Best for: Responsive support

Quick chat replies and a deep catalogue of slots and live tables are the practical attractions at Betandplay. The difficulty arrives at cash-out: identity checks can run for weeks, weekly and monthly ceilings split large wins into instalments, and the bonus rules give the casino several routes to void winnings. It works as a conventional card-and-e-wallet casino that also takes six core cryptocurrencies, not as a crypto-native platform.

A 5.0/10 rating credits the usable cashier and round-the-clock support, while payment complaints and 50x wagering hold the score down.

Company changes, external ratings and fair treatment

Betandplay launched in 2022–2023 on betandplay.com, a domain first registered in 2002. Casino.guru and AskGamblers name Novatrix S.R.L. as the current owner and operator. Earlier reviews name Dama N.V., a Curaçao company (registration 152125) whose payments were facilitated by the Cyprus-based Strukin Ltd. The brand appears to have passed from Dama to Novatrix. Terms and contact details copied from the Dama period need not match the current contract.

Casino.guru records two current licences and shows both as confirmed: Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority (Comoros) number ALSI-202508056-FI2 and Tobique Gaming Commission (New Brunswick) number 0000002. Older reviews refer to a Curaçao licence held by Dama N.V. Both current licensors are offshore bodies, so a payment dispute is escalated to Anjouan or Tobique, not to a national gambling regulator in the player’s own country.

Players in the United States are not accepted, and Ontario is excluded because the casino holds no licence from the province’s regulator. Check your own country’s gambling rules before opening an account. Betandplay is linked to six other casinos; Lucky Circus Casino is named as a sister site.

External ratings split sharply

Casino.guru gives Betandplay a 6.8/10 Safety Index, rated “Above average”, and estimates annual revenue above $5 million. Its complaint record runs to 74 cases, 31 resolved and 34 rejected, mostly about delayed withdrawals and unpaid winnings in the €250–€2,000 range.

AskGamblers assigns a CasinoRank of 7.2/10, with a player rating of 8/10 from 79 reviews and 19 complaints, 17 of them resolved, with an average complaint lasting five days. Trustpilot shows 1.9/5 from 112 reviews: 60% one-star against 27% five-star. LCB users give 2.9/5 from 27 votes. The negative reviews describe delayed payouts, repeated document requests, free-spin wins cut back and accounts closed with balances inside, including one Norwegian player reporting NOK 550,000 locked in August 2026. Individual reviews are allegations, not adjudicated findings, but the payment theme repeats across every platform.

Casino.guru flags six contract terms as unfair to players. Claiming too many bonuses, using typical bonus-hunting strategies, low-risk play, certain wagering techniques and depositing only to take promotions can each lead to confiscation of winnings, and players get only a short deadline to supply requested KYC documents. Daily net winnings are capped at $50,000. These rules decide whether a winning balance is paid at all.

Contract risk: a bonus-breach finding ends with forfeited winnings, and the casino itself decides whether a staking pattern counts as low-risk play or bonus hunting. Save a screenshot of every accepted promotion’s terms and the transaction history before wagering starts.

Responsible gambling tools are broad: deposit, wager and loss limits, session breaks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, with links to GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Some limits have to be requested by emailing support, so they do not take effect instantly.

Fast transfer estimates, slower approval risks

Reviewers report approved crypto, e-wallet and card withdrawals landing within minutes to a few hours. Before that, a request can sit pending for up to 24 hours, and bank transfers take three to ten working days. A quick blockchain transfer covers only the last step of a process that starts when the request enters the approval queue.

Weekend withdrawals are not processed. A request made on Friday evening waits until Monday, longer if it also triggers a manual review. Withdrawal fees are not charged, so the cost of a delay is time, not money.

Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal: a government photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to the account holder. The first check takes at least 24 hours, and the casino allows itself up to 30 working days. Repeat document requests after earlier approval are a regular theme in complaints, so a completed check does not protect later withdrawals.

Withdrawal caps sit at €5,000–€7,500 a week and €15,000–€20,000 a month, with equivalent ceilings in USD, CAD, AUD and NOK. Winnings above €15,000 are paid out in monthly instalments, and VIP accounts can receive exceptions.

Instalment arithmetic: a €20,000 win under a €5,000 weekly cap needs at least four weekly withdrawals. Under the €15,000 monthly instalment rule, the final €5,000 moves into the following month.

Payment complaints centre on withdrawals pending for a week or more, verification loops and accounts disabled with money inside. Positive reports exist too, with some players describing quick payouts and helpful account managers, but a time-sensitive cash-out is a poor fit for Betandplay’s schedule.

Multi-deposit promotions carry a heavy wagering bill

Betandplay runs separate fiat, crypto and high-roller welcome packages, and amounts vary by region. The standard fiat version spans four deposits and about €2,500 plus 300 free spins: 100% up to €500 with 50 spins, then 100% up to €250 with 100 spins (code BNP2), 50% up to €750 with 50–100 spins (BNP3) and 25% up to €1,000 with 100 spins (BNP4).

The crypto package opens with 120% up to 1 BTC plus 100 free spins, followed by 50% up to 2 BTC with 100 spins, 50% up to 2 BTC with 175 spins and 100% up to 1 BTC with 175 spins, for a headline of up to 5 BTC. The spins are played on Gates of Olympus. The high-roller version needs a deposit of at least €500 (or C$500) and carries 35x–50x wagering.

Deposit bonuses carry 50x wagering, but the base varies: some stages apply it to the bonus alone, others to deposit plus bonus, which doubles the turnover on a 100% match. Standard free-spin winnings face 30x, while the crypto welcome spins carry 50x.

Wagering calculation: a €100 first deposit with the 100% match credits €100 in bonus funds. At 50x the bonus, required turnover is €5,000; at 50x deposit plus bonus (€200), it is €10,000. Adding €10 of free-spin winnings at 30x (€300) brings the total to €5,300 or €10,300.

Game weighting narrows the route to completion. Slots count 100%, table games 5% and live casino nothing, which makes table play the equivalent of 1,000x wagering. A capped maximum bet applies while a bonus is active, and exceeding it puts the winnings at risk.

Free spins, reloads and bonus disputes

Cash-out caps depend on the offer: the main stages carry no maximum on cash or free-spin winnings, while an alternative 150% offer caps winnings at €5,000. Complaints describe free-spin wins being cut back, in one case to NZ$75, so check the cap of the specific package before playing its spins.

The recurring schedule includes a Wednesday reload of 50% up to €250 at 50x, Spin and Win Mondays (a 75% match or 150 free spins), a Weekend Spin Fest of up to 600 spins and weekend free spins at 30x. Stacking these offers raises the risk of breaching the “too many bonuses” rule flagged among the unfair terms.

Six core cryptocurrencies in a fiat-first cashier

Betandplay supports deposits and withdrawals in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Dogecoin, and XRP, Cardano and BNB appear in some markets. The coin list is shorter in some countries, so the cashier shown after registration is the one that counts.

Fiat routes include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Paysafecard, iDebit, ecoPayz and bank transfer, for a total of 19 to more than 30 methods. Canadian players do not get Interac. Account currencies are EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, JPY, NOK and NZD.

Payment routeCommon optionsStarting amounts
CryptocurrencyBTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, BCH, DOGE0.0001–0.001 BTC, 0.01 ETH, 0.001 BCH, 20 USDT
Cards and e-walletsVisa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay€20, C$30 or NZ$30
Bank paymentsBank transferPayouts take three to ten working days

The minimum withdrawal is €20, C$30 or NZ$30 for fiat methods and lower for crypto. Betandplay charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, but buying crypto elsewhere to fund the account adds exchange spreads and network charges that sit outside that promise.

Before sending a stablecoin deposit, match the asset, network and address shown in the cashier with the sending wallet; a transfer on the wrong network is generally unrecoverable.

A large multi-studio casino, especially for live play

Betandplay’s lobby holds several thousand titles from roughly 80 to 170 studios, covering 13 of the 15 game types Casino.guru tracks. Slots range from fruit machines and fishing games to Megaways, Hold & Win and bonus-buy formats, and a dedicated jackpot section sits alongside them. Bingo is missing.

Major studios include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Thunderkick, Playson and Booming Games. Games are audited by iTech Labs.

The live casino draws on 11 providers, led by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Titles include Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, ONE Blackjack, Speed Baccarat, Monopoly and Deal or No Deal, with Salon Privé tables for high stakes and some tables starting at NZ$0.10. Live poker tables cover the poker side; there is no separate poker room.

Instant-win and crash games include Aviator, and blackjack and roulette are available in RNG versions as well as live. Live titles contribute nothing to bonus wagering, so a player holding an active bonus who moves to the live lobby makes no progress on the requirement.

A sportsbook sits next to the casino, with a sports bonus of 50% up to €100 in free bets at 20x. There is no esports bonus.

Round-the-clock chat, slower email follow-up

Support runs through 24/7 live chat, which opens without logging in, so questions about bonus terms or verification can be settled before a deposit. Email goes to [email protected]; there is no telephone line.

Chat replies arrive in under a minute to around ten minutes, and an email enquiry received a same-day answer. Chat is offered in English, German and Arabic, while the site itself runs in English, German, Italian, Arabic and Norwegian.

Fast first contact does not carry through to disputes: complaints describe unanswered email follow-ups and generic replies during payment holds. In chat, ask which stage a withdrawal has reached, which document is outstanding and which rule is blocking approval; specific answers are easier to escalate later.

Mobile browser play without needing a desktop

Betandplay runs through a mobile-friendly website, and adding it to the home screen gives an app-like shortcut. The games lobby, cashier, promotions and live chat all work in the phone browser, which is the one mobile route that works on every device.

An Android app is also reported, but no download is needed to use the full casino. The browser version also avoids waiting for app updates to reach account tools.

VIP perks add convenience, not automatic payment access

Betandplay runs a level-based VIP programme, which an independent review describes as having 20 levels with free spins, cashback, boosts and cash bonuses. Higher tiers add a personal account manager, faster withdrawals, exclusive tournaments and possible exceptions from the standard withdrawal caps.

Recurring rewards continue after the welcome sequence ends: Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins, Mystery Drops, wheel spins, happy hours and Telegram-only promotions. Each carries its own wagering terms, so the value of a drop or wheel prize depends on the rollover attached to it.

VIP status does not remove identity checks or bonus rules. Its practical benefit is a named manager for correspondence and higher payment ceilings once a player reaches the upper levels.

Six trust checks applied to Betandplay

  • ConcernComplaint recordCasino.guru logs 74 complaints, 31 resolved and 34 rejected, mostly over delayed withdrawals and unpaid winnings between €250 and €2,000.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityNothing is processed at weekends, requests can pend for 24 hours, and winnings above €15,000 are split into monthly instalments.
  • ConcernVerificationPhoto ID, address and payment-method proof come before the first withdrawal, the review can take 30 working days, and repeat requests recur.
  • ConcernBonus termsDeposit bonuses need 50x wagering, sometimes on deposit plus bonus, and low-risk play or bonus hunting can cost the winnings outright.
  • CautionSupportChat runs 24/7 without login and answers within one to ten minutes, but complaints describe unanswered email follow-ups during payment holds.
  • PassPlayer protectionDeposit, wager and loss limits, session breaks, cooling-off and self-exclusion are all offered, although some limits must be requested by email.

Other casinos with different strengths

  • LunuBet Casino — 4.9/10. Its emphasis on a broad range of locally tailored payment channels gives players more ways to fund an account.
  • Bet Republic Casino — 4.4/10. An exceptionally extensive game library is the main distinction for those who prioritise sheer catalogue variety.
  • Fortune Play Casino — 5.9/10. A structured four-stage welcome deal, reinforced by regular reload offers, presents a different promotional schedule.
  • Cat Casino — 5.3/10. Stronger community feedback across several established review services provides a different confidence signal.

Betandplay Casino questions answered

Is Betandplay Casino safe to use?

It is a mixed picture. Professional ratings are middling to good, with a Casino.guru Safety Index of 6.8/10 and an AskGamblers CasinoRank of 7.2/10, but players give it 1.9/5 on Trustpilot. The gap comes from payouts: long verification, withdrawal caps and bonus confiscation rules are where accounts run into trouble. Keep balances modest and read the bonus rules before opting in.

Which licences does Betandplay Casino hold?

Casino.guru shows Anjouan licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 and Tobique licence 0000002, with Novatrix S.R.L. as the current operator. Coverage from the Dama N.V. era cites a Curaçao licence instead, so older reviews describe a previous set-up. Both current licensors are offshore authorities, which means complaints go to Anjouan or Tobique, not to a regulator in the player’s own country.

How fast are Betandplay withdrawals?

The transfer step is short: crypto and e-wallet payouts are listed at minutes to a few hours after approval. The wait comes before that, with up to 24 hours pending, no processing at weekends and identity checks that can last up to 30 working days. Bank transfers add three to ten working days, so plan around the approval stage, not the transfer time.

What is the welcome bonus wagering requirement?

Expect 50x on deposit bonuses, applied to the bonus alone on some stages and to deposit plus bonus on others. Standard free-spin winnings need 30x, and the crypto package spins need 50x. Because live games count nothing and tables only 5%, nearly all turnover has to come from slots, under a capped maximum bet for as long as the bonus is active.

Can I deposit Bitcoin and USDT at Betandplay?

Yes. Bitcoin and Tether are accepted alongside Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Dogecoin, and some markets add XRP, Cardano or BNB. The smallest USDT deposit is 20 USDT, and Bitcoin starts at 0.0001–0.001 BTC. Coins can be withdrawn as well as deposited, without casino fees, though the full verification check still applies before the first payout.

Does Betandplay require KYC documents?

Yes, before any withdrawal. The casino asks for photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours, and the deadline for sending them is short. The review can take up to 30 working days, and some players report fresh requests later on. Paying in crypto does not make the account anonymous.

Are there Betandplay mobile apps and live games?

The casino runs in any phone browser and can be saved to the home screen; an Android app is also reported. The live lobby comes from 11 studios, including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, with Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, ONE Blackjack and Salon Privé tables, all playable on mobile.

Responsive chat cannot shorten every cash-out hold

Betandplay is a capable casino with a slow and conditional exit. The 5.0/10 rating reflects that split: a deep slot and live catalogue, fee-free fiat and crypto banking and fast 24/7 chat on one side; 50x wagering, confiscation-heavy bonus rules, withdrawal caps and verification that can run for weeks on the other.

The best fit is a player who wants a broad library from outside studios, banks in ordinary currencies or small crypto amounts, and plays without bonuses. Anyone counting on quick access to a large win, simple bonus terms or a predictable payout schedule will find those conditions working against them from the first withdrawal.
