Best for: Verifiable fairness
A 10,000-game lobby and provably fair Originals put Rollbit near the top of crypto casinos for choice, but Casino.guru rates its safety Low at 4.0/10 and lists 45 unresolved complaints. Withdrawals have no maximum and settle quickly once approved; the risk lies in account reviews that freeze balances. Strong games and wager-free rakeback lift the score to 4.8/10, while the complaint record keeps it below average.

Who is behind Rollbit: licence, operator and complaint record
Rollbit launched in February 2020 and is run by Bull Gaming N.V., company number 157086. The regulator’s certificate shows Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1260/0494, held since 23 May 2025 and approved for rollbit.com. Casino.guru names a second entity, Acacia Tech Ltd, with an Anjouan licence, ALSI-042308006-FII, so the company named in the current terms is the one to address in a dispute. The founders are known publicly only as Lucky and Razer.
The licence covers the casino and sportsbook only. Rollbit also runs leveraged crypto futures, which it states go up to 1000x across 60+ markets with the house as counterparty, plus an NFT marketplace and its own RLB token with a stated buy-and-burn programme. The futures product has no securities or derivatives oversight in any jurisdiction; leveraged trading can wipe out an entire deposit, and nothing about RLB or the NFTs should be read as an investment case. In 2023 the licence briefly disappeared from public view during what Rollbit described as an annual renewal.
Casino.guru gives Rollbit a Safety Index of 4.0/10 (Low) and advises choosing a casino with a higher score. It records 111 complaints: 45 unresolved, 52 rejected, 14 resolved and none open, adding up to 128,522 black points, and notes that the operator does not respond to complaints raised through its platform. The cases cover closed accounts, withheld or confiscated winnings, delayed withdrawals and a self-exclusion error, with amounts from $50 to about 5,612 USDT.
Trustpilot rates Rollbit Bad at 1.6/5 from about 4,137 reviews, only 122 of them from the past year, and the company answers 18% of negative reviews. Complaints are individual claims, not rulings, but they follow one pattern across both platforms: withdrawals stopped during account review, requests to explain links to other accounts, permanent bans with balances confiscated, and slow compliance replies. One review from September 2026 describes a ban and about $2,200 confiscated without any clause being cited.
Casino.guru rates the terms Mostly fair, with one flagged issue: winnings can be forfeited if card-counting strategies are detected. Scamadviser assigns a trust score of 0 with a Caution Recommended label. Rollbit offers no proof of reserves and no ombudsman, although no hack or reserve failure has surfaced in six years.
Rollbit refuses players from Afghanistan, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bonaire, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, the Netherlands, North Korea, Saba, Slovakia, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, the UAE, the United States and its territories, and the United Kingdom, where a separate fiat-only site, rollbit.co.uk, operates. VPN connections are actively detected, and the operator can refuse other countries too.
Responsible-gambling settings are firm. Self-exclusion of up to 21 days can be set in the account, longer through support, and it locks every product. Deposit and loss limits cannot be reversed even by support; exceeding them disables Casino, Trading, Sportsbook, Rollbots and RLB, and using another account to bypass a limit leads to permanent exclusion of all accounts.
Uncapped payouts and the account review
Before the first withdrawal, a new account must deposit $10 and wager $10. After that, Rollbit sets no maximum on withdrawals, so a large win can leave in one request instead of weekly slices. There is no platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; only the blockchain network fee applies, and minimum withdrawals vary by coin.
Approved payouts are fast. A small test withdrawal arrived within minutes, and a Litecoin payout in another test took about 20 minutes after approval.
Approval is where the delays sit. Registration and deposits need no documents, but identity verification is required before withdrawal, and the terms allow Rollbit to trigger checks at any time. Reviews are risk-based, so a bigger cash-out or an unusual account history is more likely to be stopped. Complaints describe payouts held while compliance asks about connections to other accounts, followed in some cases by closure and confiscation of the balance.
Completing verification before the first large withdrawal and keeping to one account per person address the two triggers that complaints cite most: missing documents and alleged links to other accounts.
Rakeback instead of a welcome bonus
Rollbit has no deposit match and no promo codes. New players instead get a boosted rakeback rate for the first 24 hours after signing up. Rakeback and the other bonuses carry no wagering requirement, which removes the bet caps and game-weighting rules attached to typical match offers.
Under the help-centre rules, base rakeback is 5% of the house edge on every bet and can be collected every 30 minutes. Half is paid immediately; the other half goes into a Rewards Calendar and is released over three days. Three times a day, at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC, the calendar also unlocks a 15% Rakeboost for one hour. Calendar rewards expire 24 hours after they unlock, so a player who logs in irregularly loses part of the value.
Daily, weekly and monthly bonuses are calculated from betting volume and profit and loss, and the weekly and monthly versions include lossback. They are paid 20% at once and 80% through the calendar over 7, 7 and 30 days respectively. A daily race pays from a fixed prize pool by turnover, and challenges with bounties, Bonus Battles, jackpots and clan events add further prizes.
The structure rewards steady, high-volume play, and some players complain that the loss-based bonuses encourage chasing losses. For a casual player the value is modest: the expected return on $1,000 of roulette bets at the base rate is a few dollars, not the large percentages sometimes quoted for Rollbit.
Coins, cards and the RLB token
Rollbit accepts 15+ cryptocurrencies, built around BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC and LTC, plus its own RLB token, which runs on Ethereum and Solana. ETH moves over ERC20 and SOL over the Solana network, with a SOL minimum of about 0.002 SOL. Other deposit minimums are very low and vary by coin, which suits players testing the site with a small amount.
| Cashier detail | Rollbit |
|---|---|
| Core coins | BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC, LTC, plus RLB |
| Minimum deposit | Very low, by coin; SOL from about 0.002 SOL |
| Before the first withdrawal | Deposit $10 and wager $10 |
| Maximum withdrawal | None after that condition |
| Platform fees | None; network fees only |
| Card payments | Listed for USD deposits (Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay); withdrawals in crypto only |
Casino.guru lists 25 deposit methods, most of them crypto, with Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay covering USD deposits, while other independent reviews describe funding as crypto-only. There is no direct fiat withdrawal, so any card deposit comes back out as crypto and the player carries the price risk of the coin until it is sold. The UK site, rollbit.co.uk, is a separate fiat-only operation.
Deposits arrive by on-chain transfer, so the coin and network must match the cashier address exactly; transfers sent on the wrong chain cannot be reversed. Two-factor authentication is available, and turning it on before holding a balance protects the account against password theft.
Ten thousand games and seed-checked Originals
Rollbit’s library holds 10,000+ games from 51 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Playtech and Blueprint. Beyond slots it covers blackjack, baccarat, video poker, bingo, poker, dice, keno, scratch cards, crash games, Bonus Battles and jackpots. A check of provider titles found no fake copies.
The live casino streams Evolution tables for blackjack, baccarat, roulette and game shows. Some games are unavailable in certain countries because of provider restrictions, so the lobby shrinks for players in those locations.
The in-house Originals, including crash, X-Roulette and jackpot games, publish seed data so each result can be checked independently. The server commits to a hashed seed before the round; once it is revealed, combining it with the player’s seed reproduces the outcome. X-Roulette carries a 5% house edge, the only house edge Rollbit states, and no RTP figures are given for the rest of the in-house range. Players who want verifiable outcomes should stay with these Originals, since outside slots cannot be checked the same way.
A sportsbook covering football, basketball, American sports, esports and in-game side bets shares the same account and balance as the casino.
Getting answers from support
Live chat runs 24/7, backed by a help centre with seven sections, including articles on withdrawals, rewards and account limits. Casino.guru rated the chat Excellent across eight tests with an average reply time of 10 minutes, though its latest test in October 2026 scored Average. Support and the site itself are in English only.
The weaker side is case handling. Complaints describe slow, templated replies and compliance answers that take weeks, and Rollbit replies to fewer than one in five negative reviews, usually around two weeks later. Quick chat answers on routine questions therefore say little about how a frozen withdrawal will be handled.
In a payout dispute, keep the chat transcripts, the withdrawal amount and time, and any message that names a rule or an alleged account link. Ask for the specific clause behind a hold. The written chat record is the main evidence a player has if the case goes further.
Browser-only play on phones
Rollbit has no native app for iOS or Android. The full site runs in mobile browsers, including the casino lobby, live tables, Originals and the rewards calendar, with the same account and balance as on desktop.
Sign-in options include MetaMask, Steam and Twitch alongside email, which makes logging in from a phone wallet straightforward. Because nothing is installed, there are no app-store updates, but there are also no push alerts for the calendar’s Rakeboost windows, so mobile players have to remember the 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC slots themselves.
VIP ranks from Bronze to Vibranium
VIP progression follows lifetime wagering, with ranks running from Bronze to Vibranium. Each rank raises the rakeback level, and occasional reloads are added for regular players.
Rank-Up Bonuses are paid when total wagered passes set milestones, sized by profit and loss and the change in turnover. They arrive 20% immediately and 80% over 21 days through the calendar. A separate discretionary VIP Bonus is requested through support, and the first one typically follows significant losses, which ties the largest rewards to the players losing most.
Rollbit also states that staking a Rollbot NFT earns a share of about 10% of hourly RLB buybacks and a rakeback boost of 2.5% to 10%. Those returns depend on the price of RLB and the NFTs, which have fallen sharply before, and they are speculative extras, not part of the casino’s guaranteed rewards.
Rollbit’s trust checks: strong games, weak dispute handling
- ConcernComplaint record111 formal complaints are logged, 45 unresolved and none answered by the casino, while bans with confiscated balances recur.
- CautionPayout reliabilityThere is no maximum withdrawal and approved payouts landed within minutes in tests, but risk-based account reviews can freeze balances first.
- ConcernVerificationNo documents are needed to register, yet ID is mandatory before withdrawal, and questions about linked accounts precede many bans.
- PassBonus termsNo deposit match exists; rakeback and other bonuses carry no wagering, though calendar rewards expire 24 hours after unlocking.
- CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 and averaged ten-minute replies in tests, but compliance answers in disputes can take weeks.
- PassPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion of up to 21 days is self-service, longer through support, and deposit and loss limits cannot be reversed, even by support.
Other casinos worth comparing
- Lucky.fun (5.1/10) — a hybrid cashier that adds cards, e-wallets and bank transfers to crypto, with a cleaner trust record.
- Dicey (6.1/10) — built by the team behind a major NFT marketplace with venture-capital backing, and stronger on trust and payouts.
- Shuffle (4.7/10) — its own token can be staked for entries into a weekly prize draw.
- Solcasino (4.1/10) — lets players gamble straight from a Solana web3 wallet.
Frequently asked questions
Is Rollbit licensed, and who runs it?
Bull Gaming N.V. operates Rollbit under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1260/0494, which the regulator’s certificate dates from May 2025. Casino.guru also links a second company, Acacia Tech Ltd, to an Anjouan licence. The licence covers gambling only: the leveraged futures, NFT marketplace and RLB token sit outside it, the futures have no financial regulator anywhere, and the founders use only the names Lucky and Razer.
How fast are Rollbit withdrawals once approved?
In independent tests a small withdrawal landed within minutes and a Litecoin payout took roughly 20 minutes, with no upper limit on the amount and no platform fee. The catch is approval. Every account needs identity checks before money can leave, a first cash-out requires $10 deposited and $10 wagered, and risk reviews have frozen balances for weeks in documented complaints.
Does Rollbit offer a welcome bonus?
Not in the usual sense. There is no deposit match or promo code. New accounts get boosted rakeback for their first 24 hours, then the standard rate, split between instant credit and a calendar that releases the rest over three days. Nothing carries a wagering requirement, but unclaimed calendar rewards lapse after 24 hours.
Why do so many Rollbit complaints mention linked accounts?
Compliance reviews often ask players to explain connections to other accounts, and several complaints end with a permanent ban and the balance confiscated, in one case about $2,200 with no clause cited. Casino.guru logs 45 unresolved cases and says Rollbit ignores its mediation. Using a single account and completing identity checks early are the most practical precautions.
Can Rollbit game results be checked?
For the in-house Originals, yes. Crash, X-Roulette and jackpot games reveal the server seed after each round, so anyone can recompute the result with their own seed and confirm it was fixed in advance. X-Roulette’s 5% house edge is stated openly. Slots and live tables from outside studios offer no such check.
What limits can I set to control spending at Rollbit?
Deposit and loss limits for a chosen period, which not even support can lift early, and self-exclusion of up to 21 days from the settings, with longer periods through support. Breaching a limit shuts off the casino, trading and token features together. Rollbit also points players to GambleAware and the Gamban blocking tool.
Can Rollbit’s game engine outweigh its complaint record?
Rollbit is a strong games platform with a weak payout record, and for most players the second outweighs the first. Its 10,000+ games, provably fair Originals, uncapped withdrawals and firm spending limits are real strengths, and players who want verifiable crash and roulette rounds will find few better-built lobbies. But 45 unresolved complaints, a Low safety rating and repeated accounts of confiscated balances after account reviews make it a risky place to hold money.
It suits experienced crypto players who keep small balances, verify early and withdraw winnings promptly. Anyone planning to deposit large sums, chase rakeback through heavy volume or try the leveraged futures should first look at the alternatives above, several of which have cleaner payout records.
