Best for: Crypto payment choice

Withdrawal complaints, not the promotions, set the tone at CHEXX: Casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 4.0/10 and has logged 13 complaints, many about delayed or frozen cash-outs, while the 600% welcome package and 5% rakeback look generous on paper. The gap between a win and a usable payout is the main uncertainty.

The cashier is the real draw. Payments are crypto-only, winnings return in the deposit coin, USDT moves on five networks and each deposit needs only one turnover before withdrawal, with no fixed cash-out ceiling. Against that, the welcome multiplier is not stated on the site, an idle account can lose its balance after 45 days, and players cannot set their own deposit or loss limits.

Who runs CHEXX, how it is licensed and what players report

CHEXX is operated by Continent Gaming N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under number 159857 with an address at Julianaplein 36. It holds B2C licence OGL/2024/1332/0669 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The brand launched in 2024–2025 and does not name its beneficial owners, so the people ultimately behind it are not public.

Bitcoin.com’s check of the public CGA register found that the licence started in June 2025 as a six-month provisional grant and became indefinite, with no expiry date, on 24 December 2025. That supervision does not make CHEXX legal everywhere: esports trade press describes the brand as unlicensed in many markets, including the US, the UK and Europe.

A short dispute route

Complaints go through a form on the CHEXX website within six months of the event. The terms promise an answer within 5 business days for responsible-gambling complaints and 4 weeks for everything else, extendable by another 4 weeks. Curaçao law governs the agreement, and Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction. The homepage displays an ABC ADR compliance seal, yet the complaints clause names no separate ADR scheme and states that the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not rule on individual disputes. A player with a frozen cash-out therefore depends on the operator’s own process for up to eight weeks.

Ratings and the complaint pattern

Casino.guru assigns a Safety Index of 4.0/10, rated Low, and recommends avoiding the casino. Its file holds 13 complaints: seven open, one unresolved, one resolved and four rejected. They describe accounts closed without explanation, several delayed withdrawals, a frozen cash-out of $1,294, a dispute over 335 USDT and a confiscated $5 deposit, even though the same assessment found no unfair or predatory clauses in the terms.

The Trustpilot average is 3.2/5 from 112 reviews, and the split is stark: 51% five-star against 38% one-star. The average has slipped from 3.8 when the profile had 51 reviews. These are player allegations, not adjudicated findings, but the themes repeat across platforms: withdrawals left pending after verification and repeated requests for documents.

Terms that can cost you the balance

Several clauses in the terms, last revised on 1 April 2026, go well beyond losing a bonus. An account with a positive balance and no login for 45 days is closed; the deposit is meant to be returned, but if the player does not answer an email or phone call, the remaining balance can be kept as an “administrative fee”. Suspected irregular activity allows CHEXX to confiscate funds and winnings and reverse transactions, prohibited external tools lead to closure without a refund, and winnings can be withheld or set off against any debt the operator says is owed.

Only one account is allowed per person and per household, IP address or device; duplicates are closed, their bets voided and their deposits moved to the first account, so two adults sharing a router can fall foul of the rule. Using a VPN or proxy to get round a country block ends the account and carries a $1,000 fine. The terms also contain drafting errors, including a garbled coin table and cross-references to the wrong clauses.

The 45-day clock: withdraw any balance before a long break, or log in at least once every 45 days. After an inactivity closure, an unanswered email is enough for CHEXX to keep what remains.

Responsible gambling tools are basic: cooling-off breaks of one day, seven days, one month or three months, and self-exclusion up to permanent closure, which cannot be reversed. There are no self-set deposit or loss limits, although the operator can impose mandatory limits on players it considers at risk, and the responsible gambling page links to GamCare.

Countries excluded by the terms

The April 2026 terms bar players from Australia, Belarus, Canada, Denmark (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands), Finland (including Åland), France and its overseas territories, Germany, Iceland, Iran, Myanmar, the Netherlands and the territories of the Kingdom (Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the BES islands), Norway, Poland, North Korea, Russia, Sweden, the United Kingdom and its overseas territories, and the United States and its territories. A help-centre list of allowed countries dated June 2025 still names Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland and the Faroe Islands, contradicting the current terms.

Cash-out promises against the hold-ups players describe

CHEXX’s terms say it aims to process withdrawals instantly or within three days, and sometimes longer; the homepage adds that funds can be withdrawn 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no general maximum withdrawal, and any per-transaction limit is shown before the request is submitted.

Two rules apply first. Each deposit must be wagered at least once, so a $200 deposit needs $200 of bets before it can be withdrawn, even without a bonus. Withdrawals also go back only in the coin that was deposited, with no forced conversion into a house currency.

Fees depend on the coin. Under the terms, the Bitcoin minimum is 0.00008 BTC and a fee of 0.00005 BTC applies to withdrawals under 0.0015 BTC, with network costs on top, so Bitcoin cash-outs are cheapest when batched above 0.0015 BTC.

Identity checks before payout

The terms make full identity verification a condition of any withdrawal, allow CHEXX to request KYC at any time and suspend the account in the meantime, and permit fresh verification before each payout. The help centre asks for a passport, ID card or driving licence plus a selfie, and says checks usually take about five minutes, with 72 hours as the maximum. Deposits or wallets flagged as suspicious can be held for review for up to 90 days.

Player reports describe a harder path: withdrawals pending or frozen for days and in some cases up to 30 days after KYC, one player’s $127 waiting since mid-September, and repeated requests for extra proof such as a photo of an ID held beside the account screen, wallet history and betting history. Other reviews praise quick crypto payouts: routine withdrawals clear, flagged ones can stall for weeks.

Before a large cash-out: complete verification while the balance is still small, make sure every deposit has been wagered once, and keep the transaction hash, timestamps and chat transcripts for the six-month complaint form.

Where the 600% package can cost you winnings

The welcome package spreads 600% and 175 free spins across three deposits: 150% plus 25 spins on the first, 200% plus 50 spins on the second and 250% plus 100 spins on the third. Each qualifying deposit runs from $1 to $1,000. All three deposits must be made within 7 days of registration, and the conditions must then be met within another 7 days; free spins have to be assigned to a game and played within 24 hours.

The bonus is not credited as a lump sum. It unlocks as the player wagers the amount shown on the Bonuses page, and CHEXX has explained that it releases in four equal parts. The site states neither the wagering multiplier nor a maximum cash-out from bonus winnings; an independent review gives the multiplier as 25x. The bonus clauses also let CHEXX cancel or change offers at its discretion and run extra checks before paying out a prize. How slowly the money unlocks compared with the 600% headline is a recurring player complaint.

Turnover at 25x: a $100 first deposit earns a $150 bonus at 150%. At 25x the bonus, that is $3,750 of stakes before the full $150 is released; if the four parts unlock evenly, each $37.50 slice needs about $937.50 of bets. Taking all three stages at the $1,000 maximum produces $1,500 + $2,000 + $2,500 = $6,000 in bonus funds and $150,000 of required turnover, all inside the second 7-day window.

For most budgets, only the first stage can realistically be cleared in time.

Reloads, quests and codes

A Friday reload adds $25 to a $100 deposit with no wagering, the cleanest offer on the site. The weekly calendar adds a $20 “200X” quest on Mondays, 25 free spins for a deposit of $10 or more on Tuesdays, $50 for a deposit of $200 or more on Wednesdays, $10 for $250 of bets on Thursdays, a $10 quest on Fridays, $15 for a $50 deposit on Saturdays and $20 for $500 of bets on Sundays.

Welcome quests pay USDT or free spins for installing the app, connecting the Telegram bot or enabling notifications, and CHEXX advertises up to $1,500 in daily quests. Promo codes for free bets and spins arrive mainly through the Telegram bot, and the referral scheme pays 100 USDT for each invited friend.

A crypto-only cashier: coins, networks and fees

CHEXX accepts only cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, BNB, TRON, TON, POL, Solana and the TRUMP meme coin, which takes the choice past ten coins. Balances can be shown in a fiat currency for display only; the terms offer no exchange between crypto and fiat, and there is no card or buy-crypto option, so a player starting from a bank account has to buy coins on an exchange first.

CoinNetworks
USDTEthereum (ERC20), BNB Chain (BEP20), TRON (TRC20), Polygon, TON
USDCEthereum (ERC20), BNB Chain (BEP20), Polygon
BTCBitcoin
ETHEthereum (ERC20)
BNBBNB Chain (BEP20)
TRXTRON (TRC20)
LTCLitecoin

USDT gives the widest routing, with five networks, and USDC follows with three. The network picked in the cashier has to match the one used to send: a TRC20 transfer sent to an ERC20 deposit address is the classic way stablecoins go missing. On TRON and BNB Chain, stablecoin transfers usually cost a fraction of an Ethereum transaction, which suits the small deposits the daily promotions encourage.

Minimum deposits are set per coin, and the welcome offer starts at between $1 and 5 USDT. Because winnings return in the deposit coin, turning SOL or TRUMP winnings into a stablecoin has to happen on an exchange after the withdrawal.

Studios, live tables and the provably fair question

The casino lobby holds more than 5,500 games from dozens of studios. Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Red Tiger, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, PG Soft and Endorphina lead the slot suppliers, alongside smaller names such as AvatarUX, Bullshark, Belatra, Betsoft, Spribe and 3oaks.

Beyond slots there are crash and other fast games, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, dice, lottery, wheel games and TV-style game shows, with live dealer tables from Evolution and other studios. Demo mode lets players try titles without staking, and the lobby filters by provider and game type, but there is no option to sort by RTP.

Fairness is harder to pin down. The CHEXX help centre says the site uses a provably fair system, but Bitcoin.com found no public verification tool and no named testing laboratory. Without a seed verifier, outcomes on CHEXX cannot be checked bet by bet.

The sportsbook covers thousands of events a day across football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, MMA, darts, futsal and snooker, with decimal odds, detailed live statistics and markets such as correct score, shots and corners. Esports is the specialism: CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant and Mobile Legends, backed by an official betting partnership with ESL FACEIT Group for its 2026 CS2 and Dota 2 circuits, announced in January 2026.

Round-the-clock chat, templated answers

Support runs through 24/7 live chat, email at [email protected], Telegram and a help centre of roughly 90 articles. The site itself comes in English, Spanish and Portuguese, but chat is in English only, which leaves Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking players handling document requests in a second language.

Speed is not the weakness. In a Casino.guru test on 23 January 2026, an agent replied in about two minutes, yet the answer itself was rated Bad. CHEXX replies to 97% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within a week, and acknowledges that those replies are AI-assisted; reviewers describe the same templated tone in chat once a withdrawal is held.

A two-minute reply helps with a deposit that has not credited; for a withdrawal under review, the written complaint form is what starts the 4-week response period set out in the terms.

Installing CHEXX as a progressive web app

There is no CHEXX app in the App Store or Google Play. The site instead offers a progressive web app, branded the CHEXX app, which installs from the browser on Android, iOS, macOS and Windows and opens from a home-screen or desktop icon. Because it is the website inside an app shell, updates arrive automatically and nothing has to be downloaded from outside an official store.

On an iPhone, the app is added through Safari’s Share menu with “Add to Home Screen”. Push notifications can be enabled from the installed version, and the Telegram bot works as a second mobile channel for promo codes.

Rakeback every ten minutes and a ten-tier ladder

The 5% rakeback is the most useful recurring reward. It applies to eligible casino bets, is paid in USDT, accrues every 10 minutes and can be collected from the Bonus Centre at any time, with no further conditions once collected. The amount depends on each game’s house edge, so the same stake returns more on high-edge slots than on low-edge table games.

The VIP programme has ten tiers from Bronze to Obsidian, and the first tier opens at $1,000 of total turnover. Bets count at different rates: live casino at 0.5x, slots and crash games at 1x and sports bets at 2x. A live-dealer player therefore needs twice the stakes of a slot player to climb, while a sports bettor needs half.

Weekly cashback rises with tier, from about 1% at the lower levels to a top rate of 25%–35%. A separate invitation-only programme pays 10% of net deposits to players who, within one Monday-to-Sunday week, deposit at least $25,000, wager at least 25,000 USDT and reach $25,000 in net deposits. Players with at least $1,000 of weekly turnover also qualify for a daily VIP reload.

Extras beyond the ladder are limited: the promotions page has carried a Pragmatic Play slot tournament, and the ESL FACEIT Group partnership adds giveaways during ESL broadcasts, limited-edition merchandise and digital collectibles. CHEXX has no token of its own.

Trust checklist: CHEXX put to six tests

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru’s file holds 13 complaints, only one resolved and seven still open, over unexplained closures and delayed or frozen withdrawals.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityProcessing is targeted within three days with no general ceiling, but complaints describe 30-day freezes, and a 45-day inactivity closure can forfeit balances.
  • ConcernVerificationID and a selfie are required, fresh checks can precede each payout, and flagged deposits or wallets can be held up to 90 days.
  • ConcernBonus termsThe 600% welcome releases in four parts, with wagering put at 25x by an independent review and only seven days to clear it.
  • CautionSupportChat runs 24/7 in English only and replied in about two minutes in a Casino.guru test, though the answer was rated Bad.
  • CautionPlayer protectionCooling-off breaks of up to three months and irreversible self-exclusion are available, but there are no self-set deposit or loss limits.

Casinos that do things differently

  • 21.com — 5.4/10. Run by senior industry executives on its own purpose-built platform, with support that handles problems better than CHEXX’s.
  • Leon Bet Casino — 4.8/10. Worth a look for sheer breadth, with far more studios than CHEXX carries and more capable support.
  • Jasino — 5.5/10. Suits players who want local payment routes such as Pix, UPI or Interac and a choice of account currencies next to a wider coin list, whereas CHEXX accepts crypto alone.
  • FairPari Casino — 6.0/10. Pays tiered cashback with no wagering, settled as often as daily at upper levels, and has a stronger safety and support record.

Common questions about CHEXX

Who operates CHEXX and which licence does it hold?

Continent Gaming N.V., a Curaçao company, runs the site under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1332/0669. The authorisation moved from provisional to indefinite status in December 2025. That gives CHEXX a supervising body, but the authority does not settle individual player disputes, a long list of countries is excluded, and Casino.guru still rates the casino’s safety as Low.

How long does a CHEXX withdrawal take?

The stated target is instant processing or up to three days, and some players do report fast crypto payouts. Flagged deposits or wallets, however, can sit under review for as long as 90 days, and several complaints describe holds of up to 30 days after documents were sent. Verifying early and betting every deposit once avoids two predictable delays.

What wagering applies to the CHEXX welcome bonus?

CHEXX does not print a multiplier for the 600% package; an independent review puts it at 25x the bonus. The bonus is released in four equal parts as you bet, and the three deposits and the playthrough must fit into two consecutive seven-day windows. Free spins expire 24 hours after you pick a game. The wager-free Friday reload is the simpler offer to use.

Can I use dollars, euros or a bank card at CHEXX?

No. Every deposit and withdrawal is made in cryptocurrency, and a fiat figure next to the balance is only a display setting. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, TON and several other coins are accepted, and winnings go back in whichever coin funded the account. Without crypto, an exchange account comes first.

Does CHEXX ask for ID before paying out?

Yes. Full identity verification is a condition of withdrawing, and CHEXX can ask for documents again before later payouts. Expect to provide a passport, ID card or driving licence and a selfie. The help centre quotes minutes, with 72 hours as the ceiling, but complaints mention extra requests such as wallet history or a photo of your ID next to the account page.

What happens to money left in an inactive CHEXX account?

After 45 days without a login, an account that still holds a balance is closed. The deposit is due back to the player, but if CHEXX gets no reply by email or phone, whatever remains can be retained as an administrative fee. Cashing out before a long break, or signing in at least once within each 45-day period, removes that risk.

Should a 5% rakeback outweigh CHEXX’s withdrawal complaints?

For most players, not yet. CHEXX gets the mechanics of a crypto cashier right, with coin-for-coin payouts, stablecoins on several networks and wager-free rakeback, but its 5.1/10 reflects a payout record that lags behind: 13 logged complaints and a block of one-star reviews about money held after verification. The undisclosed welcome multiplier and the 45-day dormancy clause add avoidable risk.

CHEXX fits experienced crypto users who bet on esports, keep balances small, complete verification before the first withdrawal and cash out often. Anyone planning a large deposit, chasing the full 600% ladder or leaving funds idle for weeks is relying on exactly the parts of CHEXX that generate the complaints.
