Best for: Crypto payment choice
PlayMax, formerly Parimatchwin, took its current name in October 2025 and continues a casino that has been online since 2021. The cashier is its most usable side: six coins through CoinsPaid for deposits and withdrawals, alongside cards, Interac and a dozen e-wallets, from a €20 minimum. The trust record is weak, however. Casino.guru gives PlayMax 5.5/10 on its Safety Index, unresolved complaints involve confiscated and reduced winnings, and the terms pair a €2,000 daily payout cap and a 3x deposit-turnover rule with bonus clauses that penalise low-risk play.

Who is behind PlayMax: licence, operator and track record
PlayMax has carried its current name since October 2025, when the casino previously known as Parimatchwin was rebranded; the older brand had been online since 2021. The current operator is Metlait SRL, while Parimatchwin was owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V. The old name invites confusion with the Parimatch bookmaker, which is a different operator. The playmaxwin.com domain itself was registered in June 2024, more than a year before the rebrand took effect.
The casino holds a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada, under number 0000064, and a second licence from Anjouan in the Comoros, number ALSI-202509073-FI2. Both are offshore regulators. Players from the United States, Ohio included, the UK, Spain, France, Israel, the Netherlands, Turkey, Greece and Switzerland are among those refused. Neither licence settles whether playing is lawful in a given country; local law decides that.
Casino.guru rates the terms “Somewhat unfair” and flags five clauses: taking one bonus too many risks the loss of winnings; common bonus-hunting strategies can count as a serious breach; low-risk play can lead to confiscation; players who deposit only when a bonus is on offer risk their winnings; and the deadline for supplying KYC information is unreasonably short. Low-risk play usually means betting patterns that cover most outcomes, such as staking on both red and black in roulette, to clear wagering cheaply; the clause lets the casino void winnings it attributes to such play.
Further clauses reach beyond bonus play. Using a VPN or proxy to mask location is forbidden and can lead to confiscated winnings. The casino can close an account at its discretion without notice, applies “zero tolerance” to delayed game rounds, large bets and bonus exploitation, and charges a monthly administration fee once an account has been inactive for 12 months.
The trust ratings are low. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 5.5/10 (“Below average”), rates the complaints ratio as very bad and has assigned 368 black points. Its complaint file shows two unresolved cases, €1,256 of confiscated winnings and a win reduced by €350, alongside one resolved and one rejected case, which cover an uncredited deposit and a €600 information request.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.8/10, and its single complaint, a withdrawal delayed under the Parimatchwin name, remains unresolved. LCB users rate PlayMax 2.7/5 from three votes. The brand has no visible Trustpilot profile: the playmaxwin.com page carries a notice that the business “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible”. A user review from September 2026 describes a withdrawal cancelled after a fourth welcome bonus, with a further 3x deposit turnover demanded on top of 40x bonus wagering, and its author says things declined after the rebrand.
Payout reliability and verification checks
Withdrawal limits are €2,000 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with higher limits reserved for VIP members. For a player with a large balance, the weekly figure bites first: four days at the daily maximum already exceed the €7,500 weekly allowance.
The pending period can last up to 72 hours. After approval, e-wallet payouts are stated at about an hour, bank transfers at one to ten working days, and card withdrawals are not offered at all. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request lodged on Friday afternoon can sit until the following week.
The minimum withdrawal is €10 through MiFinity and €20 for other methods. Each deposit must be turned over at least three times before any withdrawal, bonus or no bonus: a €100 deposit needs €300 in bets before it can come back out.
Withdrawals are released only after full verification: photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method, uploaded through a dedicated page on the site. The casino can also phone the number on the account and ask for documents again before any withdrawal. Checks take up to a couple of hours once documents are in, but the submission deadline is short, so the paperwork should be ready before the first request.
Payout complaints follow a pattern: winnings confiscated or reduced on bonus or rule grounds, an account blocked after a win with KYC given as the reason, and a withdrawal marked as paid that had not arrived after about five days. Those cases, rather than the processing times, are the main risk for a player expecting a large cash-out.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
The welcome package opens with a 100% match up to €1,000 on the first deposit, from €20, and continues with free spins and further matches over the next deposits. The first three steps break down as follows: the first deposit at 30x, with a €1,600 maximum cashout and five days to complete; 150 free spins on the second at 20x, with winnings capped at €200; and 75% up to $3,500 plus 75 spins on the third, from €35, at 20x–30x and capped at €1,200. A fourth deposit brings 100% up to €5,500 plus 100 spins with code FOURTH, at 30x.
The high-roller bonus doubles a deposit of at least €100 up to €1,000 with code HIGHROLLER, at 40x. A Monday reload gives 50 spins from €20 at 30x, with winnings capped at €100, and code CITY unlocks up to 300 spins from €50. Some bonuses are wager-free. Because free-spin winnings are capped at €200 on the second welcome step and €100 on the Monday reload, those spins are worth no more than those sums in cash, however well they land.
On paper, 20x–30x is lighter than much of the market. The clauses flagged in the terms review decide what that is worth: low-risk play, bonus-only deposits and claiming too many offers can each cost the winnings, and complaints show confiscations and reductions being applied. With five days to clear the first tier and the separate 3x deposit turnover still in force, players who want to withdraw quickly are better off depositing without a bonus.
Payment methods, coins and cashier limits
PlayMax accepts six cryptocurrencies for both deposits and withdrawals: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash, processed through CoinsPaid. Coins sent to a wrong address or below the minimum are lost, so the deposit address and the minimum shown in the cashier need checking before each transfer.
Availability varies by country. The fiat side has 19 deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards; Skrill, Neteller, Payz, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Jeton, eZeeWallet and Revolut; Neosurf vouchers; Interac; and bank transfer. Accounts can be held in USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NOK and NZD.
Cards work for deposits only; withdrawals go to e-wallets, bank transfer or crypto. MiFinity has the lowest withdrawal minimum at €10, against €20 elsewhere, and e-wallets are the quickest route after approval. A player who deposits by Visa or Mastercard therefore needs an e-wallet, bank account or crypto wallet ready for the cash-out, and that method has to pass the payment-ownership check before any money moves.
A deposit refund has to be requested within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days where unauthorised access to the account is suspected. For a player who deposits by card, that window is the only practical way to reverse a mistaken payment.
Games, providers and fairness checks
Studio availability depends on the player’s country. The slot library runs to around 3,500 titles from 54–84 studios, among them NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Thunderkick, Betsoft, Playson, Amatic, Evoplay, BGaming, Endorphina, Habanero, Relax Gaming, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, AvatarUX, Kalamba and 3 Oaks.
Live tables come from Evolution, Vivo Gaming and Ezugi, with Iconic21, BETER Live, Imagine Live and Lucky Streak also on the provider list. Table games, video poker, keno and crash-style crypto games complete the lobby. Progressive jackpots are absent.
Gamecheck, a game-verification service, sampled titles from several providers in February 2026 and found no fake games. The site is not under continuous monitoring and holds no Gamecheck seal, so the February 2026 result covers that sample only.
With no progressive jackpots in the lobby, the largest wins come from high-volatility slots by studios such as Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming, and any such win still leaves the account through the €2,000 daily cap.
Support channels and dispute handling
Live chat runs 24/7, backed by email at [email protected], a contact form, WhatsApp and Telegram. Support, chat and the site itself are English only.
Casino.guru’s chat tests put response times at about three minutes. Its rating was “subpar” across eight tests and “Average” in the most recent one, on 17 May 2026.
Because chat is English only, players more comfortable in another language should still put payment disputes in writing in English, so that the exact amounts, dates and clauses quoted by the casino are unambiguous. For any withdrawal problem, keep the transaction ID, timestamps and chat transcripts; they are the first things an outside complaint service asks for, and the one complaint already escalated against the brand shows that fast first replies do not guarantee a resolution.
Using PlayMax on a phone
PlayMax runs in the mobile browser on iOS and Android, with an app offered where available. The mobile site carries the same English-only interface and cashier as the desktop version, and the WhatsApp and Telegram support channels are a tap away on a phone.
Deposit, wager and loss limits, self-exclusion and cool-off periods are available. Session-time limits, reality checks and a self-assessment test are not, and PlayMax does not take part in shared self-exclusion registers, so a player excluded at another casino is not blocked here automatically.
Invitation-only Elite Club
The loyalty scheme is the Elite Club, with four tiers, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, open by personal invitation only. Perks include a personal manager, weekly cashback, birthday and holiday gifts, higher withdrawal limits and exclusive events.
With the standard cap at €2,000 a day, higher limits are the most valuable perk for big winners. A player who receives an invitation should get the new daily, weekly and monthly figures confirmed in writing by the manager before relying on them for a large withdrawal.
The invitation model replaces the open points ladders common elsewhere, so ordinary players have no visible route to the perks: weekly cashback and the higher limits stay out of reach until PlayMax decides to extend an invitation.
PlayMax measured against six trust checks
- ConcernComplaint recordTwo Casino.guru complaints remain unresolved, over €1,256 of confiscated winnings and a win cut by €350, and the ratio is rated very bad.
- ConcernPayout reliabilityCaps of €2,000 a day and €7,500 a week apply, pending lasts up to 72 hours, and nothing is processed at weekends.
- CautionVerificationID, proof of address and payment ownership are required before any withdrawal, under a submission deadline Casino.guru calls unreasonably short.
- ConcernBonus termsWagering of 20x–30x looks light, but cashout caps such as €1,600 and clauses on low-risk play or bonus-only deposits can void winnings.
- CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 with replies in about three minutes, but Casino.guru rated it subpar across eight tests and support is English-only.
- CautionPlayer protectionDeposit, wager and loss limits, cool-off and self-exclusion exist, but there are no session limits or reality checks and no shared exclusion register.
Other casinos worth comparing
- King Billy — its royalty-themed VIP Court with regular cashback and coins.
- 5Bet — its cash-paid, no-wager welcome spins and cashback structure.
- Voodoo — a wider fiat cashier, adding Apple Pay, Paysafecard and bank wire to a similar coin list.
- Lemon Casino — a far stronger independent safety score and a formal outside dispute-resolution route.
Frequently asked questions
Who runs PlayMax and how is it licensed?
Metlait SRL operates PlayMax, which replaced the Parimatchwin brand in October 2025; the earlier casino was run by Hollycorn N.V. Licensing comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission in Canada (0000064) and from Anjouan in the Comoros (ALSI-202509073-FI2), both offshore. Neither makes play lawful in your country, and players from the United States, the UK and several EU states are refused.
How quickly does PlayMax pay out?
After a pending stage of up to 72 hours, e-wallet withdrawals are listed at about an hour, while bank transfers take between one and ten working days. Cards cannot receive withdrawals, and nothing moves at weekends. Full verification has to be complete before the first payout, and the casino can request documents again before any later one.
What are the PlayMax withdrawal limits?
You can take out €2,000 a day, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, with higher limits reserved for Elite Club members. The minimum is €10 through MiFinity and €20 for other methods. Each deposit also has to be wagered at least three times first, so depositing and withdrawing straight away is impossible even when no bonus is involved.
Is the PlayMax welcome bonus fair?
The wagering looks moderate at 20x–30x, rising to 40x on the high-roller offer, but the conditions around it are tight: five days to complete the first tier, a €1,600 cap on what that tier can pay out, and clauses that penalise low-risk play and deposits made only for bonuses. Unresolved complaints about confiscated winnings make skipping the bonus the safer route.
Which cryptocurrencies does PlayMax support?
Six: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash, all usable for deposits and withdrawals through the CoinsPaid processor. The minimum deposit is €20. Double-check the address and the minimum for each coin before sending, because the terms state that funds sent to a wrong address or below the minimum are lost for good.
Is PlayMax connected to Parimatch?
PlayMax is the renamed Parimatchwin casino, but the Parimatch bookmaker is a separate operator and the two should not be confused. Because of the name change, many older user reviews on rating platforms refer to Parimatchwin, so feedback from before October 2025 describes the previous brand, run at the time by a different company, Hollycorn N.V.
Does PlayMax have a VIP programme?
Yes, the Elite Club, with Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. Entry is by personal invitation, not by collecting points. Members receive weekly cashback, a personal manager, birthday and holiday gifts and higher withdrawal limits, which matter most here because the standard daily cap is only €2,000. Ask the manager to confirm the cashback rate and new limits in writing.
Should you keep crypto at PlayMax?
PlayMax works as a payment-flexible casino for small, quick sessions and poorly as a place to build a balance. Its six coins and broad e-wallet range make deposits easy, but the Below average safety rating, unresolved confiscation complaints, a €2,000 daily cap and terms that punish low-risk and bonus-driven play all count against it. Players who do use it should skip the bonuses, verify before depositing seriously and withdraw winnings promptly.
