Best for: High rollers

Bitcasino.io has been taking crypto bets since 2014, and in 2025 it passed to a new company. The casino still offers more than 5,000 games, twelve cryptocurrencies and a seven-level loyalty programme. The 5.0/10 rating comes down to money leaving the account: complaints about held withdrawals and closed balances weigh against fast routine crypto transfers and genuine high-stakes facilities.

For high rollers the draw is specific: exclusive live tables, a private VIP club and no overall withdrawal ceiling. The trade-off sits in the terms, which let the casino pay a large balance in weekly instalments of up to 1 million USDT and close an account without notice.

The current Anjouan licence follows a change in operator

Bitcasino.io currently identifies EZ Spins Ltd as its operator in its footer and terms. The company is registered in Anjouan under number 16159, and its licence page names ALSI-202509076-F12, issued on 30 September 2025. The footer names the issuer as the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, while the licence page credits Anjouan’s offshore licensing authority.

The history is unusually important for this brand. Bitcasino.io previously formed part of the Yolo Group, originally associated with Coingaming, and operated through Curaçao companies including Moon Technologies B.V. Its earlier Curaçao credential was OGL/2023/111/0069. In September 2025, Yolo announced the shutdown of Bitcasino.io and Sportsbet.io as part of a change in strategy. Reports in February 2026 described sale discussions, but no completed purchaser was confirmed. The Bitcasino.io site is active in October 2026 under the EZ Spins Ltd terms.

Some pages have not caught up with that change. The help-centre background text still describes the Curaçao licence held by Moon Technologies B.V., and Casino.guru displays both the Curaçao and the Comoros credentials. A player raising a dispute therefore has to work out which company and which licensing body the current terms actually point to: under section 23, that is EZ Spins Ltd and the courts of Anjouan.

Independent trust indicators are mixed to poor. Casino.guru assigns Bitcasino.io a 5.4/10 Safety Index, labelled “Below average”, and records 43 complaints: four unresolved, eight resolved and 31 rejected. They include withdrawal holds, confiscated winnings, identity-check delays and account closures. The same profile rates user feedback as “Excellent” across 36 reviews and found no fake games in its game check.

Trustpilot scores Bitcasino.io at 2.3/5 from 94 reviews; three quarters of those reviews are one-star, and the company has not replied to negative reviews in the recorded sample. Customers describe additional withdrawal checks, account closures and confiscations citing the “Double Spend” clause in section 7.6, and slow support, while some praise rapid payments and the live RTP display. Player complaints are allegations, not formal findings, but the same themes appear on both platforms.

The actual account terms are restrictive in several identifiable ways. Section 9.2 permits refusal or closure of an account at the operator’s sole discretion without advance notice. Under section 3.8, a balance remaining in a dormant account after more than twelve months of inactivity can attract a 5% monthly fee. A complaint about a betting transaction must be submitted in writing within seven days. The terms allow one account per person, detect IP masking and bar software used to reach the site from a restricted country. Changes to the terms take effect no earlier than two weeks after they are announced.

Bitcasino.io excludes players in 47 jurisdictions. These include the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Russia, together with numerous other listed territories. The current terms apply Comoros and Anjouan law and designate Anjouan courts for disputes.

Read the account rules before keeping funds on site. Closure without notice, a 5% dormant-account fee and a seven-day complaint window hit hardest when a balance sits idle or a payment is disputed. A complaint raised only in live chat can miss the seven-day written deadline in section 11.12.

Crypto withdrawals can be quick, but approval sets the pace

Independent reviews time routine cryptocurrency cash-outs at anything from two to ten minutes on common coins to 24 hours once verification is complete. Large or unusual requests go to manual review, and the transfer is only sent to the blockchain after that review ends.

The current terms provide a notable high-value provision. Section 6.10 permits large amounts to be paid in instalments of no more than 1 million USDT, or the equivalent, per week until the full withdrawal has been discharged. There is no overall maximum, and Casino.guru records USDT withdrawals as unlimited. A sizeable win or accumulated balance can therefore take more than one payment cycle to leave the casino, even where the selected cryptocurrency normally transfers quickly.

KYC is part of that timetable. Current terms trigger checks at cumulative deposits of $10,000 and withdrawals above €2,500 equivalent. Identity may also be checked during deposits, and withdrawals can be held pending documents or anti-money-laundering enquiries. An account opened without documents can still be asked for a passport and proof of address at the first large cash-out, and under section 3.10 a failed check can end in suspension or closure.

The withdrawal minimum differs by coin and is shown in the cashier for the selected asset. The platform advertises no hidden charges, but sections 6.11, 6.13 and 6.14 allow transaction fees, payment-method fees and conversion costs to be deducted from the amount sent, on top of the network fee the player pays.

Withdrawal complaints follow a recognisable sequence: a request is accepted, an extra KYC step or a “withdrawal application” is added, and the release is delayed or refused. Players planning a large cash-out can reduce that risk by completing verification before the balance grows.

The three-deposit match needs real turnover

Bitcasino.io promotes a three-deposit welcome package worth up to 5,000 USDT. The first stage matches 100% of an eligible deposit up to 1,500 USDT. The next two stages have been offered at 50% up to 2,000 USDT and 100% up to 1,500 USDT respectively.

A 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount has accompanied the offer, with approximately seven days to complete each stage and a maximum eligible bet equivalent to 4 USDT. These conditions come from the previous operator’s promotion terms, so compare them with the rules attached to the offer before depositing.

Wagering calculation: A qualifying first deposit of 100 USDT receives a 100 USDT bonus at the 100% match rate. At 30× the bonus, the turnover requirement is 100 × 30 = 3,000 USDT in eligible wagers. With a 4 USDT maximum qualifying bet, that represents at least 750 bets at the maximum stake to reach the turnover figure.

Game contribution also affects the pace. The same rules credit slots at 100%, live game shows at 20%, conventional live-dealer and table games at 10%, and Bitcasino Originals at 0%. At a 10% contribution rate, a 100 USDT live-table wager adds only 10 USDT to the wagering requirement. Clearing the full 3,000 USDT on live tables alone would take ten times that amount in stakes, and Originals do not count at all.

There is a second time limit in the current general terms: section 8.10 says rewards must be used within 72 hours. A free-spin or cashback reward left unused for three days lapses, even if the welcome stage still has time to run. Section 8.3 adds an administration charge where the casino finds bonus abuse.

Current recurring promotions include Weekly Rakeback of up to 5% on selected slots, Slot Challenges involving a 54,000 USDT pool, Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins with 100,000 USDT in weekly prizes, Wager Streak Rush, which turns three-day betting streaks into leaderboard points, and weekly cash drops on selected Pragmatic slots.

Twelve cryptocurrencies support a crypto-first cashier

Bitcasino.io accepts BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, TRX, XRP, ADA, USDC, BNB, POL and TON.

Payment groupExamplesWhat to check
Established cryptocurrenciesBTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRPAsset minimum and blockchain cost
StablecoinsUSDT, USDCSelected token network and transfer amount
Other networksTRX, ADA, BNB, POL, TONWallet compatibility with the chosen asset
Crypto purchaseBank cards, Apple Pay, Google PayConversion and payment-service charges

The service is mainly cryptocurrency-based, though buying crypto with a card or supported mobile payment method is available through the purchasing flow. A card purchase adds the provider’s exchange spread and fees before the coins reach the casino balance. Casino.guru counts 19 payment methods in total, nearly all of them cryptocurrencies.

Minimum deposits run from 0.25 USDT or 0.000007 BTC up to roughly €10 equivalent. Section 5.2 makes any deposit below the applicable minimum void, so a small test transfer under the threshold is not credited. Crypto deposits are normally credited instantly; the address and network in the cashier must match the sending wallet, because a transfer on the wrong chain cannot be reversed.

Stablecoins suit the bonus terms best, because the 1,500 USDT match cap, the 4 USDT bet limit and the weekly instalment ceiling are all set in USDT. A BTC or ETH balance changes in dollar value between deposit and withdrawal, which shifts how far it goes against those limits. TRX, BNB, POL and TON run on their own chains, and USDT and USDC are offered on more than one network.

Thousands of slots, live tables and original games

The Bitcasino.io game library contains more than 5,000 titles, spanning slots, live-dealer tables, game shows, classic casino games and branded Originals. Between 40 and 54 studios supply it, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Quickspin, GameArt, Ezugi and Spribe.

Live casino is a substantial component, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat and hosted game shows. Titles associated with Evolution include Mega Wheel, Monopoly Big Baller and Snakes & Ladders Live. More than 100 live games are available, and high-limit club tables cater for players who want larger stakes. Live dealer games contribute only 10% to bonus wagering and game shows 20%, so a player with an active bonus covers the requirement far more slowly at these tables.

Bitcasino Originals include Dice, Hilo, Plinko, Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette. The range also incorporates branded releases such as Original Blackjack and themed provider titles including Gates of Bitcasino. Plinko, Dice and Original Blackjack carry a return-to-player figure of at least 99%, which means a house edge of 1% or less over a long run of rounds. Section 8.13 adds that individual games can have their own maximum win, shown in each game’s information panel.

Selected Original games provide a provably fair verification process. The technical principle uses a cryptographic commitment, typically a seed or hash, so that an eligible game’s result can be compared with the committed input after the round. The casino’s help centre describes result verification for Original Blackjack. Third-party slots and live tables rely on the studios’ certified random-number generators instead, so the hash check is available only on the in-house titles.

Casino.guru’s game check found no fake versions of provider games. Bitcasino.io also runs a sportsbook alongside the casino.

Live agents and multilingual service, with mixed dispute feedback

Bitcasino.io offers 24/7 live chat and email assistance at [email protected]. A separate [email protected] address handles safer-gambling enquiries. The help centre contains articles on payments, identity checks, account functions and casino rules, making it useful for routine questions that do not require access to an agent.

An independent chat examination in September 2026 found a human representative without an initial bot barrier and recorded clear responses on payments, verification and account questions. Casino.guru describes service in twelve languages, including English, Spanish, German and Arabic.

Trustpilot reviewers describe slow or unhelpful answers once a withdrawal is contested, and the company has not replied there to negative reviews. For a substantial cash-out, an email thread keeps a record of which documents were requested and when.

Responsible-gambling controls are thin. Players can ask for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours or self-exclude for one week, one, three or six months, or permanently; the permanent option cannot be reversed. The responsible-gaming page does not mention deposit limits, loss limits or reality checks, and Casino.guru lists limited responsible gaming options among its negatives.

Mobile browser access remains the dependable route

Bitcasino.io’s website adapts to mobile screens, including its game lobby, cashier and account controls. There is no native iOS application, and while Casino.guru lists an Android app, other reviews of the current site find none, so the browser is the route that works on every phone.

The mobile site carries the full lobby, from Plinko and Dice to Evolution game shows and the high-limit club tables. Saving the site to the home screen gives one-tap access without an app-store download, and the same login carries the balance and Loyalty Club progress across devices.

Seven loyalty ranks lead towards private VIP privileges

The Loyalty Club has seven levels: Beginner, Fan, Expert, Master, Guru, Legend and Hero. Members enter at the first level and earn points through eligible activity. Milestones can unlock free spins, free chips and cashback, while higher ranks have been associated with larger point multipliers.

Alongside the standard ladder, Bitcasino.io has an invitation-only VIP Club with personal management, priority round-the-clock support, holiday gifts and access to higher-limit facilities. The VIP pages promise unlimited deposits and withdrawals, yet section 6.10 of the general terms still allows a large settlement to be split into weekly instalments of up to 1 million USDT.

Recent promotional activity includes weekly rakeback of up to 5% on selected slots, as well as free spins and cashback linked to milestones. Rakeback runs Monday to Sunday on the slots named in each week’s promotion, so play on live tables or Originals earns nothing from it. Higher Loyalty Club ranks raise the point multiplier to as much as 3.00x. A referral scheme pays up to 5,000 USDT per qualifying friend, based on that friend’s wagering in the first 30 days.

Private live-dealer tables suit players who want higher stake limits and less crowded sessions. Loyalty points accrue on turnover, so a player who loses heavily still climbs the ladder; the rewards return a small fraction of what was staked.

Trust checklist: how Bitcasino.io holds up

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 43 complaints, 31 rejected and only eight resolved, covering withdrawal holds, confiscated winnings, identity-check delays and account closures.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityLarge balances can be split into weekly instalments of up to 1 million USDT, and big or unusual requests go to manual review first.
  • CautionVerificationChecks trigger at $10,000 in cumulative deposits or withdrawals above €2,500, and a failed check can end in suspension or closure.
  • CautionBonus termsThe first stage requires 30× the bonus within about seven days, with a 4 USDT bet cap and live tables counting just 10%.
  • CautionSupportHuman chat agents work 24/7 in twelve languages, yet Trustpilot reviewers report slow answers on contested withdrawals, with no replies to negative reviews.
  • ConcernPlayer protectionCooling-off and self-exclusion from one week to permanent are offered, but deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks are absent.

Other routes to high-stakes crypto gambling

  • Thrill — 6.2/10. Cash rewards built around instant rakeback and lossback replace the usual wagering-heavy welcome match.
  • Stake — 7.3/10. Its absence of platform-imposed daily, weekly and monthly cryptocurrency withdrawal caps changes how large balances can be released.
  • Flush — 6.2/10. Its documented sub-two-minute cash-out experience on several coins offers a different approach to withdrawal speed.
  • Winna — 5.7/10. Rakeback accrues on a seven-minute cycle, with a separate lossback progression for higher loyalty levels.

Bitcasino.io frequently asked questions

Which company and licence cover Bitcasino.io now?

EZ Spins Ltd, a company registered in Anjouan, runs the site under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509076-F12 from 30 September 2025. Until Yolo Group announced its exit in 2025, Bitcasino.io operated under a Curaçao licence held by Moon Technologies B.V., and parts of the help centre still describe that arrangement. Players in 47 countries, including the US, UK and Australia, cannot open an account.

Can Bitcasino.io withdrawals arrive in minutes?

They can, for ordinary amounts on common coins once KYC is complete. Expect anything from a few minutes to a day. A request above €2,500 triggers identity checks, unusually large requests are handled manually, and a very big win is paid out at no more than 1 million USDT per week. Fees can be taken from the amount sent, so the wallet may receive slightly less than requested.

What does the Bitcasino.io welcome bonus require?

Under the previous operator’s terms, each of the three stages carried 30× wagering on the bonus alone, so the maximum 1,500 USDT first-deposit bonus had to be turned over thirty times within about a week, with bets capped at 4 USDT. Slots counted in full, live dealer and table games at 10%, game shows at 20% and Originals not at all. Check the current offer, as amounts can vary by region.

When will Bitcasino.io ask for KYC?

Two thresholds are written into the terms: $10,000 in total deposits and any single withdrawal worth more than €2,500. Below those levels the casino can still ask for documents during a deposit or as part of an anti-money-laundering check. Payouts stay on hold until the papers are accepted, which is why several complaints describe a withdrawal stuck at the verification stage.

Which cryptocurrencies does Bitcasino.io accept?

Twelve: Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tron, XRP, Cardano, BNB, POL and TON. Players without crypto can buy coins inside the site with a bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Deposit minimums run from 0.25 USDT to about €10 equivalent.

Are Bitcasino.io Originals provably fair?

Selected in-house titles are, with Original Blackjack the clearest case: each round can be checked against a cryptographic hash once it ends. The in-house range also covers Dice, Hilo, Plinko, Baccarat and Roulette, several of them with an RTP of 99% or more. Slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and other studios use certified random-number generators and do not offer a player-side check.

How are loyalty and VIP rewards organised?

Every player joins the Loyalty Club at Beginner and climbs through Fan, Expert, Master, Guru and Legend to Hero by collecting points from wagers. Milestones pay free spins, free chips or cashback, and higher ranks multiply points by up to 3.00x. Above that sits an invitation-only VIP Club with a personal manager, priority support and private high-limit tables. Rewards must be used within 72 hours.

A million-USDT weekly payment provision defines the high-roller trade-off

Bitcasino.io is a capable casino with a weak trust record: more than 5,000 games, twelve coins and a seven-level reward ladder sit on top of a recent change of operator, a Casino.guru Safety Index of 5.4 and terms that allow closure without notice. A withdrawal can move from a rapid crypto transfer to a document review or a scheduled instalment, and a dormant balance loses 5% a month after a year.

A high roller who wants exclusive live tables and private VIP service will find them here, provided verification is completed early and winnings are withdrawn instead of left on site. Anyone who needs guaranteed same-day access to a six-figure balance should treat the 1 million USDT weekly instalment rule and the complaint history as the deciding facts.
