Best for: High rollers

MoonWin lets players withdraw up to €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month, limits that suit higher stakes better than most crypto casinos, and backs them with a large multi-studio game library and a high-roller bonus of 125% up to €5,000. The same casino carries a very low independent safety rating, and its most common complaint is that requests for self-exclusion or account closure are ignored.

Five cryptocurrencies, more than 20 fiat methods and no casino fees make funding straightforward. Bonus terms are tight, with 35x–40x wagering to be completed in five days, so the welcome package works better for volume players than for anyone hoping to turn a bonus into cash.

Who is behind MoonWin: licences, operator and complaint record

Novatrix S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, runs MoonWin under two offshore licences: one from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada, and one from Anjouan in the Union of Comoros under number ALSI-202508056-FI2. Neither licence gives players the dispute machinery of a European regulator.

The brand launched in 2023 on a domain registered in December 2016. Players in the United States, including Ohio, are not accepted, and the site footer sets the minimum age at 21. The operator runs several other casinos, and complaints about those sister sites feed into MoonWin’s overall record.

That record is poor. Casino.guru gives MoonWin a Safety Index of 2.0/10 (“Very low”) and counts 46 complaints across the casino and its related sites: 26 rejected, 10 unresolved, eight resolved and two open. The group has accumulated 122,851 black points, 79,154 of them from sister casinos, against estimated revenue of more than $1M a year. The same assessment rates the terms “somewhat unfair”, flagging six clauses including time limits on KYC and restrictions on “bonus hunting”.

The dominant complaint is unusual and serious: players who asked to close their accounts or self-exclude say the casino ignored the request and their accounts stayed open. The same theme runs through player reviews on other platforms, alongside withdrawal delays and payouts blocked by contradictory requirements.

Other ratings are kinder. AskGamblers scores MoonWin 7.9/10 on its CasinoRank and 9.3/10 from 196 player reviews, and says 12 of its 13 complaints were resolved, with an average response of two days.

Trustpilot has hidden MoonWin’s score for breaching its guidelines and has removed a number of fake reviews. The 822 remaining reviews are 63% five-star and 13% one-star. Negative posts include a $200 withdrawal that took nine days against a promised 24–48 hours, ignored closure requests and a claim that free spins were offered in exchange for a positive review, which the company denies. On the positive side, reviewers praise the game choice, the free spins and quick chat replies.

The terms also contain a special clause for wins above €15,000, and the operator reserves the right to change loyalty terms at any time. Players aiming for large wins should read the current withdrawal terms before depositing, since that clause applies exactly where MoonWin’s high limits matter most.

If you need to stop playing: do not rely on MoonWin’s own self-exclusion. Block gambling payments through your bank or card provider and use device-level blocking software as well, because complaints show the casino’s process does not always work.

Payout reliability for large balances

The withdrawal limits are MoonWin’s main selling point for high rollers: €5,000 per day, €10,000 per week and €20,000 per month, with equivalent caps in other currencies. Individual fiat transactions top out at €4,000–€5,000, and bank wires at €1,000 per transfer.

Large-win timeline. A €50,000 win is released at a maximum of €20,000 a month: €20,000 in month one, €20,000 in month two and €10,000 in month three. Within each month the weekly €10,000 limit means at least two weeks of withdrawals to reach the monthly ceiling.

Requests sit as pending for up to 24 hours. Independent reviews put crypto payouts at under 24 hours once that stage clears, often faster, with e-wallets near instant, cards taking three to five days and bank transfers three to ten business days.

The minimum withdrawal is €20–€50 depending on the method, with bank transfers listed at up to €200. Crypto is paid out in the same coin that was deposited, and only nine methods support withdrawals: Bank Wire, AstroPay Direct, MiFinity, Skrill and the five cryptocurrencies. A player who deposits by Apple Pay or Paysafecard therefore needs a different withdrawal route, which is easier to set up before the first win than after it.

The same-coin rule also affects planning. A deposit in DOGE comes back in DOGE, so a player who wants a stablecoin payout needs to deposit in USDT or USDC from the start; converting a large DOGE balance after a win adds exchange costs and price movement on the way out.

Verification is mandatory. MoonWin asks for proof of identity and proof of address, and checks take up to one business day once documents are in. The terms set time limits for completing KYC, one of the six disputed clauses, so uploading documents straight after registration protects the balance from a missed deadline.

MoonWin charges no deposit or withdrawal fees; network fees on crypto transfers are paid by the player.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome package covers three deposits with free spins at each step, and its size depends on region. On the main site it is worth up to €6,500 plus 180 spins: 100% up to €5,000 with 100 spins, then 75% up to €1,000 with 50 spins (code MOON75) and 50% up to €500 with 30 spins (code MOON50). In other markets the first stage is capped at €250. Each stage needs at least €20.

Other versions circulate at the same time: a header offer of 130% up to €1,000 plus 100 spins with code FEST26, and partner-site codes such as 125% up to €250 with 100 spins on Wild Chicago, credited 50 a day. Comparing the wagering and caps attached to each code before depositing decides which is worth taking.

A separate high-roller offer pays 125% up to €5,000 plus 100 spins from a €250 deposit. Wagering is 35x–40x on the bonus and free-spin winnings, and it has to be completed within five days, one of the shortest windows in the market.

High-roller maths. Deposit €1,000 on the high-roller offer and receive a €1,250 bonus. At 40x the bonus, required turnover is €50,000. At the €5 maximum bet that is 10,000 spins in five days, or 2,000 spins a day.

The caps limit what the bonus can return. Bonus cash-outs are capped at ten times the bonus or deposit, winnings from deposit bonuses at €10,000, free-spin winnings at €100 and no-deposit winnings at €50. One player saw $1,425 removed from a $1,500 balance built on free spins, with the casino pointing to its withdrawal caps.

Table and live games contribute less to wagering than slots, and stakes above €5 with bonus funds break the terms. Bonuses are not available to players in Sweden, Finland, Ontario or the United States. For a high-stakes player, declining the welcome offer avoids the €5 bet limit and the five-day wagering window.

Five coins and a long fiat list

MoonWin accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and DOGE, processed through CoinsPaid, and every coin can also be used for withdrawals. The cashier does not state which networks USDT and USDC run on, so check the network shown on the deposit screen before sending, since a transfer on the wrong chain is usually lost.

The fiat side lists 26 deposit methods, including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Interac, Rapid Transfer, MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Jeton, AstroPay, Neosurf, Flexepin, CashtoCode, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Siru. Availability depends on country.

Deposits start at €20, or €5 through Siru. Accounts can hold several currencies at once, including EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK and INR, which saves conversion costs for players who move between crypto and a local currency.

For high rollers, the per-transaction limits matter more than the minimums: at €4,000–€5,000 per fiat payout and €1,000 per bank wire, a €5,000 daily withdrawal by bank wire takes five separate transfers.

150-plus studios, live tables and Originals

The library runs to several thousand titles, more than 6,000 by most counts, from over 150 studios by Casino.guru’s count. Names include Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, 3Oaks, Playson, Onlyplay, Gamzix, Iconic21, LuckyStreak, 1x2gaming, Ainsworth and Amatic, though not every studio is available in every country.

The lobby is split into Top Games, Live Casino, Bonus Buy and Prize Pool sections, with a “Feeling lucky?” button that picks a random game. Jackpot slots, including progressives, run into the thousands.

The live casino offers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows, with chat to dealers and other players, and its table count runs well past a thousand. For high-stakes players, that depth makes it easier to find tables with suitable limits.

A branded Originals section holds eight instant games, among them Chicken Road, Plinko Aztec, Twist and Penalty Unlimited. These quick-round games sit under MoonWin’s own banner.

Chat support and self-exclusion problems

Support runs 24/7 through live chat, which starts with an AI bot before passing to a human agent, and by email at [email protected]. There is no phone line and the FAQ is thin. Support works in English only, and asking the bot for a human agent early saves time on account or payment questions, although the site itself is available in English, German, French, Italian and other European languages.

Player reviews generally praise the speed of chat replies. The problems start when a request needs action rather than an answer: account closures and self-exclusion requests go by email, and these are exactly the cases that make up MoonWin’s complaint pattern.

The responsible gambling toolkit consists of deposit and play limits, with self-exclusion requested by email. Casino.guru describes the options as limited and states that self-exclusion does not work properly. Anyone who sets limits should check after a day that they have been applied to the MoonWin account.

MoonWin in a phone browser

MoonWin has no native app. The site runs in mobile browsers on Android and iPhone, with the full lobby, live tables and promotions available.

On a small screen, the search bar or the random game button is a faster way into a library of more than 6,000 titles than scrolling categories. Live dealer chat works on a phone too, and the MoonWin account and balance are shared with desktop. Apple Pay and Google Pay are the quickest way to fund the account from a phone, with the same €20 minimum as other methods, while crypto deposits work by scanning the cashier’s wallet address into a mobile wallet app.

Tournaments, Daily Reel Run and the VIP programme

MoonWin runs a VIP programme for regular players, and the operator reserves the right to change its loyalty terms at any time. A high roller weighing MoonWin against casinos with fixed rebate rates gets less certainty here about what heavy play will return.

Recurring promotions are clearer. The Daily Reel Run shares a pool of 250 free spins, tournaments and a lottery run alongside it, and VIP events such as Lunar Tuesday and a Solstice Bonus appear in the calendar, together with a crypto bonus of up to 1 BTC a day. Each carries its own terms, so wagering and spin caps from the bonus section apply.

The Daily Reel Run and tournaments reward volume on selected slots, which suits players who already spend long sessions on the reels. Because each event sets its own eligible games, checking the list before a session decides whether a MoonWin player’s normal stakes count towards the prizes.

MoonWin trust checklist: high limits, weak safeguards

  • CautionSupportChat runs 24/7, starting with an AI bot, in English only, while closures and self-exclusion must go by email.

Other casinos to compare

  • Olympia — 5.3/10. A broader fiat cashier with many regional methods, and a stronger trust and rewards profile.
  • Gamblezen Casino — 6.0/10. A clearly tiered VIP scheme with weekly cashback, for players who want rebates spelled out.
  • Casinobet — 6.5/10. A deep VIP ladder with combined rakeback and cashback, plus fairer bonus terms.
  • BDMBet Casino — 5.7/10. A similarly wide catalogue with a sportsbook attached and a better trust record.

MoonWin questions answered

Is MoonWin licensed?

Yes. Novatrix S.R.L., registered in Costa Rica, operates the casino under an Anjouan licence (ALSI-202508056-FI2) and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence from Canada. Both are offshore permits with limited player protection, and Casino.guru still rates the casino’s safety at 2.0/10 because of its complaint history. Players from the United States are not accepted.

Is MoonWin good for high rollers?

On limits, yes: €5,000 can be withdrawn per day and €20,000 per month, more than many crypto casinos allow, and there is a 125% bonus up to €5,000. On trust, less so. A very low safety score, a special clause for wins over €15,000 and loyalty terms that can change at any time are significant drawbacks for anyone playing big.

How fast does MoonWin pay out?

After up to a day in pending, crypto withdrawals are listed at up to 24 hours, and e-wallets are close to instant. Card payouts need three to five days and bank transfers can run to ten business days. Expect the first request to wait until identity and address documents have been approved.

What are the MoonWin bonus wagering terms?

Bonus money and spin winnings must be wagered 35 to 40 times within five days, with stakes limited to €5. Spin winnings are capped at €100 and no-deposit winnings at €50. Tables and live games count for less than slots, and players in Sweden, Finland, Ontario and the US cannot claim the offers.

Does MoonWin’s self-exclusion work?

It is the casino’s weakest point. Self-exclusion and account closure are requested by email, and many complaints say those requests were ignored and accounts stayed open. Anyone who needs a break should combine a request to MoonWin with a gambling block from their bank and blocking software on their devices.

Which payment methods does MoonWin accept?

Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, USD Coin and Dogecoin, plus 26 fiat deposit options such as cards, Interac, Skrill, MiFinity, Apple Pay and Paysafecard. Only nine methods handle withdrawals, the five coins among them. Deposits start at €20, or €5 with Siru, and MoonWin adds no fees of its own.

Do MoonWin’s high limits outweigh its trust record?

MoonWin offers what high rollers usually struggle to find at crypto casinos: €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month in withdrawals, a live casino with deep table choice, a large multi-studio library and fee-free crypto payouts in five coins. Players who skip the bonus, verify straight away and withdraw in crypto get the most out of those terms.

The 2.0/10 Safety Index from Casino.guru, ten unresolved complaints, a special clause for wins over €15,000 and repeated reports of ignored self-exclusion requests weigh heavily against it. Anyone who has struggled with gambling control should not open an account, and anyone else should keep balances within the weekly €10,000 limit and withdraw as they go.
