Best for: Fair bonus terms

Mond Casino’s bonuses carry no classic wagering requirement: the match is replaced by a rollover of about five times the deposit, a rare model among crypto casinos. The catch is in the cashier, where withdrawals are capped at €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month, and in the complaint file, which centres on accounts closed over alleged bonus abuse.

Behind those terms sit more than 11,000 slots, eight cryptocurrencies including Monero, 48 payment methods with no casino fees, and a 60-level VIP ladder. For players who deposit moderate amounts and cash out regularly, the mix is better than the low limits suggest.

Who is behind Mond Casino: licence, operator and complaints

Mond Casino is operated by Moonseeker SRL, a Costa Rica company registered as 3-102-893650 SRL. It is licensed offshore in Anjouan, part of the Union of Comoros, and Casino.guru gives the licence number as ALSI-202509006-FI1. The same number appears on Casinostars, so it is a group licence covering several sites, not one issued to this domain alone.

An Anjouan licence offers a complaints contact but little of the enforcement of a European regulator, so a player in a dispute relies mostly on Mond’s own support and on mediation through review platforms. The casino is not licensed in the United States and does not accept players from Ohio.

Moonseeker runs a family of casinos. Mond is linked to six related sites, and the group includes Casinostars, Art Casino, Thor Casino, Betroom24, Casino Orca and WinSpin. Casinostars shares both the licence number and the 5x rollover bonus model.

The headline ratings are strong. Casino.guru gives Mond a Safety Index of 8.9–9.0 (“High” to “Very high”) and records 24 complaints, 13 resolved and 11 rejected, with none left open and no black points; user feedback on the same page is rated “Great” from 41 reviews. Estimated revenue of more than $1M a year places Mond in the small-to-medium bracket. AskGamblers scores it 8/10 on its CasinoRank and 9/10 from 47 player reviews; two of its three complaints were resolved, after an average first response of one day, with cases closed in about four days and an average disputed amount of $936.

The complaint themes are more telling than the totals. They cover accounts closed with balances withheld, including about €1,056 in one case, around €1,475 in winnings removed for “bonus abuse”, identity checks that held up withdrawals, and VIP cashback or bonuses that were late or never paid. Casino.guru found no unfair clauses in the terms, so most disputes turn on how the bonus rules are applied in practice.

On Trustpilot the casino holds 3.8/5 from 48 reviews, a polarised score: 75% five-star, 25% one-star and nothing in between. The company took over its profile in April 2024 but does not reply to negative reviews. Praise centres on fast withdrawals, friendly support and VIP perks; the two most recent reviews, from September and October 2026, are both one-star, and one reviewer alleged in August 2025 that winnings were removed and the terms changed after a complaint. An independent review rates Mond’s trust profile as “Low”.

The domain mondcasino.com was registered in February 2021 with WHOIS privacy and runs behind Cloudflare with a domain-validated SSL certificate. A second domain, mondcasino3.com, appears to be a mirror and carries its own unclaimed Trustpilot page with a 3.3/5 score from only three reviews, so players should bookmark the main address to avoid copycat sites.

Before claiming a bonus: read the bet limit and rollover rules in the promotion itself. Several serious Mond complaints involve balances confiscated over alleged breaches of bonus conditions.

Payout reliability under low monthly limits

Independent reviews put most Mond withdrawals, crypto, cards and e-wallets included, at up to 24 hours, with bank transfers taking up to 96 hours. Requests are not processed at weekends, so a cash-out filed on Friday evening normally waits until Monday.

The limits are the real constraint: €/$2,500 per week and €/$10,000 per month, with no separate daily cap, so the full weekly amount can go out in a single request. That is low by crypto-casino standards, and it applies to crypto and fiat alike. A €10,000 win takes four weeks to withdraw in full, and a €25,000 win spans three calendar months even if the weekly limit is used every time.

Large-win timeline. A €25,000 balance pays €2,500 a week. Month one releases €10,000 (four weekly payments), month two another €10,000, and the final €5,000 arrives in month three: 10 weekly withdrawals in total.

Minimum withdrawals depend on the method: €30 in general, $50 for MiFinity and $80 for Visa or Mastercard. Mond charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals; crypto payouts carry only the blockchain network fee.

Identity verification is triggered at withdrawal and takes up to 48 hours. Complaints describe verification that stalled before completion and KYC checks that delayed payouts, so uploading ID and proof of address before the first request avoids the most common hold-up.

A balance that waits weeks for release invites more play. Withdrawing at each €2,500 weekly window, rather than letting winnings accumulate, keeps the Mond balance within one week’s limit.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome package covers two deposits: 100% on the first and 50% on the second, from a €/$20 minimum. Caps vary by currency and region, at €500 and €1,000 in euro accounts and up to $800 and $1,600 in dollar markets, with codes WELCOME100 and SECOND50. A 150% offer up to €600 without a code also appears in some listings.

There is no classic wagering on the bonus amount. Instead, the deposit has to be turned over about five times before a withdrawal, and a 20% fee can apply if a player cashes out before meeting that rollover. The bonus itself is sticky: it cannot be withdrawn and is removed when a withdrawal is requested, so only winnings above it count.

Rollover maths. Deposit €100 and receive a €100 bonus, for a €200 balance. A 5x deposit rollover means €500 of slot stakes. If the balance stands at €350 after €500 of play, requesting a withdrawal removes the €100 bonus and pays €250. Withdraw the same €250 after only €300 of stakes and the 20% fee takes €50. At the top of the second stage, a €2,000 deposit earns the full €1,000 match and needs €10,000 of slot play, the same figure as the monthly withdrawal cap.

Set against bonus wagering of several dozen times the bonus, which is common elsewhere, €500 of turnover on a €100 deposit is light. The restrictions sit elsewhere. Only slots count: live casino, table games, video poker, virtual games and jackpot slots are excluded. The maximum bet with a bonus active is $3–€4, and a stake above it is treated as bonus abuse, according to terms quoted in one confiscation complaint.

Smaller extras include 20 free spins on Dragon Age Hold and Win for new players, also distributed through partner codes, and birthday spins sent by email, although one complaint describes birthday spins withheld as “ineligible”. Free spins also reach VIP members. Regular reloads and high-roller deposit bonuses are not part of the promotion list, and a sportsbook section sits alongside the casino.

Eight coins, 48 methods and deposit ceilings

Mond accepts BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, USDT, XRP, TRX and Monero (XMR). Crypto deposits and withdrawals have no casino-side maximum, apart from the weekly and monthly withdrawal limits. The cashier does not show which network each token uses, so confirm the network on the deposit screen before sending USDT; a transfer on the wrong chain is usually lost.

Monero is the notable inclusion. Few casinos accept XMR, and players who prefer a privacy coin can fund an account with it, but the account still goes through standard verification at withdrawal.

MethodMax. depositMin. withdrawal
Visa / Mastercard$8,000$80
MiFinity$4,000$50
Apple Pay / Google Pay$1,200€30
Skrill / Neteller / Paysafecard$800€30
CryptoNo limit€30

The fiat cashier lists 48 methods in total, among them Jeton, Neosurf, Revolut, CASHlib and bank and instant-transfer options, though not every method is available in every country. Accounts run in EUR, USD, CAD, NOK and AUD, with limits also shown in CHF, BRL and PLN. Choosing the account currency that matches the card or e-wallet avoids a conversion charge from the payment provider on every deposit and withdrawal.

The deposit ceilings shape how high rollers fund an account. A $4,000 deposit works by card, MiFinity or crypto but not by Apple Pay or Skrill, and the $800 cap on e-wallets makes them suitable mainly for small top-ups.

An 11,000-slot lobby without demo play

Mond’s lobby holds more than 11,000 slots, several hundred live tables, several hundred crash and fast games and a few dozen game shows, from 57–90 studios. The roster includes Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Playtech, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Endorphina, Betsoft and BGaming.

Live casino covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker, plus a single live craps table. RNG table games have no category of their own, so finding a specific blackjack or roulette variant means using the search bar.

There is no demo mode: every game is real-money only. With 11,000 titles that makes trying unfamiliar slots more expensive, and it matters for bonus play, where only slots count towards the rollover and jackpot slots are excluded.

Crash titles sit in a separate “crash and fast” section, and game shows have their own tab, which makes Mond easier to navigate for players who stick to one format.

Some complaints describe games freezing in the middle of a bonus round. Noting the game name, time and round details before contacting chat gives support what it needs to trace the round on the provider’s side.

Instant chat, English-only answers

Mond’s chat and email lines are staffed around the clock. Chat replies came back instantly in independent tests, and player reviews describe the team as responsive and friendly. There is no phone line and no FAQ page, so even routine questions go through chat.

The site is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian and Portuguese, but support answers in English only. A German- or Finnish-speaking player can read the Mond lobby in their own language yet has to handle a verification query or bonus dispute in English.

Responsible gambling tools include deposit, loss, session and wager limits, a time-out and self-exclusion, with links to Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare. Setting a deposit limit before claiming the welcome bonus also keeps the rollover tied to an amount chosen in advance.

Playing Mond in a mobile browser

Mond has no app for iOS or Android. The site runs in mobile browsers on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, and because it is built as a single-page web app, the lobby, cashier and VIP pages load inside one browser tab.

Live tables load more slowly on a phone than on desktop. Players who mainly use the live casino are better served by a laptop or a stable Wi-Fi connection, especially for the single live craps table and game shows.

Sixty levels, five tiers and cashback by status

Sixty levels across five tiers make up the loyalty programme: Bronze covers the first 20 levels, followed by Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum with ten levels each. VIP status begins at Gold, level 31, which brings a VIP host, level-up upgrades, higher cashback, free spins and personal bonuses.

Cashback is paid daily, weekly or monthly, with the rate set by VIP level, so the step up to Gold at level 31 is where higher cashback and a personal host arrive together.

Complaints about VIP cashback that was late or not paid, and about delayed VIP bonuses, sit alongside player praise for the perks and weekly free spins. Leaderboards and network promotions shared across the Moonseeker group add prize competitions, and a referral programme pays commissions by the 15th of each month.

Mond Casino: a fit for steady slot players

A good fit for

  • Slot players who dislike heavy wagering, since bonuses carry no multiplier on the bonus itself, only a rollover of about five times the deposit.
  • Moderate depositors who cash out weekly, as the €2,500 weekly allowance can leave in one request and most methods are listed at 0–24 hours.
  • Privacy-minded crypto users, given eight coins including Monero, no casino-side maximum on crypto deposits and no casino fees either way.
  • Anyone who wants account-level spending controls, because deposit, loss, session and wager limits, a time-out and self-exclusion are all available.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • High rollers expecting large wins to leave quickly, since withdrawals are capped at €10,000 a month and €25,000 takes three months.
  • Players who stake big with a bonus active, as bets above the $3–€4 limit count as bonus abuse and complaints describe confiscated winnings.
  • Live and table players hoping to use bonuses, because only slots count towards the rollover and live, table and jackpot games are excluded.
  • Anyone who likes to test slots for free first, since every one of the 11,000-plus games is real-money only, with no demo mode.

Other casinos to compare

  • 5Bet — 6.1/10. Pays its welcome spins and cashback as real money with no wagering at all, and offers stronger loyalty rewards.
  • FortuneJack — 5.4/10. One of the oldest crypto brands, running under the same name and domain for years, with a fuller rewards scheme.
  • Casea — 4.7/10. An even larger library with a much bigger live dealer floor.
  • King Billy — 6.3/10. A royal-themed VIP court with wager-free weekly cashback and a personal manager.

Mond Casino questions answered

Is Mond Casino licensed?

Yes, offshore. Moonseeker SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica, runs the site under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509006-FI1, a group licence that also covers sister casinos such as Casinostars. Anjouan offers less enforcement than European authorities, and Mond does not serve the United States.

How fast are Mond Casino withdrawals?

Reviews list most crypto, card and e-wallet requests at up to 24 hours and bank transfers at up to four days. Nothing moves at weekends. Large wins come out slowly because of the limits: €2,500 per week and €10,000 per calendar month, so a five-figure balance needs several weeks of repeated withdrawals.

Does the Mond welcome bonus have wagering?

Not in the usual sense. The match bonus has no multiplier on its own amount, but the deposit must be played through roughly five times on slots, and cashing out early can cost 20% of the withdrawal. The bonus is sticky, disappears when you withdraw and comes with a $3–€4 stake limit.

Which cryptocurrencies does Mond accept?

Eight: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ether, Tether, XRP, Tron and Monero. Crypto deposits have no upper limit, and the casino adds no fee of its own on either side, so the only cost is the network charge. The minimum deposit is €/$20, and minimum withdrawals run from about €30 to $80.

Do I need to verify my identity at Mond?

Yes, at the point of withdrawal. The check usually takes up to two days, and several complaints involve payouts held while documents were reviewed or verification was left incomplete. Sending ID and proof of address early, before a large win, is the quickest way to keep the first cash-out on schedule.

How does the Mond VIP programme work?

Points move players through 60 levels grouped into Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Full VIP treatment starts at Gold (level 31) with a dedicated host, upgrades on each level, personal offers and cashback paid daily, weekly or monthly. Some players report cashback that arrived late or not at all.

Can a €10,000 monthly cap work for you at Mond?

Mond Casino offers one of the friendlier bonus structures among crypto casinos, a 5x deposit rollover in place of heavy bonus wagering, alongside fast payouts, instant chat and an 11,000-slot lobby. For players who deposit a few hundred euros at a time, play slots and withdraw weekly, the €2,500 weekly limit rarely bites.

For high rollers and live-casino players the picture changes: a €10,000 monthly ceiling, slots-only bonus play, a $3–€4 bet limit and confiscation complaints tied to bonus rules make Mond a poor home for large balances. Skip the bonus if you play big stakes, verify early, and treat the weekly limit as the pace at which winnings actually leave the site.
