in the cashier; a transfer on the wrong chain cannot be reversed.

BiggerZ Touch adds checkable game outcomes to a large library

The lobby holds more than 6,000 games from over 70 studios, including Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, PG Soft, Spribe and BGaming. Categories cover slots, live dealers, roulette, baccarat and blackjack tables, crash and instant-win games.

The live casino runs about 42 tables of roulette, blackjack and baccarat from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live.

BiggerZ Touch is the in-house range: Mines, Dice, BiggerZ Blackjack, Plinko, BiggerZ Wheel, Hi-Lo, Keno and Baccarat, with Limbo, Soccer and Crash appearing in earlier line-ups. Eligible Touch games carry a provably fair layer that lets a player check each outcome. The usual method is that the casino publishes a hash of its server seed before the round; afterwards the player combines the revealed seed with their own client seed and a round number, recomputes the result and confirms it matches the hash. Studio games outside the Touch range rely on the providers’ certified random number generators instead.

BiggerZ also advertises a 99% RTP on Touch games. That is the operator’s own figure, and it describes the long-run average return; verifying a round confirms it was not altered, but says nothing about the next one. Touch rounds are short, so a $1 stake repeated 500 times still puts $500 in play.

The same balance funds a sportsbook covering football, basketball, tennis, boxing, MMA and esports, and prediction markets on crypto, finance, politics, sport and world events.

Live chat is available around the clock

BiggerZ offers 24/7 live chat, a help centre, a contact form and email at [email protected]. Casino.guru’s chat test on 17 April 2026 received an instant reply rated “Good”, an improvement on an “Average” result in September 2025. News and promotions also run through the brand’s Telegram channel, BiggerzOfficial.

The website runs in seven languages: English, German, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese and Turkish. Support works in English only, so a player who browses in Turkish or Japanese must argue a frozen withdrawal in English.

Formal complaints receive a first answer in about two days. On public review sites, the company replies to roughly a third of reviews, mostly with templates, and several players criticise formulaic responses.

The browser-based app keeps the same account balance

BiggerZ runs in mobile browsers and offers an Install app button that adds a progressive web app to the home screen. There is no native app in Google Play or the App Store, so the PWA updates with the website and needs no separate downloads.

The full casino, Touch games, sportsbook and prediction markets work on a phone with the same balance. Installing from the BiggerZ menu avoids lookalike apps on other download pages, which have no connection to the operator.

Six loyalty levels put cash rewards ahead of bonus credit

The VIP programme has six levels: Tiny, Prime, Supreme, Titan, Empire and BiggerZ. The VIP dashboard shows how much play the next level requires. Perks include level-up bonuses that grow with each tier, daily bonuses, free spins, USDT rewards, raffles, weekly and monthly Boost payments, Recent Play Bonuses that return part of recent losses, bespoke benefits and a dedicated VIP host.

Instant rakeback can be collected every 30 minutes. A weekend Happy Hour returns 7% of weekend losses, and players moving from another casino can apply for a VIP transfer with 50% lossback up to $5,000. All of these pay real cash with no wagering, unlike the 40× welcome match.

Lossback calculation: a weekend with 400 USDT in net losses returns 28 USDT through Happy Hour. Under the VIP-transfer offer, a 4,000 USDT loss would return 2,000 USDT; the $5,000 ceiling binds once losses pass $10,000.

Weekly wager races carry a $100,000 prize pool, alongside challenges and tournaments. These are the rewards most often disputed: complaints describe a leaderboard position that dropped by 60 places after a tournament ended and allegations of bot accounts on the leaderboard.

Other approaches to crypto casino rewards

  • Coins.Game — 4.0/10. Its multilingual service and local payment routes in Latin America, India and Turkey offer a different way to fund play.
  • 500 Casino — 6.6/10. Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional deposit methods give it a broader conventional-payment entry point alongside cryptocurrency.
  • Shuffle — 4.7/10. Its SHFL token ties staking to entries in a weekly USDC-funded prize draw, instead of a conventional VIP lossback structure.
  • Solcasino — 4.1/10. Direct play through compatible Web3 wallets is central to its Solana-focused design.

BiggerZ frequently asked questions

Does BiggerZ have a gambling licence?

Yes, an offshore one. CDK PLAY INC SRL, a Costa Rican company, holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202504023-FI1, valid until March 2027. Anjouan offers players far less recourse than European regulators. The licence also does not open every market: the terms shut out the US, UK, France and Greece, and VPN use to get around those blocks is forbidden.

How long do BiggerZ withdrawals take?

In a hands-on test, crypto withdrawals cleared in 15 minutes to two hours, and some players have received five-figure sums in under half an hour. Bigger requests go through a security review with no fixed deadline, and one player waited six days for 4,500 USDT. Ceilings of $10,000 a day, $50,000 a week and $100,000 a month mean large wins arrive in instalments.

What wagering applies to the BiggerZ welcome bonus?

Wagering is 40 times the bonus alone. Deposit 100 USDT, receive 150 USDT, and you need 6,000 USDT in bets within 14 days, staking no more than $5 a time. However much you win while clearing it, the bonus pays out at most $1,500, which makes deposits above 1,000 USDT pointless for this offer.

Can BiggerZ ask for KYC documents after sign-up?

Yes, at any time. Most accounts open without documents, but the terms let BiggerZ request photo ID and a recent utility bill before you place a bet, and freeze betting until you provide them. A selfie or phone call can be added when you withdraw. Expect checks especially after a large win or when the casino suspects a second account on your network.

Is BiggerZ Touch provably fair?

The eligible Touch titles, such as Mines, Dice, Plinko and Hi-Lo, include a verification layer for checking each round against a pre-committed seed. BiggerZ separately advertises a 99% return for these games, a figure that comes from the operator itself. Studio slots and live tables do not use this system and depend on the studios’ own certified random number generators.

Is there a fee for withdrawing a deposit?

Only if you have not played it through. Funds withdrawn before being wagered once lose 8%, with a minimum charge of €4, so withdrawing an untouched €100 deposit costs €8. Otherwise, BiggerZ charges nothing itself; you pay the normal blockchain network fee. Filing a chargeback with your payment provider costs a €50 administration fee on top of any dispute.

How does the BiggerZ VIP programme work?

Six ranks run from Tiny to BiggerZ, with the next target shown in your VIP dashboard. Cash rakeback can be collected every half hour, weekend Happy Hour refunds 7% of losses, and higher ranks bring Boost payments and a personal host. None of these rewards carries wagering, but races and tournaments have drawn complaints about rankings and prize amounts.

The withdrawal rules matter more than the Touch game verifier

BiggerZ is a feature-rich crypto casino with a trust problem. Verifiable Touch games, cash rakeback every 30 minutes, wager-free reloads and local fiat cash-outs are real advantages. Against them stand a 3.0/10 Casino.guru safety score with a stay-away recommendation, complaints about capped winnings and accounts closed after large wins, discretionary withdrawal limits and an 8% fee on unplayed deposits.

Who it suits: players who want to verify their own crash, dice and mines rounds, stake modestly and withdraw winnings well below the $10,000 daily cap. Who should skip it: anyone chasing large wins, anyone sharing an internet connection with other players, and anyone who values tournament prizes more than the ordinary game lobby.
