Best for: Responsive support

A 100% welcome match up to €300 with no playthrough on the bonus sounds generous, but at Casinostars every deposit still has to be staked five times before it leaves in full, and cash-outs stop at €2,500 a week. Launched in 2024, the casino earns its clearest praise for 24/7 live chat staffed by real agents, and its lobby of roughly 10,000 games with 800+ live tables is broad for a site this young.

The weaker side sits in the small print and the complaint file. Disputes over confiscated winnings and closed accounts recur, unclaimed bonus winnings expire after 30 days, and an idle balance pays €5 a month after six months. The 5.8/10 rating describes a well-stocked casino whose rules favour small, patient withdrawals over large wins.

Behind Casinostars: an Anjouan licence and a shifting ownership chain

Casinostars holds an offshore licence from Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, which Casino.guru marks as checked. Reviews from the casino’s first year referred to a Curaçao licence instead, and its public company profile still gives Curaçao as the location. LCB rates Anjouan oversight as less stringent than that of the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, which leaves a player with a refused withdrawal fewer formal levers. Check the licence against the Anjouan register before trusting the site with a large balance.

Ownership is harder to pin down. Casino.guru names Moonseeker SRL as owner and operator, other reviews name Wild Blackfin Limited SRL, and the 2024 launch is credited to Versus Odds B.V. Moonseeker SRL also runs sister brand MondCasino, where it appears as a company registered in Costa Rica. Three corporate names in two years leave it unclear which entity a formal dispute would be filed against, so save a copy of the terms page that names the operator on the day you deposit.

Casinostars belongs to a group of six sister casinos: Betroom24, MondCasino, ThorCasino, ArtCasino, Casino Orca and WinSpin. A complaint trend at one of those brands is worth checking against the others before choosing between them. The casinostars.io domain was registered in November 2020, four years before launch, with the owner’s details hidden behind a privacy service.

The headline scores are positive. Casino.guru gives Casinostars a Safety Index of 8.8/10, rated High, estimates its revenue at above $1 million, which places it among small to medium casinos, and classes its terms as Fair. On Trustpilot the picture is polarised at 3.5/5 from 36 reviews, with 55% five-star and 36% one-star ratings, while LCB members give 4/5 from 131 votes.

The complaint file is less flattering. Casino.guru holds 17 complaints against the casino: 3 resolved, 14 rejected and none open. They include confiscated winnings of €684 and €551, an account closed with $12,500 withheld, a €300 account block, a refused €49 withdrawal, a €450 hold tied to a bonus and an unanswered support case over 7,000 kr. Complaints are player claims, not findings, yet confiscations and closures form the core of this file, which sits awkwardly beside the Fair grade for the terms.

Casinostars does not accept players from Bonaire, Cambodia, Curaçao, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Italy, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the United Kingdom or the United States. The welcome bonus is also restricted for players in Ohio and Ontario.

Terms with a direct cost: a deposit withdrawn before it has been staked five times can trigger a 20% fee; accounts idle for six months are charged €5 a month after a warning; an account without completed checks after 30 days is disabled; unclaimed bonus winnings, cashback and rewards are removed after 30 days. There is no win limit as such, but the weekly and monthly withdrawal caps act as one for anyone holding a large win.

How Casinostars pays out: manual review and a weekly ceiling

Every withdrawal at Casinostars is checked by hand. A request sits as pending for up to 24 hours; crypto, e-wallet and card payouts are generally processed within that day, bank transfers take up to two business days and Bankiban up to four. When documents are requested, their review adds up to 48 hours. Choosing crypto shortens only the final leg, because the internal queue sets the pace for every method.

The ceiling is €2,500 per week and €10,000 per month for euro accounts. Brazilian real and Polish złoty accounts are capped at 10,000 a week and 50,000 a month, Norwegian krone accounts at 25,000 and 100,000. Single transactions top out at $2,500 in crypto and $1,000 by card or other fiat methods. One player described a large withdrawal held back by the weekly limit in April 2026.

How long a big win takes to leave: a €12,500 balance at €2,500 per week needs five weekly withdrawals. The €10,000 monthly cap allows €10,000 in the first month and the remaining €2,500 in the second. With crypto capped at $2,500 per transaction, that is at least five separate requests, each passing manual review.

Minimum withdrawals start at around €30 for fiat methods and rise to $50–$120 for crypto, with BTC and ETH at the top of that band. A player who funds the account with the 5 USDT crypto minimum therefore cannot cash a small balance back out in Bitcoin until it clears $120. The casino itself charges no payout fee.

Registration asks only for a username, email, date of birth and country, with address and phone number added at the first deposit. Photo ID and proof of address follow once withdrawals pass a threshold set somewhere between $200 and €2,000, or once deposits exceed $10,000 in total. Uploading documents before the first sizeable request stops the 48-hour check from stacking on top of the 24-hour pending window.

Payout complaints follow a recognisable pattern at Casinostars: cancelled withdrawals and confiscated balances in Trustpilot reviews from October 2025, a disputed tournament prize in November 2025, and the bonus-linked confiscations in the complaint file above. One positive review from January 2026 describes a withdrawal landing within minutes, and another reviewer was paid inside 24 hours. Keep the transaction ID and chat transcript for any request that passes the 24-hour mark.

The STARS1 match: wager-free on paper, 5x on deposits

The welcome offer doubles a first deposit of at least €20 up to €300 with the code STARS1. No playthrough applies to the bonus itself, but LCB’s summary of the terms requires each deposit to be turned over 5x before withdrawal, and the 20% fee described above applies to anyone who cashes out earlier. Even so, five times the deposit is far lighter than the bonus playthroughs of thirty times or more that are common at crypto casinos.

The bonus is sticky: bonus funds are removed as soon as a withdrawal is requested, and winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at five times the deposit. While the bonus is active, stakes are limited to €3, and video poker, jackpot slots, table games, virtual games and live casino are excluded. Enter STARS1 before paying and confirm the bonus balance before the first spin, because the match cannot be attached once bets have been placed on the deposit.

Turnover on the full welcome match: deposit €300 with STARS1 → €300 bonus, €600 balance. Deposit turnover: 5 × €300 = €1,500 in stakes before a withdrawal avoids the 20% fee. At the €3 maximum bet, that is at least 500 spins on eligible slots. Bonus winnings are capped at 5 × €300 = €1,500, and the €300 bonus itself is removed when the withdrawal is requested.

Weekly offers follow the same light-turnover pattern. Wednesday brings a 100% reload up to €100 with the code BONUS100 and 5x wagering. On Mondays, deposits of $20, $50 and $100 unlock 20, 60 or 150 free spins through the codes STARS20, STARS50 and STARS100, with no wagering on spin winnings. There is no no-deposit bonus.

Slot challenges pay around €1,500 for hitting multipliers of 1,500x or 20,000x on selected slots, and those prizes carry 10x wagering. A challenge prize therefore needs ten times its value in stakes before it becomes cash, which turns an eye-catching reward into a long grind at the €3 bet limit.

Ten coins and a long fiat list at the cashier

Casinostars accepts ten cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, USDC, SOL, TRX, BNB, XRP and DOGE. USDT runs on ERC-20 and TRC-20, and TRC-20 transfers usually cost a fraction of Ethereum gas, which suits small deposits. There is no in-house wallet, token, staking or swap feature, so coins arrive from an external wallet or exchange and return the same way.

Crypto is one method among many here. The fiat cashier covers Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Interac, Paysafecard, PIX, MB Way, BLIK, Inpay, Bankiban, CASHlib and bank transfer, in EUR, USD, NOK, CAD, AUD, CHF, BRL and PLN. Availability varies by country, and Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, BLIK, Paysafecard and Apple Pay accept deposits only, so a player funding with one of them needs a second route, such as a bank account or crypto wallet, for withdrawals.

MethodMinimum depositWithdrawals
Crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20), LTC, USDC, SOL, TRX, BNB, XRP, DOGE0.0001 BTC; about 5 USDTYes; minimum $50–$120, up to $2,500 per transaction
Cards: Visa, Mastercard€20Yes; up to $1,000 per transaction
Bank transfer, Bankiban€20Yes; up to two and four business days
Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, BLIK, Paysafecard, Apple Pay€20; PLN 90–100 in złotyNo, deposits only

The casino adds no deposit or withdrawal fees; only blockchain network fees apply on crypto. Match the network on every transfer, because USDT sent on TRC-20 to an ERC-20 deposit address does not arrive and cannot be recalled.

Roughly 10,000 titles, 800+ live tables, no in-house games

The Casinostars lobby holds roughly 10,000 games or more from 60 to 100+ providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, BGaming and Spribe. Slots dominate, with Megaways titles and more than 2,000 jackpot slots, among them Age of the Gods: Apollo Power with a top prize of up to $610,000.

The live casino carries 800 to 850+ tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi and Betgames, including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Mega Ball, with stakes from $0.20 to $2,500. None of it counts towards bonus play, so live-dealer regulars gain little from the STARS1 match and are better served by the cashback in the VIP section.

Beyond slots and live tables sit 189 scratch cards and 200+ fast games, among them around 45 crash titles, Plinko, Mines, Keno, dice and video bingo, plus 40+ video poker variants. Casinostars runs no sportsbook, no poker room and no in-house originals, so the whole catalogue comes from outside studios.

Provably fair play is limited to provider games such as Aviator, where each round is derived from a server seed and player seeds combined into a hash that can be checked once the round ends. There is no dedicated provably fair section, so the verifier has to be opened inside each individual Aviator-style game.

Round-the-clock chat and the outside complaint route

Live chat at Casinostars runs 24/7 with human agents, backed by email at [email protected] and a contact form. The round-the-clock chat draws the most consistent praise, and positive Trustpilot feedback centres on quick, helpful replies, although the casino answers only 16% of the negative reviews there. The site runs in seven languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Norwegian and Japanese.

Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Threads and X carry announcements but are no place for an account dispute. When chat cannot settle a payment problem, the next step is an external complaint with Casino.guru or LCB; LCB cases can take up to eight weeks.

The account area holds the protection tools: deposit limits that drop immediately and rise only after 24 hours, time-outs from 24 hours to as long as a year, self-exclusion, a GamCare self-assessment, and links to the Gamban, NetNanny and GamBlock blockers as well as GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. Casinostars offers no loss limits, so the deposit limit is the main brake on spending.

Phone and tablet play without an app

There is no native Casinostars app for iOS or Android. The responsive site runs in mobile browsers and on tablets including the iPad, with the same lobby, cashier and promotions page as on desktop, and a home-screen bookmark gives the closest thing to an app icon.

Sign-in uses the username or email chosen at registration, as Casinostars has no social login and no crypto-wallet login. Live streams from Evolution and Pragmatic Live play in the browser, so a stable connection counts for more than device storage when moving between phone and laptop.

Invitation-only tiers, cashback and slot races

The Casinostars VIP club works by invitation, with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers above a base CasinoStars level. Players earn one cash point for every $25 wagered, and tier thresholds start at €50,000 in turnover and climb to €12,000,000 at the top. The tiers hold dozens of levels, and a personal host makes contact at level 21.

Perks step up with each tier: daily cashback from Bronze, weekly and monthly cashback higher up, level-up rewards, cash prizes and dedicated VIP support. There is no rakeback. The €50,000 entry point equals 2,500 times the €20 minimum deposit, so casual players rarely reach Bronze and its daily cashback.

For everyone else, promotions do more of the work. About six Slot Races run at the same time, usually over 9 days, and provider Network Promotions carry prize pools of €5 million to €25 million. These prize draws are open to regular players without an invitation, which makes them the main reward route below the VIP thresholds at Casinostars.

Casinostars suits small cash-outs, not big wins

A good fit for

  • Recreational players who withdraw under €2,500 at a time, since the weekly cap rarely bites and no payout fee is added.
  • Bonus players wary of heavy playthrough, as the STARS1 match carries no bonus wagering, only 5x turnover on the deposit.
  • Anyone who wants help at any hour, given live chat staffed by human agents around the clock, backed by email and a contact form.
  • Players who want firm spending brakes, since deposit limits cut in immediately, time-outs run up to a year and blocker links are provided.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • High rollers expecting a five-figure win in one transfer, since cash-outs stop at €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month.
  • Players topping up with small crypto amounts, because BTC and ETH withdrawals start at $120 while crypto deposits start around 5 USDT.
  • Live-dealer regulars hoping to use the welcome match, since live casino, table games and jackpot slots are excluded while it is active.
  • Occasional players who leave balances idle, as dormant accounts pay €5 a month after six months and unclaimed bonus winnings vanish after 30 days.

If the Casinostars limits do not fit: four alternatives

  • AzurSlot Casino — 6.2/10. A much bigger lobby and a loyalty scheme that rewards ordinary players, not just the invited few.
  • Art Casino — 6.0/10. Adds Monero and BNB to a wide coin set and pays winnings out in crypto, which suits players who want privacy coins.
  • Casea — 4.7/10. An even larger game library with a heavier emphasis on live-dealer tables.
  • Lussurio Casino — 5.3/10. A comparably huge catalogue that groups games into bonus-buy, high-RTP and high-volatility sections for easier browsing.

Casinostars FAQ

Is Casinostars licensed, and who operates it?

The casino runs under an Anjouan licence from the Union of Comoros, which Casino.guru treats as current, although write-ups from its first year cite Curaçao. Three company names are linked to it: Moonseeker SRL, Wild Blackfin Limited SRL and Versus Odds B.V. Anjouan supervision is lighter than UK or Maltese regulation, so a payment dispute depends mainly on the casino’s own process and outside mediators.

How quickly does Casinostars pay out, and how much can I withdraw?

Most requests clear manual review within a day, and bank transfers need up to two business days. Volume is the real constraint: no more than €2,500 leaves in a week or €10,000 in a month, and one crypto payout tops out at $2,500. Anyone holding a large win should plan staged withdrawals over several weeks and expect identity documents to be requested along the way.

Is the Casinostars welcome bonus really wager-free?

Only the bonus part is. STARS1 doubles a first deposit up to €300 without playthrough on the bonus, but the deposit itself has to be staked five times before a fee-free cash-out, otherwise a 20% fee can be deducted. Bets are capped at €3 while the bonus runs, live and table games do not count, and the bonus vanishes once you ask to withdraw.

When does Casinostars ask for ID documents?

Basic personal details are enough to register and deposit. Photo ID and proof of address come into play with bigger withdrawals, with thresholds between $200 and €2,000, or once total deposits pass $10,000. Accounts that have not completed checks within 30 days are disabled, so sending documents early keeps a first sizeable withdrawal from waiting on a 48-hour check.

Which cryptocurrencies does Casinostars accept?

Ten coins work at the cashier: Bitcoin, Ether, Tether, Litecoin, USD Coin, Solana, Tron, BNB, XRP and Dogecoin, with Tether available on both ERC-20 and TRC-20. Crypto deposits start at roughly 5 USDT, but crypto withdrawals require between $50 and $120 depending on the coin, so very small balances cannot leave in crypto.

Does Casinostars charge any fees?

Deposits and withdrawals carry no casino charge, and crypto users pay only network costs. Two charges apply in specific cases: 20% when a deposit is withdrawn before reaching 5x turnover, and €5 a month on accounts dormant for six months, after a warning. Unclaimed bonus winnings, cashback and rewards also lapse after 30 days, which works like a charge on forgotten balances.

Is there a Casinostars mobile app?

No iOS or Android app exists. The full casino, cashier and live lobby included, runs in phone and tablet browsers, including the iPad. Saving the site to the home screen is the nearest equivalent to an installed app, and login works only with the username or email from registration because social and wallet sign-in are not offered.

Does a €2,500 weekly cap rule Casinostars out?

For modest stakes, no. Casinostars gives players who deposit small amounts a broad slot and live lobby, a support team that answers at any hour and a welcome match with only a 5x deposit turnover attached. For anyone chasing large wins, the weekly ceiling and a complaint file dominated by confiscations and closed accounts weigh more heavily than the game count, and the 5.8/10 rating reflects that split.

The casino fits recreational players who withdraw regularly in amounts below €2,500, stake each deposit five times and keep an eye on the 30-day bonus expiry. High rollers who need five-figure wins paid in one transfer, sports bettors and anyone unwilling to wait several weeks for a big balance will find the limits at Casinostars hard to live with.
