Best for: Crypto payment choice
Kingmaker caps withdrawals at €500 a day and €7,000 a month for most players, and slow or stalled payouts dominate its 215 Casino.guru complaints, which outweighs a strong lobby and a flexible cashier.
The cashier covers 54 methods with no fees, including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT, and stablecoins on four networks in some markets. The lobby holds 7,000–8,000+ games and 200–300+ live tables, and cashback reaches 15% weekly. Against that, the site names no operating company, withdrawals are processed only on weekdays, and responsible gambling tools are close to non-existent.
| Launched | 2023–2024 |

Who is behind Kingmaker: licence, operator and track record
Kingmaker’s footer shows only “2026 © Kingmaker.com”, with no operating company, registration number or licence. Two independent reviews attribute the casino to NovaForge Ltd, incorporated on Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, under Anjouan licence ALSI-152406028-F12. One names the Tobique Gaming Commission instead, and Casino.guru, which links the brand to Casolinia Group, states that the casino has not obtained a gambling licence. KNG Marketing Ltd and KNG Partners are also connected with the brand, alongside a contact address in Willemstad, Curaçao, and a company location in the Philippines on its Trustpilot profile.
The casino launched in 2023–2024 and received SiGMA’s Rising Star Operator award in September 2024. KNG Partners added a second brand, Cleobetra, in June 2025, and on 30 January 2026 Australia’s ACMA issued a formal warning to NovaForge Ltd as Cleobetra’s provider for offering unlicensed gambling to Australians. Kingmaker is unavailable in Ontario. It has no link to Kingmaker Limited, a Maltese company whose MGA licences were revoked in 2016.
Ratings are poor. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 1.8/10, in its Very low band, citing limited responsible gambling tools and slow withdrawals. AskGamblers rates it 3.9/10, with a player score of 4.5/10 from 10 reviews. Trustpilot has hidden the score for a breach of its guidelines after removing fake reviews, and 83% of the 289 remaining reviews are one-star, against 9% five-star.
Casino.guru holds 215 complaints: 127 resolved, 85 rejected, 2 unresolved and 1 open, most of them about delayed withdrawals. AskGamblers counts 32, of which 28 were resolved and 25 concerned payments, with an average disputed amount of $2,155 and an average case length of 10 days. Player complaints are allegations rather than findings, yet the themes repeat: withdrawals stuck for 6 to more than 31 days, accounts sent back to verification after a big win, vague replies from support and a self-exclusion that failed, with promotional emails sent after a closure request.
Bonus winnings have to be withdrawn as soon as wagering is complete, or further winnings can be capped, a clause Casino.guru flags as unfair. In a 2026 case, the company answered a player whose account had been sent back to verification after a large win by citing terms 5.3 and 9.4 and removing the balance under clause 9.4. Accounts can only be closed through support.
With no company named on the site and a Very low safety rating, a disputed Kingmaker balance has no clear outside body to escalate to. Deposit only an amount you can afford to see held for a month.
Payout reliability and verification checks
Once approved, crypto payouts can take up to 24 hours. Approval is the slow part: processing takes up to three working days, pending status can last up to five days, and the finance team works Monday to Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT, so nothing moves at weekends. A request made after 17:00 GMT on Friday is not looked at until Monday morning, and these delays are the most common complaint against the casino.
Limits are tight. At the entry VIP level, withdrawals stop at €500 a day and €7,000 a month, rising to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5; the level is recalculated over 90 days of activity, and no more than three withdrawals can be pending at once. A €10,000 win at entry level takes 14 days of maximum withdrawals to reach the €7,000 monthly ceiling, with the remaining €3,000 released the next month.
The minimum withdrawal is €10–€20 for most methods, but Bitcoin is higher, up to C$90 in Canada, double the C$45 Bitcoin deposit minimum there, so a small Bitcoin balance can end up stuck below the threshold. Kingmaker charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. The €1,000,000 Royal Fortune Wheel jackpot is paid in 10 monthly instalments of €100,000.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal and can be requested at any point after the first deposit: photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment-method ownership. Players have 30 days to submit, and the review takes from 24 hours to 10 working days. Complaints describe accounts pushed back into verification after a large win, so completing every check while the balance is still small avoids the riskiest moment.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
The welcome offer is a 100% first-deposit match up to €500, or C$750 in Canada, 5,000 NOK in Norway and 550 CHF for Swiss-franc accounts, plus 50 chances on the Royal Fortune Wheel, whose top prize is €1,000,000. No promo code is needed. Wagering is 35× the deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings need 40×, everything expires after 10 days and the maximum bet is C$7.50. Deposits by Skrill or Neteller do not qualify, and there is no no-deposit bonus.
Turnover example: a €200 deposit with a 100% match gives a €400 balance. At 35× deposit plus bonus, bets must total €14,000 within 10 days, or €1,400 a day. Played on live tables at a 10% contribution, the same target would need €140,000.
Game weighting decides how realistic that is. Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100%; live games, table and card games, video poker and Plinko count 10%; game shows such as Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly count 50%; jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo count nothing. The Royal Fortune Wheel has no demo mode and no stated odds, so the 50 chances carry no calculable value.
Recurring offers include a weekend reload of 50% up to €700 plus 50 spins at 35–40×, and the Bonus Crab, a virtual claw machine that awards one credit for the first deposit of the day from $15. Tournaments, Challenges, a €350,000 competition, live trivia and a Shop for exchanging bonus coins run alongside them. If the reload follows the welcome rule of 35× deposit plus bonus, a €400 weekend deposit topped up by €200 needs €21,000 in bets.
Crypto, cards and the 54-method cashier
The cashier offers 54 methods. The core crypto set is BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT; in some markets BCH, TRX, BNB, SOL, ADA and USDC are added, with stablecoins on four networks. Canadian players see a narrower list of BTC, LTC, DOGE and ETH plus Binance Pay, so the coins on offer depend on where the account is registered.
| Asset | Networks or notes |
|---|---|
| USDT, USDC | ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Solana |
| BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE | Core coins in most markets |
| BCH, TRX, BNB, SOL, ADA | Some markets only |
| Binance Pay | Canada and some other markets |
Fiat options include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Interac, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Zimpler, PIX, Neosurf, Paysafecard, CashtoCode and bank transfer. Accounts can be held in EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, NZD, CHF, BRL, CLP, COP, CZK, ZAR, PEN, PLN and other currencies. Bonuses are localised for Finland, Norway and Canada, while PIX and the Latin American currencies extend the cashier to Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru.
Deposits start at €10–€20 for most methods, with a higher Bitcoin minimum of C$45 in Canada, and the welcome offer needs €20 or C$30. Four stablecoin networks give flexibility on fees, with TRC20 and BEP20 usually cheaper than ERC20, but the network chosen in the cashier has to match the one used to send, because a transfer on the wrong chain cannot be reversed.
Slots, live tables and the sportsbook
The lobby holds 7,000–8,000+ games from more than 100 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Playtech, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Spinomenal, Novomatic, Popiplay, Microgaming and Betsoft. Sections cover bonus buys, instant games, jackpots, exclusives, Streamers’ Choice and a weekly featured provider, though scratch cards and crash games are thin.
Live casino is a strength, with 200–300+ tables; blackjack alone runs to 60–80+ tables and roulette to 40–85+, alongside baccarat, dice, poker, game shows, international tables and a Gold Saloon section. The sportsbook, which shares the same account, covers football, tennis, table tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football and baseball, with live betting, virtual sports and esports such as Dota 2, League of Legends and CS.
No independent fairness audit or RNG testing is available and RTPs are not audited, although Casino.guru’s Gamecheck found no counterfeit games. Results therefore rest on each studio’s own RNG.
Support channels and safer-play tools
Live chat runs 24/7, with waits from about one minute to ten minutes before an agent answers, though the chat button is hard to find. Email goes to [email protected], with replies taking from about an hour to 24 hours, and a help centre covers routine questions. There is no phone line. The site runs in 15 languages: English, German, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Czech, Spanish, French, Greek, Arabic, Croatian and Slovak.
Player complaints focus on AI chatbots, queue times that do not match the wait and vague answers about pending withdrawals. A payout query sent by email leaves a dated thread with a ticket number, which is the record any complaint platform will ask for.
Responsible gambling tools are minimal. Self-exclusion is requested through support and takes effect within 24 hours, while loss, wager and session limits, cool-off periods and reality checks are absent. One complaint describes a self-exclusion that did not hold, so players who need a block should add device-level blocking software as well.
Using Kingmaker on a phone
There is no native app. Kingmaker runs in the mobile browser, and a Create Shortcut option adds an icon to the home screen; the Android link in the footer does not lead to Google Play.
A home-screen shortcut is safer than searching for the brand each time, because dozens of copycat “Kingmaker” sites on look-alike domains appear in search results.
VIP levels, cashback and the Shop
The VIP programme has five levels, set by activity over the previous 90 days. Perks include higher withdrawal limits, up to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5, cashback, a personal manager, bonus coins for the Shop and faster payouts. Daily cash returns of 3–15% apply from Level 2 in some markets.
Cashback is the most useful reward. Weekly cashback reaches 15% with 1× wagering, and live casino cashback returns 25% up to €200, also at 1×. A €600 loss on live tables returns €150, which needs only €150 of play before it can be withdrawn.
Because the level is recalculated every 90 days, the higher withdrawal limits disappear if activity drops, so a player who wins big after a quiet quarter faces the €500 daily cap again. The gap is large: a €50,000 win clears in three months at Level 5 but needs eight months at entry level.
Kingmaker against six basic trust checks
- ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru holds 215 complaints, mostly delayed withdrawals, and Trustpilot’s remaining reviews are 83% one-star after fake ones were removed.
- ConcernPayout reliabilityEntry caps are €500 a day and €7,000 a month, processing runs weekdays only, and complaints describe withdrawals stuck for more than 31 days.
- ConcernVerificationID, address and payment-ownership proof precede the first withdrawal; reviews take up to ten working days, and complaints cite re-verification after big wins.
- ConcernBonus termsWelcome wagering is 35× deposit plus bonus within ten days, and bonus winnings not withdrawn immediately after wagering can be capped.
- CautionSupportChat runs 24/7 with waits of one to ten minutes, but complaints cite AI chatbots and vague answers on pending withdrawals.
- ConcernPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion via support is the only tool, with no loss, wager or session limits, and one complaint describes an exclusion that did not hold.
Casinos to compare with Kingmaker
- 888Starz Casino — 5.0/10. Has a far wider cashier, with dozens of coins and local methods such as UPI, PIX and bKash, and a better payout record.
- Catwin Casino — 4.5/10. Leans further into sports and esports betting, covering CS2, Dota 2, LoL and Valorant, and pays out more reliably.
- Oscar Spin Casino — 5.7/10. Rewards play with its own Oscar Coins and reward boxes, and scores better on safety and payouts.
- 0x.Bet Casino — 4.2/10. Offers a comparably large multi-studio lobby, worth weighing for anyone choosing mainly on game range.
Questions about Kingmaker
Is Kingmaker Casino licensed?
It is unclear. Several reviews link it to an Anjouan licence held by NovaForge Ltd, one cites Tobique, and Casino.guru says no licence has been obtained. The website itself names neither a company nor a regulator, the brand is barred in Ontario, and a sister site’s provider has an ACMA warning.
How long do Kingmaker withdrawals take?
Plan for several working days. Requests can sit pending for up to five days and processing can take three more, all on weekdays during finance-team hours. Crypto can then take up to 24 hours, but player reports of waits between one and four weeks are common.
What are Kingmaker’s withdrawal limits?
New and casual players can take out €500 per day and €7,000 per month, with no more than three requests pending. Higher VIP levels lift this to €1,500 and €20,000 at the top. A €10,000 win therefore spans two calendar months at entry level.
What is the Royal Fortune Wheel?
It is the jackpot wheel attached to the welcome offer: a first deposit earns 50 spins of it with a €1,000,000 top prize. The odds are not disclosed and there is no demo, and a top win is paid over ten months rather than at once.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use at Kingmaker?
Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether are accepted in most countries. Some markets add Bitcoin Cash, Tron, BNB, Solana, Cardano and USD Coin, with stablecoins on ERC20, BEP20, TRC20 or Solana. In Canada the choice shrinks to four coins plus Binance Pay, and Bitcoin carries higher minimums.
What safer-gambling tools does Kingmaker offer?
Very few. You can ask support to self-exclude you, which takes up to a day, but there are no loss or session limits, cooling-off periods or reality checks inside the account. If you need firm controls, use blocking software and your bank’s gambling block alongside it.
Does Kingmaker charge fees on deposits or withdrawals?
The casino itself takes nothing in either direction. Costs come from elsewhere: blockchain network fees on crypto, conversion if your account currency differs from your payment method, and the Bitcoin minimums, which in Canada are C$45 to deposit and C$90 to withdraw. Skrill and Neteller deposits also miss out on the welcome bonus.
Is there a Kingmaker app?
No. Neither Google Play nor the App Store carries one. On a phone you play in the browser and can pin the site to the home screen with the Create Shortcut option, which also helps you avoid the many copycat sites using the brand name.
Does Kingmaker’s game range outweigh a €500 daily cap?
Kingmaker’s 4.2/10 reflects a genuinely broad product held back by trust problems. The lobby, live section, fee-free cashier and 1× cashback are competitive; an unnamed operator, a 1.8/10 Casino.guru safety score, weekday-only processing and a long run of withdrawal complaints are not.
For small deposits in crypto, withdrawn in amounts under €500 and with verification done early, the risks are contained. If you expect to win four figures, rely on safer-play limits or want a clear complaint route, the €7,000 monthly ceiling, the missing tools and the company’s silence about who runs it are reasons to choose one of the alternatives above.
