Best for: Crypto payment choice

Twelve coins, USDT on six networks and Lightning deposits from 200 SATS make the Bitz.io cashier one of the more flexible in crypto gambling. Getting money back out is tighter: withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month, falling to €5,000 when the balance reaches ten times total deposits, and the terms give the casino wide room to void bets and withhold funds.

The welcome match had been withdrawn by October 2026, so the incentives now are a small Bitcoin faucet, wager-free rakeback and a 20-level loyalty ladder. The 4.9/10 rating reflects strong payments and a huge lobby against weak trust scores and restrictive exit terms.

Who operates Bitz.io, and what protects a balance?

Bitz.io launched in 2023, and its footer still describes the site as an “open beta”. The current terms and footer name Win Sector Ltd, registration ID 16383, based in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Terms in force until August 2026 named Win Sector N.V., a Curaçao company, and some casino directories still carry those older details.

The casino holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202411066-FI2, issued on 22 November 2024 and due to expire on 21 November 2026. Bitcoin.com checked it against the Anjouan register on 17 August and again on 8 October 2026 and found it issued to Win Sector Ltd for bitz.io. A typo in the licence number in the footer was corrected in August, when a regulator validation seal was also added. A player depositing after November should confirm the licence has been renewed.

The current terms exclude players from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria, plus the Comoros themselves and countries on the FATF blacklist. They also prohibit VPN and proxy use, and the operator’s liability is limited to the lower of the stake or €500. Disputes fall under Anjouan law.

Independent safety scores are weak. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 6.2/10 (“Below average”) and logs 13 complaints: two unresolved, one resolved and ten rejected, worth 2,178 black points. Casino.guru rates the terms as “Fair”, yet Bitcoin.com scores the same casino 2.4/5 overall and just 1.7/5 for fees and value, singling out a discretionary, non-appealable confiscation clause. AskGamblers puts its CasinoRank at 6.4/10 and the player score at 3.3/10 from four reviews; of three complaints there, two were resolved, with an average disputed sum of $5,834.

Trustpilot scores have ranged from 2.3 to 3.1/5 on 42 to 44 reviews; in the latest count 52% are one-star and 29% five-star, with replies to 93% of negative reviews within 48 hours. The complaint pattern is consistent across platforms: accounts blocked and winnings confiscated after a “selective audit” or accusations of sports arbitrage, withdrawals delayed or cancelled, and self-exclusion requests ignored, with accounts reopened or bonuses still offered afterwards. In one adjudicated case involving more than 500 voided bets and 3,912 USDT, the mediator sided with Bitz.

The terms allow suspension or closure without notice, voiding of bets and withholding of funds, including deposits, when fraud is suspected. Bitz.io has also capped any single win at $300,000, with wins of $50,000 or more paid in equal parts over 30 days and a maximum win spread over up to 90 days. There is no fee on dormant accounts.

Quick transfers meet monthly payout restrictions

The casino advertises instant withdrawals; independent reviews put routine crypto payouts at 15 to 60 minutes after approval. AskGamblers lists pending times of zero to 48 hours, e-wallets take up to three hours, cards three to five days and bank transfers three to seven days, with no processing at weekends. A KYC or anti-money-laundering review can hold a request for up to seven days.

The terms set a standard €10,000 monthly withdrawal ceiling. Once the balance reaches at least ten times the total deposited, the monthly allowance drops to €5,000. A player who deposited €500 and grew it to €5,000 therefore faces the lower cap precisely when the win is largest, and €20,000 would take four months to withdraw.

Cash-out reality: the €5,000 cap applies to exactly the accounts with the biggest wins relative to deposits, and the $50,000 instalment rule stretches large payouts further still.

Each withdrawal must be at least €10, and coin minimums are higher in some cases: 0.0002 BTC, 0.004 ETH, 0.05 LTC, 30 TRX, 25 DOGE, 0.01 SOL, 1.02 TON, 23 POL and 5 USDT or USDC. Lightning SATS cannot be withdrawn directly; they are converted to USDT or USDC, with a 30,000 SATS minimum. Payouts go back to the deposit method unless Bitz approves another route after extra checks.

Leaving before the deposit has been wagered once costs money. A withdrawal of an unplayed deposit carries an 8% fee with a €4 minimum, which the terms justify as an anti-money-laundering measure, and section 9.4 lets Bitz change withdrawal fees without notice. On a 100 USDT deposit withdrawn untouched, the fee is 8 USDT.

No ID is needed to register, but the terms allow Bitz to ask for a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill before further betting or any withdrawal, with selfies or source-of-funds evidence on top. Betting is suspended until the documents arrive, and funds can be held during an AML review. Keeping the withdrawal reference and every support reply together helps if a request turns into a dispute.

The welcome match is gone; turnover rules remain

Bitz.io had no welcome bonus as of 8 October 2026, and the casino confirmed to Bitcoin.com that the offer had been removed. The former package was a 100% first-deposit match with 50x wagering on the bonus, seven days to complete it and only slots in the “Bonus Wagering” group counting; in August the site showed inconsistent amounts without terms attached.

The entry-level incentive is now a Bitcoin faucet that gives new players 500 SATS with no wagering, with daily faucet limits rising by loyalty tier. At current prices that is a token amount, enough to try a few low-stake spins. Rakeback can be collected at any time as cash with no wagering, and a weekly raffle runs alongside it.

Deposit turnover still governs withdrawals. Crypto deposits must be wagered once on casino or sports bets, while fiat deposits and live-casino play need 3x. For any bonus wagering, slots count at 100%, other categories at just 5%, and around 740 titles, crash and instant-win games among them, do not count at all.

Cashback wagering: Palladium-tier weekly cashback is 6% with a 7x wagering requirement. On a 1,000 USDT net weekly loss, the credit is 1,000 × 6% = 60 USDT, and the turnover needed before it can be withdrawn is 60 × 7 = 420 USDT. A 100 USDT card deposit, by comparison, needs 100 × 3 = 300 USDT of stakes before it can leave without the 8% fee.

Cashback therefore carries a real playthrough cost, while rakeback and rewards-centre credits do not. A player comparing rewards should count the 7x requirement against the 15% top-tier headline rate.

Lightning and stablecoins across several networks

Bitz.io accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, DOGE, SOL, TON, POL, BNB and BCH, plus Bitcoin through the Lightning Network as SATS. Holding a balance in USDT or USDC keeps its value steady against the euro-denominated caps and fees, while BTC or SOL balances move with the market.

USDT runs on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, TON and Solana, USDC on ERC20 and BEP20, and DOGE on its native chain or BEP20. Lightning deposits arrive as SATS and are converted into USDT or USDC inside the account. Sending USDT on a network the cashier has not selected is the usual way crypto deposits go missing, and such transfers cannot be reversed.

Asset or routeNetworksMinimum depositMinimum withdrawal

USDCERC20, BEP201 USDC5 USDC
SATSLightning200 SATS30,000 SATS (via USDT/USDC)

Fiat payments include Visa, Mastercard, bank wire and e-wallets such as Piastrix, in currencies including USD, RUB and UAH. Fiat deposits carry the stricter 3x turnover rule, so a card user needs three times as much play as a crypto user before withdrawing without a fee.

Deposits are free, and Bitz absorbs most network fees on incoming transfers. A bonus-qualifying deposit has historically needed about $10 equivalent, roughly 0.0001 BTC or 10 USDT, while plain deposits start lower.

An extensive lobby without a fairness verifier

Independent counts put the lobby at roughly 9,000 to more than 10,000 games, including about 7,600 slots, more than 400 live tables and 85 to 115 crash and instant-win titles. Between 41 and 70 studios supply them, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, BGaming, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, Endorphina, Yggdrasil, Play’n GO, Amusnet, PG Soft and Mascot.

Live dealer games come from Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Amusnet Live, Vivo Gaming, Ezugi and Platipus, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live. Crash titles include Aviator, Aviamasters and Chicken Road, and there are bonus-buy slots and a “98% RTP” filter that groups high-return slots. Live play counts towards the 3x turnover rule, not the 1x crypto rate.

The lobby also shows a small Bitz Originals section with Bitz Wheel and Bitz Blackjack. Bitcoin.com’s October check found no verification tool and no named testing laboratory for these or any other titles, so a player cannot recompute a Bitz Wheel result from a server seed and hash. RTP figures in the lobby come from the studios and have not been independently audited for this casino.

The same wallet also funds a sportsbook with pre-match, live and esports markets.

Live assistance and a formal dispute timetable

Live chat runs 24/7, and Casino.guru’s chat tests recorded an average wait of about three minutes, rated “Good”. Email goes to [email protected], and there is a help centre, a Telegram channel and bot, a community chat and a Discord server. The site runs in around a dozen languages, and chat support covers about 15.

Formal complaints follow a slower timetable: Bitz allows itself up to 28 days to answer by email, and a claim must be raised within 14 days of the bet being settled. A player who discovers a voided bet three weeks later is already outside the window.

Responsible-gambling tools are limited and mostly run through support. Self-exclusion is requested by email, while a seven-day cooling-off and deposit limits are arranged through the support team; there are no session limits or reality checks, and a responsible-gambling policy page only appeared in August 2026. Given the complaints about broken exclusions, a player asking for one should request written confirmation and stop depositing while it is processed.

Mobile web, Android APK and Telegram access

The full casino runs in mobile browsers, and an Android app is offered as an APK download from bitz2.io, outside Google Play; the footer carries a “Download app” link. There is no iOS app, so iPhone users play in Safari or another browser. A Telegram bot provides a third way in, linked to the casino’s Telegram channel.

Installing an APK means allowing installs from outside the Play Store, so the file should only be taken from the link on bitz.io itself; lookalike domains such as bitz-io.com and bitzplay.fun are not official. The browser version carries the same three-room layout as desktop, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on one wallet, and some players praise its mobile navigation.

Twenty loyalty levels, with different reward conditions

The loyalty programme has 20 levels grouped into Bronze, Steel, Palladium and Mythril tiers, and every player is enrolled automatically. Points come only from real-money bets: Steel starts at about $1,000 of turnover, Palladium at $50,000 and Mythril at $20,000,000. Bets placed in SATS and rakeback paid in SATS do not count.

Daily rakeback is paid as cash with no wagering, starting at 0.2% of turnover and reaching 0.24% at Mythril. On $10,000 of monthly stakes that is about $20 to $24, so the gap between bottom and top tier is small.

Weekly cashback is larger but conditional: 3% at Steel, 6% at Palladium and 15% at Mythril, each with a 7x wagering requirement. From level seven a monthly discount adds 3% at Palladium and 10% at Mythril.

The rewards centre pays daily, weekly, mid-month, monthly and level-up rewards in USDT with no wagering, released on a fixed UTC schedule; level-up rewards do not expire. Faucet limits also rise with tier: 1,000 SATS a day at Bronze, 3,000 at Steel, 7,000 at Palladium and 20,000 at Mythril.

Bitz.io measured against six trust checks

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 13 complaints with one resolved, centred on confiscations after selective audits, arbitrage accusations and ignored self-exclusion requests.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityPayouts are capped at €10,000 a month, halving to €5,000 once a balance hits ten times deposits, with no weekend processing.
  • CautionVerificationRegistration needs no ID, but photo ID, a utility bill, a selfie or source-of-funds proof can be demanded before betting or withdrawing.
  • CautionBonus termsNo welcome bonus remains, but deposits need 1x crypto or 3x fiat turnover to avoid an 8% fee, and cashback carries 7x wagering.
  • CautionSupportChat runs 24/7 with waits of about three minutes, but formal complaints get up to 28 days and claims close 14 days after settlement.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion and deposit limits go through support only, session limits and reality checks are absent, and broken exclusions recur in complaints.

Four other casinos to compare

These options address different priorities, from messaging-based play to reward terms and game breadth:

  • CoinCasino — 5.0/10. Its Telegram mini app puts play directly inside the messaging interface.
  • Betpanda — 4.4/10. Cashback can be withdrawn without wagering and a separate daily rebate is available.
  • JetTon Casino — 5.3/10. Telegram and TON wallet connections provide a more messaging-native way to sign in and fund play.
  • Mirax Casino — 5.8/10. A broad multi-studio game catalogue and substantial live-dealer selection shift the focus towards variety.

Frequently asked questions

Does Bitz.io currently offer a welcome bonus?

No. The first-deposit match was removed by 8 October 2026, and any 100% offer seen on older pages is no longer valid. New players instead get 500 SATS from the Bitcoin faucet with no wagering, followed by wager-free rakeback and rewards-centre credits. Weekly cashback is the only regular reward that comes with a playthrough requirement, at 7x.

How long does a cryptocurrency withdrawal take?

Routine crypto payouts are put at 15 to 60 minutes once the request is approved. Requests can sit pending for up to 48 hours, nothing is processed at weekends, and an anti-money-laundering review can add up to seven days. Card and bank payouts take three to seven days. Lightning balances must first be converted to USDT or USDC.

What are the Bitz.io withdrawal limits?

Ten thousand euros per month is the normal ceiling, halved to €5,000 once a balance is worth ten times or more what the player has deposited. Each request must be at least €10, with higher coin minimums such as 5 USDT or 0.0002 BTC. Wins of $50,000 or more are paid in equal parts over 30 days.

Is Bitz.io licensed, and who operates it?

Yes, offshore. Win Sector Ltd, registered in Anjouan under ID 16383, holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202411066-FI2, issued in November 2024 and valid until 21 November 2026. The licence was confirmed against the Anjouan register in October 2026. Older terms named a Curaçao company, Win Sector N.V. Players in the US, UK, France, Germany and Spain are excluded.

Can I use Bitz.io without identity verification?

Signing up needs no paperwork, but documents can be demanded later: a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill, sometimes a selfie or proof of where the money came from. Betting stops until they are supplied. Players who want to avoid a frozen balance should expect the request at the first sizeable withdrawal.

Are Bitz Originals games provably fair?

There is no evidence that they are. Bitz Wheel and Bitz Blackjack sit in a small in-house section, but no seed-and-hash verifier is offered and no testing laboratory is named. Slots and live tables come from studios such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution, whose RTP figures are set by the providers and not audited for this casino.

What happens if I withdraw before wagering a deposit?

An 8% fee is deducted, with a minimum of €4, so on a small deposit the flat minimum, not the percentage, sets the charge. The fee disappears once a crypto deposit has been staked once; fiat deposits and money played on live tables need three times the deposit in bets. Bitz can change withdrawal fees without notice.

Can I play Bitz.io on my phone?

Yes. Any mobile browser works, Android users can install an APK from the official site, and a Telegram bot offers another route in. There is no App Store or Google Play listing. Downloading the APK only from the link on bitz.io avoids the lookalike domains that copy the brand.

A faucet cannot offset restrictive cash-out terms

Bitz.io earns 4.9/10 as a crypto cashier with a weak safety net. Twelve coins, six USDT networks, Lightning deposits and free deposits from 1 USDT are real strengths, and the lobby is among the largest around. The welcome bonus is gone, though, and the faucet and 0.2% rakeback are modest substitutes.

The deciding facts are on the exit side: a €10,000 monthly cap that halves for the biggest winners, an 8% fee on unplayed deposits and discretionary confiscation clauses. A player moving small sums in stablecoins, wagering each deposit once and withdrawing regularly will rarely meet those limits. A player hoping to bank a five-figure win in a single month, or relying on self-exclusion being enforced, is exposed to exactly the clauses behind most complaints.
