Best for: Fair bonus terms

MetaWin skips the usual deposit match: free spins and competition prizes carry 1x wagering, every deposit earns Prize Funds worth 30% of its value, and players can log in with a Web3 wallet instead of a password.

The trust record is the problem. Its safety rating on Casino.guru is “Very low”, none of its complaints on the two main complaint platforms has been resolved, a hot-wallet hack in November 2024 paused withdrawals, and there is no live chat. Custodial accounts also face much tighter withdrawal limits than wallet-connected ones.

Company transparency, trust and dispute risks

MetaWin holds an offshore licence from Anjouan (Union of Comoros), issued through Anjouan Gaming. Most assessors name the operator as Asobi N.V., a company registered in Willemstad, Curaçao, in 2022; a 2026 independent review instead names Rivolo Limited, together with a different Anjouan licence number, ALSI-202602025-FI1. The public face of the business is founder and CEO Richard “Skel” Skelhorn. MetaWin is not licensed in the United States.

The terms exclude 48 jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the United States and Curaçao, and some studios are blocked in further countries. Casino.guru flags two clauses as unfair: balances on inactive accounts are forfeited after 12–18 months, well under two years, and when a new territory is added to the excluded list, existing players there can lose access to their balances. Accounts can also be suspended at any time without notice; in public replies to closure complaints, the casino calls them management decisions and cite breaches such as multiple accounts.

In November 2024 attackers drained about $4 million from MetaWin’s hot wallets on Ethereum and Solana by exploiting its “frictionless withdrawal” system. Skelhorn confirmed the breach, paused withdrawals and covered the losses from company funds, so players were compensated. The episode showed a quick response, and it also showed that instant withdrawals depend on hot wallets that can be attacked.

Casino.guru gives MetaWin a Safety Index of 2.9/10 (“Very low”, among the lowest scores it awards), with 19,190 black points and six complaints: three unresolved, three rejected and none resolved. AskGamblers is kinder, with an expert score of 6.7/10 and 8.7/10 from 68 player reviews, but none of its three complaints, worth $380 to $38,000, has been resolved. Trustpilot shows 3.9/5 from 364 reviews, split between 63% five-star and 31% one-star ratings, and the casino answers only 10% of negative reviews. Praise centres on fast withdrawals, the interface, prizes and the Discord community; complaints describe blocked deposits and withdrawals, account closures after large wins, ID checks demanded at closure, unpaid promotions and claims that games are rigged. These are player allegations, not adjudicated findings, but the closure pattern appears on all three platforms.

Before you deposit: log in at least once a year, because balances on dormant accounts are forfeited after 12–18 months, and check that your country is not on the excluded list.

Withdrawal limits for wallet and custodial accounts

How much you can withdraw depends on how you log in. Accounts opened with Google or another custodial login face daily limits of between $100 and $10,000 per 24 hours. Players who connect a Web3 wallet get much higher ceilings, cited from 5 ETH up to $100,000 plus net deposits per 24 hours, and Platinum VIP members up to $125,000 a day. A win well above $10,000 can take several days to leave a custodial account but far fewer through a wallet.

MetaWin advertises instant withdrawals, described as about 30 seconds plus network confirmation time when the system clears the request automatically. AskGamblers lists processing within 24 hours and pending periods of up to four days, and several complaints describe withdrawals blocked outright after large wins. The delay, when it happens, is a review decision, and no blockchain setting changes it.

Each withdrawal carries a fee of about $2.50 or 0.005 ETH per transaction, plus network gas. The minimum is $10 or 10 USDT on custodial accounts and about $20 through a Web3 wallet. Because the fee is charged per transaction, fewer and larger withdrawals keep costs down.

No verification is needed to start playing with a Web3 wallet. ID checks apply to custodial accounts, to card purchases through MoonPay and to large withdrawals or risk reviews, and the casino can request documents at any time. Each bet also carries a maximum win, cited at anywhere from $20,000 to $2,000,000, with lower caps reported on Originals ($500,000) and Zero House Edge rounds ($25,000 per round). Anyone playing for very large prizes should check the cap on the specific game first.

Low-wagering rewards in place of a welcome bonus

There is no welcome bonus in the usual sense. Each deposit instead earns Prize Funds worth 30% of its value, which feed the prize competitions, and the regular rewards carry unusually light terms: free spins and leaderboard prizes need only 1x wagering before winnings can be withdrawn.

Every Friday, players receive 20 free spins, and accounts at Bronze level and above get a further 20 reload spins, also at 1x. Spins expire after 48 hours. A 5% daily winback returns part of the previous day’s net losses. The Daily Bonus and some promotions exclude Zero House Edge games and parts of the Originals range.

Friday spins at 1x. Twenty free spins return $12. At 1x, the requirement is 1 × $12 = $12 in stakes, after which the balance is withdrawable. The same $12 at a typical 40x would need $480 in stakes. On the deposit side, a $100 deposit adds $30 in Prize Funds for the competitions.

The weakness is size. A deposit match at another casino can add hundreds of dollars; MetaWin’s regular rewards are small amounts released quickly. AskGamblers sums the casino up as excellent for players who enjoy crypto and NFT collecting and average for everyone else.

Larger sums come through community promotions announced by MetaWin. Its April 2026 announcement described a programme worth more than $13 million, including a first Cashdrop that paid $1.1 million, a $4 million single-day Cashdrop, $150,000 a week in “Friday Fire” prizes, $1 million monthly race leaderboards from April to June 2026, $2,000 a day in NFT-holder competitions and a $3 million Cashdrop in July. These are the casino’s own figures.

Coins, wallets and the card on-ramp

MetaWin supports ETH, BTC, SOL, USDC, USDT, DAI, LTC, DOGE, POL, BNB, BCH, XRP, TRX and EOS, and coins can be swapped inside the platform. Its hot wallets run on Ethereum and Solana.

Logging in works through MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet and more than 300 other wallets via WalletConnect, with no password. A Google-based custodial account is the alternative for players without a wallet, at the cost of the lower withdrawal limits described above.

Players without crypto can buy it on the site with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through MoonPay, which triggers an ID check. There is no fiat withdrawal: winnings leave only as crypto, so a card depositor needs a wallet or exchange account to receive them. Minimum deposits start at about $5–$20, or 0.0001 BTC, 0.002 ETH and 5 USDT, and deposits carry network gas.

Send each coin on the network the cashier displays. A transfer on the wrong chain is generally unrecoverable, and with this many coins across several chains, the network selector is worth a second look.

Originals, prize competitions and the wider lobby

MetaWin began in 2022 as an Ethereum prize-competition platform and still runs on-chain draws for NFTs, USDT and other crypto, with results settled by Ethereum smart contracts. Its MetaWin Originals are provably fair, so players can check each result themselves, and carry a stated RTP of 99%. Zero House Edge games remove the casino’s margin altogether, with the $25,000 per-round win cap as the trade-off.

The wider lobby holds several thousand games, including more than 2,700 slots and over 300 instant-win titles, from around 40 studios: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, Yggdrasil and Big Time Gaming among them. Some studios, Pragmatic Play for example, are unavailable in certain countries, so the visible lobby depends on location.

Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, with some tables accepting bets of up to $10,000. A sportsbook covering football, basketball, tennis and other sports runs alongside the casino.

Outside the Originals, the catalogue’s RTP figures have not been publicly audited, and no RNG test is named. MetaWin’s public replies refer to certified RNG, while some one-star reviews allege rigged games.

Contact channels and account escalations

MetaWin has no live chat. Casino.guru rates its email support as average; other reviewers describe an AI chatbot with tickets answered within 12 hours, and support through Discord. Complaint replies take about three days, against a target of five and up to ten business days, and customer care is widely described as slow. Everything runs in English only.

For a casino whose main complaints concern blocked withdrawals and closed accounts, slow ticket-based support is a real cost: a dispute over a large win can run for weeks before a human explanation arrives. Open a ticket by email as soon as a withdrawal stalls, with the transaction hash and the amount, so the case has a dated written start.

Responsible gambling tools are limited. Self-exclusion and a self-assessment test are available, the overall set of options is limited, and MetaWin does not take part in national self-exclusion registers. Players who need firm spending limits should set them in their own wallet or bank.

Playing in a mobile browser

There is no native MetaWin app for iOS or Android. The site runs in mobile browsers, and wallet login works from phone wallets such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and Trust Wallet through WalletConnect, so the same account opens on desktop and phone without a password.

Prize competitions, Originals, live tables and the sportsbook are all reachable on mobile. Because the account is tied to the wallet, a lost or compromised phone wallet means a lost casino login as well, so keep the wallet’s recovery phrase offline and never type it into a casino page.

MetaMax Rewards, Cashdrops and the private VIP tier

MetaMax Rewards is a tiered loyalty programme that pays cash rewards and volume-based perks and includes the 5% daily winback. It also awards $METAWIN points linked to a token airdrop. The $METAWIN token itself is issued by a separate Panama company, TropiChain Inc.; MetaWin describes itself as an independent ecosystem partner, not the issuer, and the points carry no ownership of the casino.

Above the public tiers sits an invitation-only VIP service, Salon Rouge (also called the Red Room), with concierge-style treatment. VIP status raises withdrawal limits, up to the $125,000 daily figure for Platinum members, which makes it the most valuable loyalty benefit for high rollers. Tier thresholds are not public.

Community rewards add to the programme. Holders of the 10,000-piece MetaWinners NFT collection get access to dedicated daily competitions, the Arena Discord runs “Rumbles” with USDT prizes, and a referral scheme pays 30% commission. Combined with the Friday spins and the winback, regular players get frequent small rewards with almost no wagering attached.

MetaWin’s trust record, line by line

  • ConcernComplaint recordNone of nine formal complaints on the two main platforms is resolved, and closures after large wins recur in player reviews too.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityCustodial accounts are held to $100–$10,000 a day, every withdrawal carries a fee, and a November 2024 hot-wallet hack paused payouts.
  • CautionVerificationWallet logins start without documents, but ID is required for card purchases, custodial accounts and large withdrawals, and can be demanded at any time.
  • PassBonus termsFree spins and competition prizes need only 1x wagering, with no deposit match to clear, though Friday spins expire after 48 hours.
  • ConcernSupportThere is no live chat; email tickets and Discord run in English only, and complaint replies take about three days.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion and a self-assessment test are the only tools, with no national register link, so spending caps must be set in a wallet or bank.

Alternative casino approaches

  • Winna — 5.7/10. Pays rakeback in small, frequent instalments throughout the day, adds lossback for top-tier players and offers stronger support.
  • Bitcasino.io — 5.0/10. A veteran crypto casino with a much longer record and industry awards, plus better-rated support.
  • FortuneJack — 5.4/10. One of the oldest crypto casino brands, trading under the same name and domain for over a decade.
  • Livecasino.io — 5.9/10. Built around live dealer tables, including exclusive and high-roller rooms, with a stronger trust and payout record.

Questions about MetaWin

Who operates MetaWin and where is it licensed?

The casino holds an Anjouan licence from the Union of Comoros. Most assessors list Asobi N.V. of Curaçao as the company behind it, while a 2026 review shows Rivolo Limited with licence ALSI-202602025-FI1. MetaWin has no US licence, and 48 jurisdictions, the UK and US among them, are excluded.

Is MetaWin safe after the 2024 hack?

The roughly $4 million taken from its Ethereum and Solana hot wallets was repaid to players from company money, and withdrawals restarted. The larger concern is the dispute record: Casino.guru’s score of 2.9/10, no complaint resolved on either major complaint platform, and repeated reports of accounts closed after big wins.

How fast and how large are MetaWin withdrawals?

Automatic crypto payouts can arrive in seconds, but reviews can hold a request for up to four days. Google-based accounts are limited to between $100 and $10,000 a day, while a wallet login carries much higher daily limits. Each cash-out costs roughly $2.50 or 0.005 ETH on top of gas.

Does MetaWin have a welcome bonus?

No. Deposits earn Prize Funds equal to 30% of the amount for use in competitions, and recurring rewards replace a match bonus: 20 spins every Friday, extra reload spins from Bronze level and a 5% daily winback. Winnings from spins and leaderboard prizes need only a single playthrough, which is why the rewards are small but easy to withdraw.

Do I need to verify my identity at MetaWin?

Connecting MetaMask or another Web3 wallet lets you play without documents at first. Expect identity checks if you buy crypto by card through MoonPay, use a Google-based account or withdraw a large amount, and the casino can ask for ID at any point, including when an account is being closed.

Can I withdraw to a bank card from MetaWin?

No. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay work only for buying crypto through MoonPay. Every withdrawal goes out in cryptocurrency, such as ETH, SOL, BTC or a stablecoin, so you need a wallet or exchange account ready to receive it before you cash out.

What is the $METAWIN token?

It is a separate token issued by TropiChain Inc., a Panama company. MetaWin calls itself an ecosystem partner, not the issuer. MetaMax members collect $METAWIN points tied to an airdrop, but those points give no stake in the casino, and the token is not needed to play.

Low wagering, high limits and a very low safety score

MetaWin earns its 4.9/10 mainly through honest reward maths and wallet-friendly design: 1x wagering on spins and prizes, provably fair Originals, password-free wallet login and much higher daily limits for wallet users. Against that sits one of the weakest dispute records among crypto casinos, with a 2.9/10 Casino.guru score, no resolved complaints, reports of closures after big wins, dormant balances forfeited within 18 months and no live chat to raise a problem quickly.

It suits crypto-native players who log in with their own wallet, play for modest stakes, withdraw often and value small rewards they can actually cash out. Anyone planning to chase very large wins, relying on a custodial Google login or expecting fast human support when a withdrawal stalls would be taking on the risks that dominate MetaWin’s complaint history.
