Best for: Crypto payment choice

Betpanda accepts 13 cryptocurrencies, pays Bitcoin over Lightning and returns 10% of weekly casino losses without wagering, yet its trust record pulls the score down to 4.4/10. Since its 2023 launch, it has built up a long record of complaints about accounts frozen after wins and winnings withheld.

The cashier is crypto-only and sign-up needs just an email and password, but the terms allow identity checks at any point, cap net winnings at 3 BTC a day and limit withdrawals to €5,000 per 24 hours. The welcome match carries turnover of up to 80× the deposit within seven days, and the site offers almost no tools for limiting play.

Who is behind Betpanda: licence, operator and track record

Betpanda does not hold a gambling licence for the Betpanda brand. It is run by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company registered in San Pedro, Costa Rica, under corporate ID 3-102-880000. Costa Rica has no licensing regime for online casinos, and Betpanda’s own terms state that the service operates “not under any domestic licensing regime”. The site displays no licence number or regulator seal, and the operator does not appear among the 660 entries in the Curaçao register.

The same company holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202408063-FI3, issued on 29 August 2024, but it covers 13 domains of a sister brand, Punkz, and no Betpanda domain appears in the Anjouan register. A player in a dispute with Betpanda therefore has no regulator to escalate to. Responding to player criticism, the company says it operates legally in its jurisdiction.

Ratings and the complaint pattern

Casino.guru gives Betpanda a Safety Index of 5.4/10, rated “Below average”, citing the missing licence and a low win limit. It estimates annual revenue above $20 million, finds no blacklist entries and rates the terms “Fair”. Its complaints file holds 67 cases: 52 rejected, 9 resolved, 3 unresolved and 3 open.

Trustpilot has removed the betpanda.io rating for breaching its guidelines and says it deleted several fake reviews; a second profile for betpandacasino.io was removed entirely. Of the 855 remaining reviews, 65% are one-star and 26% five-star, and the company replies to about two-thirds of them. Scamadviser rates the betpandacasino.io domain at around 71%, in its medium-to-low risk band.

Individual reviews are allegations rather than findings, but the same complaints recur on both platforms: accounts closed or frozen after a win under the anti-fraud clause, winnings withheld, deposits that never reached the balance and were not refunded, and accusations of rigged games.

On the commercial side, Betpanda has been the official global betting partner of G2 Esports’ CS2 team for the 2026 season, announced in December 2025, with its logo on the team jersey.

Terms that can cost you money

The terms cap net winnings at 3 BTC per 24 hours and 10 BTC per round or spin; anything above is not paid. Deposits below about €10 are neither credited nor returned. Clause 6 lets the operator demand identity verification at any time and block the account and withdrawals until it is complete. Using a VPN to get around a country block voids all bets, even though the site carries a page recommending VPN use.

Seventy countries are restricted, 50 of them in Africa. Named exclusions include the United States, Australia, Costa Rica, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Cyprus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Venezuela, plus sanctioned territories and the US state of Ohio.

Closing the account forfeits the balance. Betpanda offers no deposit, loss, session or wager limits, no reality check and no temporary self-exclusion. The only control is account closure by email, which takes up to 24 hours, wipes any remaining balance and carries a 24-hour cool-off before reopening. Withdraw first, then ask for closure.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Standard withdrawal limits are €5,000 per 24 hours, €15,000 per week and €45,000 per month. Only support or the VIP team can raise them. Withdrawing a €45,000 balance takes at least three weeks: the daily limit alone would allow it in nine days, but the weekly cap stretches the schedule. These limits sit on top of the 3 BTC daily cap on net winnings.

Processing times range from minutes, with Bitcoin over Lightning the quickest, to around 13–14 hours. No payout time is promised, and the terms allow discretionary security checks before funds are released.

Sign-up does not require documents, but clause 6 applies at any stage and withdrawal requests are the usual trigger. A player asked for ID mid-withdrawal cannot cash out until the check is cleared, so having ID documents ready shortens the wait.

Withdrawals go back in the same cryptocurrency used to deposit. No platform fee is advertised and only network costs apply in normal use, though the terms reserve the right to charge for withdrawals. A player who wants euros or dollars must convert through their own exchange, with its own fees.

Payout complaints concentrate on the approval stage: accounts frozen after a large win, withdrawals refused under the anti-fraud clause and long pending periods, including one player who received about $2,300 only after a lengthy wait. Keep the transaction hash, wallet address and every support reference, because these are the only evidence a dispute can rest on.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

Betpanda offers a 100% first-deposit match up to 1 BTC, valid for the casino only and needing no promo code. Wagering runs from 40× to 80× the deposit, with 40× in the most recent version of the terms, and must be completed within seven days. Miss the deadline and both the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.

Wagering calculation. Deposit €100 and the 100% match adds €100. At 40× the deposit, the turnover requirement is €4,000; at 80× it is €8,000. With the €50 maximum bet, clearing €4,000 takes at least 80 full-size slot spins. On live tables, which count at 20%, the same €4,000 requirement means €20,000 in live stakes.

Slots count at 100% and live casino games at 20%. Provably fair games, progressive jackpots, sports bets, baccarat and poker count for nothing, and four named slots are excluded entirely. A player who spends the week on Originals or table games makes no progress at all.

Each qualifying bet is capped at €50 per round, and the operator can change or suspend the offer at its discretion. There is no bonus-specific maximum cash-out, but the 3 BTC daily cap on net winnings still applies to anything won with bonus funds.

Against market norms, 40× the deposit is already at the strict end, and 80× within seven days is out of reach for most players without very high stakes. The weekly cashback described below delivers more predictable value because it carries no rollover.

A crypto-only cashier with 13 coins

Betpanda supports 13 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, BNB, Tether, XRP, Dogecoin, TRON, Shiba Inu, The Sandbox, USD Coin, Solana and Toncoin. Bitcoin works both on-chain and through the Lightning Network, which settles in seconds and avoids waiting for block confirmations.

CoinRoute and notes
BTCOn-chain and Lightning Network
USDT, USDCDollar stablecoins for players who want a stable balance
ETH, LTC, BNB, XRP, DOGE, TRXDeposits and withdrawals in the same coin
SOL, TON, SHIB, SANDDeposits and withdrawals in the same coin
Cards, bank transferNot supported

There is no card payment, bank transfer or built-in crypto purchase. Players holding only traditional currency must buy crypto elsewhere first, which adds an exchange fee before the first bet and another conversion when cashing out.

The minimum deposit is about €10, and smaller transfers are neither credited nor refunded. Because coin prices move, a deposit sized at exactly €10 can land just below the threshold by the time it confirms; sending a small margin above it avoids losing the transfer.

Stablecoins run on more than one blockchain, so copy the network shown in the cashier along with the address. A transfer sent on an unsupported chain may never arrive and cannot be reversed.

More than 5,000 games, with an unproven fairness claim

The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from over 70 studios. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Novomatic, Slotmill, Play’n GO and BGaming are among them. Categories cover slots, live dealers, roulette, blackjack and baccarat tables, bingo, keno, crash games and virtual sports.

Live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. Under the bonus rules these count at only 20%, and live baccarat at zero, so live players gain little from the welcome match.

Betpanda’s 11 in-house Originals include Mines, Dice, Plinko, Hi-Lo, Wheel, Limbo, Keno, Coin Flip, Turbo Crash and Chicken Crossing, with Spribe’s Aviator alongside. Rounds take seconds, and none of them count towards the bonus.

Betpanda describes its Originals as provably fair, but bitcoin.com’s review found no public verifier, seed mechanism, audit or testing lab behind it. In a working provably fair system, the casino commits to a hashed server seed before play and the player can recompute each result from that seed, their own client seed and a nonce. Without a public verifier, players cannot run that check. The company says its games are independently certified, but names no certificate.

Betpanda does not publish RTP or house-edge figures for its Originals, so players cannot compare their return with provider slots, whose RTP is set by the studio. Sports betting runs on the same account, covering 70+ sports and esports titles including CS, League of Legends and Dota 2.

Round-the-clock chat, in English only

Live chat and email are available 24/7. Casino.guru rated support “Average” across six tests and found that chat and email work only in English, although the site itself runs in 14 languages and not all of the terms are translated. A player who reads the site in another language must still argue a frozen withdrawal in English.

Chat agents handle payment questions and pass on requests for higher withdrawal limits. They cannot close an account, which must be requested by email. The company answers about two-thirds of its public reviews.

A browser casino with a home-screen shortcut

There is no native app; Betpanda runs in mobile browsers on iOS and Android. The “download app” button installs a progressive web app, a home-screen shortcut that opens the same site full-screen. The full game lobby, cashier and sportsbook are available on a phone.

Because no official app file exists, any APK offered through messages, ads or other sites is unofficial and can harvest login details. Two-factor authentication is available to protect the login on mobile and desktop alike.

Cashback beats the VIP ladder for clear value

Betpanda returns 10% of net casino losses every week, paid on Wednesdays at 13:00 UTC. The cashback has no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately. It requires at least 50 casino bets in the week, is capped at €20,000, and excludes sports, esports and virtual sports.

Cashback calculation. A week ending with a net casino loss of €600 returns €60, paid the following Wednesday. The €20,000 ceiling only applies once net weekly losses pass €200,000.

Daily rakeback of 5% to 10% sits on top, rising with VIP tier. Because rakeback is calculated on turnover, it pays most to the players who bet most, whereas cashback depends on actual losses.

The XP Club, also called Path of the Panda, runs five to six tiers from Panda Cub to Emperor Panda, with thresholds rising from 10,000 XP to 10,000,000 XP. Standard slots and sports bets earn 10 XP per euro, slower slots 5 XP and live or table games 2 XP. Reaching 10,000 XP therefore takes €1,000 in slot stakes or €5,000 on live tables, and the 100,000 XP tier needs €10,000 in slot turnover.

Sublevel rewards include 10 to 100 free spins whose winnings carry no wagering. The operator also offers to match VIP status held at other casinos, which lets an established high roller skip the early tiers.

How Betpanda holds up on six trust checks

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 67 complaints with only 9 resolved, and accounts frozen after wins and withheld winnings recur across platforms.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityWithdrawals stop at €5,000 a day and €45,000 a month, and net winnings above 3 BTC per 24 hours are not paid.
  • CautionVerificationSign-up needs only an email, but clause 6 permits ID demands at any time, usually mid-withdrawal, blocking cash-outs until cleared.
  • ConcernBonus termsThe match needs 40×–80× the deposit within seven days at a €50 bet cap, with live games counting only 20%.
  • CautionSupportLive chat and email run 24/7, but both work only in English and Casino.guru rated support average across six tests.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionNo deposit, loss, session or wager limits exist, and the only control, closure by email, forfeits any remaining balance.

Four alternatives with different priorities

  • Bitz.io — 4.9/10. Its exceptionally large slot, live-table and crash-game selection creates more room for comparing play formats.
  • MyStake — 4.6/10. It offers a broader route between cryptocurrencies and conventional payment services.
  • Kingmaker Casino — 4.2/10. Its welcome promotion includes prize-wheel chances, with major awards distributed in instalments.
  • JetTon Casino — 5.3/10. Telegram and TON wallet integration make the messaging app central to account access and funding.

Betpanda frequently asked questions

Does Betpanda have a gambling licence?

No. Betpanda is run by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a Costa Rican company, and its terms say it operates outside any domestic licensing regime. The Anjouan licence held by the same company applies only to its Punkz domains. With no regulator overseeing Betpanda, a player whose account is frozen or whose withdrawal is refused has no official body to complain to.

How fast are Betpanda cryptocurrency withdrawals?

It varies from a few minutes to around 14 hours. Bitcoin sent over Lightning is the quickest option once approved, but discretionary security reviews can hold a request first. Limits also shape the timetable: €5,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €45,000 a month, so a big win is paid out in instalments over several weeks unless support agrees to raise the cap.

Can I use Betpanda without submitting identity documents?

You can register and deposit with only an email address and password. That changes once money moves out: clause 6 of the terms lets Betpanda demand ID at any moment and freeze withdrawals until you comply, and requests usually arrive with a cash-out. Crypto-only payments do not make an account anonymous, so expect to provide documents before a sizeable withdrawal.

What happens if a Betpanda deposit is below the minimum?

You lose it. The threshold is roughly €10, and the terms state that anything smaller is neither added to your balance nor sent back. Since crypto prices change between sending and confirmation, a transfer worth exactly €10 when you press send can arrive slightly under. Add a margin, and check the coin-specific minimum in the cashier before every small deposit.

How hard is the Betpanda welcome bonus to clear?

Hard. A €100 deposit earns a €100 bonus, but turnover of 40× to 80× the deposit means €4,000 to €8,000 in bets within seven days, at no more than €50 per bet. Only slots count fully. Live games count at a fifth of their value, and Originals, jackpots, baccarat and poker count for nothing, so most players will forfeit the bonus before the deadline.

Are Betpanda Originals independently provably fair?

That cannot be checked. Betpanda markets games such as Mines, Dice, Plinko and Limbo as provably fair, but bitcoin.com found no verifier, seed system or audit that would let a player recompute a round. The company points to independent certification without naming it. Until a public verification tool exists, treat the provably fair label as marketing and judge the games on their limits and terms instead.

What does the 10% weekly cashback pay?

One tenth of your net casino loss for the week, credited every Wednesday at 13:00 UTC with no playthrough attached. You need at least 50 casino bets in the week to qualify, sports and esports bets do not count, and the payment stops at €20,000. A €600 net loss, for example, returns €60 that can be withdrawn straight away.

Should you trust Betpanda with your crypto?

Betpanda is a capable crypto cashier attached to a casino with a poor dispute record. Thirteen coins, Lightning deposits, a 5,000-game lobby and wager-free 10% cashback are real strengths. Against them stand a review rating withdrawn for guideline breaches, 67 formal complaints, a 3 BTC daily win cap and a welcome bonus that few players will clear in seven days.

Who it suits: experienced crypto players who skip the welcome bonus, keep balances well under the €5,000 daily withdrawal limit and value the weekly cashback. Who should skip it: anyone chasing large wins, anyone who needs deposit limits or a cooling-off tool, and anyone who wants an outside dispute route if a withdrawal is refused.
