Best for: Verifiable fairness

All ten games at Crypto-Games are built in-house and provably fair, with a house edge stated for each one, from 1% on Dice, Keno and Minesweeper to 2.7% on Roulette. Withdrawals carry no fixed maximum, the only fee is the network fee the player chooses, and the independent complaint record is short, with nothing left open.

The trade-off is range and rewards. There are no slots from outside studios, no live dealers and no deposit-match welcome bonus; promotions run on play money, vouchers and monthly wagering contests. Player feedback also points to identity checks that appear only at withdrawal, and the terms allow balances on dormant accounts to be wiped, so the site suits players who value checkable odds over variety and keep their accounts active.

Games10 in-house provably fair titles; house edge 1%–2.7%
Payments14 cryptocurrencies; BTC and ETH purchases by card through Onramper
Minimum depositSet per coin, e.g. 5 USDT, 5 USDC or 0.00002 BTC
Bonus and turnoverNo deposit-match welcome bonus; play-money faucet, vouchers and wagering contests
Withdrawal limitsFirst withdrawal from 0.0007 BTC, later ones from 0.00035 BTC; no fixed maximum
Payout timeAbout 1 minute for ETH and BNB to about 20 minutes for BTC, as stated by the operator
VerificationEmail sign-up; ID requested for large withdrawals or higher limits

Who is behind Crypto-Games: company, licence and player record

Crypto-Games is owned and operated by MuchGaming B.V., registered at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, and holds licence OGL/2024/1336/1047 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. The OGL/2024 prefix places it under the licensing regime Curaçao introduced in 2024. The site footer also carries an iTech Labs RNG certificate badge, a Control Board certificate and a Crypto Gaming Foundation badge.

The brand’s history runs back to crypto-games.net and bitcoingames.co, its earlier addresses, and the community still meets on the r/CryptoGamesNET subreddit. Older reviews date the launch to October 2014, while more recent ratings give 2020 as the founding year.

One point of confusion matters before any deposit. A similarly named site, crypto-games.io, belongs to a different company, Blockchain Entertainment S.R.L. in Costa Rica, and offers thousands of slots from outside studios, a sportsbook and a large deposit-match package. None of that applies at crypto.games, and promotion codes printed for the other site will not work here.

Casino.guru gives Crypto-Games a Safety Index of 9.2/10, rated very high, and records only three complaints: one resolved, two rejected and none open. Its two user reviews describe a payout that took 10 days and an account blocked after a withdrawal; the casino answered that the claims were false and that tickets are handled within 24 hours. Complaints are one side’s account and not findings, but the same two themes recur elsewhere.

Trustpilot shows a weaker picture: 3.0/5 from 158 reviews, with only four posted in the last 12 months. Around 80% of ratings are five stars and 9% one star. The praise centres on fast withdrawals and provably fair games; the one-star reviews describe rejected or delayed withdrawals, unexpected KYC at the cash-out stage, faucet and bonus winnings refused at withdrawal, slow handling by the VIP team and heavy-handed chat moderators.

Casino.guru rates one clause in the terms as unfair, and the FAQ adds rules of its own:

  • Balances on inactive accounts are cancelled after less than four years without activity, somewhere between 36 and 48 months.
  • Abusing the faucet leads to the faucet being switched off or the account being blocked, and systematically withdrawing faucet winnings is forbidden.
  • The footer links to a Dispute Resolution page, an AML statement, a Code of Conduct and Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming pages.

Crypto-Games is not licensed in the United States, does not accept players from Ohio and restricts access in a number of other jurisdictions. Checking local rules before registering avoids a frozen balance later.

Minutes on paper: how Crypto-Games handles cash-outs

According to the operator, ETH, ETC and BNB withdrawals take about a minute, DOGE about two minutes, LTC about five and BTC about 20, with other coins close to the DOGE figure. Network congestion stretches that to as much as 24 hours, and a KYC or AML review adds its own delay. Player reviews broadly back the fast end, while the 10-day payout mentioned above shows the slow end exists.

The first withdrawal needs at least 0.0007 BTC or its equivalent; every later one needs 0.00035 BTC. At those thresholds a player testing the site with a very small deposit has to build the balance up before the first cash-out is possible. There is no fixed platform cap on withdrawals for BTC and at least ten other coins, which helps a large winner who wants the whole balance out in one transfer.

You set the fee, and the speed with it. Crypto-Games charges no withdrawal fee of its own. The withdrawal page asks for a network fee, with recommended rates refreshed every 10 minutes from the Blockcypher API; choosing a fee well below the recommendation can leave a transaction unconfirmed for days.

Deposits are credited after one network confirmation and withdrawals are released after two. Sign-up needs only an email address, and the casino says it does not collect sensitive data such as bank details. That light start does not exempt larger accounts: ID checks are requested for big withdrawals and for higher limits, and the complaint pattern, from frozen accounts to rejected cash-outs, clusters around exactly that stage, often on balances built from faucet or bonus winnings. Players planning a large cash-out get through faster with documents ready before the request.

No match bonus: faucet, contests and the rules around them

Crypto-Games does not advertise a deposit-match welcome package on its site, so there is no bonus multiplier, maximum bet or game weighting to track. Rewards come instead through a faucet, vouchers, chat giveaways, progressive jackpots and monthly wagering contests.

The faucet hands out PlayMoney (PLAY), the internal play token, not real cryptocurrency. The number of requests per day rises with the player’s level, up to 60 at the top levels, and requests are blocked for 12 hours after a withdrawal. Levels grow with bets, referrals, chat activity and days active. The faucet suits testing a game’s mechanics before staking real coins; the abuse clause in the terms and player complaints about faucet winnings show it is not a route to withdrawable money.

Vouchers credit free coins and stay valid for three months from issue. In the site chat, a bot called RainBot distributes rain giveaways automatically. Every bet on Dice and Roulette also feeds a progressive jackpot that pays out automatically when hit.

Monthly wagering contests run separately for each cryptocurrency, and the operator’s press release puts monthly rewards at up to $500,000 equivalent. Contest standings are driven by turnover, and turnover has a predictable cost set by the house edge of the game used to generate it.

Contest turnover, priced: a player aiming for 10,000 USDT of contest turnover on Dice, at a 1% house edge, gives up an expected 10,000 × 1% = 100 USDT. The same 10,000 USDT turnover on Roulette, at 2.7%, costs an expected 270 USDT; on Video Poker, at 2.09%, about 209 USDT. If that player was referred by a friend, the referrer earns 15% of the house edge: 15 USDT on the Dice turnover.

The referral programme pays that 15% share on every referred player’s bets, and level rewards are shown on the Rewards page. With no match bonus, the faucet rules are the main promotional terms that can affect a withdrawal at Crypto-Games.

Fourteen coins and a card on-ramp

Fourteen cryptocurrencies are accepted: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XRP, BNB, SOL, DOGE, SHIB, LTC, BCH, PEPE, ETC and POL. The line-up has changed over the years, with Monero, Dash and GAS among earlier coins, so a coin held from older play is worth checking against the current cashier. The lottery takes only BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, DOGE and LTC.

SHIB / PEPE100,000 SHIB / 300,000 PEPEClose to DOGE

A deposit below the minimum for its coin is not credited, and deposits work only for fully registered accounts. The cashier shows the address and network for each coin; a stablecoin sent on a chain the address does not support is usually lost for good.

There is no fiat balance. Card holders can buy BTC or ETH through Onramper, which sets its own fees and can run its own verification, and the operator’s integrations with ChangeNow and Swapped allow deposits from more than 50 other altcoins by converting them on the way in. Each conversion adds a spread, so players already holding one of the 14 native coins avoid that cost at Crypto-Games.

Ten in-house games and how to check each result

The lobby has exactly ten titles, all developed by the operator’s own studio: Dice, DiceV2, Roulette, Blackjack, Keno, Minesweeper, Video Poker, Plinko, Slot and Lottery. There are no outside studios, no live dealers, no crash games and no sportsbook. Dice is the flagship, and by the operator’s 2025 count it had passed 9.2 billion bets.

GameHouse edge
Dice / DiceV21.0%
Minesweeper1.0%
Keno1.0%
Blackjack1.25%
Plinko1.72%
Slot1.97%
Video Poker2.09%
Roulette2.7%

The lottery runs with a very low, near-zero house edge, and the return on every other game is simply 100% minus the edge shown on the homepage: 99% on Dice, 97.3% on Roulette. Those edges are low by casino standards, where branded slots from outside studios commonly keep several times more.

Every game is provably fair. Before a bet, the casino commits to a hashed server seed; the player supplies or accepts a client seed; after the round, the revealed server seed lets anyone recompute the result and confirm that the hash matches. Crypto-Games offers its own verifier, and the same check works with independent tools, so a disputed roll can be tested without relying on the casino’s word. The iTech Labs RNG certificate badge adds a second layer for players who prefer an outside test.

A public API lets players automate betting: a personal API key sits under Your Account, then API, with documentation at api.Crypto.Games. The key gives full access to the account’s betting, so keeping it private is as important as protecting the password at Crypto-Games.

Getting help: email, chat supporters and community channels

Email support promises replies within 24 hours, and staff known as Supporters help players in the on-site chat. The interface runs in English, and the main chat channel requires English, with a separate International channel for other languages.

Community channels are unusually broad for a casino: the r/CryptoGamesNET subreddit, X under @Crypto_Games, Discord, YouTube, Bitcointalk, Pinterest, the casino’s own forum and blog, and an email newsletter. A public status page shows whether games and the cashier are running.

Account security includes two-factor authentication through Google Authenticator; a player who loses the phone has to recover access through email support. One-star reviews mention slow replies from the VIP team and the behaviour of chat moderators, so a ticket by email gives a dated record that a chat thread does not.

Crypto-Games in a mobile browser

Crypto-Games has no native app; the site runs in the browser on iOS, Android and desktop. Because the lobby has no live-dealer video, there are no streams to buffer on a weak mobile connection.

Two-factor codes from Google Authenticator sit on the same phone that many players use to play, which makes a backup of the authenticator important before switching handsets. The site chat, faucet and Rewards page are reachable from the mobile browser in the same Crypto-Games account.

VIP status won through monthly contests

VIP status at Crypto-Games is earned, not bought by tier: the top finishers in each monthly wagering contest receive VIP status for the following month, and VIP accounts get the highest priority in bet processing. The homepage also offers a Premium VIP membership that lasts one month.

An independent review lists the VIP perks as a lower house edge, higher limits, exclusive chats and birthday bonuses. Because the status resets monthly, keeping it means placing near the top of a contest every month, which, as the turnover example above shows, has a cost tied to the house edge of the games used.

Below VIP, the level system governs everyday rewards: higher levels mean more faucet requests, up to 60 a day, and level rewards appear on the Rewards page. Regular players get their steadiest return from the low house edge itself, plus the 15% referral share for anyone who brings in other players to Crypto-Games.

Who Crypto-Games is built for, and who it isn’t

A good fit for

  • Dice and keno players who want to audit every roll, since all ten in-house games are provably fair and checkable with independent tools.
  • Players who watch the house edge closely, as it runs from 1% on Dice, Keno and Minesweeper to 2.7% on Roulette.
  • Winners who want a whole balance out at once, since withdrawals carry no fixed maximum and no fee beyond the chosen network fee.
  • Players who like to automate their betting, as a personal API key under account settings gives scripted access to every game.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Anyone after branded slots, live dealers or a sportsbook, because the lobby holds only ten titles from the in-house studio.
  • Bonus hunters looking for a deposit match, since rewards come through a play-money faucet, vouchers and monthly wagering contests.
  • Players who leave coins parked for years, as balances on inactive accounts can be cancelled after 36 to 48 months.
  • Anyone expecting a large cash-out without paperwork, since ID is requested for big withdrawals and frozen-account complaints cluster at that stage.

Other casinos to set beside Crypto-Games

  • CryptoSlots Casino — 6.3/10. Also runs entirely on proprietary games, but as a slot library from a single developer, with a fuller loyalty scheme.
  • Gambear — 4.6/10. Markets sign-up without identity documents while keeping the right to run anti-money-laundering checks, and offers richer loyalty rewards.
  • Razed — 6.1/10. Pays rakeback from the first bet and runs a multi-level VIP ladder with personal hosts across a much wider game range.
  • Rainbet — 6.0/10. Lets players claim rakeback frequently as withdrawable cash and adds reloads without wagering, alongside a broader catalogue.

Crypto-Games questions answered

Is Crypto-Games licensed, and who runs it?

Yes. The site is run by MuchGaming B.V. from Willemstad, Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1336/1047, part of the regime Curaçao launched in 2024. That is an offshore licence: it does not make the casino legal in any particular country, and the brand is not licensed in the United States. Disputes go to the casino first, then to its Dispute Resolution process or an outside mediator.

How fast are Crypto-Games withdrawals?

The operator quotes roughly one minute for Ethereum and BNB, a few minutes for Dogecoin and Litecoin and around 20 minutes for Bitcoin, provided the network fee you pick is close to the recommended rate. Congestion can push a payout to a full day, and an identity review on a large amount adds time. There is no platform fee and no fixed upper limit.

Does Crypto-Games offer a welcome bonus?

No deposit-match package is advertised on crypto.games; the big match offers seen online under a similar name belong to crypto-games.io. Instead you get a faucet paying PLAY tokens for free practice, vouchers worth free coins for three months, chat rain, jackpots on Dice and Roulette, and monthly wagering contests whose winners gain VIP status.

How can I check that a Crypto-Games bet was fair?

Each round is tied to a hashed server seed published before the bet and a client seed you control. Once the round settles, the unhashed server seed is revealed, and feeding both seeds into the built-in verifier or any independent provably fair calculator reproduces the outcome. A mismatch between the revealed seed and the earlier hash would expose tampering.

Will Crypto-Games ask for ID?

Not to open an account, which needs only an email address. Documents are requested when a withdrawal is large or when you ask for higher limits, and several one-star reviews describe that check arriving unexpectedly, especially on balances grown from faucet or bonus play. Having ID ready before a big cash-out saves time at that stage.

Is Crypto-Games the same site as crypto-games.io?

No. crypto-games.io is a separate casino run by a different company, with thousands of slots from outside studios, a sportsbook and its own deposit-match package. Crypto-Games lives at crypto.games, offers only its ten in-house provably fair games and pays rewards through contests, vouchers and the faucet. Codes and offers for one site do not carry over to the other.

Is a 1% house edge reason enough to trust Crypto-Games?

For the player it is built for, largely yes. Crypto-Games earns its 6.2/10 with checkable results on every bet, house edges between 1% and 2.7%, no withdrawal cap or platform fee, and a very high Casino.guru rating with only three complaints. It loses ground on breadth, with ten games and no match bonus, and on a player-review record that ties many problems to ID checks at the cash-out stage.

A dice or keno player who wants to audit every roll, holds one of the 14 supported coins and keeps the account active will find the site does exactly what it says. A player who wants live tables, branded slots or a welcome package will find none of them here, and anyone who parks coins for years should note that the dormant-account rule can cancel a balance after as little as 36 months at Crypto-Games.
