6.1/10

Best for: High rollers

Roobet lets players withdraw up to $200,000 a day and pays rakeback with no wagering, but a four-level KYC process that runs up to proof of funds can freeze a large balance before it leaves. Casino.guru rates it 7.9/10, yet it has logged 177 complaints and Trustpilot has withdrawn Roobet’s rating for breaching its guidelines. A deep game library and a 31-rank VIP ladder earn 6.1/10; the verification risk on big wins holds it there.

Who is behind Roobet: licence, operator and track record

Roobet launched in 2019 and is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 157205. It holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/687/0427, a B2C licence recorded with indefinite validity, and Casino.guru also lists an Anjouan licence. Co-founder Matt Duea is chief executive, and fellow co-founder Anthony Brennan heads partnerships. There is no licence from a top-tier regulator such as the MGA or UKGC, and Curaçao rules do not impose the same player-protection standards, so complaints have weaker enforcement behind them.

Roobet is one of the most visible brands in crypto gambling. Snoop Dogg became its “Chief Ganjaroo Officer” in 2023, Chelsea FC signed it in 2025 as official regional betting partner for Latin America and Canada, it backs the 100 Thieves Counter-Strike 2 roster, and it is title sponsor of the European Open Pool Championship for 2026–2027. Its estimated revenue exceeds $100 million a year.

Casino.guru gives Roobet a Safety Index of 7.9/10 (Above average) and rates user feedback as Good. It records 177 complaints: 139 rejected, 36 resolved, one unresolved and one open. The recurring themes are delayed withdrawals, confiscated winnings, accounts frozen during proof-of-funds checks, accounts closed with a withdrawal pending, and one account reopened despite the responsible-gambling policy. Complaints are individual claims, not rulings, and most of these were rejected.

Trustpilot no longer shows a rating for Roobet, stating that it is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines. The platform has removed fake reviews and merged the company’s profiles; of 2,289 reviews, 68% are five-star and 26% one-star, and Roobet answers most negative reviews with templated replies.

The terms are mostly fair by Casino.guru’s measure, with one serious flag: low-risk betting strategies can lead to winnings being confiscated. Parts of the terms are not translated into every site language, so a player reading the site in another language can miss an untranslated clause.

Roobet blocks the United States entirely and also refuses players from the United Kingdom, Australia, Ontario, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Gibraltar, Malta, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and more than 20 other jurisdictions. Its focus markets are Latin America, Brazil, Canada outside Ontario and Oceania. Bonuses are unavailable to players in Ohio.

The “Roo Responsibly” page offerss and self-exclusion. Players complain that self-exclusion only takes effect after a 24-hour cooldown, which leaves a full day of access at the moment someone asks to stop.

The $200,000 ceiling and the four KYC levels

Roobet allows crypto withdrawals of up to $200,000 per day, with a $10 minimum per transaction. That ceiling is high enough for most high rollers to move a six-figure win in a day or two, where many rivals cap withdrawals at a fraction of that amount.

Roobet advertises instant withdrawals. One independent review puts routine crypto payouts at 15 minutes to a few hours, and another allows 0–3 days. There is no platform fee: only the network fee is charged and shown before confirmation, usually under $1.

Verification is the bottleneck. KYC runs in four risk-based levels: basic details at Level 1, photo ID at Level 2, proof of address at Level 3 and proof of funds at Level 4. The triggers are not disclosed and can fire on a deposit or a withdrawal, so a player can be asked for evidence of where the money came from in the middle of a large cash-out. That is stricter than many crypto casinos, and complaints describe accounts frozen for the duration of those checks. Other payout complaints describe withdrawals delayed or declined and later settled only in part, and accounts closed while a withdrawal was still pending.

A $200,000 daily ceiling counts for little if a large win triggers Level 4 proof-of-funds checks, and the triggers are not disclosed.

High rollers can shorten the wait by completing Level 2 early, which also unlocks a 20% rakeback boost for 72 hours, and by having proof-of-funds documents ready before requesting a large withdrawal.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

Roobet’s core reward is rakeback, and its welcome offer changes by region and over time. In some markets new players get a 100% first-deposit match up to $1,000, credited automatically from a $10 deposit with no code. Elsewhere the welcome is a $5 free bet with 20% cashback for seven days, and affiliate links offer 20% cashback up to $200 over seven days.

Where the match runs, its terms set 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a maximum bet of 5% of the balance and a 30-day expiry. Wagering on the combined amount doubles the turnover compared with a bonus-only requirement, which makes the offer heavier than its 30x headline suggests.

Wagering on the $1,000 match: a $1,000 deposit receives a $1,000 bonus. At 30x deposit plus bonus, the requirement is ($1,000 + $1,000) × 30 = $60,000 of turnover. Spread over the 30-day window, that is $2,000 a day, and with a $2,000 balance the 5% bet cap limits each stake to $100.

For a high roller, the match is small next to the turnover it demands: $60,000 of play for $1,000 of bonus. Rakeback, by comparison, is paid as real, withdrawable money with no rollover, so most regular players get more value by skipping the match.

Existing players can redeem promo codes posted in Roobet’s official Telegram channel, provided they have enough turnover in the previous seven days. Codes are entered on the Redeem page.

Coins, networks and the card on-ramp

Roobet accepts 11 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SOL, SUI and BNB, all held in a single Roobet wallet. Transfers run over nine networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Tron, Solana, BNB Chain, XRP Ledger and Litecoin. The coin list is shorter than at some rivals, but the choice of Base, Arbitrum and Tron gives cheap routes for stablecoins.

Platform feeNone; network fee shown before withdrawal
Typical network feesMostly $0.00; BTC about $0.52; USDT on Tron about $1.00
Card and e-wallet useBuying crypto through an on-ramp, by region

Roobet is crypto-first. Visa, Mastercard, Interac, MuchBetter and MiFinity can be used in some regions to buy crypto through the Swapped on-ramp, and the cashier lists 27 methods in total, but withdrawals go out in crypto only. A player depositing by card therefore receives winnings in coins and has to convert them elsewhere, and some deposit and withdrawal methods carry fees.

Deposits must use the exact coin and network shown in the cashier, since a token sent on the wrong chain cannot be recovered. The account can be protected with two-factor authentication, the site runs on SSL behind Cloudflare, and Roobet has a vulnerability disclosure route for security researchers. With a $10 minimum on both deposits and withdrawals, a small test transfer before moving a large sum costs little, since most network fees are zero or under a dollar.

Roobet Originals, slots and live tables

The library holds 6,000–7,000+ games from 80+ studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Spinomenal, Red Tiger and Betsoft. Casino.guru’s game check found no fake copies of provider titles. Slots start at $0.10 a spin and live tables usually at $1, but high-stakes tables are where Roobet suits big players.

The live casino draws on Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, with 100+ tables for blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, including high-stakes and speed variants. Classic RNG table games are thin, so players who prefer computer blackjack or roulette have less choice than in the live section.

Roobet’s 12 Originals are Crash, Blackjack, Limbo, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Towers, Roulette, Slide, Keno, Coinflip and the exclusive Mission Uncrossable. Crash is the flagship. These in-house games are provably fair, so each outcome can be checked by the player, while third-party titles rely on their providers’ certified random number generators. Roobet states a house RTP of 97% in its replies to players, though no audited RTP report is available.

A sportsbook with 40+ sports, esports and, since May 2026, prediction markets sits alongside the casino.

Live chat, help centre and languages

Support runs through 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected]. Reply times range from a few minutes to a few hours. The help centre covers General, Account, Deposits, Games, Withdrawals, Rewards and Sports topics, with around 50 articles on deposits alone, though the FAQ is limited.

The site and live chat work in 15+ languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese, which reflects Roobet’s focus on Latin America and Brazil. Some players complain of slow, templated answers and of being cut off from chat during disputes. For a stuck withdrawal, keep the transaction ID, the request time and copies of every document submitted, and ask support to name the KYC level holding the payment.

Roobet also uses an official Telegram channel for promo codes and an X account for announcements, which are faster sources for promotions than the help centre.

Roobet on a phone

Roobet has no native app in the App Store or Google Play. The site is responsive and runs in mobile browsers on iOS and Android, with the Originals, live tables and sportsbook all available from the same account.

The mobile layout is functional but basic, and one independent review gives it a low score. Players who mainly gamble on a phone can add the site to the home screen for faster access, but should not expect app features such as push alerts for raffle draws or vault releases.

RooWards, the 31-rank ladder and the VIP Club

RooWards pays rakeback through four streams: instant, daily, weekly and monthly. Rewards collect in a vault that unlocks about three times a day, roughly every eight hours, and the money is real and withdrawable with no wagering. Each personal rate depends on activity and volume. Unlocked vault rewards expire 24 hours later, so regular log-ins matter.

Boosts add to the base rate: 10% for the first 24 hours after sign-up, a 10% crypto bonus, and 20% for 72 hours after completing Level 2 verification. Some players complain that progress was reset when Roobet moved to Rewards 2.0.

Every player climbs an open ladder from Beginner through 31 ranks to Immortal, based on turnover. Above it sits the invite-only Roobet VIP Club, where a personal host arranges tailored promotions, rakeback boosts, free spins, loss back and exclusive events and tournaments. VIP hosts are among the most praised parts of Roobet in five-star reviews, and for a high roller the host’s discretion is worth more than any public offer. Free spins come mainly through the VIP Club, and exclusive tournaments are reserved for its members.

The weekly $100,000 raffle gives one ticket for every $250 wagered, with prizes paid free of wagering, and daily missions add smaller rewards.

Roobet: who gains most, and who should pass

A good fit for

  • High rollers moving large crypto sums, since withdrawals of up to $200,000 a day are allowed with no platform fee.
  • Regular players who skip deposit matches, because rakeback from four streams is paid as withdrawable money with no wagering.
  • Anyone who wants to check outcomes, as the 12 in-house Originals, including Crash, Plinko and Mines, are provably fair.
  • Stablecoin users watching costs, given transfers over Base, Arbitrum and Tron, with most network fees at zero or under a dollar.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players who keep their finances private, because undisclosed triggers can demand proof of funds mid-withdrawal, and complaints describe accounts frozen meanwhile.
  • Anyone using low-risk betting strategies, since the terms allow winnings from such play to be confiscated.
  • Card depositors expecting fiat payouts, as cards only buy crypto through an on-ramp and every withdrawal goes out in coins.
  • Players who may need an immediate block, because self-exclusion takes effect only after a 24-hour cooldown.

Other casinos worth comparing

  • Thrill (6.2/10) — skips the welcome offer for wager-free rakeback, lossback and level-up cash rewards, with lighter identity checks.
  • Duel (5.0/10) — rejects welcome bonuses outright in favour of instant rakeback set per game type, with smoother withdrawals and lighter checks.
  • CoinCasino (5.0/10) — runs as a Telegram mini app, making it easier to use on a phone and less demanding on verification.
  • Stake (7.3/10) — sets no platform limit on crypto withdrawals at all and charges no fee of its own, with a stronger payout record.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns Roobet and is it licensed?

Raw Entertainment B.V. of Curaçao runs Roobet under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/687/0427, and Casino.guru also lists an Anjouan licence. Matt Duea and Anthony Brennan co-founded the brand. It holds no top-tier licence, is closed to the United States and the United Kingdom, and its terms allow confiscation of winnings from low-risk play.

How much can I withdraw from Roobet in a day?

Up to $200,000 in crypto, with a $10 minimum per request and no fee charged by Roobet beyond the network cost. Payouts take anywhere from minutes to three days. The practical limit is verification: a large request can trigger proof-of-funds checks, and the money stays put until those documents are accepted.

What documents does Roobet ask for?

It depends on the level reached. Level 1 needs basic personal details, Level 2 a photo ID, Level 3 proof of address and Level 4 evidence of where the money came from. Roobet does not say what triggers each step, and a review can start at deposit or at cash-out. Finishing Level 2 early earns a temporary 20% rakeback boost.

Is the Roobet welcome bonus worth it for high rollers?

Rarely. Where the 100% match up to $1,000 is offered, it needs 30x the deposit and bonus combined, so a maximum claim means $60,000 of turnover within 30 days under a 5% bet cap. Wager-free rakeback, VIP host offers and the weekly raffle return more to a big player without locking up the balance.

Are Roobet Originals provably fair?

Yes. Crash, Mines, Plinko, Mission Uncrossable and the other in-house titles let players check each outcome after the round. Slots and live tables from Pragmatic Play, Evolution and other studios use those providers’ certified random number generators instead. Roobet cites a 97% house RTP when answering players, but has not published an independent audit.

How does the Roobet VIP Club differ from the rank ladder?

The ladder is open to everyone and climbs through 31 ranks from Beginner to Immortal as turnover grows. The VIP Club is invitation-only and adds a personal host who can arrange custom promotions, rakeback boosts, free spins, loss back and private tournaments. Five-star reviews frequently single out the hosts as the best part of the service.

Is Roobet built for big balances?

Roobet is one of the better-equipped crypto casinos for high rollers, with a $200,000 daily withdrawal ceiling, no platform fees, wager-free rakeback, a 31-rank ladder and invite-only VIP hosts. Its 7.9/10 Safety Index from Casino.guru, a consistent operating record since 2019 and major sports sponsorships point to a stable business.

The trade-off is verification. Four KYC levels up to proof of funds, 177 logged complaints and a confiscation clause for low-risk play mean a big win can stall for days or weeks. Players willing to document their funds in advance will get the most from Roobet; those who want to keep their finances private or bet low-risk strategies should consider Stake or Duel first.
