Best for: Verifiable fairness

A January 2026 launch with ten cryptocurrencies, an eight-tier rakeback ladder and more than 50 game studios, Lucky.fun offers the breadth of a mature crypto casino without the payout history of one. Its Trustpilot profile splits sharply: 55% of 36 reviews give five stars, with praise for quick cash-outs, while 36% give one star over closed accounts and rejected identity documents.

The welcome match is strict at 40× the bonus on slots only. The rakeback programme and the seed-based Originals are the better reasons to look at the site; the account-closure, dormant-fee and country clauses are the terms to read first.

Who is behind Lucky.fun: licence, operator and track record

Lucky.fun is run by Good Luck Ltd, company number 16147, incorporated in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Union of Comoros) with a registered office in Hamchako, Mutsamudu. The operator’s terms cite Anjouan licence ALSI-202510021-FI1, and the Anjouan register entry carries the same FI1 suffix; the site footer prints it as “F11”, a typo. No Malta or UK licence is held, so the casino sits under an offshore regime with lighter supervision than the top-tier regulators.

The disputes clause follows the same jurisdiction. The terms apply Anjouan law, send disagreements to mediation and then arbitration in Anjouan, and include a waiver of class actions. A player in Europe or Latin America who contests a confiscation decision has to pursue it in that forum.

The brand went live in mid-January 2026, so its payout record covers months, not years. Neither of the large complaint-mediation portals has rated it yet, which leaves Trustpilot as the main public channel: 3.4/5 from 36 reviews over 12 months, with only 9% of ratings between two and four stars. The operator took control of that profile in March 2026.

The one-star reviews repeat two complaints: accounts closed with the balance retained under a terms clause, and withdrawals blocked after identity documents were rejected. The five-star reviews cite cash-outs completed in under 15 minutes, a clear site layout, responsive support and the Originals.

The terms contain the clauses behind those disputes:

  • One account per person; duplicate accounts or collusion lead to closure and confiscation of funds.
  • Bonus abuse and advantage play are banned; a fraud finding means closure and confiscation, and winnings from automated play can be voided.
  • Using a VPN, a proxy or false documents to get round country restrictions leads to suspension or closure, with bonuses and winnings voided.
  • An account turns dormant after 12 months without activity and is charged $5 a month until it is reactivated or reaches zero; notice comes 30 days ahead, and empty dormant accounts close after six months.
  • If fraud is suspected, the operator can keep investigating for up to six months after an account is closed.

Lucky.fun does not accept players from the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands or Vietnam, and the terms describe that list as open-ended and subject to change. Combined with the VPN clause, signing up from any of these countries puts the entire balance at risk.

Read these first: the one-star complaints point at account closures and rejected documents, and the restricted-country clause can void a balance on its own. Document checks come before a withdrawal, when the balance is at its largest.

Payout reliability and verification checks

The terms commit Lucky.fun to processing standard withdrawal requests within 48 hours, subject to verification, and allow up to 72 hours of extra checks on withdrawals of $25,000 or more. Approved crypto payouts are listed at around 15 minutes, and positive reviewers describe cash-outs in under 15 minutes, while the 48-hour window is the contractual limit if a request stalls.

There is no overall withdrawal ceiling. Each payment method has its own limit, and amounts above it are paid in instalments; progressive jackpot wins are the exception and are paid in full. The minimum withdrawal is $10–$20 depending on the method, so very small balances left after a session stay in the account.

Two rules apply before the first payout. Every deposit has to be wagered once before it can be withdrawn, which rules out depositing and cashing straight out. Lucky.fun can also deduct “applicable transaction or processing fees” from withdrawals, and the terms attach no amounts to that clause.

Sign-up needs only an email address and password, but identity checks are standard before money leaves the account. The terms list full name, date of birth, address, government ID and proof of address, allow video verification, let Lucky.fun suspend withdrawals until checks are complete, and permit periodic re-checks on existing accounts. Wallet ownership and source-of-funds evidence can be requested on top, and a selfie holding the ID is part of the usual document set.

Document review itself typically takes 5–15 minutes, though an independent review found its manual check took longer than expected. Because rejected documents drive a large share of the one-star complaints, upload clear, matching documents before the first withdrawal request, and keep the support ticket references and deposit transaction IDs until the payout lands.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

New accounts get a 100% match on the first deposit up to $1,000, from a $10 minimum. The 40× requirement applies to the bonus amount only, but the other conditions are tight: stakes are capped at $5 per spin, the playthrough has to be finished within 30 days, and only eligible slots count at 100%. Lucky Originals, live casino and table games contribute nothing.

Wagering arithmetic. Deposit $250 and receive a $250 bonus. At 40× the bonus, turnover is $250 × 40 = $10,000 on eligible slots, or at least 2,000 spins at the $5 cap within 30 days. Taking the full $1,000 bonus means $40,000 of turnover, at least 8,000 spins at $5.

Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped at $25,000–$50,000. A 40× bonus-only requirement sits at the strict end of what crypto casinos ask, and the slot-only rule shuts out the low-edge table games that some players use to clear wagering.

The terms let Lucky.fun void bets placed in breach of bonus rules and reclaim funds credited in error. A single spin above $5 during the 30 days therefore puts the bonus winnings at risk, and so does a session on an excluded game category.

Beyond the welcome match there is no reload offer or ongoing deposit promotion for existing players. Individual campaigns run through redeem codes, the promotions menu carries Challenges, and a referral programme pays for introduced players; a referral code is optional at registration. Rakeback, covered in the rewards section below, is the main recurring value on the site.

Ten coins, card rails and the fee clauses

Lucky.fun accepts ten cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, SOL, POL, BNB and XRP. Deposits start at $2, one of the lowest entry points among crypto casinos, while the welcome bonus needs $10. Rewards are credited in Lucky Coin (LCK), an internal currency that cannot be traded outside the site.

AssetNetwork
ETHEthereum (ERC-20)
TRXTRON
BNBBNB Chain (BEP-20)
SOLSolana
POLPolygon

On-chain tracking by DappRadar shows 95 Lucky.fun deposit wallets spread across Ethereum, TRON, BNB Chain and Solana, which matches the networks in the cashier. A stablecoin sent to a Lucky.fun address on the wrong chain is lost, so match the network shown in the cashier before sending USDT or USDC.

Fiat options are broader than at most crypto-first sites: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA bank transfer. Fees charged by a card issuer, wallet or bank on a deposit are not refunded, and the withdrawal-fee clause described above applies to every method, so a small card deposit loses a larger share to charges than a stablecoin transfer.

Studios, live tables and the Originals

The lobby holds thousands of games from 50–56 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Blueprint, Spinomenal, Evoplay and Ash Gaming. Categories run from slots, crash and fishing games to casual titles, new releases and seasonal holiday themes. A sportsbook was added during 2026 alongside the casino.

Live tables come from Evolution and Ezugi and cover blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, sic bo and game shows. None of them count towards the welcome bonus, so a player clearing the match has to stay on eligible slots until the 40× target is met.

Lucky Originals are the in-house range: Plinko, Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Blackjack and a crash-style multiplier game. They are presented as provably fair, with a Provably Fair page linked from the footer. In such games the casino commits to a hashed server seed before play; after the round, the revealed seed, the player’s client seed and the nonce let anyone recompute the outcome.

An independent review saw no working public verification interface when it checked, so the fairness claim depends on the verifier being available inside the account. Before staking real money on Originals, finish one low-stake round and confirm the result recomputes from the revealed seeds.

Return-to-player figures are shown per game. Playtech Blackjack variants in the lobby, for instance, return 99.50–99.89%, well above the typical slot range, although table play does nothing for bonus wagering here.

Live chat, help centre and complaint replies

Support runs through live chat, opened from the menu or an icon on the home page, and email. Chat operates 24/7, mainly in English with AI-assisted translation for other languages; the site itself is available in English only.

The help centre holds about 90 articles: Bonus & Promotion (30), VIP & Referral (20), Sportsbook (19), Payments (14), Getting Started (5) and Account & Security (4). Wagering and rakeback questions are covered in depth, while account-security topics get only four entries.

The company answers every negative Trustpilot review, usually within 24 hours, and positive reviewers single out responsive support. Replies to closure complaints point back to the terms without reversing the decision.

Deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion are also arranged through support, not set instantly from the account page. A player who wants a cooling-off period has to open a chat and ask for it. Community channels are X, Instagram and Discord; Lucky.fun has no Telegram presence.

Playing on a phone

Lucky.fun runs as a mobile-optimised browser site on iOS and Android. Sign-in uses the same email and password as on desktop, with no wallet-connect login, so the balance, Lucky Coin and XP progress appear unchanged on the phone.

The full lobby, including Evolution live tables and the Originals, loads in the mobile browser, and the live chat icon stays in the same place. On a small screen, the Provably Fair page and the bonus terms take more scrolling, so read them on desktop before a long mobile session.

Eight rakeback tiers paid in Lucky Coin

Loyalty runs on Lucky Coin and XP. Players move through eight tiers based on lifetime wagering, and every tier above the first carries a fixed rakeback rate:

TierLifetime wageringRakeback
Clover$0–1000%
Bronze$101–1,00010%
Silver$1,001–10,00011%
Gold$10,001–100,00012%
Platinum$100,001–750,00015%
Diamond$750,001–2.5M16%
Master$2.5M–10M17.5%
Grand MasterOver $10M20%

Rakeback is a share of the house edge on each wager, calculated as amount wagered × house edge × rakeback rate. A 20% rate therefore returns a fraction of 1% of turnover, not a fifth of every stake.

Rakeback arithmetic. A Gold player wagers $20,000 on slots with a 4% house edge. Theoretical house edge is $20,000 × 4% = $800; Gold rakeback of 12% returns $800 × 12% = $96 in Lucky Coin.

Reaching Platinum takes more than $100,000 of lifetime wagering, so most recreational accounts will sit in Bronze or Silver at 10–11%. VIP status can also be granted by invitation or on activity, and a VIP Transfer option sits in the menu for players arriving with status elsewhere.

Challenges, wagering races with leaderboard prizes and the referral programme add to the rakeback, and there is no separate cashback product. Sports bets earn XP towards the next tier but do not generate the standard rakeback.

Lucky.fun on six trust checks after its 2026 launch

  • ConcernComplaint recordNo mediation portal has rated it yet, and 36% of 36 Trustpilot reviews are one-star, citing closures with balances kept and rejected documents.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityTerms set a 48-hour processing window, 72 hours from $25,000, with no overall cap, but unspecified processing fees can be deducted.
  • ConcernVerificationGovernment ID, proof of address and usually a selfie holding the ID come before cash-outs, and rejected documents underpin many one-star complaints.
  • CautionBonus termsThe match needs 40x the bonus on eligible slots within 30 days, with a $5 stake cap and bonus winnings capped at $25,000–$50,000.
  • PassSupportChat runs 24/7 in English with AI-assisted translation, about 90 help articles exist, and negative reviews usually get replies within 24 hours.
  • CautionPlayer protectionDeposit limits, reality checks, self-exclusion and cooling-off periods all have to be requested by chat, with none set instantly from the account.

Other casinos to compare

  • Rollbit — 4.8/10. Skips the deposit match altogether and pays wager-free rakeback, boosted during a new account’s first day.
  • BetFury — 7.1/10. Builds its rewards around a native token that players can stake for a share of a daily pool.
  • BC.Game — 5.6/10. Lets players set wager and loss limits or self-exclude from the account themselves, without going through support.
  • Cybet — 5.0/10. Runs a much longer VIP ladder with level-up bonuses, for players who value status progression over a flat rakeback rate.

Lucky.fun questions answered

Who runs Lucky.fun and what licence does it hold?

Good Luck Ltd, company number 16147 in Anjouan (Union of Comoros), operates the site under Anjouan licence ALSI-202510021-FI1. That is an offshore permit with no UK or Malta equivalent, and disputes go to mediation and arbitration in Anjouan under local law. Players from the UK, the US, Australia and several EU countries are refused, and reaching the site through a VPN can void the balance.

How long does a Lucky.fun withdrawal take?

After identity checks are cleared, crypto payouts are listed at around 15 minutes. Contractually, Lucky.fun has 48 hours for ordinary requests and up to 72 hours for $25,000 or more. Expect a minimum of $10–$20 depending on the method, a single playthrough of each deposit before cashing out, and staged payments when a win exceeds the limit of the chosen method.

Can I play at Lucky.fun without KYC?

Registering and depositing need only an email address and password. Before any money leaves the account, though, Lucky.fun asks for ID, proof of address and sometimes a selfie, a video call or source-of-funds evidence, and it can freeze a withdrawal until these are accepted. Rejected documents are behind many one-star reviews, so prepare clear scans before the first cash-out.

Is the Lucky.fun welcome bonus worth it?

It doubles a first deposit of $10 or more up to $1,000, but 40× the bonus means $40,000 of slot play to clear the maximum. Stakes are capped at $5, live games, tables and Originals count for nothing, and 30 days is short for that volume. Players who prefer blackjack or roulette get more from the rakeback tiers than from the match.

Which cryptocurrencies does Lucky.fun accept?

Ten: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, Tron, Solana, Polygon’s POL, BNB and XRP. Deposit addresses run on Ethereum, TRON, BNB Chain, Solana and Polygon, and the smallest deposit is $2. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA transfers cover players who would sooner fund the account in fiat.

How does Lucky.fun rakeback work?

Rakeback starts at 10% once lifetime wagering passes $100 and rises through eight tiers to 20% for the highest volumes. The rate applies to the house edge on each bet, so $20,000 of slot play at the Gold rate of 12% returns roughly $96. Rewards arrive in Lucky Coin, and sports bets build XP without earning rakeback.

Are Lucky Originals provably fair?

Plinko, Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Blackjack and the crash game are presented as provably fair, using server seeds, client seeds and nonces. Open the verifier for a finished round and confirm the outcome recomputes before relying on it, because one outside check found no working public tool. Slots and live tables from Pragmatic Play, Evolution and the other studios cannot be checked this way.

Is Lucky.fun safe enough for a crypto balance?

Lucky.fun is a capable but unproven casino. Its cashier, studio range and rakeback ladder are strong for a 2026 launch, while its trust record rests on a few months of trading, 36 public reviews split between delight and anger, and terms that leave disputes in the operator’s home forum.

The best fit is a player who wants low-minimum crypto deposits, a fixed rakeback rate from the first $101 wagered and seed-based Originals, and who will complete identity checks before cashing out. Anyone who needs self-serve gambling limits, lives in the UK, the US or one of the excluded EU countries, or tends to leave accounts idle for a year should keep money elsewhere.
