Best for: Crypto payment choice

Eleven cryptocurrencies, Monero and Dash among them, plus Binance Pay sit beside 29 fiat methods at MyStake, and crypto players can deposit and play straight after sign-up. The lobby adds several thousand slots, in-house mini-games and a sportsbook covering more than 70 sports.

The trust picture is far weaker than that menu suggests: 764 formal complaints, payouts capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, a €100,000 per-spin win limit and a network outage in June 2026 that took the site offline for about 20 hours.

Who is behind MyStake: two dissolved companies and a contested record

MyStake launched in 2019 and was run for most of its life by Santeda International B.V. of Curaçao, which held a sublicence from the master licensee Cyberluck and an Anjouan licence numbered ALSI-072403002-F17, as Sweden’s regulator recorded. In early 2026 the footers of MyStake and its sister sites switched to GTW B.V., and Casino.guru gives the licence as Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/250/0115 in GTW’s name. The Curaçao register showed that licence as issued in June and expired in December, with trading continuing while renewal was pending under the island’s new gambling law.

Both Santeda International B.V. and GTW B.V. were then dissolved around the end of April 2026, with Xianbo Wei named as director after IGA Group stepped down. No successor licence holder has been named since. A player with a disputed MyStake balance therefore has no named company to pursue today.

Sister sites include Cosmobet, Goldenbet, Rolletto and Velobet, all four named by Sweden’s regulator, along with Donbet and Freshbet. On 11 June 2024 Spelinspektionen banned Santeda from offering games in Sweden without a licence. MyStake holds no UK licence, yet a May 2025 press release promoted it as the “Best Online Casino Not on GamStop for UK Players”. It is not licensed in the United States, players from Ohio are not accepted, and Ontario accounts receive no welcome bonus.

Investigations, outages and a court case

A December 2025 report by the campaign group GAMRS estimated MyStake’s turnover at more than £1.2 billion a year, with about 64% of the wider network’s players in the UK, and a Guardian investigation in April 2026 described a vast illegal casino network targeting UK gamblers, including people trying to quit. UK campaigners have raised serious player-protection concerns about the brand. In June 2026, campaigners told a House of Lords committee that games from 18 UK-licensed studios had been found on MyStake and Donbet.

On 14 June 2026 the network went offline for about 20 hours after B2B game suppliers withdrew; crypto payments and the sportsbook kept running, MyStake’s X account called it “scheduled maintenance”, and some providers did not return. Separately, a first-instance court in Curaçao ordered MyStake on 31 March 2025 to pay a Spanish player €246,500 plus interest and €4,500 in costs, after the casino voided the win for exceeding a €20 maximum stake and offered €7,500 instead. Around 25 players brought similar claims; most of the others settled for a fraction of their winnings.

A January 2026 Curaçao Chronicle report also relayed unconfirmed claims that login details for 540 MyStake accounts had leaked in May 2025, with no forced password reset afterwards. A unique password and two-factor authentication, where available, limit the damage from any such leak.

Ratings against complaints

Casino.guru’s Safety Index for MyStake is 9.7/10 (“Very high”); it finds no unfair clauses, estimates revenue above $20 million a year and does not blacklist the brand. Its complaint file is long: 764 cases, of which 585 were rejected, 174 resolved and 5 remain open. The themes are closed or restricted accounts, confiscated winnings and payouts delayed after KYC, with sums such as R3,422, A$680, €6,000, 14,726 USDT and ARS 80,000.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.6/10 and logs 97 complaints, mostly about payments, of which 87 are resolved. LCB’s members rate MyStake 2.3/5, and the site placed it on its 2026 warning list for refusing to take part in complaint resolution. Trustpilot has hidden MyStake’s TrustScore for breaching its guidelines and removed fake reviews from the 24,489 on the profile.

Player reviews are allegations, not established findings, but the pattern is consistent: accounts closed after wins, bonus winnings cut by caps, long KYC with video calls, slow payouts and chats left unanswered. Some players report fast deposits and withdrawals on MyStake.

Terms that can cost you money

  • Wins are capped at €100,000 per spin; one VIP player said a €197,000 bonus-buy win was cut to €100,000.
  • A no-deposit win of about €900 was cut to €100 under the offer’s terms.
  • Free-bet winnings have been voided after verification, followed by account closure.
  • Cancelling a bonus removes money from the balance.
  • Responsible gambling tools are limited; a withdrawal lock exists, and a campaign group alleges refused self-exclusion requests.

A strong index, an empty company register: a high safety rating measures terms and complaint handling, while the companies that held MyStake’s licences were dissolved in 2026. Withdraw winnings in small, regular amounts instead of building a balance at MyStake.

Weekly ceilings, instalments and video KYC

Withdrawals are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, and anything above that is paid in instalments. The minimum withdrawal runs from €10 to €50 depending on the method, with crypto at the upper end, and cards cannot be used for withdrawals at all. MyStake charges no withdrawal fee.

Cashing out a €40,000 win: two weeks at €7,500 exhaust the €15,000 monthly ceiling. The win leaves in three monthly instalments of €15,000, €15,000 and €10,000, so the last money arrives about three months after the win.

Crypto payouts are advertised as taking up to an hour, but requests sit pending for up to five days and are not processed at weekends. E-wallets take up to 96 hours and bank transfers one to five business days. One LCB member described crypto withdrawals taking up to three days.

Crypto deposits and play are possible straight after registration, while other payment methods require verification first. Any withdrawal then triggers full KYC: an ID card, passport or driving licence, proof of address, proof of the payment method and a video call, with further steps possible. Checks promised within 24 to 72 hours often run longer, and payouts held after verification are a recurring complaint. Completing KYC before staking a large balance keeps a MyStake win out of the queue.

Payment complaints centre on delays after verification, accounts restricted with funds inside and winnings cut by caps. Keep transaction hashes and chat transcripts for every MyStake withdrawal until the funds arrive.

Bonus terms: 30x on deposit plus bonus

The casino welcome spreads over three deposits: 150% up to €750 on the first, 100% up to €500 on the second and 50% up to €250 on the third, with free spins on each, from a €20 minimum. Wagering is 30x the deposit plus bonus, the maximum bet is €5, and only slots and live games count. A separate crypto welcome of 170% up to $1,000 runs at the same 30x over 30 days.

Wagering calculation: a €100 first deposit adds a €150 bonus, so €250 × 30 = €7,500 of turnover. At the €5 maximum bet, that takes at least 1,500 spins. The full €750 first-deposit bonus needs a €500 deposit and €37,500 of turnover.

At 30x on the combined sum, the multiplier is close to the market norm. The bigger risk is the €5 maximum bet: the €246,500 court case began with a win voided for exceeding a €20 stake limit, which shows how strictly stake rules are enforced, so every spin made with bonus money at MyStake has to stay within it.

Regular offers include a weekend reload of 50% up to €250 at 30x, a daily casino reload of 70% up to $350 and 100 weekend free spins (50 on Saturday, 50 on Sunday) for a $20 deposit, with winnings free of wagering. Mini-game players get a 100% bonus up to $500 and ten free Dino runs worth $1 each. The sports welcome of 100% up to $500 needs 10x on accumulators at odds of 1.40 or more.

No-deposit offers and free bets appear mainly in complaints, where winnings were cut to €100 or voided at verification. Treat any MyStake free credit as a sample of the games, since its winnings are the first thing the terms limit.

Eleven coins, Binance Pay and 29 fiat methods

MyStake takes Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, Dash, Tether, USDC, Dogecoin, Tron and Monero, plus Binance Pay with BNB. Fiat comes through 29 methods in ARS, AUD, BRL, CAD, EUR, PHP, THB and USD.

The fiat list covers Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, MiFinity, Jeton, AstroPay, Interac, PIX, Trustly, Neosurf, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MuchBetter, eZeeWallet, WebMoney, PayOp, Klarna, Revolut and bank wire. Card deposits are possible, but card withdrawals are not, so a card depositor needs an e-wallet, bank wire or crypto route for the way back out.

MethodMaximum deposit
Cards$2,000
Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity$4,000
Jeton, bank transfer$5,000
Paysafecard$1,000

The minimum deposit is €10, or €20 to qualify for a bonus, and MyStake charges no deposit fees. Before sending USDT or another token that exists on several blockchains, match the network chosen in the wallet with the one shown in the MyStake cashier; a transfer on the wrong network is usually unrecoverable.

Thousands of slots, Dino and Chicken mini-games

The library runs to several thousand titles, with more than 5,000 slots from roughly 83 to 119 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Quickspin, BetSoft, iSoftBet, Amatic and 1x2gaming. Categories cover Bonus Buy slots, jackpots, Video Bingo, Lotto, instant games and virtual sports, and Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins runs across eligible slots.

Live tables come mainly from Evolution, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Sic Bo. After suppliers withdrew in June 2026, parts of the library did not come back, so a favourite slot played at MyStake before the outage can be missing today.

MyStake’s own Mini Games include Dino, a crash-style game paying up to 1,000x, Chicken (also up to 1,000x), Plinko, Mines and Wheel. They are presented as provably fair, but no verifier is documented, so there is no described way to check round results. Casino.guru’s Gamecheck found no counterfeit titles in the sample it examined.

The sportsbook covers more than 70 sports with pre-match and live markets, round-the-clock virtual sports, and esports such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant, all from the same MyStake balance.

Instant chat replies, unanswered complaints

Live chat runs 24/7, opening with a bot before an agent takes over, and email goes to [email protected]. Support works in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, while the site itself is translated into at least 12 languages, from Swedish and Finnish to Arabic and Thai. There is no phone line.

Casino.guru rated the chat as good after nine tests, each answered instantly. Players describe chats left unanswered during payment disputes, and the company replies to about half of its public reviews, mostly with templates.

Quick answers help with bonus status or deposit crediting. For a held withdrawal or a closed account, an email to [email protected] creates a written case for any later complaint to a mediation service.

Mobile play in the browser

MyStake has no native app for Android or iOS; phones and tablets use the mobile site, which carries the slots, the Mini Games, the live casino and the sportsbook. Without an app, there is no app store page to check, so the address bar is the only way to confirm the site is the real mystake.com.

Fast formats such as Dino, Chicken and Plinko suit short sessions on a small screen, and live betting on esports runs in the same browser tab as MyStake casino play.

Cashback in several forms, from 15x to wager-free

An independent review describes automatic enrolment in a loyalty scheme built on points, cashback, free tournaments and a personal account manager, with VIP cashback of 5% to 15% and raised withdrawal limits at higher levels for MyStake regulars.

Standard casino cashback pays up to €300 with 15x wagering, and a weekly live casino cashback runs alongside. Sports bettors get 10% weekly cashback up to $2,000 with no wagering, the most generous of the MyStake rebates.

Cashback at 15x: a €300 rebate needs €4,500 of turnover before it can be withdrawn. A €50 rebate, the size behind one player complaint, still needs €750.

At 15x, casino cashback costs more play than many crypto casinos ask for a rebate, and it is half the multiplier of the welcome bonus. The wager-free sports cashback suits bettors better than casino players at MyStake.

What MyStake’s complaint file says about trust

  • ConcernPayout reliabilityWithdrawals are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, requests can pend for five days, and weekends go unprocessed.

  • CautionBonus termsWagering is 30x deposit plus bonus at a €5 maximum bet, and wins are capped at €100,000 per spin.

Other casinos to compare

  • Coldbet Casino — 5.9/10. A bigger catalogue from more studios with a far larger live casino.
  • 1WIN — 5.4/10. A much larger game library and a bigger live section.
  • GoldBet Casino — 4.3/10. An even longer list of cryptocurrencies, privacy coins included, next to ordinary fiat options.
  • Velobet — 5.3/10. A crypto welcome package with a higher euro ceiling, run separately from its fiat bonus.

MyStake questions answered

Is MyStake licensed, and who runs it?

Casino.guru shows a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/250/0115, held by GTW B.V. However, GTW B.V. and the earlier operator Santeda International B.V. were both reported dissolved in spring 2026, and no new licence holder has been named. Sweden banned Santeda in 2024, MyStake has no UK licence despite marketing to UK players, and Ohio is excluded.

How much can I withdraw from MyStake?

No more than €7,500 in a single week and €15,000 in a calendar month; larger wins are split into monthly payments. A single spin can never pay more than €100,000. Small withdrawals start at €10 for some methods and around €50 for crypto, and nothing is processed on Saturdays or Sundays, so a large win can take months to collect.

Can I play at MyStake without verification?

You can sign up, deposit crypto and play without sending documents. The checks arrive when you want money out: identity document, proof of address, proof of the payment method and a video call. Players report that the promised 24–72 hour turnaround often stretches further, so verifying early avoids a frozen win.

What wagering does the MyStake welcome bonus have?

All three deposit matches use 30x the deposit plus bonus, counted on slots and live games only. A €100 first deposit earning €150 extra therefore needs €7,500 in bets, with no stake above €5. Exceeding a €20 stake limit triggered the €246,500 court dispute, so the bet cap deserves strict attention.

Which cryptocurrencies does MyStake accept?

Eleven coins plus Binance Pay: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, Dash, Tether, USDC, Dogecoin, Tron and Monero. Deposits start at €10, there are no fees from the casino, and crypto is advertised as the fastest exit route, though pending times of several days and no weekend processing still apply.

Is there a MyStake app?

MyStake has no app for Android or iPhone. The website adapts to phone screens and includes everything on desktop, from slots and live dealers to Mini Games such as Dino and the sportsbook. Bookmark mystake.com directly instead of following links from emails or ads.

Is MyStake worth the risk for a crypto player?

MyStake offers one of the broadest crypto menus around, with Monero included and no documents needed to start, yet every large win runs into a €15,000 monthly ceiling, a €100,000 spin cap and a file of 764 formal complaints. The June 2026 outage and the loss of some game suppliers add a further question mark over the platform itself.

A crypto player who deposits small amounts, plays the slots or Mini Games and withdraws winnings every week uses MyStake’s strengths without leaving much at stake. Anyone hoping to bank a five-figure win quickly, needing reliable self-exclusion or deposit limits, or wanting a bonus without strict stake rules should choose one of the alternatives above.
