6.6/10

Best for: Fair bonus terms

Cloudbet has taken bets since 2013, and its welcome of up to $2,500 arrives as rakeback and daily cash drops with no wagering attached, which is the main reason for its 6.6/10. Fully checked accounts face no daily withdrawal cap, the Originals games run at 99% RTP with a public fairness calculator, and more than 30 coins are accepted.

The weaker side is the account itself. Full identity checks become compulsory once deposits reach $2,200, accounts without documents are held to about $2,200 a day in withdrawals, and the complaint record keeps returning to funds frozen during “betting integrity” reviews. Fiat payments ended in August 2026, so Cloudbet now suits crypto holders only.

Who stands behind Cloudbet: register match, ADR and complaint files

Cloudbet is run by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company number 148526, registered at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03 in Willemstad, Curaçao. Payments pass through Solas Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary at 25 Voukourestiou Street, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus. The group does not disclose its beneficial owners or directors, so the company names are the furthest a player can trace responsibility.

The licence is a direct Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, number OGL/2024/328/0599, issued on 23 May 2025 under the island’s new licensing regime. A register check by bitcoin.com on 5 August 2026 matched the entity, company number, licence number and domain, with the status shown as Active. Every identifier sits on Cloudbet’s licence page, so a player can repeat that check against the CGA register. The licence does not extend to the United States.

Disputes go first to support and then to CADRE, an alternative dispute resolution service certified by the CGA under reference CGA/ADR/2025/01. Clause 19.1 of the terms makes CADRE’s decisions binding on Cloudbet, which gives a player a route outside the casino itself.

The two largest complaint databases score Cloudbet at opposite ends. Casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 9.2 (“Very high”) and finds no unfair clauses in the terms; of 39 complaints filed there, 12 were resolved, 27 rejected and none remain open. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of only 3.8/10, set against a player rating of 8.6/10 from 108 reviews, after 97 complaints of which 84 were resolved. Trustpilot sits at around 3.6–3.8/5 across roughly 2,500 reviews.

The complaints follow a clear pattern: accounts restricted after a “betting integrity review” with funds held, frozen winnings, identity-check blocks, slow or missing withdrawals and deposits sent on the wrong network. Player complaints are claims, not rulings, yet the integrity-review holds recur in the newest AskGamblers cases, mostly around sports betting. No hack or insolvency has been documented in more than a decade of operation.

Several clauses carry a direct cost:

  • Betting from a restricted jurisdiction leads to account closure and confiscation of funds (clause 11.4).
  • Cloudbet can cancel a bonus at its discretion (8.1), and declining a bonus forfeits pending winnings (8.8).
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 months can be suspended (7.1.10.2).
  • Stakes above an internal threshold can need manual approval or be rejected (12.2).

Around 20 jurisdictions are closed: the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China (including Macau and Hong Kong), Crimea, Cuba, Curaçao, Donetsk, France, Germany, Iran, Lithuania, Luhansk, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Spain and Syria, along with sanctioned persons. Given the confiscation clause, a player in any of these places risks the whole balance by registering.

How the $2,200 threshold shapes every Cloudbet cash-out

Cloudbet asks for no documents at sign-up, but its limits are built around verification. A Level 1 account, opened with basic details and a phone number, can withdraw about $2,200 a day. Verification becomes compulsory once cumulative deposits reach $2,200 (clause 18.1.5) and can be requested earlier. Level 2 runs through Sumsub and needs a photo ID, proof of address and a face check; it removes the daily withdrawal cap. Until it is complete, funds can be held.

Account levelWhat it requiresWithdrawal limit
Level 1Basic details, phone numberAbout $2,200 a day
Level 2Photo ID, proof of address, face checkNo daily cap

Most crypto withdrawals arrive almost instantly; some take up to 24 hours, and requests are generally processed within 24 hours of email confirmation. AskGamblers also records that withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request made late on Friday can wait until Monday.

Deposits carry no fee. Withdrawals carry the network fee, shown before confirmation and set out in a per-coin fee table, but clause 7.1.10.1 reserves a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals. On a large withdrawal, that reserve can outweigh the network fee many times over.

There is no general win cap, which suits high-limit play, though progressive jackpots are paid in instalments. Withdrawal complaints centre on funds held during betting-integrity and identity reviews, so the verification step is where a large cash-out is most likely to stall.

Verify before the big win. Completing Level 2 before deposits reach $2,200 removes the daily cap and takes the identity check out of the path of your first sizeable withdrawal.

A $2,500 welcome paid in rakeback, not bonus balance

The welcome is worth up to $2,500 over the first 30 days after registration, and it comes as rakeback and daily cash drops instead of a locked bonus balance. Rakeback is 10% of the house edge on your play: 30% of each payment lands at once and 70% goes into a rewards calendar. Daily cash drops split 20% now and 80% to the calendar, with the amounts set at Cloudbet’s discretion. The calendar releases six instalments, one every 48 hours, and each must be collected within 24 hours or it is lost.

No wagering applies to any of it, which is the core of Cloudbet’s case on bonus fairness; a typical crypto deposit match asks for 35x or more. The condition sits on the deposit instead: deposits and tips must be played through once (1x) on a Level 1 account and a quarter of the way (0.25x) after Level 2, on settled casino or sports bets. That rule appears in the help centre but not in the terms.

Separate cash bonuses need a $20 minimum deposit and a 100% playthrough of the deposit before winnings can be withdrawn. Slots count 100% towards it, live and table games only 10%, and any single bet of 25% of the deposit or more while a bonus is active forfeits the winnings.

Worked example: A $500 deposit with a cash bonus needs $500 of qualifying play before winnings unlock: $500 on slots, or $5,000 at live tables counting 10%. A $500 bonus at 35x would need $17,500. Any single bet of $125 or more breaks the 25% rule. On the rakeback side, $20,000 of slot wagering at a 3% house edge means $600 of expected loss and $60 of rakeback: $18 paid now and $42 spread across six calendar instalments of $7.

The numbers show how the welcome works in practice: it returns a share of the expected loss, so reaching the full $2,500 takes very heavy play, and an instalment missed by a day is gone for good.

Thirty-plus coins, Lightning and the end of fiat

Cloudbet accepts 30+ cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, DOGE, XRP, SOL, ADA, AVAX, BNB, TRX, TON, HBAR, DAI, LINK and BCH. Bitcoin moves on-chain or over the Lightning Network, which settles small deposits in seconds, and stablecoins run on several chains.

NetworksBitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum (ERC20), TRON (TRC20), Solana, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche
Deposit feeNone
Withdrawal feeNetwork fee, shown before confirmation
FiatEnded 31 August 2026
On-rampSwapped: BTC, ETH or USDT via AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard

Fiat deposits and withdrawals stopped on 31 August 2026, and new accounts are crypto-only. Players without coins can buy BTC, ETH or USDT through the Swapped on-ramp, paying with AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard, which adds a purchase step before the first bet.

There is no single minimum deposit: the threshold depends on the coin and network and appears in the deposit dialogue. Deposits sent on the wrong network appear among the recurring complaint themes, so match the network in the deposit dialogue to the one selected in your wallet before sending USDT or USDC.

Originals at 99% RTP beside 70 studios

The library holds thousands of titles, 3,000+ on Cloudbet’s own count, from around 70 studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, NetEnt, Quickspin, Red Tiger and BGaming. The live casino adds blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with 250+ live games in all.

Cloudbet Originals, among them Mines, Limbo, Keno, Dice, Plinko and Crash, run at 99% RTP, with one title at 99.48%. They are provably fair: before each round the casino commits to a hashed server seed, and once the seed is revealed a player can rerun the result in Cloudbet’s public calculator. A mismatch would expose an altered outcome, and more than 120 titles work this way.

Third-party games rely on RNG testing by independent labs and quarterly RTP analysis. Two bingo and keno titles and a jackpot section round out the lobby; there is no poker room. Beyond the casino, a sportsbook covers 20+ sports and esports such as CS, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant, and in 2025 Cloudbet signed sponsorship deals with the PFL and Karate Combat.

English-only chat and the account controls behind it

Live chat runs 24/7, and Casino.guru timed an average reply at five minutes. Email goes to support@ and compliance@ addresses, backed by a help centre. Chat and email work in English only, although the interface itself comes in 16+ languages, so a Spanish- or Japanese-speaking player reads the site in their language but argues a dispute in English.

Formal complaints move more slowly: on AskGamblers, Cloudbet answers in two days on average, and cases take eight days to close. Responsible-gambling complaints have a five-business-day window under the terms.

Account controls include deposit limits by day, week or month, with any excess held until the period resets; cooling-off periods of 24 hours, seven days, one month or three months; and self-exclusion up to permanent, which cannot be lifted early. Wager, loss and session limits and reality checks are absent, which leaves deposit caps as the main spending brake.

Browser play with web3 and social logins

Cloudbet has no native app. iOS and Android users play in the mobile browser, which loads the same casino lobby, Originals and sportsbook as desktop, and a home-screen bookmark gives one-tap access without an install.

Sign-in options suit crypto users: email, Google, Apple, X, Telegram, GitHub or a MetaMask wallet. Two-factor authentication with recovery codes protects the account, which counts for more on a phone that can be lost or stolen.

Lightning Points, TURBO boosts and the VIP rakeback ladder

After the welcome month, a multi-level VIP club pays ongoing rakeback that starts around 5% and reaches 10% at Diamond, and TURBO periods raise the rate for a limited time. Like the welcome rakeback, it is a share of the house edge, so its cash value grows with volume.

Play also earns Lightning Points, a loyalty currency unrelated to the Bitcoin network, which buy items in the Cloudbet Marketplace: free spins with no wagering, priority support and a personal account manager. Daily cash drops and periodic tournaments with large prize pools run alongside.

The structure favours the high-limit players Cloudbet has targeted since 2013. At the lower levels a rate near 5% of the house edge returns very little on small stakes, so the club mainly rewards heavy, sustained play.

Cloudbet fits some players better than others

A good fit for

  • Players who dislike locked bonus balances, since the welcome, worth up to $2,500, is paid as rakeback and cash drops with no wagering.
  • High-volume players willing to verify early, because a completed ID, address and face check removes the daily withdrawal cap entirely.
  • Anyone who wants to check results personally, as the Originals run at 99% RTP and can be rerun in a public fairness calculator.
  • Crypto holders with varied wallets, given more than 30 coins on networks from Lightning to Solana and no fee on deposits.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players who prefer to stay below identity checks, since full verification becomes compulsory once cumulative deposits reach $2,200.
  • Anyone who needs card or bank payments, because fiat deposits and withdrawals ended on 31 August 2026 and accounts are now crypto-only.
  • Sports bettors wary of frozen funds, as recent complaints keep returning to balances held during betting-integrity reviews.
  • Players who need help in their own language, since chat and email run in English only despite an interface in 16+ languages.

Rakeback-led rivals to weigh against Cloudbet

  • Gamdom — 6.9/10. Front-loads its welcome as instant rakeback in the first week, without a month-long claim calendar.
  • Rakebit — 6.2/10. Refunds the full house edge on early wagers and asks for less identity paperwork.
  • Roobet — 6.1/10. Splits rakeback into instant, daily, weekly and monthly streams of withdrawable cash, with a boost for completing verification.
  • Winna — 5.7/10. Credits rakeback every few minutes and adds lossback at its top level.

Cloudbet: short answers on terms and safety

Who operates Cloudbet, and is its licence genuine?

Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. runs Cloudbet under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/328/0599, and its Cypriot subsidiary Solas Technologies Limited handles payments. A register check in August 2026 found the company number, licence number and domain matching, with the licence active. When support cannot settle a dispute, it goes to CADRE, whose rulings the casino must follow.

How much can I withdraw from Cloudbet before verifying?

Roughly $2,200 a day on a Level 1 account without documents. Once total deposits reach $2,200, Cloudbet requires full verification through Sumsub with photo ID, proof of address and a face check, and passing it lifts the daily limit entirely. After that, most crypto withdrawals land almost at once, while a few take up to a day.

Is there wagering on the Cloudbet welcome offer?

Not on the rakeback or cash drops that make up the $2,500 welcome. Two conditions still apply: each calendar instalment expires 24 hours after release, and deposits need a 1x playthrough on settled bets, cut to 0.25x after verification. Cash bonuses are stricter, with a 100% deposit playthrough and live tables counting just 10%.

Can I still deposit at Cloudbet with a card?

No. Fiat deposits and withdrawals stopped on 31 August 2026, and new accounts are crypto-only. Players without coins can buy BTC, ETH or USDT through the Swapped on-ramp with AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard. More than 30 coins are accepted directly, and Bitcoin deposits can travel over Lightning for near-instant credit.

How can I check a Cloudbet Originals result?

Every Originals round is tied to a server seed that Cloudbet commits to in hashed form before play. After the round, the revealed seed goes into the public provably fair calculator, which reproduces the outcome, so any tampering would show as a mismatch. The range includes Mines, Plinko, Dice and Crash, all at 99% RTP.

Why do some players complain about Cloudbet?

Most grievances involve accounts restricted during a betting integrity review with funds held, frozen winnings, identity-check blocks and slow payouts. Casino.guru rejected 27 of its 39 cases, while AskGamblers logged 97, most of them resolved. Finishing verification before large deposits avoids the identity-check blocks, which are among the most frequent triggers.

Is Cloudbet’s no-wager rakeback worth the ID checks that come with it?

For most crypto players, yes. Cloudbet has operated since 2013 with no documented hack or insolvency, its welcome turns play into withdrawable cash without wagering, and fully checked accounts face no daily withdrawal cap. The price is a compulsory ID, address and face check at $2,200 in deposits and a complaint record built around funds held during reviews.

Cloudbet fits high-volume slot and Originals players who verify early and want rewards they can withdraw the same day. Players who want to stay below identity checks, need card or bank payments, or expect support in a language other than English will find a closer match among the rakeback-led alternatives above.
