Best for: Verifiable fairness

Seven provably fair Originals and payouts that an independent test timed in minutes sit against terms that let Cybet freeze funds without explanation. Launched in July 2025, Cybet is a crypto-only casino with more than 5,000 games, a multi-coin cashier with multi-network stablecoins and no withdrawal caps. Its 5.0/10 rating credits that product depth and the checkable in-house games, and marks it down for discretionary confiscation and arbitration clauses, a weak complaint record and a demanding welcome bonus.

Verification is risk-based: no documents at sign-up, but checks of ID, residence and the origin of funds can arrive at any point, usually around a large withdrawal.

Who runs Cybet: licence, terms and complaint record

Cybet launched in July 2025 on cybet.com. The operator is Eskimo Adventures Ltd, registered in Belize under number 000043034 with an address in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202409034-FI2, issued in September 2024 by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, and the regulator’s online validator shows the licence active for cybet.com. Anjouan offers players lighter formal protection than regulators such as Malta or the UK, and Cybet is not licensed in the United States.

Cybet does not accept players from the United States (including Ohio), the United Kingdom, China, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, the Comoros, Iran, North Korea or Myanmar. Some individual games are also blocked in particular regions, so a title visible in one country can be missing in another.

The terms give the operator wide discretion. Section 6 allows verification to be demanded at any time with no stated threshold, and failing it can lead to a frozen or closed account. Section 7.3 lets withdrawals be delayed, suspended or declined while checks run. Section 10 allows funds to be frozen or confiscated at the operator’s sole discretion, in the terms’ own words to “keep the funds and decline to explain why”. Section 20 sends disputes to mandatory arbitration under procedures set by the company itself, with no independent dispute service. An independent review singles out these four clauses as red flags, while Casino.guru found no unfair or predatory clauses in its own reading.

Casino.guru gives Cybet a Safety Index of 6.9/10, rated Above average, and estimates annual revenue above $1M. It holds four complaints, all rejected: a $450 confiscation, a verification delay on 7,200 USDT, a refused $140 withdrawal and an account closure involving 9 SOL. One user review there describes a dispute over weekly VIP lossback that ended with a goodwill payment and a reminder that VIP terms can change. Complaints are allegations, not findings against the casino. The same themes appear on the other platforms.

AskGamblers rates Cybet at 6.4/10 on its CasinoRank, with one unresolved complaint about roughly 1,200 USDT held during identity checks and an average response time of four days. Trustpilot shows 2.8/5 from 32 reviews, 44% of them one-star and 19% five-star; negative reviews describe withdrawals refused after KYC, balances held over alleged bonus misuse or multiple accounts, unpaid affiliate commissions and slow handling of a self-exclusion request, while positive ones praise the catalogue, the interface and fast crypto transfers.

Responsible-gambling tools are fairly complete. Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooldown and then runs from one day, one week, one month or six months to permanent, for casino, sports or both. Loss and wager limits can be set per day, week or month and take effect at once, with a 12-hour cool-off before they can be loosened. Deposit limits, session-time limits and reality checks are not offered.

Payout speed, fees and verification triggers

Cybet documents a three-step withdrawal pipeline: an internal check of one to five minutes, risk screening of one to fifteen minutes, then network time, which is seconds on Solana or TRON, one to five minutes on Ethereum and 10 to 60 minutes on Bitcoin. An independent test recorded payouts arriving in about six minutes to under an hour, and large withdrawals are put at one to six hours. Choosing SOL, TRX or a stablecoin on a fast chain therefore puts money in the wallet sooner than a Bitcoin payout.

Speed applies only once an account passes review. Sign-up needs an email, username and password, but checks can be triggered by a large or unusual withdrawal, suspected bonus abuse, failed logins, a rapid change of device or IP address, or at random. Cybet can then ask for government ID, proof of residence, evidence of where the money came from and proof that the depositing wallet belongs to the player, for example a transaction hash. There is no verification dashboard: documents go through live chat only, and Cybet sets no deadline for the review. The 7,200 USDT and 1,200 USDT complaints both involved this stage.

Large win, one bet at a time. Cybet publishes no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal cap, but a single bet or transaction can win no more than $100,000. A player chasing a bigger payout on one high-volatility spin is capped regardless of the multiplier.

The minimum withdrawal is $10. Fees range from $0, the figure shown in the cashier, to $1–3 per transaction plus network costs under the guidebook. On a $10 Bitcoin withdrawal, a $3 fee plus network cost takes away more than a quarter of the amount, so small cash-outs are cheapest in batches on TRON or Solana.

Welcome bonus tiers and the real wagering calculation

The first-deposit match is chosen in the cashier from four tiers: 30% at 12x, 50% at 20x, 70% at 28x or 100% at 40x, with 30% selected by default. The match has no upper limit, needs a deposit of at least $10, and the multiplier applies to deposit plus bonus. It must be cleared within 7 to 14 days, and winnings from it can be cashed out up to five to ten times the initial deposit.

Game contribution decides how fast the bonus clears. On the 100% tier, slots with an RTP up to 94% count 100%, those at 94–96% count 80%, 96–98% count 50% and above 98% only 25%. Cybet Originals count 5–10%, and live casino and game shows count nothing. The better a slot’s RTP, the more slowly it clears the bonus, which pushes bonus play towards lower-return games.

Turnover by tier: a $100 deposit on the 30% tier adds $30, so the requirement is ($100 + $30) × 12 = $1,560. On the 100% tier, the same deposit adds $100 and requires ($100 + $100) × 40 = $8,000. Played on a slot with 96–98% RTP, which counts 50%, that becomes $16,000 in real stakes; on a slot above 98% RTP, counting 25%, it is $32,000.

The bonus sits on a separate balance and unlocks into cash at 1:1 from the first 1% of wagering, so progress is visible from the start. Cancelling is costly: Cybet pays out 0.475 times the lower of the current balance and the remaining requirement, and voids any open bets. Sports bets never count towards casino bonuses.

There is no no-deposit bonus and no active reload. Wager races, the weekly raffle and daily reloads ended on 31 August 2026. Coupon codes appear from time to time on Cybet’s X account and are entered in a “Redeem Coupon Code” field. Silver-level players and above get weekly and monthly bonuses once they reach turnover gates of $2,000 and $8,000.

Supported coins, networks and minimum deposits

Cybet takes no cards, bank transfers or other fiat methods. The coin list covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, BNB, XRP, Solana, TRON, Dogecoin, Stellar, Litecoin and Polygon, so a player without crypto has to buy coins on an exchange first.

Stablecoins have the widest choice of routes: USDT runs on four networks and USDC on five, while ETH moves only on Ethereum and Bitcoin only on-chain, with no Lightning. Pick the deposit network in the cashier and select the same one in the sending wallet, because a USDT transfer on the wrong chain is not credited and cannot be recalled.

AssetNetworksNetwork time on withdrawal
USDT4 networksSeconds on TRON
USDC5 networksSeconds on Solana
ETHEthereum only1–5 minutes
BTCOn-chain only, no Lightning10–60 minutes

Deposits start at $1, the welcome match at $10 and withdrawals at $10. A $5 deposit is enough to play but stays locked until the balance reaches the $10 withdrawal floor. Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication through an authenticator app, a device list that can revoke individual sessions and a privacy switch that hides betting and win statistics from other users.

A large library with seven verifiable Originals

The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from 60-plus studios. Pragmatic Play supplies the most slots at 645, followed by Play’n GO with 258, Endorphina with 206, Nolimit City with 201, BGaming with 193 and Hacksaw Gaming with 172; NetEnt, BetSoft, Red Tiger, Thunderkick, Blueprint, Belatra, 3 Oaks, Gamomat and PG Soft round out the list. Around 2,073 slots offer a bonus buy, which raises the cost per feature and the speed of losses.

Live casino runs on Evolution and Ezugi, with 85 tables each, and Pragmatic Play Live with 63, covering 79 roulette, 37 blackjack and 34 baccarat tables plus 37 game shows. Since live games count 0% towards the welcome bonus, they suit cash play only. Poker is thin, with three games, and the sportsbook leans towards esports such as CS, Valorant, Dota 2, League of Legends and Rainbow Six.

Seven in-house Originals, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Mines, Plinko, Hilo and Keno, are provably fair, with Tower announced as the next addition. In a provably fair game, the server seed is fixed and shown as a hash before the round; afterwards the casino reveals it and the player recomputes the result together with their own client seed. A Dice roll that does not match its recomputed hash would expose manipulation, and the check needs no trust in the operator.

The provably fair check covers only those seven games. Third-party slots and live tables rely on their studios’ own certification, and slot tiles carry RTP grades from A to D, with A meaning an RTP above 98%. Since grade-A slots count only 25% towards the bonus, players get the best long-run return on cash play and the fastest bonus progress on lower-graded titles.

Support channels and dispute handling

Live chat runs 24/7, and typical replies arrive within about a minute. Email goes to [email protected], and Cybet is also on X, Telegram and Discord, with a Guidebook knowledge base for common questions. The site comes in 13 languages, English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Hindi, Polish, Vietnamese and Indonesian, but support is in English only.

Chat is also the only route for submitting KYC documents and for closing an account, so a non-English speaker handling a frozen withdrawal has to argue it in English. Ask the agent to name the exact document and format required before uploading anything, and keep the chat transcript with the withdrawal ID until the case closes.

On Trustpilot, Cybet replies to about half of negative reviews, usually more than a month after they are posted. Because section 20 routes formal disputes to the company’s own arbitration, a complaint filed with Casino.guru or AskGamblers is the main outside channel left to a player.

Mobile browser and homescreen access

There is no native iOS or Android app. Cybet runs as a responsive website and installs as a progressive web app: adding it to the home screen in Safari or Chrome gives an app-style icon and full-screen view with the same lobby, Originals and chat.

The PWA keeps two-factor login and session controls from desktop, and the device list shows each phone that has signed in. Revoking a lost phone’s session from another device locks it out at once.

VIP levels, rakeback and the cost of progression

The VIP club has 8 tiers and 78 levels, assigned automatically by wagering volume: Shell from $0 with no rewards, Bronze at $10,000, Silver at $30,000, Gold at $100,000, Platinum at $380,000, Diamond at $18.2M, Cyber at $100M and Obsidian at $1B. A personal VIP host starts at level 41, which takes $2.75M in bets. Level-up bonuses run from $5 to $150,000 and work out at roughly 0.1% of turnover.

Rakeback of up to 20% of the house edge starts at Silver, carries no wagering and does not rise with later tiers, although the promotions page has marked it as finished. At about $2 back per $1,000 wagered, it returns little. Gold adds a “Rapid” reward of up to 15% over seven days, and Mission Insurance pays out part of a mission reward once a player reaches 60% of its target.

What Bronze costs: reaching Bronze takes $10,000 in bets. On games with a 1% house edge, the expected loss on that volume is about $100, while 20% rakeback, available only from Silver, would return around $20 on the same turnover.

VIP Transfer lets players with at least $100,000 of proven turnover at another casino carry status across, up to Platinum 43, after verification. A 30-day mission then pays up to $7,000 in cash without wagering, with a VIP host and 50 free spins after $5,000 of turnover and lossback of 25–40% of net mission losses. Transferred levels bring no historic level-up bonuses, and the status can be reset after 30 days without bets.

Cybet on six checks that protect a balance

  • ConcernComplaint recordAll four Casino.guru complaints were rejected, covering a $450 confiscation, a closed account and a verification hold on 7,200 USDT.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityNo withdrawal cap applies and an independent test saw payouts land within six minutes to an hour, but one bet pays at most $100,000.
  • ConcernVerificationNo documents at sign-up, but ID, residence and source-of-funds checks can arrive at any time, via chat only and with no deadline.
  • CautionBonus termsTiers run from 30% at 12x to 100% at 40x deposit plus bonus, with live games at 0% and high-RTP slots discounted.
  • CautionSupportLive chat answers in about a minute around the clock, but support is English-only and formal disputes go to company-run arbitration.
  • CautionPlayer protectionLoss and wager limits and self-exclusion up to permanent are available, but deposit limits, session timers and reality checks are not.

Different approaches to crypto casino rewards

  • Rollbit — 4.8/10. Skips the welcome match entirely in favour of wager-free rakeback, for players who dislike bonus wagering.
  • Razed — 6.1/10. Rakeback from the first bet and a VIP ladder with hosts and milestone prizes, backed by a stronger trust record.
  • BetFury — 7.1/10. Rewards built around its own token and staking pool, with a stronger safety and payout record.
  • Lucky.fun — 5.1/10. Accepts cards and familiar e-wallets alongside crypto, unlike Cybet’s coin-only cashier.

Cybet questions and answers

Does Cybet have a gambling licence?

Yes. Eskimo Adventures Ltd, a Belize company, runs Cybet under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409034-FI2, granted in September 2024 and shown as active by the regulator’s validator. Anjouan provides lighter player protection than Malta or the UK, and the terms send disputes to company-run arbitration. Players in the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Australia are not accepted.

How fast do Cybet withdrawals arrive?

Once an account has cleared its checks, the documented timings put most crypto payouts within an hour: seconds of network time on Solana or TRON, up to an hour on Bitcoin, plus a few minutes of internal checks. Large sums are quoted at one to six hours. The floor is $10, there are no periodic caps, and fees run from nothing to $3 per transaction plus network cost.

Which cryptocurrencies can be deposited?

The cashier accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, BNB, XRP, Solana, TRON, Dogecoin, Stellar, Litecoin and Polygon. Tether works on four chains and USD Coin on five, but Bitcoin has no Lightning option. Deposits start at $1, and there is no way to pay by card or bank transfer.

Is Cybet anonymous or does it require KYC?

Not anonymous. Signing up takes only an email, username and password, but Cybet can demand ID, proof of address, the origin of funds and proof of wallet ownership at any time, typically around a large or unusual withdrawal. Documents are sent through live chat, no review deadline is set, and failing a check can freeze the account.

How does the Cybet welcome match work?

On the first deposit of $10 or more, choose a 30%, 50%, 70% or 100% match in the cashier; wagering rises from 12x to 40x on deposit plus bonus. High-RTP slots and Originals count only partly, and live tables not at all. A $100 deposit on the top tier means $8,000 in qualifying bets within 7 to 14 days.

Which Cybet games are provably fair?

Only the seven Originals: Crash, Dice, Limbo, Mines, Plinko, Hilo and Keno. Their rounds can be recomputed afterwards from the revealed server seed and the player’s own client seed. The thousands of third-party slots and the Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live tables rely on studio certification instead, and a fair game result does not settle a payout dispute.

Can Cybet be used from a phone?

Yes, through the browser. Cybet has no native iOS or Android app but installs as a progressive web app, adding a home-screen icon that opens the full casino, Originals and live chat. Two-factor login works the same way as on desktop, and lost devices can be signed out remotely from the session list.

Provable games, discretionary payouts

Cybet suits crypto players who want to verify their own results: the seven Originals can be checked round by round, documented payout times on TRON or Solana run to minutes once an account is cleared, and no withdrawal cap applies beyond the $100,000 per-bet win limit. Its loss limits, self-exclusion options and 2FA session controls are a genuine plus.

The weakness lies in what happens after a win. Terms that allow funds to be kept without explanation, arbitration run by the company, four rejected Casino.guru complaints and recurring KYC holds on balances of 1,200 to 7,200 USDT make Cybet a risky home for large balances. The 40x top-tier bonus, with live games excluded and high-RTP slots discounted, adds little for most players; the 30% tier at 12x is the only one that clears at a realistic pace.
