Best for: Responsive support

A €1,000 daily withdrawal limit and a €50–€100 minimum cash-out shape Coolzino more than any promotion does: small wins are hard to withdraw and large ones leave in slices. Against that, Casino.guru rates the live chat Excellent, and most formal complaints against the casino end up resolved.

Coolzino is a card-and-e-wallet casino that also takes Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin and USDT, with around 6,000 games, a sportsbook and a three-stage welcome package at 35x. The terms are where caution is needed: bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus, documents must arrive within tight deadlines, and dozens of player complaints describe withdrawals held behind repeated identity checks or accounts closed after a win. Those points hold the score at 5.6/10.

Behind Coolzino: a Curaçao permit and a long complaint trail

Coolzino is operated by Terdersoft B.V., a Curaçao company that launched the casino in 2024. The casino holds a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority; Casino.guru gives the number as OGL/2024/1126/0521, the format of Curaçao’s newer licensing regime. The company gives Cyprus as its location on its public review profile. The coolzino.com domain was registered on 2 April 2024 and is renewed until 2028, with ownership details hidden.

Terdersoft runs a small group of casinos: Casino.guru links Coolzino to two others, and LCB names Corgibet Casino and MagneticSlots as sister sites. A Curaçao licence does not make the casino legal everywhere. Portal da Queixa, the Portuguese complaints platform, files Coolzino among illegal online casinos in Portugal, where it holds no local permit.

Basic security is in place: the site uses an SSL certificate issued by Google Trust Services and sits behind Cloudflare. ScamAdviser marks it Very Likely Safe despite low traffic.

Finding the real site takes care. Search results for Coolzino are crowded with spam pages planted on hijacked university and government domains, and the name is easily confused with Thevipzino, Coolbet and CoolCat Casino. The casino itself lives at coolzino.com, and go2coolzino.com redirects there; any other address deserves suspicion before a deposit or a login.

What the rating platforms record

Casino.guru assigns a Safety Index of 8.1/10, rated High, estimates revenue at more than $5M a year and holds 20 complaints: 11 resolved, 8 rejected and 1 open. They cover delayed withdrawals, verification disputes, accounts closed for alleged fraud and confiscated winnings, with sums from €50 to €1,997 as well as 900 CHF, up to C$1,500 and 580 zł. The same assessment grades user feedback as Good from 8 reviews and keeps the casino off its blacklist, while LCB’s player vote sits at 3/5 from 9 ratings.

AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.3/10 and has handled 10 complaints, 8 of them resolved, mostly about payments, with an average disputed sum of $794. Coolzino answers its cases in about 2 days, but they take 15 days on average to close against a market norm of 8, so a disputed payout stays frozen for roughly twice as long as usual.

Trustpilot shows 4.2/5, rated Great, from 1,037 reviews, with 74% at five stars and 15% at one; only 35 of those reviews arrived in the last 12 months. Player reviews are allegations rather than findings, and the one-star ones repeat the themes of the formal complaints: blocked withdrawals, repeated document requests, a looping chatbot and difficulty closing an account or self-excluding. Portal da Queixa adds 11 complaints filed between January and September 2025, all closed, about accounts shut after wins and refused withdrawals of €419 and €500.

Clauses that limit what a player keeps

Casino.guru rates the terms Mostly fair but flags two clauses. Winnings must be withdrawn as soon as wagering is complete, or the casino can reduce them, and the deadlines for sending identity documents are unreasonably short. The casino’s own bonus rules cap bonus winnings at 10x the bonus amount and block withdrawals while a bonus is active.

Before accepting a bonus: have ID, proof of address and payment-method proof ready to send the same day, and request a withdrawal the moment wagering is finished.

Player protection and excluded regions

The account offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, bet limits, loss limits, session limits and a self-assessment test. Self-exclusion has to be requested through support, and there is no cool-off or reality-check option. Residents of Ohio and New Jersey are not accepted, and in Portugal the casino holds no local permit, as noted above.

Cash-out limits that cap a big win at €1,000 a day

Coolzino pays out no more than €1,000 a day, €3,000 a week and €10,000 a month, and wins above €15,000 are paid in monthly instalments. Because the weekly limit bites before the daily one, a €10,000 win takes four weeks to withdraw in full; VIP accounts can receive exceptions.

The floor is equally restrictive. The minimum withdrawal is €50 to €100, high for a casino that accepts deposits from about €2, so a balance below €50 cannot be withdrawn at all. Money goes back by the method used to deposit, and the casino lists no withdrawal fees.

Identity checks are mandatory before the first payout. Under clause 7.4 of the terms, Coolzino asks for ID and verifies the payment method; documents go by email or a secure upload service and are usually reviewed within 12 hours, 48 at most. The terms then allow up to 24 hours for processing. After approval, the expected timings are up to 24 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 days for cards and up to 5–7 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends.

The complaint pattern is consistent across platforms: withdrawals delayed or refused while new documents are requested, and accounts closed after a winning run. With short document deadlines, a missed email can be enough to put a payout on hold.

Welcome matches with a 10x win cap

The welcome package runs over three deposits: 100% with 150 free spins, then 55% with 100 spins, then 50% with 50 spins. Stage caps are given as anywhere from €150 to €500 each, and Canadian accounts can receive up to C$1,000 on the first deposit and a 75% match up to C$1,500. A high-roller version matches 50% up to €500 for a deposit of at least €300 with the code 50HIGH, and the minimum qualifying deposit is €15. A 75% match up to €500 with 50 spins can also form part of the package, so the version shown at sign-up is the one that applies.

Wagering is 35x the bonus, in line with much of the market, and bets are limited to €5 while bonus money is in play. The real constraint is the cap on winnings: bonus play can return no more than 10 times the bonus.

First-stage turnover and cap: a €100 deposit matched at 100% adds a €100 bonus. At 35x the bonus, €3,500 must be wagered at no more than €5 a spin, which means at least 700 bets. However well the session goes, the most that can be withdrawn from the bonus is €1,000, and that sum then meets the €1,000 daily withdrawal limit. At a €500 stage cap, a €500 deposit brings a €500 bonus, €17,500 of required stakes and a €5,000 ceiling on bonus winnings, which the weekly limit then spreads over two weeks.

Bonus funds are used before real money, and no withdrawal can be requested while a bonus is active, so a player who changes their mind mid-wagering has to finish or forfeit the offer. A further 3 × 50 free spins on different slots and weekend reloads extend the calendar.

Fiat first, crypto second

Coolzino is built around conventional payments, with account currencies including EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL, CHF, CZK, DKK, NOK, NZD, PLN and RON, plus ZAR and BGN in some markets.

RouteOptions
Cards and mobile walletsVisa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
E-wallets and vouchersSkrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Revolut, Paysafecard
Bank and local methodsBank transfer, Interac, PIX
CryptocurrencyBTC, ETH, LTC, USDT; possibly TRX, BCH, DOGE or XRP

Crypto is an add-on here. Bitcoin and Ether form the core, usually joined by Litecoin and USDT; for Tron, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin or XRP, check the cashier before buying the coin. PayPal is not offered.

The same-method rule applies to crypto as well: a Bitcoin deposit comes back as Bitcoin, and its price can move during the identity check and processing time before the payout lands. The network chosen in the cashier has to match the one the sending wallet uses, or the coins are lost. Stablecoin players can avoid the price swing by funding with USDT where the cashier offers it.

Minimum deposits run from about €2 to €20 depending on method and country, and €15 is needed to qualify for a bonus. Because withdrawals return by the deposit method and start at €50 to €100, a player who funds with a small card deposit should expect to withdraw to the same card once the balance clears that floor.

Around 6,000 games, with no public RTP audit

The lobby holds around 6,000 games, though the exact range depends on country and runs from about 5,355 to 7,972 titles. Between 73 and 104 studios supply the core catalogue: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Playtech, Novomatic, BGaming, Spribe, Big Time Gaming, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Playson, Spinomenal, Betsoft, Wazdan, Endorphina and Belatra. Not every studio is available in every country.

Categories cover slots with bonus-buy titles, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker tables, video poker, jackpots, crash games, scratch cards, bingo, keno, instant wins and a set of in-house titles. Live casino comes from Evolution, with Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and Monopoly among the game shows and 80 to 100+ live tables in total.

Fairness evidence is thin. AskGamblers notes that RTP figures are not publicly audited and that no RNG testing is shown. Players relying on stated RTPs are taking the studios’ figures on trust.

A sportsbook with live betting and esports shares the same account and has its own welcome of 100% up to €100 at 5x.

Support that answers fast, after a chatbot

Live chat runs 24/7, and Casino.guru rated it Excellent after three tests. Conversations start with a chatbot before reaching a human agent, and the chat works in 8 to 9 languages, including Korean and Turkish, while the site itself comes in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Greek and Norwegian. Email goes to [email protected]; there is no phone line.

The weak point is the first line. One-star reviews describe an AI chatbot that loops through the same answers before handing over, and slow replies on account problems. Coolzino responds to 88% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within about two weeks, with templated answers.

For a routine question about a deposit or a bonus, the chat resolves things quickly. For a withdrawal on hold, a written email to [email protected] with the transaction details creates a dated trail that can later back up a formal complaint.

Playing Coolzino on a phone

Coolzino runs a mobile version of its site in the phone browser, giving access to the casino lobby, live tables and sportsbook from the same account. An app version is offered as well, so players who prefer a home-screen icon to a bookmarked site have that choice.

Cashback, a daily wheel and a closed VIP Club

Weekly cashback is the most useful recurring reward. It reaches up to 25% with 1x wagering, which means a €100 cashback payment needs only €100 of bets before it can be withdrawn. Sports bettors get a separate 6% weekly cashback up to €300, also at 1x.

A daily Fortune Wheel and slot tournaments add smaller prizes. The loyalty programme and VIP Club show their tiers, thresholds and perks only to registered players, so the value of climbing cannot be judged before opening an account.

Coolzino suits regular small withdrawals, not big wins

A good fit for

  • Card and e-wallet players who withdraw modest sums often, since payouts under €1,000 a day stay inside every limit.
  • Anyone who values fast help, as live chat runs 24/7 and Casino.guru rated it Excellent after three tests.
  • Regular slot players, since weekly cashback reaches up to 25% and needs only 1x wagering before it can be withdrawn.
  • Players who want controls they can set themselves, with daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits plus bet, loss and session limits.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players hoping to move a five-figure win at once, because withdrawals are capped at €3,000 a week and €10,000 a month.
  • Small-stakes players, since the €50–€100 minimum withdrawal leaves any balance below €50 stuck in the account.
  • Bonus players chasing big wins, as bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus and no withdrawal is possible while it is active.
  • Anyone slow to answer document requests, given short deadlines and complaints about payouts held behind repeated identity checks.

Casinos that beat Coolzino in specific areas

  • Bets.io — 5.7/10. A much larger lobby with a big Evolution live section, plus a stronger crypto cashier and lighter identity checks.
  • Velobet — 5.3/10. Runs a dedicated crypto welcome offer next to its fiat package, where Coolzino treats coins as a side option.
  • FairPari Casino — 6.0/10. Pays tiered cashback with no wagering at all, settled more often as players climb, up to daily at the top.
  • Oscar Spin Casino — 5.7/10. Rewards play with its own loyalty coins and reward boxes across a visible tier ladder, in place of a VIP Club hidden until sign-up.

Coolzino Casino FAQ

Who operates Coolzino, and is it licensed?

Terdersoft B.V., a Curaçao company, runs Coolzino under a Curaçao Gaming Authority permit that Casino.guru records as OGL/2024/1126/0521. Its public review profile places the company in Cyprus. Portugal’s Portal da Queixa classes the site as an illegal online casino there, so the permit says nothing about whether play is allowed where you live.

How much can I withdraw from Coolzino at once?

No more than €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month, and anything above €15,000 is split into monthly payments. The smallest request accepted is €50 to €100. Expect a document review of up to two days before the first payout, and do not count on money moving on a Saturday or Sunday.

What are the Coolzino welcome bonus terms?

Three deposits earn matches of 100%, 55% and 50%, with 150, 100 and 50 spins. Each bonus must be played 35 times, single bets cannot exceed €5, and you cannot withdraw anything while the offer is running. The tightest rule is the ceiling: bonus play pays out no more than 10 times the bonus, so a €100 bonus can never return over €1,000.

Which cryptocurrencies does Coolzino accept?

Bitcoin and Ether form the core, usually joined by Litecoin and Tether; Tron, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin or XRP may also appear, so check the cashier first. Coolzino is mainly a card and e-wallet casino, so crypto users get no dedicated offer, and the €50–€100 withdrawal minimum applies to coins too.

Is Coolzino customer support any good?

Mostly, yes. Chat is open around the clock, Casino.guru’s three test contacts earned an Excellent grade, and up to nine languages are covered. The irritation is the bot that greets you first; several reviewers say it repeats itself before passing them on. For held withdrawals, email gives you a written trail.

Can I limit my gambling at Coolzino?

Yes. Deposit, bet, loss and session limits can all be set, and a self-assessment test is available. Self-exclusion is not a button in the account, though: you have to ask support, and some players report difficulty closing an account. There is no short cool-off break or reality-check reminder.

Can Coolzino’s fast support offset a €1,000 daily cash-out cap?

For casual, fiat-funded players, mostly yes. Coolzino answers quickly, resolves most formal complaints and offers a large game lobby with low-wagering cashback, which is why it earns 5.6/10 despite modest crypto support. The ceilings are what hold it back: €50–€100 minimum withdrawals, a €1,000 daily limit, a 10x cap on bonus winnings and a document process with little slack.

Coolzino fits players who deposit by card or e-wallet, skip or carefully manage the welcome bonus, and withdraw modest sums regularly. A high-stakes player hoping to move a five-figure win in one go, or a crypto user expecting coin-specific perks, will run straight into the limits described above.
