Best for: Crypto payment choice

SpinBetter, formerly Casino-Z, accepts close to 20 cryptocurrencies with deposits from about $3 in USDT, alongside 85 payment methods in total, yet withdrawals stop at €1,500 a day and currency conversion can cost up to 4% on the way out. Rating sites score it highly while its complaint files run into the hundreds, mostly over verification holds, blocked accounts and bonus rules.

The welcome package is worth up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins across four deposits at 35x, and free-spin winnings carry no wagering. The 5.8/10 rating credits the cashier, a catalogue from well over 100 studios and an Android app, and marks down the daily cap, full KYC with repeat document requests, four bonus clauses flagged as unfair and a record of fake reviews removed from its profile.

Who runs SpinBetter: licence, operator and complaint record

SpinBetter is the current name of Casino-Z, which opened in 2018–2019; casino-z.com now redirects to spinbetter.com. Casino.guru and LCB name the operator as Sprut Group B.V., a Curaçao company with a contact address in Cyprus, while AskGamblers lists Sprut Grupa Limitada, registration number 3-102-955890. The same rating sites list an offshore Anjouan licence, ALSI-202607036-FI2, from the Union of Comoros, and the brand earlier operated under a Curaçao licence. Licence numbers have changed over the brand’s life, so check the one shown in the site footer before depositing.

An Anjouan licence brings light oversight and no practical route to force a payout, which puts the weight on the operator’s own conduct. Rating sites are generous: Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of around 9/10 and estimates revenue above $20 million a year, AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 8.6/10 with a player score of 9.1/10 from 472 reviews, and LCB members rate it 4.3/5 from 550 votes and shortlisted it for a Members Choice award in 2024 and for live dealer games in 2025.

The complaint files are far less flattering. Casino.guru holds 174 complaints: 106 rejected, 63 resolved and five open. They cover requests to close accounts or self-exclude that were ignored, delayed or blocked withdrawals, unclear wagering, failed verification, late cashback and blocked accounts. Complaints are claims, not findings, and the casino contests many of them in public. AskGamblers has a further 54 complaints, most of them resolved.

Four clauses in the terms are rated unfair: winnings can be removed if a player takes too many bonuses, bonus restrictions continue after wagering is complete, common bonus strategies count as a serious breach, and low-risk play can lead to confiscation of winnings. One player found their maximum bet set to zero without explanation, and the company replied that decisions by its Security Department are final.

Trustpilot currently hides SpinBetter’s score because of a guideline breach and has removed a number of fake reviews; of 2,757 remaining reviews, 21% give one star, so the high share of five-star ratings carries little weight. US players are not accepted.

Responsible gambling tools include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion for one, three, five or ten years or permanently, reality checks and a self-assessment test, but there are no bet, loss or session limits and some limits are set only through support. Given complaints about ignored closure requests, including one left unprocessed after three days, anyone self-excluding should get written confirmation from support.

A €1,500 daily ceiling and how payouts stall

Withdrawals are capped at €1,500 every 24 hours for every method, and at €45,000 a month. For most casual players that is enough, but a bigger win has to come out in daily slices: a €45,000 balance takes 30 days of maximum requests and uses the whole monthly allowance.

After approval, crypto withdrawals run from minutes to about an hour, weekends included. The pending stage and verification can each take up to a day, while full KYC can run to 72 hours. One independent review lists typical crypto times from 1–5 minutes for XRP, 5–10 minutes for USDT on TRC-20 and 10–60 minutes for BTC. Payouts go back to the deposit method, though the casino can switch a withdrawal to bank transfer, and not every deposit coin is offered for withdrawal.

Before a first cash-out, expect to confirm your phone number and email and complete your profile, then upload ID, a proof of address no older than three months and proof of the payment method. Large or unusual withdrawals can trigger a check on where the money came from, and verification can take several days. Complaints describe repeat document requests and holds, and one player described about $60,000 held for two months.

LCB lists conversion fees of up to 2% on deposits and 4% on withdrawals when the payment currency differs from the account currency. Holding the account in the coin you deposit and withdraw avoids both, leaving only the network fee.

The practical routine is to verify straight after the first deposit, keep requests under €1,500 a day and withdraw in the same coin you used to deposit. Network fees are small on TRC-20, around 1 USDT, and run from $2 to $8 on ERC-20 tokens.

Four deposits, €1,500 and 150 spins at 35x

The welcome package spreads across four deposits: 100% up to €300 plus 30 free spins on the first, 50% up to €350 plus 35 spins on the second, and 25% up to €400 plus 40 spins and 25% up to €450 plus 45 spins on the third and fourth. The first deposit must be at least €10 and the others €15. Amounts change with account currency.

Each cash bonus carries 35x wagering within seven days, with a €5 maximum bet. The free spins arrive only after the cash bonus is wagered, and their winnings are paid without wagering. Bonuses require a confirmed phone number and an opt-in in the profile; declining the package or switching bonus type cancels the remaining stages, and accounts held in XMR, LTC, DASH, ETH and several other currencies do not receive the spins.

First deposit of €300 at 100%: bonus €300. Wagering 35 × €300 = €10,500 in 7 days, or €1,500 a day. At the €5 maximum bet that is at least 2,100 spins. Second deposit of €200 at 50%: bonus €100, wagering 35 × €100 = €3,500.

At 35x the requirement sits in the market middle, but seven days is tight and the unfair-clause flags matter here: taking many bonuses, or betting patterns judged low-risk, can cost the winnings. Players who claim every offer are the ones most exposed to those terms.

Smaller offers run all year. A Sunday reload pays 100% up to €300 on deposits from €5, the tenth deposit earns 50% up to €300 plus one free spin per €5 up to 100 spins at 35x, and following the Telegram channel adds 100 free spins at 30x with two days to play. Promo codes have unlocked no-deposit spins such as 200 on Book of Wealth and 150 on Total Overdrive, and there is a birthday bonus.

Around 20 coins in an 85-method cashier

SpinBetter accepts around 20 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT, USDC, XRP, BCH, ADA, DASH, XMR, DOT, SOL, TRX, BNB and DAI among them. USDT runs on TRC-20 and ERC-20, BNB on BNB Smart Chain, and USDC and DAI on ERC-20, while the other coins use their native chains.

Coin and networkMinimum depositTypical payout time
USDT (TRC-20)$35–10 minutes
USDT, USDC, DAI (ERC-20)$55–15 minutes
BTC0.0001 BTC10–60 minutes
ETH0.002 ETH5–15 minutes
XRP4 XRP1–5 minutes
TRX10 TRX3–10 minutes

The fiat side is one of the widest anywhere: 85 methods including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, BLIK, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, MuchBetter, AstroPay, InstaDebit, Mercado Pago, Boleto, CashtoCode, Paysafecard, Neosurf and bank wire, which is deposit-only. Accounts run in 30 to 50-plus currencies, including USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and INR.

Deposit ceilings depend on the method: €500 with Google Pay, €1,500 by card, €2,500 through MiFinity or MuchBetter, €5,000 by bank, Skrill, Neteller or Jeton, and €50,000 in crypto. Large depositors are therefore steered towards crypto, which is also the only route where minimums start below €5.

Well over 100 studios, crash games and live tables

The catalogue holds several thousand slots, somewhere between about 6,000 and more than 14,000 titles, from 130 to 150-plus studios. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Endorphina, Booming Games, BetSoft, Wazdan, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger and BGaming are among them. Demo play is available for almost every slot, and a check of game files found no fake copies of provider titles.

Live tables come from Evolution, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Winfinity, TVBet, 88Mojo, SA Gaming and Amusnet, covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Dragon Tiger. Crash fans get Aviator, Aviatrix, Space XY and Zeppelin, and the menu also includes TV Games, virtual sports, bingo, scratch cards, instant-win games, jackpots and a Hunting and Fishing section.

There are no in-house games. Fairness rests on the studios’ random number generators, certified by labs such as iTech Labs, GLI or eCOGRA depending on the provider, so a slot’s RTP has to be checked in its own information panel.

The same account covers a sportsbook with more than 1,000 events a day, live betting and esports such as CS:GO, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant, while the poker tab links to WePlay, a separate peer-to-peer platform.

Round-the-clock chat and separate claims desks

Live chat runs 24/7 and opens with a bot before handing over to an agent, usually within two to ten minutes. Casino.guru rated chat Average across 11 tests, in 12 languages, and email Good. There is no phone line or FAQ page, though a callback can be requested.

Email is split by department: general questions, security and verification, payments, blocked accounts, technical issues and finance each have their own address, with replies within 24 hours, and formal complaints go to [email protected]. That structure helps when a case is routine, but complaints describe being passed between departments and template replies that simply point to the claims address; one VIP player described an account manager who stopped replying.

For a held withdrawal, write to the payments or verification address so the case is logged, quote the transaction ID and ask which document or rule is holding the money. Keep each reply with its date so the timeline is clear if the case goes to a mediator.

SpinBetter on Android and iPhone

An Android app is available as an APK download from the Apps tab, and iPhone users get a mobile site that can be saved to the home screen as a web app; check the site for the current iOS option before searching the App Store. Sign-up works through social, crypto or Apple accounts as well as email.

The interface carries the whole sportsbook and casino menu in more than 45 languages, which makes it dense on a small screen. Two-factor authentication and SSL encryption protect the account, and 2FA is worth enabling before the first deposit.

Cashback from 5% to 11% across eight levels

The loyalty programme pays casino cashback that rises with experience points across eight levels, from Copper to a final VIP Status. Cashback ignores bets placed in the 24 hours before you request it, so time requests a day after your last session.

LevelXP neededCashback
Copper05%
Bronze3006%
Silver1,000,0007%
Gold2,000,0008%
Ruby5,000,0009%
Sapphire15,000,00010%
Diamond25,000,00011%
VIP Status75,000,0000.05% (tables) to 0.25% (slots) of every bet

The jump from Bronze at 300 XP to Silver at 1,000,000 XP means most players stay on 5% or 6%, and the top rates are realistic only for very high volume. Complaints about late cashback and lower-than-expected VIP payouts sit in the complaint files, so note the expected amount before each request.

Tournaments run alongside the cashback ladder from the promotions section, and the Sunday reload and tenth-deposit offers described above give regular depositors a second source of bonus value.

SpinBetter suits small, steady cash-outs best

A good fit for

  • Crypto players starting small, since USDT on TRC-20 accepts deposits from about $3 with a network fee near one dollar.
  • Players who need a less common payment route, with 85 methods including BLIK, Mercado Pago and Boleto across 30 to 50-plus currencies.
  • Slot players who play daily, since welcome free-spin winnings carry no wagering once each 35x cash bonus is cleared.
  • Players who withdraw at weekends, as approved crypto requests are still processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Anyone expecting a large win in one transfer, because withdrawals stop at €1,500 a day, so €45,000 takes 30 days.
  • Players paying in a currency other than the account’s, as conversion can cost up to 2% on deposits and 4% on withdrawals.
  • Anyone who dislikes repeat paperwork, since full KYC can run to 72 hours and complaints describe documents requested more than once.
  • Heavy bonus users, because taking too many bonuses or betting in ways judged low-risk can lead to confiscated winnings.

Four alternatives to SpinBetter

  • FairPari Casino — 6.0/10. Wager-free cashback that pays out more often as you climb the VIP ladder, up to daily.
  • Coldbet Casino — 5.9/10. An even wider studio roster and a much bigger live floor, with lighter verification.
  • BetLabel Casino — 5.6/10. Leans harder on sports and esports betting with streamed events, beside a casino of thousands of games.
  • 1WIN — 5.4/10. A still larger game library and live-dealer section.

SpinBetter FAQ

Is SpinBetter licensed, and who runs it?

SpinBetter, the former Casino-Z, is listed under Anjouan licence ALSI-202607036-FI2 from the Comoros, having previously used a Curaçao licence. The operator appears as Sprut Group B.V. of Curaçao or as Sprut Grupa Limitada depending on the rating site. Anjouan oversight is light, so payout disputes depend largely on the operator, and US players are not accepted.

How much can I withdraw from SpinBetter, and how fast?

The ceiling is €1,500 per day and €45,000 per month on every method. Approved crypto requests take from a few minutes to about an hour, and payouts continue at weekends. The first withdrawal is the slow one, because account checks can take up to three days, and large amounts can trigger questions about where your funds came from.

What does SpinBetter need for verification?

Plan on confirming your phone and email, filling in your profile and uploading photo ID, a proof of address from the last three months and proof that the card or wallet is yours. High-value or unusual cash-outs can add a request to show where the money came from. Players complain about documents being requested more than once, so send clear scans the first time.

Is the SpinBetter welcome package worth it?

It suits slot players who can play daily. Each of the four cash bonuses must be turned over 35 times inside a week with stakes of €5 or less, and the 150 spins only unlock after that, though what they win is yours to keep. Flagged terms on bonus hunting and low-risk play mean heavy bonus users risk losing winnings.

Which cryptocurrencies does SpinBetter accept?

Roughly 20, including Bitcoin, Ether, Tether on TRC-20 and ERC-20, USD Coin, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Solana, Tron, BNB, Cardano and Monero. Tether on TRC-20 is the cheapest route, starting at $3 with a network fee of about one dollar. Not every coin can be used for cash-outs, so check the withdrawal list before depositing.

How does SpinBetter cashback work?

Cashback starts at 5% on the Copper level and climbs a percentage point per level to 11% at Diamond, with a final VIP Status paying a small share of every bet. Reaching Silver takes a million experience points, so most players stay near the bottom. Bets from the last day before a request are not counted.

Why is SpinBetter’s Trustpilot score hidden?

Trustpilot withheld the score for breaking its guidelines and deleted a batch of fake reviews. Thousands of reviews remain, about a fifth of them one-star, centred on withdrawal holds, repeat document requests and blocked accounts. The large share of five-star posts should be read with that removal in mind.

Can you trust SpinBetter with more than €1,500?

SpinBetter is a payment-rich, well-stocked casino whose rules start to bite above small balances. Around 20 coins with $3 minimums, 85 methods, well over 100 studios and wager-free spin winnings make everyday play easy, and approved crypto payouts take minutes to an hour. The €1,500 daily cap, 72-hour KYC with repeat requests, four flagged bonus clauses and 174 complaints mean a big win turns into a slow, document-heavy process.

If you deposit in crypto, keep the account in the same coin and withdraw in amounts under the daily limit, SpinBetter serves that pattern well. If you hunt bonuses aggressively or expect to cash out five figures quickly, the alternatives above are worth comparing first.
