Best for: Fair bonus terms

A welcome package wagered at 20 times the deposit plus bonus, over ten days and with a €100 maximum bet, is a lighter load than most welcome deals carry, and it is the main reason to look at Casea. The site launched in 2026 with more than 10,000 games, a sportsbook, card and e-wallet payments alongside a dozen coins, and daily cashback for regular players. It scores 4.7/10.

The deductions come from the trust section and from the cashier. New accounts can withdraw €500 a day and €7,000 a month, every request waits for a manual review of up to three business days with nothing processed at weekends, and identity documents are required before the first payout. Casino.guru rates the terms somewhat unfair because low-risk play can lead to confiscated winnings, and most of the 12 complaints filed there concern slow withdrawals.

Behind Casea: an unnamed company and a mixed complaint file

Casea does not say who runs it. The casea.com footer carries no company name, registration number or address, and Casino.guru records the owner as undisclosed. The domain itself dates from 2000, with its registration details hidden behind a privacy service, so the address is far older than a casino that opened in 2026. AskGamblers names GMBL Tech, which is the name of the software platform the site runs on, not of a legal entity. LCB groups Casea with three sister casinos: Fat Pirate Casino, Gransino and Lizaro Casino.

No gambling licence is shown on the site. Casino.guru states that Casea does not hold one, and LCB marks it as not licensed. Several affiliate reviews refer to Costa Rica, but Costa Rica does not issue gambling licences in the usual sense. A Swiss-focused review adds that Casea is absent from the register of Switzerland’s gambling regulator, the ESBK.

Who would hear a dispute? With no licensing authority and no named company, an unresolved withdrawal or confiscation has no regulator to go to. Casea’s own complaints process, which takes up to 10 days, and public complaint mediation are the only routes.

The independent scores are better than that background suggests. Casino.guru gives Casea a Safety Index of 7.1/10, which it calls above average, with three deductions: no licence, an undisclosed owner and a low withdrawal limit. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 7/10 and holds no complaints, though no players have reviewed the site there. LCB members rate it 2.9/5 from eight votes.

The complaint file at Casino.guru holds 12 cases: four resolved, six rejected and two still open. Player complaints are allegations, not findings, but the pattern is consistent. Most concern delayed withdrawals, several of them large: CHF 58,000, €6,300, A$1,600, 200,000 Ft and 150,000 Kč, the last held up by verification. Others describe an account closed unexpectedly, a closure with €900 at stake and a self-exclusion request that was not applied properly.

Casino.guru rates the terms as somewhat unfair. Its objections centre on bonus play: bonus hunting counts as a serious breach, and winnings can be confiscated for low-risk play. Other clauses carry a direct cost:

  • Withdrawing a deposit that has not been wagered at least once triggers a 10% deduction, or 15% for cards and bank transfers.
  • After 180 days without activity, the casino charges €5 a month against the balance.
  • VPN access is prohibited, so playing through one puts the account at risk.
  • Players from the United States are not accepted, and the crypto welcome offer is closed to players in Ontario.
  • An account can be deleted only with a zero balance, and refunds are limited to technical errors reported within 24 hours.

Safeguards are thin as well. There is no two-factor authentication on accounts, and the player profile offers no deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs or reality checks; self-exclusion is handled only by contacting support. The responsible-gaming page links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.

Three business days, €500 a day: how Casea pays out

Every withdrawal at Casea passes through a manual review by the finance team, which works on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:00 GMT and takes up to three business days. Requests made on a Friday evening or at the weekend sit untouched until the following week, so a cash-out requested late on a Friday can take until the middle of the next week to clear.

After approval, AskGamblers lists crypto at up to an hour, e-wallets at up to 24 hours, cards at one to five days and bank transfers at three to seven days. In one independent test, an e-wallet payout arrived a few hours after document approval, while a bank transfer took close to four business days.

The limits are low for a casino offering a €16,000 welcome package. At the first VIP level, withdrawals stop at €500 a day and €7,000 a month, no single transaction can exceed €5,000, and only three requests can be pending at once. The monthly ceiling rises with VIP level to €10,000, €12,000, €15,000 and €20,000; daily limits in Swiss francs go from CHF 500 at the first two levels to CHF 800, CHF 1,000 and CHF 1,500. There is no cap on winnings themselves, so the limits govern how fast a big win leaves, not how much is paid.

A €20,000 win at the entry level

At €500 a day, €20,000 needs 40 separate days of withdrawals. The monthly ceiling is tighter still: €7,000 in the first month, €7,000 in the second and the last €6,000 in the third. The unpaid balance stays in the casino account for roughly three months.

Identity checks are mandatory. Before the first withdrawal, and again for large amounts, Casea asks for photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Documents have to be supplied within 30 days, and the check itself takes anything from 24–48 hours to ten business days. Uploading documents straight after registering, before any winnings are pending, takes that delay out of the first cash-out.

Delayed withdrawals account for most of Casea’s complaints, including one large claim held up by verification. Combined with the weekday-only review and low daily limits, that makes Casea a poor fit for anyone who needs winnings back quickly.

Where the 350% package is fair, and where it bites

The casino welcome package totals 350% up to €16,000 and 350 free spins across four deposits: 100% up to €2,500 with 100 spins, then 100% up to €3,500 with 50 spins, 50% up to €6,000 with 50 spins, and 100% up to €4,000 with 150 spins. A crypto version offers 350% up to 21,000 USDT and 350 spins from a minimum of 100 USDT, while the fiat stages need at least €20. Deposits made through Skrill or Neteller do not qualify.

The terms are the part that earns Casea its place for fair bonus conditions. Wagering is 20 times the deposit plus bonus, each stage has ten days, and the €100 maximum bet leaves room for normal staking. On a 100% stage, 20× deposit plus bonus works out at 40× the bonus alone, which is a common market level, while ten days and a €100 stake ceiling are looser than usual.

Wagering on the first deposit stage

A €100 first deposit matched at 100% adds a €100 bonus. Wagering is 20× the combined €200, so the requirement is €4,000 in stakes, about €400 a day over ten days. At the third stage, a €200 deposit at 50% adds €100, and 20× the combined €300 means €6,000 in stakes for the same bonus amount. On live tables, which count at 10%, the first-stage €4,000 would take €40,000 in actual bets.

The restrictions sit further down. Free-spin winnings carry 40× wagering, and the amount that can be won from spins is capped at CHF 55 for batches of up to 50 spins and CHF 110 above that. Bonus winnings are capped at ten times the bonus, so the €100 first-stage bonus cannot turn into more than €1,000. Jackpot games and bingo cannot be played with bonus funds, and withdrawing before wagering is complete voids the bonus.

The low-risk play clause is the main hazard. Casea can confiscate winnings when it judges bonus play to be low-risk. Sticking to slots at ordinary stakes keeps a bonus clear of that clause.

There are around 15 recurring promotions, all activated in the My Bonus area without public codes. The Weekly Reload pays 66 free spins on a €20 deposit with 40× on winnings; the Weekend Reload gives 50% up to €777 and 77 spins from €50 at 35×. Crypto players get a 60% weekly reload up to 1,000 USDT and a 75% weekend reload up to 750 USDT with 100 spins. Sports bettors have a separate 100% welcome up to €100, or up to 200 USDT in crypto.

Fiat first, crypto alongside

Casea is a fiat-first casino with a crypto cashier added on. It handles balances in EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, HUF, NOK, PLN, CZK and CHF, and Casino.guru counts 40 payment methods in total. Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, Paysafecard, EPS, Rapid Transfer, Neosurf, Zimpler and bank transfer all appear, though the set offered depends on the player’s country.

The crypto side covers BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, XRP, DOGE, TRX, BCH, ADA, SOL, BNB and USDC. USDC can be deposited but not withdrawn, so a USDC deposit has to come back out in another coin. USDT runs on ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 and Solana; TRC-20 and Solana usually cost less in network fees than ERC-20. The network chosen in the wallet must match the network selected in the cashier, since blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

MethodMinimum depositMinimum withdrawal
Cards and e-wallets€10 (€20 for bonuses)€10
Bitcoin€30 (CHF 33)€60 (CHF 60)
USDTCHF 22 (100 USDT for the crypto welcome)CHF 20
Bitcoin CashCHF 22CHF 20

Bitcoin is the expensive route at both ends: the €60 minimum withdrawal is six times the general €10 floor, so a small Bitcoin balance can be stuck until it grows. Casea charges no fees of its own on deposits or withdrawals, apart from the deduction on deposits withdrawn without being wagered once.

More than 10,000 games and a sportsbook

The library runs to 10,000+ games in most regions, with counts of 12,508 and 13,605 in two country versions, the larger with 10,591 slots and 638 live tables. More than 100 studios supply it, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Relax, Red Tiger, BetSoft, Booming, Evoplay, Novomatic, Thunderkick, Amatic and 3 Oaks. NetEnt games are blocked for players in Switzerland.

Beyond slots, the lobby has separate hot, lucky and new jackpot sections, table games, keno, bingo, scratch cards and video poker. Non-live games can be played in demo mode, which is a practical way to test volatility before staking money. Casea publishes no RTP information and game returns are not independently audited, so the information panel of each slot is the place to check its return.

The live casino has around 640–660 tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Ezugi, OneTouch, SA Gaming, LuckyStreak and Imagine Live. Stakes on individual tables run from €0.10 to €500, so a high-stakes live player can bet more on one hand than a new account is allowed to withdraw in a day.

The sportsbook shares the same account and covers 26 sports and esports with 1,000–1,300 markets, including CS2, League of Legends, virtual sports and horse racing. Live betting, early cash-out, a bet builder and system bets are available. Margins run at about 5–7% on tennis, 6% on NHL, 7% on football match results and 8–9% on CS2, so football and ice hockey are better value for regular bettors than esports. A 10% weekly sports cashback up to €500 sits alongside the 100% sports welcome.

Round-the-clock chat, no phone line

Live chat runs 24/7, backed by email at [email protected] and a Help Centre. There is no phone line, Telegram channel or social media presence. In one independent check, a human agent joined the chat quickly.

The site itself runs in about 16 languages, among them English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Norwegian, Finnish, Greek, Slovenian, Slovak, Croatian, Icelandic and Arabic, with Dutch also offered. Language support in chat is less certain: Casino.guru records 16 chat languages, while AskGamblers found English only, so players who need help in German or Norwegian should test the chat before depositing.

Formal complaints take up to 10 days to resolve. Given the slow-withdrawal complaints already on record, contacting support by email as well as chat creates a dated record that a mediation service can use later if a payout dispute escalates.

Casea on a smartphone

There is no Casea app for iOS or Android. The site works in a mobile browser, and a shortcut on the home screen gives app-like access without a download. The full casino, live tables and sportsbook run through the same responsive layout, and demo mode is available on phones too.

The lack of two-factor authentication matters more on a phone, which is easier to lose than a laptop. A strong unique password and the phone’s own screen lock are the only protection, since Casea offers no second login step. The 16-language interface carries over to mobile.

Five levels, daily cashback and a 90-day memory

Every player starts at level 1 of a five-level VIP programme. Promotion depends on deposits, withdrawals, bets and bonuses over the previous 90 days, and the thresholds are not disclosed. A month without play drops a player to a lower level, which hurts anyone who takes breaks.

The rewards grow with level. Level 3 brings tailored offers and higher withdrawal limits; levels 4 and 5 add a dedicated VIP manager. Daily cashback is 3% at level 2, 5% at level 3, 10% at level 4 and 15% at level 5, although the VIP page itself shows cashback starting at level 3. Daily caps run up to €400, and it carries 1× wagering, which makes it close to cash. Live-casino players can also claim 25% cashback up to €350 on Mondays, again with 1× wagering.

What cashback returns

A level 4 player who loses a net €1,000 in a day gets 10%, or €100, back, and needs only €100 of wagering to release it. At level 5 the same loss returns €150. The €400 daily cap is reached at a net loss of about €2,667 at level 5.

The climb also lifts the withdrawal ceiling from €7,000 to €20,000 a month, which matters more to high-stakes players than the cashback itself. Alongside the levels, a gamified layer adds a Shop where Coins buy bonuses, Challenges worth up to 15,000 Coins, tournaments, a Wheel of Fortune and Spin Rally.

Casinos that make different trade-offs

  • Casinova Casino — 4.4/10. An even larger library, with hundreds of exclusive and jackpot titles for players who put choice above everything else.
  • 0x.Bet Casino — 4.2/10. A smaller but still deep library built around the best-known studios, for players who prefer a tighter lobby.
  • Casinostars — 5.8/10. Advertises its welcome bonus and weekly spins as free of wagering, and has a firmer trust and payout record.
  • Mond Casino — 5.9/10. Replaces classic bonus wagering with a light rollover on the deposit, backed by stronger trust and withdrawal standing.

Casea questions, answered briefly

Does Casea hold a gambling licence, and who owns it?

Casino.guru and LCB both list Casea as unlicensed, and the site names no operating company, address or registration number. References to Costa Rica in some reviews point to a company registration, which is not a gambling licence. The software platform is GMBL Tech, and LCB links Casea to Fat Pirate Casino, Gransino and Lizaro Casino. In a dispute there is no regulator to appeal to.

How long do Casea withdrawals take?

Allow up to three business days for the casino’s own review, which runs only on weekdays, then the payment method’s own time: up to about an hour for crypto, up to a day for e-wallets and several days for cards and bank transfers. New accounts are limited to €500 per day and €7,000 per month, with no more than three requests pending at any time.

What documents does Casea ask for?

Photo ID, a proof of address and evidence that the deposit method belongs to you, such as a card photo or e-wallet screenshot. The check is required before the first withdrawal and can be repeated for larger sums. You have 30 days to send the documents, and approval has taken from one or two days to ten business days, so uploading early saves time.

Is the Casea welcome bonus worth taking?

For slot players, usually yes: a 100% stage at 20× deposit plus bonus is a moderate target, and ten days with a €100 stake limit is generous. The catches are a cap of ten times the bonus on winnings, 40× on free-spin wins, 10% weighting for live games and a clause allowing confiscation for low-risk play.

How does Casea cashback work?

Cashback starts at the second or third VIP level and pays 3% to 15% of daily net losses depending on level, up to €400 per day. It needs only 1× wagering. Live-casino players can separately request 25% of losses back, up to €350, every Monday. Levels are recalculated from 90 days of activity, so a month away lowers the rate.

Which cryptocurrencies does Casea accept?

BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, XRP, DOGE, TRX, BCH, ADA, SOL, BNB and USDC, with USDC available for deposits only. Tether works on four networks: ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20 and Solana. Bitcoin has the highest minimums at €30 in and €60 out, so smaller balances move more easily in USDT.

Is a 20× welcome worth a €500 daily withdrawal ceiling?

For a slot player who deposits in euros, claims the welcome stages one at a time and cashes out in modest amounts, Casea’s bonus terms are among the fairer ones on offer, and the 1× cashback adds steady value for regulars. Those strengths sit against the gaps in the trust section, terms that allow confiscation for low-risk play and a complaint file dominated by slow payouts, which is why the score stops at 4.7/10.

The deciding number is the cashier. A €3,000 win leaves in six daily €500 instalments, but a €20,000 win takes about three months to leave at the entry level, with weekend requests waiting until Monday. Players who expect large wins, need weekend payouts or want deposit limits built into the account should compare Casinostars or Mond Casino.
