Best for: Crypto payment choice
Mirax takes ten cryptocurrencies with no fee on crypto withdrawals, alongside a fiat cashier that runs from Interac to MiFinity, and its lobby passes 7,000 games. The weak side is the paperwork: verification can take up to 30 business days, withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week and none are processed at weekends.
A four-stage welcome package worth up to 5 BTC and a ten-level VIP club give regular players more to work with than at most crypto casinos. Bonus wagering of 35x–45x and a €1 maximum bet make that package harder to turn into cash than its size suggests.

Who is behind Mirax: licence, operator changes and track record
Mirax’s current terms, version 1.0 dated 11 May 2026, name Saphirix Solutions SRL as the operator: a Costa Rica company registered under number 3-102-933997 with an address in Los Yoses, San Pedro, Montes de Oca, San José. The site states that it is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in Canada, under licence 0000091, with EGIS as the alternative dispute resolution body and arbitration in Costa Rica as the only route for legal disputes.
That arrangement is new. Mirax launched in 2022 under Hollycorn N.V., a Curaçao company, and later moved to Scores55 Tech B.V., also in Curaçao, which held Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748; an older February 2026 version of the terms naming Scores55 is still reachable on the site. Three operating companies in four years, two of them within about six months, make it hard to know which entity a long-standing account holder actually contracted with.
Casino.guru still shows Hollycorn N.V. with Curaçao licence OGL/2023/176/0095. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate for that number lists only luckyo.com as an approved domain, so it does not cover Mirax.
In March 2023 the Australian Communications and Media Authority issued a formal warning to Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited covering Casino Jax, Mirax Casino and Wild Fortune Casino, under Australia’s rules on prohibited online gambling services. Casino Jax and Wild Fortune are sister sites from that period, and LuckyO sits on the same Hollycorn certificate.
The trust scores look better than the paperwork. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 9.0/10 (“Very high”), though its profile still uses the old operator details. It records 22 complaints: 16 rejected, five resolved and one open, with all 290 black points coming from related casinos. AskGamblers rates the casino 7.3/10 on its CasinoRank and 7.6/10 from 19 player reviews, and its four complaints were all resolved, with an average first response of two days.
Trustpilot has hidden Mirax’s rating for breaching its guidelines, placed a warning on the page and removed fake reviews. The visible profile holds 427 reviews, 57% of them five-star, with templated replies from the brand. Across platforms the complaints follow a pattern: withdrawals held up by repeated verification, disputes over bonus wagering, winnings confiscated for “low-risk play”, and a deposit sent to an inactive crypto address with no compensation. The positive side is just as consistent, with praise for the chat team, the game choice and fast crypto payouts.
The terms give Mirax wide powers. The casino is the “sole and final authority” on rule breaches and can ban without notice; duplicate accounts lead to closure, cancelled withdrawals and confiscation; suspected fraud brings suspension and voided winnings; and a breach of eligibility rules allows withdrawals to be reversed. Using a VPN to get round geo-blocking can lead to confiscation of winnings. Casino.guru rates the terms “Mostly fair” but singles out the low-risk play clause.
Inactive accounts pay €20–€25 a month after 12 months without activity, and under the current terms a balance below €20 is taken in full. The restricted list is long: it includes the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, Japan, China, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. Swedish players can sign up but receive no bonuses, VIP benefits or points exchange.
Payout reliability, limits and verification checks
Crypto withdrawals and most e-wallets are marked instant in the cashier, but every request first passes a security check. The terms allow up to 72 hours for processing after approval, depending on method and verification status, and AskGamblers notes that withdrawals are not processed at weekends. Card payouts take three to five banking days, while Sofort, InPay and bank transfers take five to seven.
Limits are €/$10,000 per rolling seven days and €/$40,000 per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Anything above the limit is paid in instalments, and fiat methods are capped at $4,000 per transaction. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside these limits. A €50,000 win on a non-jackpot slot is therefore spread over two calendar months.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and withdrawals stay pending until it is complete. Mirax asks for government photo ID, a selfie holding the document and proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement; documents in scripts other than Latin or Cyrillic trigger a video call. The FAQ says checks usually finish within 24 hours, but the terms allow up to 30 business days once all documents are in.
Two clauses carry real risk. If Mirax cannot reach a player within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is blocked and the withdrawal cancelled. Documents judged invalid lead to suspension or closure with the balance confiscated. Answering verification calls and emails promptly is the simplest protection against both.
Withdrawals go back through the method used to deposit, using payment details that match the profile, and the account email cannot be changed after registration. A player who deposits by card and wants to withdraw in crypto should expect the cashier to route at least part of the payout back to the card, with the 2.5% card fee applied.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
Four deposits make up the welcome package, worth up to 5 BTC plus 150 free spins, with a minimum qualifying deposit of $10–$20 or about 0.001 BTC.
| Stage | Match | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | 100% up to 1.5 BTC | 100 on Candy Monsta (BGaming) | None |
| 2nd deposit | 75% up to 1.25 BTC | 50 on Johnny Cash | W2 |
| 3rd deposit | 50% up to 1.25 BTC | None | W3 |
| 4th deposit | 100% up to 1 BTC | None | W4 |
Wagering is 35x–45x. The promotions page currently sets 40x on deposit bonuses and 45x on free-spin winnings, stricter than the 35x that most independent reviews still quote. Each stage is valid for 14 days, and each code can be used once.
Game contribution decides how realistic that is. Slots count 100%, RNG and bitcoin table games 5%, and live casino 0%, so every €100 staked on RNG blackjack clears only €5 of the requirement. Free-spin winnings are capped at €100 after wagering, spins from a VIP manager at €300, and bonus cash-outs at ten times the deposit unless a promotion says otherwise. No-deposit winnings are capped at €20.
The weekly schedule is busy. Monday Reload gives 25% up to €500 plus 50 spins from a €50 deposit (code MONDAY); Wednesday pays 35, 75 or 100 spins for deposits of €20, €35 or €75 (WEDNESDAY); the Thursday Lootbox gives up to 100 spins from €25 (MYLUCKYBOX); and the weekend offer adds 33 spins from €10 (33WEEKEND). Separate codes give 35 spins on Juicy Crowns from €15 and 75 spins from a 0.00049 BTC crypto deposit (BTC75).
Each of these carries its own wagering, so stacking several reloads in one week multiplies the turnover owed. With the €1 bet cap applying throughout, players who prefer higher stakes are better off declining bonuses and using the daily cashback instead.
Ten coins, card fees and the fiat cashier
Ten coins make up the Mirax crypto cashier, processed through CoinsPaid: BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, USDT, DOGE, BNB, TRX and ADA. Bitcoin Lightning is advertised on the homepage as a new method for deposits and withdrawals in seconds. Crypto deposits have no maximum.
| Coin | Min. deposit | Min. withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | 0.0001 BTC | 0.0002–0.002 BTC |
| ETH | 0.01 ETH | 0.01 ETH |
| LTC | 0.01 LTC | 0.01 LTC |
| USDT | 10 USDT | 20 USDT |
| TRX | 10 TRX | 10 TRX |
Other minimum deposits are 0.001 BCH, 1 DOGE, 0.001 XRP, 0.01 BNB and 1 ADA. All crypto withdrawals are free; BTC, LTC and USDT deposits carry a small fixed fee, while deposits in the other coins are free. Because the cashier shows coin names without networks, confirm the network on the deposit screen before sending USDT, BNB or TRX, since a transfer on the wrong chain is usually lost.
The fiat side covers Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, Sofort, Interac, Neteller, Skrill, Piastrix, Payz, eMerchantPay, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Neosurf and Flexepin, with InPay and bank transfer added for withdrawals. Accounts run in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD and PLN. Fiat deposits start at €/$10 and stop at $4,000; fiat withdrawals start at €/$20, or $500 by bank transfer.
Fees are where the fiat cashier gets expensive: 2.5% on card deposits and withdrawals, 2.5% on Neteller and Skrill deposits, 5% on Payz deposits and 2.5% on InPay and bank-transfer withdrawals. A €1,000 card deposit followed by a €1,000 card withdrawal costs €50 in fees, while the same round trip in crypto costs only the deposit fee on BTC, LTC or USDT.
More than 7,000 games and a large live floor
The lobby holds more than 7,000 games from well over 45 studios, including Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Big Time Gaming, BGaming, Spribe, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, Wazdan, BetSoft, Booongo, Gamzix and Endorphina.
Slots make up the bulk, with 6,072 titles and 628 jackpot games, plus Bonus Buy and Megaways sections. Table players get around 70 blackjack and 63 roulette variants, poker and baccarat, and the instant-win shelf carries Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, scratch cards, bingo and virtual sports. Every game except live tables can be played in demo mode, which lets players test volatility before staking real money.
Live casino runs on Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with between 100 and 300-plus tables including Crazy Time, Mega Wheel, Monopoly Live and Lightning Roulette. Live table stakes run from $1 up to $1,000–$5,000 per hand.
There are no in-house games at Mirax; every title comes from a third-party studio and relies on that studio’s RNG.
Live chat, email and account limits
Three channels are open 24/7: live chat, email at [email protected] and a contact form, backed by a detailed FAQ. Chat opens with a bot before passing to a human agent, who can answer in under a minute; email replies take a few hours. There is no phone line. The site is available in English and French, and player reviews consistently praise the chat team as friendly and quick.
The responsible gambling toolkit is fuller than at many crypto casinos: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off and temporary or permanent self-exclusion, all set from the account. There is no reality check or self-assessment test.
The gap is crypto. Mirax’s own responsible gaming page says deposit limits and cooling-off do not apply to crypto transactions, and self-exclusion closes account access without technically blocking crypto deposits. A player who relies on a deposit limit should fund the Mirax account by card or e-wallet, or ask support to apply a manual block.
Mirax on a phone browser
Mirax has no native app. The responsive HTML5 site runs in mobile browsers on Android, iPhone, iPad and tablets, and the full lobby, live tables and promotions page are available there.
Speed is the recurring complaint: recent one-star posts describe the site as slow, and a 7,000-game lobby loads more heavily on a phone connection than on desktop. Using the search bar or the random slot pick, a feature players single out for praise, is quicker than scrolling the Mirax lobby by category.
Potion levels, daily cashback and tournaments
The Mirax Rewards Club has ten levels named after potions, each unlocked by points and rewarded with a level-up prize carrying 10x wagering. Each step also raises the cashback rate and the exchange rate for mCoins, the comp points that can be converted into real money inside the casino.
| Level | Points | Level-up reward |
|---|---|---|
| VIP 2 Love Potion | 50–250 | 20 free spins |
| VIP 3 Potion of Invisibility | 250–1,000 | 50 free spins |
| VIP 4 Space Potion | 1,000–8,000 | €10 |
| VIP 5 Everlasting Happiness | 8,000–50,000 | €30 |
| VIP 6 Potion of Healing | 50,000–100,000 | €100 + 100 free spins |
| VIP 7 Fire Breathing Potion | 100,000–450,000 | €300 + 300 free spins |
| VIP 8 Teleportation | 450,000–750,000 | €500 + 500 free spins |
| VIP 9 The Youth Elixir | 750,000–2,000,000 | €1,000 |
| VIP 10 Timeflow Potion | 2,000,000+ | €1,500 |
VIP 1, Almighty Potion, covers new accounts and gives access to the welcome package. Higher tiers bring a personal manager and higher withdrawal limits, which matters for players who regularly hit the €10,000 weekly cap.
Highroller Cashback is paid daily without a code: 10% for daily stakes or losses of €200–€999, 15% for €1,000–€1,999 and 20% above €2,000. A player who loses €1,000 in a day receives €150 back.
Tournaments add networked prize pools: Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins at €25,000,000 across the campaign, with €350,000 each week and a 500-place daily tournament; Gamzix Spin Express at €1,000,000, paying €20,000 per stage to the top 400 from a €0.30 minimum bet until the end of December; Playtech’s Lucky Rush at €5,000,000; a weekly Tour de Chance worth $700; and Instant Carnival, sharing 777 free spins daily among the top 20 instant-game players.
Who Mirax Casino suits, and who should hold back
A good fit for
- Crypto players who cash out regularly, since all crypto withdrawals are free and Bitcoin Lightning is offered for deposits and withdrawals.
- Higher-stakes players who skip bonuses, as daily cashback pays 10% to 20% without a code depending on daily stakes or losses.
- Slot players who like to test before staking, because every game except live tables runs in demo mode across 7,000-plus titles.
- Anyone who values responsive help, since chat runs 24/7 and a human agent can answer in under a minute.
Better to look elsewhere if
- Players chasing five-figure wins, because withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, with no weekend processing.
- Crypto depositors relying on deposit limits, as limits and cooling-off do not apply to crypto transactions under the casino’s own policy.
- Anyone who may be hard to reach after requesting a payout, since two weeks without contact blocks the account and cancels the withdrawal.
- Bonus players who prefer bigger bets, since wagering runs 35x–45x with a €1 maximum bet, meaning about 285 spins a day on stage one.
Other casinos to compare
- Axe Casino — 5.1/10. A Norse-themed alternative for players who want a VIP ladder with more character to it.
- 7Bit — 6.7/10. One of the longest-running bitcoin casinos, with a stronger trust record and lighter verification.
- 21Bit — 4.7/10. A better fit for players who mix crypto with cards and e-wallets and want to avoid casino withdrawal fees.
- GoldenPanda — 3.3/10. Built around a single large welcome match for players who prefer one big bonus to a staged package.
Mirax questions answered
Is Mirax Casino licensed and who operates it?
The site says it holds Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000091 under Saphirix Solutions SRL, a Costa Rica company named in the terms updated in 2026. Before that Mirax ran under two Curaçao companies, Hollycorn N.V. and Scores55 Tech B.V. The Curaçao licence still shown by Casino.guru does not include the Mirax domain, and Australia’s ACMA warned the original operator in 2023.
How long do Mirax withdrawals take?
Crypto payouts are listed as instant once the security team approves them, and approval can take up to 72 hours. Requests are not handled at weekends. Cards need three to five banking days and bank transfers five to seven. The first cash-out also waits for identity checks, which usually finish in a day but are allowed to run to 30 business days.
What are the withdrawal limits at Mirax?
No more than €10,000 can leave the account in any rolling seven-day period, and no more than €40,000 in a calendar month. Larger balances are released in instalments, and fiat methods also stop at $4,000 per payment. Progressive jackpot wins are the exception and are paid out in one go.
What wagering does the Mirax welcome bonus carry?
Expect 40x on the deposit match and 45x on free-spin winnings under the current promotions page, although some reviews still show 35x. Bets are limited to €1 while the bonus is active, each stage expires after 14 days, and live casino does not count at all. Free-spin winnings stop at €100, so the spins add little cash value.
Does Mirax charge fees?
Crypto withdrawals are free, and most coin deposits are too, apart from a small fixed fee on Bitcoin, Litecoin and Tether. Cards cost 2.5% each way, Neteller and Skrill deposits 2.5%, Payz deposits 5%, and InPay or bank-transfer withdrawals 2.5%. Dormant accounts are charged €20–€25 a month after a year of inactivity.
Can I set deposit limits on crypto at Mirax?
Not through the standard tools. The account page offers deposit, loss, wager and session limits plus self-exclusion, but the casino states that deposit limits and cooling-off ignore crypto transactions. Anyone who needs a firm cap should deposit by card or e-wallet, or contact support for a manual restriction on the account.
How far should you trust Mirax with a large balance?
Mirax delivers on the product: ten coins with free crypto withdrawals, more than 7,000 games, a live floor built on Evolution and Pragmatic Play, daily cashback up to 20% and chat support that players rate highly. For a crypto player who deposits moderate sums, skips the €1-bet bonuses and withdraws regularly, it works well.
The risk grows with the balance. A €10,000 weekly cap, no weekend payouts, a 30-business-day verification window and a two-week contact rule mean a large win can sit in the account for weeks before it is fully paid. Players planning five-figure sessions, or depending on crypto deposit limits, should keep balances small and cash out in steps.
