Best for: Verifiable fairness

Ten in-house games with seed-based result checks, 16 cryptocurrencies and a $25,000 daily withdrawal allowance make 500 Casino one of the more transparent crypto casinos on the game side. The money side is less tidy: the welcome offer releases just $1 for every $400 wagered, cash-outs are mainly crypto-only, and complaints about accounts frozen after wins recur across platforms.

The licence checks out; the complaint record is more complicated

500 Casino grew out of CSGO500, a CS:GO skin-betting site launched in 2016, and still trades on that heritage. It is operated by Perfect Storm B.V., company number 150536, of Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, which also used the CSGO500 and 500PLAY names. The current Curaçao Gaming Authority licence is OGL/2024/1354/0882, and Casino.guru confirms it against the operator; in 2021 the business held an older Curaçao licence, 8048/JAZ2021-088, from the period before Curaçao’s licensing reform. The operator also ran a Counter-Strike esports team called “500” from October 2022 until it was disbanded in January 2026.

A Curaçao licence does not authorise the casino in every country. 500 Casino is not licensed in the United States, and access is barred in several jurisdictions, including the US, the UK and Australia; the full list is longer, so check the terms for your country before registering.

Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 8.6/10 (High), places the casino in its revenue band above $5 million a year, and rates the terms “Mostly fair”. Its one flagged clause matters: low-risk play can lead to winnings being confiscated, a term that usually means betting on both sides of an even-money market. Casino.guru’s Gamecheck found no counterfeit games in the titles it sampled.

The same site logs 29 complaints, of which 4 were resolved and 25 rejected, with none open. The recurring themes are accounts closed or frozen after wins, confiscated balances and self-exclusion requests that were not honoured, including one public case of an account and substantial winnings being blocked. Only four of the 29 ended with the player’s complaint resolved.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8/10 and a player score of 9.1/10 from 91 reviews, with no formal complaints filed, although several player reviews there describe withdrawal problems and accounts held after verification. The legacy profile on Trustpilot rates csgo500.com at 2.8/5 from 962 reviews: 69% five-star and 21% one-star. Negative posts from 2026 describe unpaid withdrawals and bans after full verification, balances held after a jackpot, accusations of rigged games and a $1 maximum bet imposed on a sportsbook account after a win; positive posts praise game choice and quick crypto payments. Player reviews are allegations rather than findings, but the account-freeze pattern appears on all three platforms. The casino replies to only 12% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within a month.

Confiscation for low-risk play is the clause most likely to cost a bonus player money. Low-risk play typically means covering most outcomes on one spin or switching to minimum-variance bets to finish a turnover target, and the penalty here is loss of the winnings themselves.

Responsible-gambling tools are thin. Self-exclusion can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, with a 24-hour confirmation step, and AskGamblers lists the narrow choice of controls as a drawback: deposit, loss and session limits are not reliably available. Combined with the complaints about ignored exclusion requests, a player who relies on hard spending limits will find them better supported elsewhere.

Crypto cash-outs can be quick, but a $25,000 daily cap still applies

The standard ceiling is $25,000 a day. Limits rise with verification: up to $25,000 a day without documents, up to $50,000 after the first verification tier and no fixed cap after the second. A player sitting on a six-figure win therefore needs full verification before the balance can move at any speed.

Crypto withdrawals are generally fast once a request is approved: pending time runs from zero to one hour and e-wallet payouts take up to 24 hours. Weekend cash-outs are not processed, so a request made late on a Friday can wait until Monday. The minimum is about $10 in coin value.

Withdrawals are mainly in crypto. Some regions can cash out to AstroPay Card, Jeton or Pix, but a card depositor may need a crypto wallet to get money out. One player lost a withdrawal sent on the wrong network, so check the network in the withdrawal form against the receiving wallet every time.

KYC is tiered, not absent. ID and proof of address are requested when a player seeks higher limits, reaches VIP level or triggers a review. One reviewer had an account held over suspected duplicate accounts after completing KYC, and 2026 Trustpilot posts describe bans issued after full verification.

The withdrawal-related complaint pattern is consistent: requests stuck after a win, balances retained once an account is restricted and promotions withdrawn when a player is ahead. Keep transaction IDs, screenshots of the balance and chat transcripts from the moment a large win lands.

The welcome headline hides an unusual rakeback calculation

The main welcome offer is a 300% rakeback bonus up to $15,000 plus 50 free spins, though smaller deposit-match offers have also been advertised, so check the offer shown in your cashier. It is not a deposit match: nothing is credited up front. The bonus is released as real, withdrawable cash while you bet, and each released dollar carries no further wagering.

The release rate is $1 for every $400 wagered. A qualifying deposit of $25 in any supported coin activates the offer, the total release is capped at three times the deposit up to $15,000, and there are 90 days to unlock it. In effect, the bonus returns a quarter of one per cent of turnover until the cap is reached.

Wagering calculation: a $25 deposit sets a cap of 3 × $25 = $75. Releasing all of it takes $75 × 400 = $30,000 in turnover within 90 days. At the top end, a $5,000 deposit reaches the $15,000 cap, which requires $15,000 × 400 = $6,000,000 in turnover.

The structure rewards very high volume and returns little to a casual player. Against a typical slot house edge of a few per cent, that return only offsets a small slice of expected losses, so the welcome offer works as a loyalty rebate, not as extra playing money.

The 50 free spins follow ordinary rules: their winnings carry 40× wagering, so $10 in spin winnings needs $400 of stakes before it can be withdrawn.

Beyond registration, a weekly reload of 50% up to $200 runs from Friday to Sunday with a $20 minimum deposit and 25× wagering; a full $200 reload needs $5,000 of stakes. VIP members from level 10 get a birthday bonus of 100% up to $300, weekly cashback of 5–10% on net losses is offered, and no-deposit bonuses appear irregularly with extensive conditions. Three daily challenges reset at 00:00 UTC, and weekly slot races, a multiplier challenge, a rake race, a monthly tournament and an XP leaderboard pay out to the top finishers by volume or multiplier.

Sixteen cryptocurrencies, with fiat deposits easier than fiat withdrawals

The cashier supports BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB, USDT, USDC, TRX, BCH, XRP, XLM, EOS, SOL, DOGE, AVAX, POL and ADA. Some regions see a shorter list, with BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP and USDT as the core set. Holding two stablecoins and several low-fee chains such as TRX, XLM and SOL lets players avoid Bitcoin network fees on small transfers.

Regional methodsPIX, Boleto, PicPay, Swish, AstroPay, Jeton, SEPA, TrustlyAstroPay Card, Jeton and Pix in some regions

Fiat funding is broad for a crypto-first casino: the cashier offers 32 payment methods, including bank transfer, 7-Eleven cash payments, Neosurf, Paysafe vouchers and gift cards. Methods depend on the player’s country. Minimum deposits run from about $0.60 in crypto to $25 for some coins and methods, and the welcome offer needs $25 whatever the method.

The casino charges no deposit fees. Withdrawals carry the blockchain network fee and can include an internal fee shown in the cashier, so compare the net amount on screen with what arrives in the wallet. CS2 and Rust skins can also be deposited to the main balance and withdrawn through peer-to-peer marketplaces, a leftover of the CSGO500 era.

Originals with verifiable results anchor a large games library

The in-house collection sets 500 Casino apart: Roulette, Crash, X50, Wheel, Dice, Plinko, Towers, Case Opening, Duels and Split View. X50, the signature game, is an in-house take on roulette, and case battles and duels carry over formats from the skin-gambling sites where the brand began.

The originals are provably fair. Before each round the casino commits to a hashed server seed; the player’s client seed is combined with it, and the result is fixed before the bet is placed. Once the server seed is revealed, anyone can recompute the hash and the outcome to confirm the round was not altered. The check proves the integrity of individual rounds; it says nothing about payout limits or account decisions.

The studio library runs to thousands of games, with around 5,000 slots from about 45 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Octoplay, Novomatic, BGaming, Habanero, PG Soft and Big Time Gaming. Pragmatic Play’s slots and live tables arrived through an official integration announced in September 2022. RTP figures are not shown on individual game pages, so players who choose slots by return percentage have to check the studio’s own information.

Live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Bombay Live: European and Lightning roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows and a live snakes-and-ladders game. The lobby also holds video poker, bingo, keno and crash titles, and the same account gives access to a sportsbook with esports markets on CS2 and League of Legends.

Live chat is responsive, but language choice narrows at support

Live chat runs 24/7, and Casino.guru measured an average first response of about two minutes across seven tests, rating it Good. Email goes to [email protected] and is typically answered within a few hours, and a help centre handles routine questions.

The interface is translated into 12 to 13 languages, from Chinese, Japanese and Hindi to Polish, Turkish and Danish, but support works in English only. A player who browses in Portuguese or Turkish still has to explain a withdrawal dispute or document request in English. Some 2026 player reviews say chat stopped answering after a large loss, which sits awkwardly with the quick response times measured in routine tests.

The phone experience is browser-first

500 Casino has no native app for iOS or Android; the responsive website runs in mobile browsers with the full lobby, cashier, originals and sportsbook on a single account. Nothing needs installing, and the site updates without app-store releases.

The originals, built for quick rounds, suit a phone screen well. The promotions area, with daily challenges, races and leaderboards on separate pages, takes more scrolling, and reading bonus rules on a small display is where the browser layout is weakest.

Instant rakeback rewards regular activity, with tiers that vary

The loyalty scheme is built on instant rakeback: a share of the house edge on every bet is returned straight away. Rates rise from about 5–10% at Bronze and Silver to around 12% at Gold and Platinum and up to 15% at Diamond and Stardust. Because rakeback is a share of the house edge, the cash returned per bet is far smaller than the headline percentage.

Rakeback in cash: on a slot with a 4% house edge, $100 wagered has an expected cost of $4. Rakeback of 10% returns 10% × $4 = $0.40, so $10,000 of turnover returns about $40.

The ladder uses named levels such as Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, Pearl, Obsidian, Opal, Stardust, Nebula and Supernova. Higher tiers add weekly reloads, monthly lossback from Gold and Platinum upwards, a personal VIP host and faster withdrawals; promotional material mentions gifts up to a Rolex at the very top. Full verification can be required at higher tiers, so VIP status brings document checks along with the perks.

A lifetime referral commission is paid on players a member brings in, and the birthday bonus of 100% up to $300 starts at VIP level 10. For a player wagering a few hundred dollars a week, the rakeback percentage is the reward that matters; the upper tiers, with their hosts and gifts, are aimed at very high volumes.

Where 500 Casino fits, and where it falls short

A good fit for

  • Players who like checking results themselves: ten in-house originals, X50 and Plinko among them, can be recomputed from hashed server seeds after each round.
  • High-volume crypto players, as instant rakeback rises to around 15% at the top tiers and the welcome release pays real cash without further wagering.
  • Players moving large crypto sums, since the $25,000 daily cap rises to $50,000 after the first verification tier and disappears after the second.
  • Players holding several coins, with 16 cryptocurrencies accepted, including USDC, SOL and TRX for avoiding Bitcoin network fees on small transfers.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players expecting a conventional deposit match, because the welcome offer releases just $1 per $400 wagered, so a $25 deposit needs $30,000 in bets.
  • Anyone wary of post-win account freezes: Casino.guru rejected 25 of 29 complaints, many about accounts closed or balances held after wins.
  • Card depositors without a crypto wallet, since withdrawals go mainly to crypto and requests are not processed at weekends.
  • Players relying on firm spending limits or non-English support, as deposit and session limits are unreliable and support works only in English.

Alternative casinos for different priorities

  • Duelbits 5.0/10 — concentrates on instantly claimable crypto rakeback through Ace’s Rewards and a VIP Lounge, instead of gradual welcome unlocking.
  • Coins.Game 4.0/10 — provides a broader multilingual experience and local payment rails tailored to markets in Latin America, India and Turkey.
  • BiggerZ 4.6/10 — extends a shared gaming account across casino, sportsbook and prediction markets.
  • Shuffle 4.7/10 — connects its SHFL token staking scheme to entries in a recurring USDC-funded lottery.

500 Casino frequently asked questions

Is 500 Casino licensed and who runs it?

Yes. Perfect Storm B.V., a Curaçao company registered as 150536, holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1354/0882, which Casino.guru has checked. The brand started life as CSGO500 in 2016. A Curaçao licence gives no right to serve every market: the casino is not licensed in the US and turns away players from the UK and Australia, among other countries.

What does provably fair mean at 500 Casino?

For its own games, such as Crash, Dice, Plinko and X50, the outcome is locked in by a hashed server seed and your client seed before you bet. After the round, revealing the server seed lets you recompute the result yourself. Slots and live tables from outside studios do not use this system, and the check covers round integrity only.

How does the 500 Casino welcome bonus unlock?

Instead of a lump sum, you earn $1 of real cash per $400 staked, with no further wagering on what is released. The ceiling is three times your deposit, up to $15,000, and you have 90 days. So a $25 deposit can release $75 at most, after $30,000 of bets. Free-spin winnings are handled separately at 40×.

How quickly can I withdraw cryptocurrency?

Pending time runs from zero to one hour, and crypto transfers are generally quick after approval, but requests are not processed at weekends. Each day you can take out up to $25,000 before full verification, with higher limits after it, and the smallest cash-out is around $10. Expect document checks before a large first withdrawal, since several reported disputes began at that stage.

Can I use 500 Casino without identity verification?

Not reliably, and anonymity is not guaranteed. ID and proof of address are requested to lift withdrawal limits, at VIP level or when an account is flagged for review. Several players report holds and bans after completing these checks, so it is safer to verify before building a large balance.

Does 500 Casino support cards and e-wallets?

For deposits, yes: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, PayPal and regional options like PIX and Boleto all work, depending on country. Getting money back out is another matter. Cash-outs go to crypto in most cases, with AstroPay Card, Jeton or Pix available only in certain regions, so a crypto wallet is close to essential.

Is there a native 500 Casino mobile app?

No. Android and iOS users open the casino in their phone browser, which carries the full set of originals, slots, live tables, sportsbook and cashier on the same account. There is nothing to download or update. Promotion pages and bonus rules are the parts that are harder to read on a small screen.

Verifiable game rounds, less predictable account decisions

500 Casino earns its 6.6/10 on the game side: ten provably fair originals, a large studio library, 16 coins and a $25,000 daily withdrawal cap give experienced crypto players plenty to work with. What holds it back is the account side, where a confiscation clause for low-risk play, no weekend payouts and 25 rejected Casino.guru complaints, with frozen accounts and blocked winnings among their themes, leave players with little recourse.

Players who value checking each original round and earning steady rakeback will get the most from it, especially if they verify early. Anyone expecting a conventional deposit match will find the $1-per-$400 welcome release slow, and players who need firm deposit limits or support in a language other than English are poorly served.
