Best for: Crypto payment choice

Coldbet opened in July 2025, so its payout record covers little more than a year, and the early signals point both ways: Casino.guru rates its safety 7.4/10 with only three complaints on file, while Trustpilot users give it 2.4–2.5/5 and describe withdrawals refused after big wins. That thin and divided record keeps the score at 5.9/10.

The cashier is the reason to look. Twenty-one cryptocurrencies sit beside cards, e-wallets, UPI, bKash and SEPA Instant, minimum deposits start at €1–€5, and the welcome ladder is set out stage by stage with a €5 bet limit. The friction comes later: every deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn, free spins are withheld on crypto deposits, and four bonus clauses allow winnings to be confiscated.

Two licences, two company names: who stands behind Coldbet

Coldbet names two different companies depending on where you look. AskGamblers and several independent reviews give the operator as Game2Net B.V., a Curaçao company registered under number 163111, holding licence OGL/2024/296/1093 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Casino.guru instead lists Buxler Limitada under Anjouan licence ALSI-202408002-FI1. LCB confirms both jurisdictions and calls the arrangement a somewhat rare occurrence. The site trades on two domains, cold.bet and coldbet.com.

Both permits are offshore. Coldbet has no licence from a European regulator, including Portugal’s SRIJ, so a player in a dispute has no domestic authority to turn to. The site runs on BetB2B, a turnkey platform used by many other casinos, and no sister brands share the operation.

The name invites confusion. Coldbet is unrelated to Cloudbet, the crypto casino active since 2013, and to Coolbet, the Estonian-rooted bookmaker. A Swiss-German review profile under coldbet-ch.pro was taken down by the platform hosting it for breaching its rules, and that address is not one of Coldbet’s domains.

Before signing up: type cold.bet or coldbet.com directly instead of following a search result, because lookalike addresses already trade on the brand’s name.

Ratings and the early complaint file

Casino.guru gives Coldbet a Safety Index of 7.4/10, rated Above average, estimates its revenue at more than $1M a year and has logged three complaints: two open, one resolved. They concern a lost deposit, a withdrawal delayed by a payment-method error and an account closed with €1,000 withheld. The same review rates the terms Mostly fair but flags four clauses, covered below. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 7.2/10 and has no complaints on record.

Players are harsher. Trustpilot shows 2.4–2.5/5, rated Poor, from 63 reviews, and LCB’s player vote stands at 2.7/5 from 13 ratings. Player reviews are allegations rather than findings, but the themes are consistent: payouts delayed or refused with a vague reference to the payment method, accounts blocked after large wins, crypto deposits that never arrived and cashback or promo codes that went missing. Positive reviews mention fast verification and quick payouts.

Independence is a further question. Coldbet Partners, the affiliate programme, pays review sites a revenue share of 20% to 60% and announced commercial partnerships with review publishers in March and April 2026, so some of the most glowing write-ups come from paid partners.

Terms that can cost a winning balance

Under the four flagged clauses, taking too many bonuses can cost a player their winnings, typical bonus-hunting strategies count as a serious breach, low-risk play leads to confiscation, and certain betting techniques used while clearing a bonus also lead to confiscation. Under the bonus rules, large bets on games that contribute little to wagering are treated as abuse and can end in confiscation and account closure.

An account can also be blocked after three months of inactivity, and multi-accounting wipes accumulated loyalty points. Any balance should therefore be withdrawn before a long break.

Player protection and excluded regions

The account profile offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, a cool-off from 24 hours to three months, self-exclusion for 1 to 10 years or permanently, a session timer and a self-assessment test, with links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and GambleAware. There are no loss or wager limits and no reality check. Players from the United States and the United Kingdom are excluded, Ohio residents are refused, and Ontario players cannot take the sports bonus; further country restrictions apply at sign-up.

How quickly Coldbet pays, and what slows it down

Registration needs no documents, but withdrawals stay locked until the profile is complete and the email address and phone number are confirmed. The security team then requests photo ID and proof of address when it decides to, and checks take up to 48 to 72 hours. The site’s own meta description promises a Payout Guarantee without saying what it covers.

Independent reviews report fast processing once a request is approved. Pending time is put at about 5 minutes and processing at about 10, with e-wallets paid in 5 to 10 minutes, cards in 5 to 15 and SEPA Instant in under 5; crypto and e-wallet payouts are listed at up to 24 hours, and bank transfers at 1 to 7 days.

Three rules decide whether a request goes through. Each deposit has to be wagered three times before withdrawal, so a €100 deposit needs €300 of bets even with no bonus active. Money returns by the method used to deposit, and Coldbet can insist on a bank wire in place of an e-wallet. Which methods pay out at all depends on the country: in some markets only crypto withdrawals are offered, in others cards, UPI and bKash work as well.

The minimum withdrawal is €1 to €5. Limits run from €10,000 a day, €30,000 a week and €100,000 a month, the figures most reviews give, to no fixed ceiling in Casino.guru’s assessment, so check the cashier before a large cash-out. The most frequent payout complaint is a withdrawal held back after a large win while extra documents are requested.

Complete the ID and address check straight after the first deposit, play each deposit through three times, and save the transaction hash and chat transcripts in case a large win is held.

Coldbet’s €1,500 ladder and the clauses attached

The welcome package spreads up to €1,500 and 150 free spins across four deposits. Each stage has its own match rate, cap and spin game:

StageMatchFree spinsMinimum deposit
1st deposit100% up to €30030 on Reliquary of Ra€10
2nd deposit50% up to €35035 on Admiral€15
3rd deposit25% up to €40040 on Juicy Fruits 27 Ways€15
4th deposit25% up to €45045 on Rich of the Mermaid Hold and Spin€15

Wagering is 35x throughout. On the first stage it applies to deposit plus bonus, which doubles the effective requirement; on stages two to four it applies to the bonus alone. Bets are capped at €5 while a bonus is active, and each stage has to be cleared within 7 days.

First and second stage turnover: a €100 first deposit earns a €100 bonus, and 35x on the combined €200 means €7,000 of stakes within 7 days. A €200 second deposit at 50% adds a €100 bonus, and 35x on that bonus alone means €3,500. Claiming every stage at its cap requires deposits of €300, €700, €1,600 and €1,800 and turnover of €21,000, €12,250, €14,000 and €15,750: €63,000 in total for €1,500 of bonus money.

Crypto players lose part of the value. Free spins are not credited on crypto deposits, and deposits in ETH, LTC, XMR, DASH and ZEC do not qualify for the bonus at all, so a player funding with Litecoin gets neither match nor spins.

Reloads, codes and cashback

The Sunday Reload matches 100% up to €300 from a €5 deposit, with 30x wagering, 48 hours to complete it and a €3 maximum bet. Avia-Tuesday pays up to 50 spins on Aviator at €0.20 each for a Tuesday deposit, at 30x within 2 days and a €2 bet limit.

No-deposit spins arrive through promo codes and change with the partner site: 60 spins on Era of Jinlong, 50 or 100 through other codes, and 150 spins at 20x through another. Weekly cashback of 5% to 11% of net losses carries no wagering and is paid every 1 to 7 days depending on level, which makes it the cleanest recurring offer on Coldbet. Tournaments carry prize pools from €3,000 to €4,000,000, alongside a Money Wheel and a weekly Football Freebet Race.

Twenty-one coins and a long fiat menu

Coldbet accepts 21 cryptocurrencies, the widest choice in its cashier, alongside dozens of account currencies and a broad set of fiat routes aimed at Europe and South Asia.

RouteOptions
CryptocurrencyBTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, XRP, DOGE, TRX, BNB, ADA, SOL, BCH, DASH, XMR, ZEC and more
Cards and mobile walletsVisa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
E-walletsSkrill, Neteller, Piastrix, Binance Pay
Bank transfersBank wire, SEPA Instant, EPS
Local methodsUPI (India), bKash and Nagad (Bangladesh)

Monero and Zcash give privacy-minded players an option most cashiers lack, though neither earns a bonus. In many countries, only the crypto deposit options appear, so the fiat list above applies only where those methods are shown.

Minimum deposits start at €1 to €5, low enough to test the cashier before committing larger sums. The bonus thresholds are higher: €10 for the first stage and €15 for the others. Most methods carry no casino fee, but Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals carry extra charges, so stablecoins such as USDT or USDC are usually the cheaper crypto route. Whatever the coin, the sending network must match the one chosen in the cashier, or the transfer is lost.

A BetB2B lobby with thousands of slots and no originals

Coldbet advertises more than 14,000 games, while independent counts start at about 5,300 slots. Between 140 and 186 studios supply them, among them Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming and Red Tiger, with 1×2 Gaming, BetSoft and BGaming further down the list.

The live casino counts more than 600 tables from around 20 providers, including Evolution, Ezugi, Winfinity, TVBET and LiveG24. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, sic bo, dragon tiger, speed games and game shows are all covered, and table limits reach €100,000, leaving room for high-stakes play.

The rest of the menu reflects the BetB2B platform: crash games such as Aviator, Zeppelin and Crash Point, FastGames like Apple of Fortune, Under and Over 7 and Indian Poker, TV Games, bingo, keno, plinko, virtual sports, poker, Hunting and Fishing, progressive and daily jackpots and instant-win titles. Every game except live tables has a demo mode.

There are no in-house originals; the FastGames titles come with the platform and appear at other BetB2B casinos too. The site’s Fairness & RNG Testing Methods page deals with random number generation, not provably fair seed checks.

A full sportsbook covers 45 sports, more than 5,000 events a day and over 10 esports titles including Dota 2, CS2, Valorant and League of Legends, with a separate 100% sports welcome bonus up to €100 at 5x.

Live chat, a claims inbox and month-long replies to complaints

Live chat runs 24/7. An AI assistant answers within a second or two and hands over to a human agent after 2 to 4 minutes; Casino.guru rated the service Average, with replies averaging 5 minutes across four tests. Email goes to [email protected], and Coldbet also answers on Telegram at @coldbet_official. There is no phone line.

Disputes have their own route: [email protected] and [email protected] feed a Claims Department. That channel is slow. Coldbet replies to 85% of negative Trustpilot reviews, but usually after more than a month, and the answers are templated referrals back to the same department.

The interface comes in dozens of languages, 65+ by the operator’s count, which matches its push into Asian, European and African markets.

Android APK, iOS build and web app

Android users download a 55.4 MB APK from Coldbet’s own site, since it is not in Google Play. An iOS version is available as well, and a progressive web app covers any other device straight from the browser.

The installed apps add push notifications and app-only promotions. Accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication and a secret question, worth switching on for a phone that stays logged in.

Eight loyalty levels with cashback on every bet at the top

Every account joins the loyalty scheme automatically. Points accrue with each bet: 100 points per €1 at level 1, Copper, rising to 250 per €1 at Gold, and level 2 needs 300,000 points. The scheme has 8 levels in all.

At level 8, the top, Coldbet returns a share of every stake regardless of result: 0.25% on slots, 0.2% on lotteries and virtual sports, 0.1% on live games and 0.05% on table games. On €10,000 of slot bets that is €25, so the top tier is a small rebate. A personal VIP manager comes with the level.

The weekly cashback of 5% to 11% on net losses, described above, is the more valuable perk for most players, because it applies to losses rather than turnover and pays out with no wagering.

Who Coldbet’s broad cashier serves, and who it doesn’t

A good fit for

  • Crypto players who want wide coin choice, with 21 cryptocurrencies including Monero and Zcash and deposits starting at €1–€5.
  • Players who rely on local payment routes, since UPI, bKash, Nagad and SEPA Instant appear in the cashier where available.
  • Regulars who prefer cashback to bonuses, as weekly cashback of 5% to 11% on net losses is paid with no wagering.
  • Anyone who wants firm self-limits, given deposit limits, a session timer and self-exclusion from one to ten years or permanently.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Crypto players chasing the welcome ladder, since crypto deposits earn no free spins and ETH or LTC deposits earn no match at all.
  • Players who may withdraw a deposit unplayed, because every deposit must be wagered three times first, so €100 needs €300 of bets.
  • Big winners who want a proven payout history, since trading began in July 2025 and player reviews describe withdrawals refused after large wins.
  • Anyone taking long breaks with money on account, as an account can be blocked after three months of inactivity.

Alternatives with a sharper focus

  • BetLabel Casino — 5.6/10. Leans harder into sports and esports, with live streams and deeper markets around a casino lobby of similar scale.
  • MyStake — 4.6/10. Covers similar ground, pairing privacy coins such as Monero and Dash with a long list of fiat methods.
  • 888Starz Casino — 5.0/10. Goes further on local payment methods across Asia, Africa and Latin America, useful when a regional method is missing at Coldbet.
  • Lucky Wave Casino — 4.0/10. Pushes the game count and the live dealer lobby well beyond Coldbet’s, from a larger pool of studios.

Short answers about Coldbet

Who runs Coldbet, and why are two licences mentioned?

Two entities are named. Game2Net B.V. appears with Curaçao licence OGL/2024/296/1093, while Casino.guru links the site to Buxler Limitada and an Anjouan permit. LCB confirms that both jurisdictions apply. Both are offshore, and the site trades on two domains, so search both registers for the brand before depositing.

How fast does Coldbet pay out?

Reviewers report that most approved requests clear within minutes; crypto and e-wallets are listed at up to a day and bank transfers at up to a week. The delays come earlier: documents can take two to three days to check, each deposit must be bet three times first, and the payout normally goes back to the deposit method. Big wins attract the most complaints about held funds.

What does the Coldbet welcome bonus require?

Four deposits unlock up to €1,500 and 150 spins. Every stage carries 35x wagering, counted on deposit and bonus together for the first one and on the bonus alone afterwards. You have 7 days per stage and a €5 stake limit, and clearing every stage at its maximum adds up to €63,000 of play, more than most budgets can handle.

Do crypto deposits qualify for Coldbet bonuses?

Partly. Bitcoin, USDT and most other coins unlock the match, but free spins are never added to a crypto deposit. ETH, LTC, XMR, DASH and ZEC deposits receive no bonus whatsoever. If the spins matter to you, fund that stage with a card or e-wallet; if they do not, the wager-free weekly cashback is a simpler way to get value back.

Does Coldbet have a mobile app?

Yes. Android players install a 55.4 MB APK taken from Coldbet’s site rather than Google Play, iPhone users have their own version, and a web app runs in any browser. The apps bring push alerts and some promotions only offered there. Turn on two-factor login and the secret question before keeping the app signed in.

Can I set limits or exclude myself at Coldbet?

Yes, from the profile. Deposit limits can be set per day, week or month, a cool-off runs from 24 hours to three months, and self-exclusion lasts 1 to 10 years or permanently. A session timer and a self-test are included too. What is missing are loss or wager limits and reality-check reminders.

Does a 21-coin cashier make up for Coldbet’s short record?

Partly. Coldbet’s cashier is genuinely broad, its bonus terms are spelled out stage by stage, and Casino.guru’s 7.4/10 with three complaints is a respectable start. The 5.9/10 reflects what a year of trading cannot yet show: how reliably large wins are paid, given player reports of refusals, the 3x deposit rule and four confiscation clauses.

Coldbet fits a player who deposits with a card or stablecoin in modest amounts, verifies early, skips the full €63,000 welcome turnover in favour of the weekly cashback and withdraws regularly. If the plan is to fund with Litecoin, chase the whole ladder or leave a large balance idle, the 3x rule, the crypto exclusions and the three-month inactivity lock all work against you.
