Best for: Fair bonus terms
Livecasino.io pays up to 20% rakeback with no wagering and runs more than 150 live-dealer tables, but it takes crypto only, does not process withdrawals at weekends and holds a Casino.guru Safety Index of just 5.7/10.
Rewards here come as rakeback, monthly cashback and live rebates that land as withdrawable crypto, which makes the terms simpler than a rollover bonus. The trade-offs are a mid-sized game library, very little player feedback to judge payouts by and a first-deposit offer that the casino’s own help centre says does not exist.

Who is behind Livecasino.io: licence, operator and track record
Livecasino.io is run by Moon Technologies B.V., a Curaçao company registered under number 152185 at Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40. It holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/111/0069, issued on 1 July 2024 under the reformed regime, and payments are handled by mProcessing Solutions Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus. Casino.guru also records a second licence from Anjouan (Comoros), ALSI-202509076-FI2, which the casino’s own footer does not show. Before 2024 the brand operated under the old Curaçao master licence 1668/JAZ.
The casino launched around 2019–2020 and is not related to livecasino.com, a separate brand with its own review profiles. Its only social presence is a thread on Bitcointalk, which leaves the help centre, live chat and email as the official channels for disputes.
Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 5.7/10 (“Below average”) while rating the terms as fair with no unfair clauses. The low score comes mainly from two related casinos, whose 7 complaints carry all 4,711 of the black points in the calculation. Livecasino.io itself has one rejected complaint there, over confiscated winnings of ¥26,253.
AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.2/10 and a player score of 5.3/10 from only three reviews. All three complaints filed there were resolved, with an average disputed amount of $585, a first response within about a day and a total duration of two days. Trustpilot has a profile for the domain with no reviews at all, so there is very little independent player feedback on payouts.
Players from Australia, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States are not accepted, and the full list of excluded countries is longer. The terms page on the site is descriptive and sets out few binding rules; the conditions that matter in practice live in the help centre and in the terms attached to each reward:
- A withdrawal is impossible while a reward is active; the player can cancel the reward to free the balance.
- Every Evolution game is blocked while a reward is active.
- Changing the account password locks withdrawals for 48 hours.
- Accounts opened with false personal details are suspended.
Payout reliability and verification checks
The casino describes crypto withdrawals as instant, with only blockchain confirmations to wait for, and AskGamblers puts processing at 0–1 hour. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, so a request made on Friday evening can wait until Monday.
The platform charges no deposit or withdrawal fees; only the network fee applies. Minimum withdrawals are 20 USDT, 500 µBTC or 0.02 ETH, double the matching deposit minimums, so a player who deposits the smallest amount needs to grow the balance before cashing out.
Withdrawal limits depend on loyalty status and are shown in the cashier; VIP members get higher limits and other players can ask support to raise them, so a large win should be checked against the cashier limit before the request is made.
Identity verification is required, usually before the first withdrawal, and the site’s terms page says verification follows the first deposit and that live tables need certain personal details. Withdrawals wait until ID is supplied, and accounts with false details are suspended. ID checks before payouts are the main theme of the few complaints on record, and those cases were resolved.
The 48-hour withdrawal lock after a password change is a security measure, but it catches players who reset a forgotten password just before cashing out. Changing the password well ahead of a planned withdrawal avoids the wait.
Bonus terms that can cost you winnings
The homepage advertises up to 250 USDT in free chips on the first deposit, while the help centre states that Livecasino.io has no welcome bonus and points players to the Loyalty Club, promotions and tournaments. Where the free-chip offer runs, it comes in three packages, Basic, Standard and Premium, unlocked after turnover of 2, 15 and 40 mBTC. An earlier version paid 20 chips on a 50 USDT deposit, 100 on 200 USDT and 250 on 500 USDT. The unlock step means the chips are not free money on arrival: the Premium package needs 40 mBTC of turnover before the chips become playable, twenty times the 2 mBTC that unlocks the Basic package.
Winnings from free chips carry 15x wagering and count only on live-dealer games. That multiplier is low by market standards, where 35x–40x on a deposit match is common, and it applies to winnings alone, not to deposit plus bonus.
The catch is what an active reward switches off. While it runs, every Evolution table is blocked, which on this site means most of the blackjack, roulette and game-show floor, and the balance cannot be withdrawn until the reward is completed or cancelled. Players who mainly play Evolution titles gain little from accepting the chips.
There is no no-deposit bonus. Some free chips and free spins come without wagering, and the regular rewards described below, rakeback, monthly cashback and the weekly live rebate, are paid without any playthrough at all. That structure, more than the first-deposit chips, is what makes the terms fair: value arrives as crypto that can be withdrawn the same day.
A crypto-only cashier
Livecasino.io accepts Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Tron (TRX), Tether (USDT), Cardano (ADA), XRP, Dogecoin and BNB, plus Binance Pay. There are no card, bank or e-wallet methods, so players without a crypto wallet or exchange account cannot deposit at all.
Balances can be displayed in fiat terms, including USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL, INR, JPY, THB, VND and CNY, which helps players track results in their home currency even though every transaction settles in crypto.
| Coin | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| USDT | 10 USDT | 20 USDT |
| Bitcoin | 250 µBTC (0.25 mBTC) | 500 µBTC |
| Ether | 0.01 ETH | 0.02 ETH |
Binance Pay lets holders of a Binance account fund the balance straight from the exchange, without copying a wallet address or choosing a network, which removes the most common deposit error. Some offers set a higher entry point: the smallest free-chip package starts at a 50 USDT deposit. With no platform fees on either side, the network fee is the only cost of moving money in and out, which favours low-fee coins such as TRX, LTC and XRP for small deposits.
The deposit address shown in the cashier belongs to one coin and one network. Sending a token on a different chain cannot be undone.
Live tables first, slots second
The live casino is the core of the brand. More than 150 tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Asia Gaming and BetGames, with sections for baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game shows, a Live Exclusives area and premium rooms such as Bombay Club and private high-roller tables. A Live RTP section shows return figures for live games.
The full library holds around 3,000 games from about 35 studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Games Global, Betsoft, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Wazdan, Spinomenal, Playtech, Evoplay, OneTouch and Avatar UX, with Ezugi, Asia Gaming and BetGames adding to the live floor. Categories cover slots, jackpots, crash and instant-win games from Spribe and others, bonus-buy slots, table games and virtual sports.
That is a mid-sized catalogue for a crypto casino; slot-first players will find far larger studio pools at several of the alternatives below. There is no sportsbook, no poker room and no lottery.
The operator says its games are certified by independent testing labs. The site itself makes no provably fair claim, a feature common at crypto-native casinos, so fairness rests on that lab certification.
Support in four languages
Live chat runs 24/7 in English, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese, the same four languages the site uses. Email goes to [email protected], and a help centre and contact form cover routine questions about rewards, deposits and account settings.
The help centre is also where the binding reward rules sit, including the Evolution block and the withdrawal freeze during active rewards, so it is worth reading before accepting any promotion.
Responsible-gambling tools are limited to self-exclusion and a cool-off or time-out option. There are no deposit limits, reality checks or self-assessment tests, so players who need spending controls will have to set them at the wallet or exchange level.
Mobile play without an app
There is no native app for iOS or Android. The HTML5 site adapts to phone screens in any modern browser, carrying the live lobby, slots and cashier.
Because nothing is installed, there is no app-store page to check and no update to download. The four site languages and the fiat display currencies carry over to the mobile layout unchanged.
Rakeback, cashback tiers and the 99 Club
Loyalty Rakeback pays up to 20% instantly and without wagering. Points accrue at five per $1 wagered, rakeback is tracked separately for each wallet currency and can be collected from 0.01 upwards, so a player using USDT and BTC collects two balances.
Monthly crypto cashback on net losses rises with turnover: 10% from 2,500 USDT, then 12.5%, 15% and finally 20% from 500,000 USDT. It is paid on the first business day of each month, and players on personal deals are excluded.
A Weekly Rebate on live-casino play pays 0.05–0.8 mBTC depending on loyalty level, in BTC, USDT, ETH or JPY. The 99 Club is a daily draw for players who wager 99 mBTC in a day, with prizes from 0.1 mBTC up to 1 BTC.
Live tournaments run with prize pools such as 5,000 USDT, one of which offered a 2,000 USDT Bombay Club private party as a prize. Loyalty Club levels also unlock higher withdrawal limits. The 99 Club threshold is high, though, and wagering 99 mBTC a day for a draw ticket costs far more in expected losses than most players will win back.
Who gets value from Livecasino.io, and who will not
A good fit for
- Regular live-dealer players, since more than 150 tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and others include premium rooms such as Bombay Club.
- Players who want rewards they can withdraw the same day, as rakeback of up to 20% is credited instantly without wagering.
- Steady high-turnover players, given monthly cashback on net losses rising from 10% at 2,500 USDT to 20% at 500,000 USDT, with no playthrough.
- Players more comfortable in Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese, because round-the-clock chat runs in those languages as well as English.
Better to look elsewhere if
- Anyone who relies on cards or bank transfers, because the cashier is crypto only, with no card, bank or e-wallet methods.
- Players who need payouts on a Saturday, since withdrawals are not processed at weekends and a Friday evening request can wait until Monday.
- Evolution fans tempted by the free chips, as an active reward blocks every Evolution table and freezes withdrawals until it ends.
- Slot-first players wanting a deep catalogue, since the library holds around 3,000 games from about 35 studios, mid-sized for crypto sites.
Alternatives to consider
- King Billy — 6.3/10. A royal-themed VIP ladder with wager-free weekly cashback and a personal manager, plus a broader game library.
- PlayMax — 4.8/10. Draws on a much larger pool of studios, for players who want slot variety more than live tables.
- FortuneJack — 5.4/10. One of the oldest crypto brands, unchanged in name and domain since launch, with a wider game range.
- Wazbee Casino — 6.5/10. Pairs strict but transparent bonus rules with an industry award for its bonus policy.
Livecasino.io questions answered
Is Livecasino.io licensed?
Yes. Moon Technologies B.V. runs the site under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2023/111/0069, granted in July 2024, and Casino.guru lists an additional Anjouan licence. Neither is a top-tier European licence, and neither says anything about whether online gambling is legal where you live. Players in the UK, the US, Australia, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Ukraine are not accepted.
How quickly does Livecasino.io pay out?
On a weekday, crypto withdrawals are described as instant and listed at 0–1 hour, with network confirmation time on top. Weekend requests wait for Monday. A password change triggers a two-day withdrawal lock, and the first payout waits for ID checks, so verify and settle account security before you need the money.
Does Livecasino.io have a welcome bonus?
The answer depends on which page you read. The homepage promotes up to 250 USDT in free chips for a first deposit, but the help centre says there is no welcome bonus. Where the chips are offered, their winnings must be wagered 15 times on live dealer games, Evolution tables are off limits meanwhile, and you cannot withdraw until the reward ends.
How does the Livecasino.io rakeback work?
Every dollar wagered earns five loyalty points, and the rakeback that follows, up to 20% depending on level, is credited straight away as real money. Each wallet currency has its own rakeback balance, claimable from 0.01. Monthly cashback of up to 20% on net losses and a weekly live rebate come on top, also without wagering.
Can I deposit with a card at Livecasino.io?
No. The cashier is crypto only: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, TRX, USDT, ADA, XRP, Dogecoin, BNB and Binance Pay. Deposits start from 10–50 USDT or 0.25 mBTC, and withdrawals at 20 USDT or 500 µBTC. Fiat currencies such as JPY or EUR serve only to display the balance; you will need an exchange account to convert cash to crypto first.
Is there a Livecasino.io app?
No download exists for iPhone or Android. The website is built in HTML5 and adjusts to a phone screen, so live dealer streams, slots and the cashier all work in Safari, Chrome or another mobile browser. Nothing needs installing, and the four interface languages are available on mobile too.
Wager-free rewards on a thin trust record
Livecasino.io earns its 5.9/10 through the way it pays players back. Instant rakeback of up to 20%, monthly cashback up to 20% and a weekly live rebate all arrive without wagering, fees are limited to network costs and more than 150 live tables cover everything from low-stakes blackjack to private high-roller rooms. Against that sit a 5.7/10 Casino.guru Safety Index, almost no player reviews, no weekend withdrawals and a first-deposit offer that the help centre contradicts.
The casino suits crypto holders who play live baccarat, blackjack or roulette regularly and want rebates they can withdraw the same day, especially players comfortable in Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese. If you rely on card deposits, need payouts on a Saturday or want a large slot library, the crypto-only cashier and 3,000-game lobby will feel narrow.
