Best for: Verifiable fairness

Flush says most crypto withdrawals clear in under two minutes, yet every account is held to $2,500 a day, $5,000 a week and $10,000 a month. The provably fair Flush Originals, a 5,000+ game lobby and fully disclosed welcome terms support a 6.2/10 score. Identity checks at cash-out, multi-account suspensions and thin gambling-control tools hold it back.

Who is behind Flush: licence, operator and track record

Flush is operated by Fordegens Limitada, a Costa Rican company, and was licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority in the Union of Comoros under number ALSI-202509008-FI1. Earlier reviews named King of Clubz B.V. and a Curaçao licence, which points to a change of operator and licensing regime since the casino opened in 2021–2022.

According to an independent review, the Anjouan licence was issued on 3 September 2025 with a term running to 2 September 2026. That end date has now passed, so check the Anjouan register for a renewal before depositing. An Anjouan licence offers a far thinner complaint route than a European regulator, and it says nothing about whether real-money play is lawful where you live.

Ratings and complaint record

Casino.guru gives Flush a Safety Index of 8.3 (High), rates its terms as fair with no unfair clauses flagged and finds it on no blacklists. Its complaint file holds 18 cases: 16 rejected, 2 resolved and none open, with disputed sums from €92 to $30,000. The cases centre on account suspensions and closures, slow verification, an ignored self-exclusion request, confiscated deposits or winnings and accusations of bonus abuse.

AskGamblers scores Flush 6.6/10 on its CasinoRank, with players at 6.2/10. All four complaints filed there concerned suspensions for holding a second account, with amounts of $55, €300 and $18,000, and all four were resolved, after about five days on average. Trustpilot shows 3.3/5 from 112 reviews, 26% of them one-star. Several of those one-star reviews concern the 2025 site upgrade, when cashback, free spins and VIP rewards earned on the old system were not carried over.

Terms that matter

  • Flush can refuse registration without giving a reason, suspend or close accounts without notice, and void or limit any bet.
  • Opening a second account leads to suspension with winnings withheld; this is the most frequent complaint against the brand.
  • VPNs and IP masking are prohibited, so a player who connects from a blocked country through a VPN loses the protection of the terms.
  • Progressive jackpot wins are paid in instalments.
  • Gambling controls stop at self-exclusion for six months to five years, requested by email and irreversible once active, plus a self-assessment test. There are no deposit, loss or session limits and no reality checks.

The casino excludes players from Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, the Central African Republic, China, Comoros, Cuba, DR Congo, France, Germany, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Venezuela and Yemen. Ohio is also excluded.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Flush states that withdrawals on most coins arrive in under two minutes once approved, and an independent review timed a TRX withdrawal at 48 seconds. Trustpilot reviewers describe $780 arriving in three minutes in April 2026 and an ETH payout of about $1,860 within minutes in April 2025. The same page also carries a withdrawal that took more than two hours in January 2026 and a three-day delay in January 2025. Cash-outs are processed at weekends.

The minimum withdrawal is $10. Flush charges no platform fee provided the deposit has been wagered at least once; withdrawing an unplayed deposit triggers a fee, and the blockchain network fee is always paid by the player. Withdrawals can require confirmation by email or by the authenticator app linked to two-factor authentication.

The caps are the main constraint: $2,500 per day, $5,000 per week and $10,000 per month, with higher allowances for VIP members. For a player staking $1–$2 per spin these limits rarely bite. For anyone who lands a five-figure win, they set the pace of the payout far more than blockchain speed does.

A $10,000 win needs at least two weeks to leave under the $5,000 weekly cap, and it uses up the whole $10,000 monthly allowance, so a second large win in the same month stays in the balance.

When identity checks start

Signing up with MetaMask, WalletConnect or a Google account needs no documents. Verification can be triggered by any withdrawal request, by lifetime deposits above $10,000 and by anti-money-laundering flags. The documents requested are photo ID, a selfie holding that ID and proof of address; a phone call is possible, and larger accounts can face enhanced due diligence on where their funds and wealth come from. Verification typically takes up to 24 hours.

The complaint record shows where withdrawals go wrong: accounts suspended after a win or during KYC with the balance held, most often on multi-account grounds. A player who shares a device or network with another Flush account holder should resolve that with support before depositing.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome package covers three deposits and totals 275% up to $3,000, with no code needed: the bonus is accepted at the deposit step. The first deposit carries one of two offers. A deposit of $10–$199 receives 100% up to $200 with 30× wagering; a deposit of $200 or more takes the High Roller option of 150% up to $1,500 with 35× wagering. The second deposit earns 75% up to $750 and the third 50% up to $750, both at 35×.

Wagering is calculated on deposit plus bonus, which roughly doubles the turnover compared with a bonus-only requirement. Only bets of $0.20–$5 count, bonus buys are capped at the same $5, and the offer expires 30 days after activation. Slots count 100%, live and table games 10%, and Flush Originals 5%. No maximum cashout on bonus winnings appears in the offer terms.

Worked example: A $150 first deposit with the 100% stage adds $150 in bonus. Wagering is ($150 + $150) × 30 = $9,000. At the $5 maximum bet that is at least 1,800 qualifying spins inside 30 days. Played on live tables at 10% contribution, the same requirement would take $90,000 in stakes. A $400 High Roller deposit adds $600 and requires ($400 + $600) × 35 = $35,000.

Three rules cost players money. The bonus balance stays locked until wagering is complete and is lost if it falls to zero. Any deposit made while a bonus is active is added to the wagering requirement. Playing a game on the restricted list, which Flush does not publish in full, has led to balances being withheld, and complaints describe confiscations for alleged bonus abuse. Only one welcome offer is allowed per account, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.

Coins, networks and minimum amounts

The cashier accepts nine coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, TRX, LTC, DOGE, BNB and POL. USDT runs on Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain and Tron, and USDC on Ethereum and Polygon. Flush has no token of its own.

CoinNetworksMinimum deposit
BTCBitcoin$20–$30
ETHEthereum (ERC20)$10
USDTERC20 / Polygon, BEP20 / TRC20$10 / $1 / $100
USDCERC20 / Polygon$10 / $1
LTC, DOGELitecoin, Dogecoin$1
BNB, TRX, POLBEP20, TRC20, Polygon$1

The Tron minimum for USDT is the trap in this table: TRC20 is the cheapest network for many exchange users, yet a USDT deposit there needs $100, against $1 on Polygon or BNB Chain. Sending USDT on a network the cashier does not list for that coin can mean losing the transfer.

There are no direct card deposits or card withdrawals. A Buy Crypto on-ramp, run through MoonPay, accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay for purchases of $15–$500 in US dollars, and the coins land in the casino balance. Cash-outs are crypto only, so a card buyer needs a wallet or exchange account to receive winnings.

Studios, live tables and Flush Originals

The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from roughly 30 to 60 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, BGaming, Betsoft, Microgaming, Wazdan, Playtech and Spribe. Slots can be played in demo mode. Beyond slots there are progressive jackpots, crash games including Aviator, video poker, bingo, scratch cards and keno.

Live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Creedroomz and Microgaming Live, covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Mega Ball and Dream Catcher. Live play counts only 10% towards bonus wagering, so live players gain little from the welcome offer. A separate sportsbook advertises more than 200,000 events a month.

Provably fair originals

The in-house Flush Originals studio offers 13 to 18 titles, among them Plinko, Dice, Mines, Limbo, Crash, Keno, Hilo, Coin Flip, Wheel, Dragon’s Tower and Cross the Road. They are provably fair: before a round, the casino commits to a hashed server seed; the player can set a client seed; after the round the revealed server seed, client seed and nonce let anyone recompute the result and confirm it was fixed before the bet. That check covers the Originals only, since supplier slots rely on their studios’ certified random number generators.

Dice, Mines and Limbo run at 99% RTP, a 1% house edge. Popular slots sit lower, for example 96.05% on Fire in the Hole 3 and 96.71% on Big Bass Splash, and the casino does not show RTP for every title. Originals contribute just 5% to bonus wagering, so the best-value games are of little use for clearing the welcome offer.

Chat, email and response times

Support runs 24/7 through live chat, which opens with a bot and passes to a human agent on request. Casino.guru measured an average reply of four minutes and rates the service as average; other timings range from under two minutes to about ten. Email goes to [email protected], with replies usually within 24 hours. There is no phone line.

The site is available in English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Czech, Japanese, Portuguese and Korean. Lost access to an account is handled through support, typically within 48 hours. For suspensions and bonus disputes, which make up most complaints, email gives you a dated written trail, while chat is quicker for cashier questions.

Playing on a phone

Flush has no native app for iOS or Android. The site runs in the mobile browser and can be saved to the home screen as a web app, so the full lobby, cashier and promotions load on a phone without a download.

Sign-in on mobile works with MetaMask or WalletConnect, which hands the connection to a wallet app on the same phone, or with a Google account. App-based two-factor authentication can be switched on in the account settings. Flush posts promotions and service updates on X (@FlushCasino), Telegram and Discord.

VIP ladder, rakeback and races

Every wagered dollar earns loyalty points, 10 per $1 on slots and 5 per $1 on live games. The ladder runs from Iron through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Titanium, Obsidian, Emerald and Vibranium to VIP Club. Iron already unlocks rakeback, RakeBoost, level-up rewards and daily, weekly and monthly bonuses; Bronze adds calendar rewards; Gold adds an anniversary bonus; Platinum and above bring a VIP host, private events, tailored reloads and higher withdrawal limits. Top tiers can receive up to 200 daily free spins.

Rakeback is credited every 30 minutes without wagering, though Flush does not publish the percentage. Cashback of about 5% applies to net losses. Flush describes the club as having paid out more than $2M in rewards, a promotional figure.

A weekly race shares $10,000 in prizes with no wagering attached, and live casino bets count towards it. Weekly and monthly slot races, Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins, Crash and Win and Playson’s Non-Stop Drop run alongside. The weak point is continuity: after the 2025 upgrade, players lost legacy cashback, free spins and VIP rewards, and complaints about locked rewards ran from June 2025 into January 2026.

Who Flush suits, and who should pass

A good fit for

  • Crypto players making modest withdrawals, as an independent review timed a TRX cash-out at 48 seconds and weekends are processed.
  • Players who favour low-edge games, since Dice, Mines and Limbo run at 99% RTP and each round can be checked from its seeds.
  • Slot players wanting a bonus with clear rules, as the first-deposit stage carries 30× deposit-plus-bonus wagering, a $5 bet cap and 30 days.
  • Regular players who like rewards without strings, since rakeback is credited every 30 minutes with no wagering attached.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players expecting five-figure wins, because daily, weekly and monthly caps of $2,500, $5,000 and $10,000 stretch a $10,000 win over two weeks.
  • Anyone sharing a device or network with another account holder, as multi-account suspensions with winnings withheld are the most frequent complaint.
  • Players who rely on deposit or loss limits, since controls stop at email-requested self-exclusion and a self-assessment test.
  • Live-casino players hoping to clear a bonus, because live and table games count only 10% towards wagering.

Comparable options

  • Duelbits (5.0/10) — worth a look if instant rakeback paid in real crypto without wagering matters more to you than a deposit match.
  • Wild.io (6.4/10) — makes its own payout-time statistics public, for readers who want speed claims they can check.
  • BiggerZ (4.6/10) — runs casino, sportsbook and prediction markets from one account and one balance.
  • Rollbit (4.8/10) — replaces the welcome match with wager-free rakeback that is boosted during the first day.

Frequently asked questions

Does Flush have a gambling licence?

Offshore, with a caveat. Fordegens Limitada of Costa Rica runs Flush under Anjouan licence ALSI-202509008-FI1, issued in September 2025 for one year, so confirm on the Anjouan register that it has been renewed. Older reviews describe a Curaçao licence held by King of Clubz B.V., the previous operator. An offshore licence of this kind gives players limited recourse in a dispute and does not make the site legal in every country.

How much can I withdraw from Flush at once?

Standard accounts can take out up to $2,500 in a day, $5,000 in a week and $10,000 in a month, and VIP members get higher ceilings. The smallest withdrawal is $10. Flush says approved requests on most coins settle in a couple of minutes, but anything above the weekly ceiling has to be split across several weeks.

How does the Flush welcome bonus work?

It spreads across three deposits: 100% up to $200 (30×) or, from $200, 150% up to $1,500 (35×) on the first, then 75% and 50% up to $750 each on the next two at 35×. Turnover counts deposit plus bonus, stakes above $5 do not count, and you have 30 days. A $150 deposit on the 100% stage means $9,000 in bets.

Which cryptocurrencies does Flush accept?

Nine: Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, USD Coin, Tron, Litecoin, Dogecoin, BNB and Polygon’s POL. Tether works on four chains and USD Coin on two. Minimums start at $1 on cheap chains, while Tether sent over Tron needs at least $100. Cards are accepted only for buying crypto through the on-ramp, between $15 and $500.

Will Flush ask for identity documents?

Not at sign-up, which uses a crypto wallet or Google login. Expect a request once you withdraw, once lifetime deposits pass $10,000, or if an anti-money-laundering flag is raised. Flush asks for photo ID, a selfie with that ID and proof of address, sometimes followed by a call or questions about where the money came from. Checks usually finish within a day.

Are Flush games provably fair?

The in-house Originals, such as Dice, Mines, Limbo, Plinko and Crash, can be checked round by round using the server seed, your client seed and the nonce. The 5,000+ supplier slots and the Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables cannot be checked this way; they depend on the studios’ own certified generators.

What does the Flush VIP programme give?

Points accrue at 10 per dollar on slots and 5 on live games, moving you up a ladder from Iron to VIP Club. Rakeback without wagering, about 5% cashback on net losses and level-up rewards start at the first rung, and Platinum adds a personal host and larger withdrawal allowances. Some long-standing players lost earlier rewards when the programme was rebuilt in 2025.

Should a $2,500 daily cap keep you away from Flush?

Flush earns its 6.2/10 with genuinely fast crypto payouts, Originals you can verify and bonus terms that are written down in full. The ceiling on withdrawals, the multi-account rule and identity checks that arrive only when you cash out are the costs, and the complaint record shows they are applied.

A player who stakes modestly, keeps one account per household and mostly plays slots or provably fair Originals will rarely hit the $2,500 daily limit and gets a 30× first-deposit offer with clear rules. A high roller expecting to move five-figure wins quickly, a live-casino player hoping to clear the bonus at 10% contribution, or anyone who relies on deposit limits to control spending is better served by one of the alternatives above.
