6.5/10

Best for: High rollers

Up to $50,000 can leave Casinobet in a single day, and a 24-step VIP ladder pays level-up rewards of up to $30,000 while accepting status transferred from other casinos. For players who stake heavily in crypto, few casinos opened in 2023 offer that much headroom, and Casinobet earns 6.5/10.

The weaknesses are in player protection and service hours. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are available only by asking support, and most of the formal complaints against Casinobet concern accounts reopened or left open after a player asked to stop. Live chat runs from 08:00 to 20:00 UTC for registered users only, withdrawals are not processed at weekends, and free-spin wagering is put at anywhere from 5× to 35×. There is no sportsbook.

Mandarin Gaming, a Curaçao licence and a self-exclusion problem

Casinobet launched in 2023 and is run by Mandarin Gaming N.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 95911 and an address at Groot Kwartierweg 10, Livestrong Building, Curaçao. The casino holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, number OGL/2024/907/0376, and Casino.guru confirms the Curaçao licence as valid. The OGL/2024 format belongs to the licensing regime Curaçao introduced in 2024. Since August 2025 the company has managed its own Trustpilot profile, which gives Malta as its location.

A Curaçao licence provides a complaint route to the authority, but it ranks below European licences in player protection. Casinobet does not accept players from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia or the Netherlands, among other countries. In Ontario the welcome bonus is unavailable, bonuses require players to be 21 or over, and some other countries are excluded from promotions. VPN connections are permitted, which is unusually lenient for the market.

Independent scores are solid. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 7.1/10, which it calls above average, and rates the terms mostly fair. AskGamblers awards a CasinoRank of 7.4/10 and a player score of 7.7/10 from three reviews. Trustpilot shows 4.1/5 from six reviews, and LCB members rate the casino 3/5 from 13 votes, with 67% saying they liked it; the same site shortlisted Casinobet as a Rising Star in 2025.

The complaint record is small but pointed. Casino.guru holds four complaints, one resolved, one unresolved and two rejected. Player complaints are allegations, not findings, yet three of the four concern responsible gambling: an account reopened after self-exclusion with 299 XRP at stake, an account left open despite a closure request with C$7,000 involved, and a limit tool that a player with 311 USDT described as ineffective. The fourth concerns C$1,500 in bonus funds confiscated after a login problem. The single complaint at AskGamblers, rejected, again describes an account reopened after a closure or self-exclusion request.

Self-exclusion runs through support: there are no deposit limits, session timers or self-exclusion buttons in the account. Anyone who needs to stop should request closure in writing, ask for written confirmation, and add device-level blocking software, given the complaints about accounts that reopened.

Three clauses in the terms draw objections. Winnings can be confiscated for low-risk play, betting techniques that give no unfair advantage can still be treated as a serious breach, and playing restricted games while wagering forfeits the bonus balance. Beyond those, the operator can suspend or close an account at its discretion, and an account with no activity for three calendar months is classed as dormant.

One identity risk sits outside the casino. In January 2026, LCB warned about casinobetmarket.shop, an unrelated scam site using a similar name, fake licence badges and a no-deposit offer that blocked withdrawals. The genuine casino is at casinobet.com, and Casobet, Casabet and Cashobet are also separate brands.

$50,000 a day and a 30-minute target: payout reliability

Casinobet aims to process crypto withdrawals within about 30 minutes, with requests pending for 15–30 minutes before release. Independent tests took somewhat longer. In one, a withdrawal was approved after about five minutes and settled roughly 45 minutes after the request, and a second test also completed within the hour. LCB’s own test withdrawal of $50.16 was processed in under three hours.

The ceiling is the main attraction for high rollers. Withdrawals can reach $50,000 a day in the Bitcoin equivalent, with higher limits for VIP players, and the minimum is just 0.0001 BTC. Interac withdrawals in Canada run from $10 to $10,000 through eCashout or Interac e-Transfer.

Moving a $120,000 win

At $50,000 a day, $120,000 leaves in three daily requests: $50,000, $50,000 and $20,000. Each request is above the $5,000 level at which document checks start, so ID and proof of address should be ready before the first one. A request on a Friday, with no weekend processing, would not move again until Monday.

Two rules slow things down. Withdrawals are not processed at weekends, and roughly one withdrawal a week is free of charge, with more frequent requests liable to fees despite the casino’s description of crypto transactions as fee-free. A player who prefers small, frequent cash-outs should check the fee shown in the cashier before each request.

Sign-up needs only an email address, username and password, and no documents are needed to deposit or play. Before a withdrawal, Casinobet can ask for a colour photo ID and a utility bill or bank or card statement. A single withdrawal above $5,000, irregular betting or suspected multiple accounts trigger the request, and the review takes from a few hours to about three days. Smaller withdrawals in independent tests went through without any document check.

Payout complaints are rare. One player described a withdrawal error in April 2026, after which the company offered a refund, and a separate non-payment complaint closed when the player stopped responding.

A bonus released in 10% slices

The welcome package spreads up to 1 BTC across three deposits: 125% up to 0.25 BTC with spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild, 125% up to 0.35 BTC with spins on Rad Maxx, and 150% up to 0.40 BTC with spins on R.I.P City. The number of spins depends on the deposit: 75 for $20–49.99, 100 for $50–99.99, 125 for $100–199.99 and 150 for $200 or more. No code is needed, and only one bonus can be active at a time.

The bonus works differently from a standard locked balance. Each time the deposit is wagered 5×, 10% of the bonus is released as cash, so the full bonus unlocks after 50× the deposit. A player who stops halfway keeps the slices already released, which suits high rollers who want part of the value without committing to the whole requirement.

Unlocking the first-deposit bonus

A 0.2 BTC first deposit matched at 125% earns a 0.25 BTC bonus, the stage cap. Every 1 BTC wagered (5× the deposit) releases 0.025 BTC. Releasing the full 0.25 BTC takes 10 BTC in total stakes (50× the deposit). After 5 BTC of play, half the bonus, 0.125 BTC, is already in the cash balance.

Game weighting tilts the maths. Contributions run up to 200% depending on house edge, so some games clear the requirement faster than slots, while Dice and Limbo do not count at all. Playing a restricted game during wagering forfeits the remaining bonus balance.

The free spins carry tighter terms. Spins must be used within 72 hours, winnings are capped at 5× the spins’ value or $100, whichever is lower, and wagering on those winnings is put at anywhere from 5× to 35×. The qualifying deposit for the package ranges from $20 to $50, so the figure is worth checking in the cashier before paying.

Recurring offers are aimed at regular players. A daily reload gives 50% up to $100 for play on Coin Bang Bang with 10× wagering, once per day. The Wheel of Wins awards 50 free spins with no wagering for every $50 wagered on the same game. On Fridays, Bella Italia pays $100 in cash for a deposit of $500 or more, with 5× wagering. Midweek reload missions, an Aviator promotion, slot tournaments that require opt-in and daily challenges complete the calendar; there is no referral programme.

Six coins, MoonPay and Interac

The crypto cashier takes Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), XRP and Dogecoin. USDT runs on ERC-20, TRC-20, BSC, Polygon and Solana, which gives a choice between Ethereum’s higher fees and cheaper chains such as TRC-20 or Polygon. The network picked in the sending wallet must match the one selected in the cashier, because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

MethodRouteLimits
BitcoinOn-chainDeposits from 0.00016980 BTC; withdrawals from 0.0001 BTC
USDTERC-20, TRC-20, BSC, Polygon, SolanaWithdrawals up to $50,000 a day across crypto
Interac (Canada)Deposits by Interac; withdrawals by eCashout or Interac e-Transfer$10–$10,000
MoonPayCard purchase of crypto inside the cashierDeposits only

Players without a wallet can buy crypto by card through MoonPay, but Casinobet does not take card payments or bank transfers directly. Crypto deposits themselves carry no casino fee. Account balances can also be held in Canadian dollars and Brazilian reais, which spares Canadian Interac users a currency conversion.

Six coins is a narrow range next to casinos that list a dozen or more, so holders of other tokens will need to swap into one of the supported coins first. For larger sums, USDT keeps a balance clear of price swings between a win and its withdrawal.

4,000+ games, Originals and streamer sessions

The lobby holds over 4,000 games, with counts reaching 4,743, from 50+ studios. Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Games Global, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Thunderkick, Quickspin, ELK, Blueprint, Wazdan, Betsoft, Playson, BGaming, Spinomenal and 3 Oaks supply the slots, including Megaways titles, and most can be tried in demo mode. NetEnt games are unavailable in Canada, and players in Ohio see a reduced studio list.

Table players get 45+ RNG versions of blackjack, roulette and baccarat and 15+ casino poker games. The live casino has between 140+ and 161 tables, mostly from Evolution, alongside Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Live88 and Bombay Live; game shows include Crazy Time and Dream Catcher.

Casinobet Originals cover Crash, Dice, Limbo, Mines, Plinko and an in-house Blackjack, and many run at 99% RTP. An independent review found seed hashes displayed on the crash, Limbo, Plinko and Mines games, which lets players check that results were fixed before each round. The 20+ crash games also include titles from Spribe, Turbo Games, Onlyplay and SmartSoft. Dice and Limbo do not count towards bonus wagering, so they are best played with cash.

Wager Together, built on the Livespins platform, lets players bet alongside slot streamers in real time. There is no sportsbook or esports betting, which makes Casinobet a casino-only choice.

Twelve hours of chat a day

Live chat runs daily from 08:00 to 20:00 UTC and is available only to registered players, so questions about bonus terms or restrictions cannot be asked before signing up. Within those hours replies are quick, from under a minute to about three minutes, and Casino.guru rated the chat good across three tests.

Email to [email protected] is the fallback outside chat hours, and its speed varies widely: replies have taken anything from about 30 minutes to three or four business days. There is no phone line; a Help Centre, FAQ pages and a contact form cover routine questions. A withdrawal problem raised after 20:00 UTC on a Friday can therefore wait for both the chat to reopen and the weekend to pass.

Casinobet also runs active Discord and Telegram communities and accounts on X, Instagram and YouTube. Account issues still belong in chat or email, which leave a dated thread if a dispute escalates.

Casinobet on a phone

There is no native iOS or Android app. The HTML5 site runs in mobile browsers and mirrors the desktop version, and independent testing on an iPhone and a Google Pixel found it worked well. A home-screen shortcut gives one-tap access without an app store download.

Two-factor authentication through an authenticator app protects the account if a phone is lost, and it is worth turning on before the first deposit. Sign-in through Telegram, X, Discord, Instagram or YouTube is offered alongside email. The interface runs in English, French, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese on phones as on desktop.

From Novice to Mythic: the VIP Club

The loyalty ladder has nine main ranks split into 24 levels: Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Master I–III, High Roller I–III, Royal Pro I–V, Hero I–V, Legend I–IV and Mythic. Progress is automatic, levels are permanent once reached, and the VIP Club proper opens at Master II, the fifth level. Level-up cash rewards range from $1.5 at Apprentice to $30,000 at Mythic.

Casinobet advertises up to 65% combined rakeback and cashback at the Mythic level, with rakeback and cashback paid on daily, weekly and monthly cycles and an instant rakeback option. VIP members also receive birthday bonuses, bespoke reloads, a personal VIP host, priority support and higher withdrawal limits above the $50,000 daily standard.

The VIP transfer scheme is the shortcut for established high rollers. A player who can prove a VIP status at another casino can ask for a matching level at Casinobet and skip the climb from Novice.

Not every regular is satisfied. Two player reviews complain that VIP cashback rates were cut, with one reviewer calling the change manipulative. Because rates are set by the casino, the 65% headline figure is a ceiling, and the current rate for each level should be checked on the VIP page before chasing a promotion.

Casinobet for weekday high rollers, and who should pass

A good fit for

  • High-stakes crypto players, since up to $50,000 can be withdrawn a day, with higher limits for VIP members.
  • Established VIPs from other casinos, who can request a matching level and work towards level-up rewards of up to $30,000.
  • Bonus players who may not finish wagering, as 10% of the match is released as cash for every 5× the deposit wagered.
  • Players who want checkable in-house games, since the crash, Limbo, Plinko and Mines Originals display seed hashes and many run at 99% RTP.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Anyone who relies on self-exclusion or deposit limits, because both run through support and three of four Casino.guru complaints describe such requests failing.
  • Players who need help late in the day or before registering, as live chat runs only 08:00–20:00 UTC for signed-up users.
  • Anyone expecting weekend payouts or frequent free cash-outs, since none are processed at weekends and only about one withdrawal a week is fee-free.
  • Sports bettors wanting one account for everything, as there is no sportsbook or esports betting beside the 4,000-game lobby.

Where other casinos do better

  • KingsGame Casino — 6.0/10. Builds its rewards around tiered rakeback, weekly cashback and an annual return on play, a deeper reward stack than Casinobet’s.
  • 24Casino — 5.6/10. A far larger library with branded progressive jackpots, and support that is easier to reach.
  • Gamblezen Casino — 6.0/10. A short loyalty ladder centred on generous weekly cashback, far quicker to climb than Casinobet’s long ranking.
  • FatFruit Casino — 5.6/10. A fixed weekly calendar of fruit-themed promotions for players who want a predictable offer on set days.

Casinobet questions, answered briefly

Who runs Casinobet, and what licence does it hold?

Mandarin Gaming N.V., a Curaçao company registered under number 95911, operates the site under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/907/0376; Casino.guru confirms the licence itself as valid. A Curaçao licence offers a complaint channel to the authority, but protection is weaker than under European regulators, and the casino turns away players from the US, UK, Australia and the Netherlands.

How quickly does Casinobet pay crypto withdrawals?

The casino’s target is about 30 minutes once a request is released, and test withdrawals have arrived in roughly 45 minutes and in under three hours. Speed drops at weekends, when nothing is processed, and when a large request above $5,000 prompts a document review that can last up to three days.

Can I play at Casinobet without KYC?

You can register, deposit and play with only an email address, username and password. Documents come into play at the cashier: a withdrawal over $5,000, unusual betting or signs of a second account lead to a request for photo ID plus a utility bill or bank or card statement. Small cash-outs have gone through without any checks.

How does the Casinobet welcome bonus unlock?

Instead of a locked balance, the bonus becomes cash in tenths. Every 5× turnover of the deposit releases 10% of the bonus, and 50× releases all of it. Over three deposits the package reaches 1 BTC, with free spins whose winnings are capped at $100 and carry 5× to 35× wagering. Only one bonus can run at a time.

What does the VIP Club offer high rollers?

A 24-level ladder ending at Mythic, permanent levels, level-up cash of up to $30,000, a personal host and bespoke reloads. Casinobet advertises up to 65% combined rakeback and cashback at the top, though some players say cashback rates have been reduced. Established players can request a status match from another casino instead of starting at Novice.

Can I set deposit limits or self-exclude at Casinobet?

Only by contacting support, since the account has no self-service controls. Given complaints about accounts reopened after self-exclusion, request any limit or closure by email, ask for written confirmation and use blocking software as a second layer. Gambling Therapy offers free, confidential help.

Does a $50,000 daily cap make Casinobet the high-roller pick?

For crypto players who stake large amounts on weekdays, largely yes. Casinobet pays quickly in tests, lets $50,000 leave each day, releases its bonus in usable slices and rewards volume through a long VIP ladder with status transfer and level-up cash up to $30,000. Those strengths, along with solid independent scores, carry it to 6.5/10.

The gaps are in protection and access. A player who relies on deposit limits or self-exclusion can arrange them only through support, and the complaint record shows those requests have not always held. Anyone who needs weekend payouts, round-the-clock chat or sports betting will be better served by 24Casino for support or a casino with a sportsbook, and players who want rakeback as the core reward should compare KingsGame Casino.
