Best for: Crypto payment choice

Luckiest lets players deposit six cryptocurrencies, cards or Interac without uploading ID and pays wager-free rakeback from the first loyalty level, but its trust record is weak: Bitcoin.com rates it 2.4/5 and Casino.guru’s Safety Index stands at 6.4/10.

The lobby is large, the $10,000 daily withdrawal ceiling is workable and the operator charges no cashier fees. The welcome bonus is the hard part: 35x on slots only, a $5 bet cap and a rule that freezes deposits and withdrawals until the bonus is finished or forfeited.

Who is behind Luckiest: licence, operator and track record

Luckiest is owned and operated by Kilbride Limitada, a company registered in San José, Costa Rica. Casino.guru and Bitcoin.com both found no gambling licence from any regulator. The terms describe the casino as “fully approved and regulated by the laws of Costa Rica”, but Costa Rica has no online gambling regulator, so that wording refers to a company registration and gives players no licensing authority to complain to.

The corporate paperwork is inconsistent. The footer names Kilbride Limitada, “established in 2025”, while some versions of the terms and privacy policy name a different company, Digibrite SRL, said to date from 2021, and the registration numbers do not match across pages. The anti-money-laundering policy refers to Curaçao law although no Curaçao licence is shown. No governing law, dispute body or court is named, and the only compliance logos on the site belong to GamCare and responsiblegambling.org.

The casino has been live since around October 2023 on a domain first registered in 1997. Luckiest publishes no list of excluded countries; sanctioned jurisdictions and countries that ban online gambling are blocked, and Ohio is among the excluded US states.

Ratings are mixed. Casino.guru gives a Safety Index of 6.4/10 (“Below average”), AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 6.3/10 with no complaints, Trustpilot 3.3/5 from nine reviews split between 56% five-star and 44% one-star, and Bitcoin.com 2.4/5 with 1.7 for trust and safety. The operator replies to every negative Trustpilot review, usually more than a month later.

Casino.guru lists two complaints, both rejected: one over 83 USDC withheld and one over a no-deposit bonus of 100 kr that was never credited. Complaints are player accounts and not adjudicated findings. Across platforms the themes are balances confiscated for “bonus abuse” after a bonus win, free-spin winnings lost to caps and the $750 deposit threshold for weekly cashback; positive reviews praise fast payouts and responsive support.

  • Winnings are capped at $500,000 per market or event and $500,000 per day.
  • Documents can be requested at any time, and withdrawals above internal thresholds can be paused for due diligence at the operator’s discretion.
  • Balances won with an active bonus can be confiscated under the bonus-abuse clauses.
  • There is no clause confiscating real-money balances for inactivity.
No regulator to escalate to: if a withdrawal dispute with Luckiest stalls, there is no licensing body or named dispute service behind the casino, so the operator’s own support is the final stop.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Luckiest promotes fast withdrawals but publishes no fixed crypto payout time. Reviewers cite a pending stage of 0–48 hours, after which crypto and e-wallet payouts are listed at up to 24 hours and fiat withdrawals at typically 1–6 hours, 48 hours at most. Large or unusual withdrawals can be held for an audit of 1–6 hours, and requests are not processed at weekends.

Player experience is better than the formal windows suggest: one Trustpilot reviewer received $150 in about ten minutes, and other reviews praise quick Interac and crypto payouts. A Friday-night request can still wait until Monday because of the weekend pause.

The default ceiling is $10,000 per day, with larger amounts handled individually. Minimum withdrawals run from $15 to $20. The operator charges no withdrawal fee; blockchain network fees and any currency conversion still apply. Interac withdrawals are in use, and fiat withdrawals in EUR, CAD and NZD are being rolled out, so players depositing in GBP or USD should plan to cash out in crypto.

Clearing a large win. A $45,000 balance at $10,000 per day needs five weekday requests: four of $10,000 and one of $5,000. Started on a Thursday, the weekend pause pushes the last payout to the following Wednesday.

No ID upload is needed to register or deposit, which is the basis of the casino’s “no KYC” marketing. The anti-money-laundering policy still collects name, address, country and date of birth before a deposit address is issued and screens players against sanctions lists, and a “Withdrawal Threshold KYC” clause allows document checks once withdrawals pass internal limits. Anonymity is not guaranteed, particularly on large cash-outs.

The few withdrawal complaints on record mostly involve bonus play: a balance confiscated for bonus abuse and free-spin winnings reduced by caps. Positive reviews describe fast real-money payouts.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome offer varies by region and over time. The headline format is a tiered first-deposit match: 100% up to $249 for deposits from $20, 150% up to $1,123 from $250 and 200% up to $2,000 from $750, plus 100 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. A second format spreads up to $1,750 across three deposits: 150% up to $1,000 with a Welcome Wheel of up to 100 spins on Pragmatic Play slots, then 100% up to $500 and 50% up to $250.

Wagering is 35x the bonus amount within 14 days. Only slots count; live casino and Luckiest Originals are excluded while a bonus is active, and the maximum bet is $5 per spin or round. Winnings from bonus funds are capped. While the bonus is active, the account can neither deposit nor withdraw until the wagering is finished or the bonus is forfeited.

Reaching the 200% tier. A $750 deposit at 200% adds a $1,500 bonus: 35 × $1,500 = $52,500 of slot stakes in 14 days, at least 10,500 spins at $5, or 750 spins a day. The full $2,000 bonus needs a $1,000 deposit and 35 × $2,000 = $70,000 of turnover.

The free spins arrive only after the bonus has been wagered or the balance has hit zero, in three batches released 24 hours apart. Spin values run from $0.20 to $1.00 and winnings are capped at $60–$300 depending on the deposit tier, and the operator has stated in replies to players that spin winnings carry wagering as well. Negative reviews include players who lost spin winnings to these caps.

A 35x bonus-only multiplier sits mid-market, but the slots-only rule, the 14-day window and the deposit and withdrawal freeze make this a package for heavy slot players only. The Weekend Recharge reload pays 50% up to $500 at a lighter 25x. For most players the wager-free rakeback and cashback described below deliver more usable value than the welcome match.

Coins, networks and fiat routes

Luckiest accepts Bitcoin, Ether, Tether (USDT), USD Coin, Tron (TRX) and Solana. USDT runs on ERC-20 and TRC-20, USDC on ERC-20, and BEP-20 is also offered for deposits. Bitcoin deposits are credited after two network confirmations.

AssetNetworksNote
USDTERC-20, TRC-20TRC-20 usually costs least to send
USDCERC-20Ethereum gas fees apply
BTCBitcoinCredited after 2 confirmations

Fiat routes include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac and SEPA, and crypto can be bought on the site. Deposits can be made in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and NZD. Minimum deposits start at around $5–10, rise to $20 for cards, and $20 is also the minimum to qualify for the welcome bonus.

The operator charges nothing on deposits or withdrawals, so the only costs are network fees and any currency conversion. For small amounts, USDT on TRC-20 or TRX keeps those costs low compared with ERC-20 transfers.

The network chosen in the wallet must match the one selected in the cashier. A transfer sent on the wrong chain cannot be reversed.

A big lobby, with Originals you cannot check

The lobby holds around 3,000 to 3,700 titles from 33 to 42 studios. Pragmatic Play supplies the most, with 632 games, followed by Hacksaw Gaming and BGaming with 318 each, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Playtech, Play’n GO, Thunderkick and Evolution, plus Big Time Gaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, PG Soft, Playson, Push Gaming, 3 Oaks, AvatarUX and Peter & Sons.

Categories cover slots, live dealer games, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, crash, mines, plinko, dice, keno, scratch cards, bingo and instant-win games. Live tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech Live, though some players say parts of the Evolution live lobby are missing.

About 60 in-house Luckiest Originals sit alongside the third-party games. Their page calls them provably fair, yet there is no verifier or seed tool to check results, so players cannot confirm any round themselves. RTPs are not published in the lobby; the operator has said in public replies that its games return 96% or more.

Provider campaigns add prize pools funded by the studios, such as Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins at $350,000 a week and Playson’s Big Sunday Blast at €25,000 each Sunday. Missions award coins that can be swapped for spins, bonuses or instant-win prizes, though unused coins expire. There is no sportsbook: sports betting was promised for 2025 and had not launched by late 2026.

Support and account controls

Support runs through 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected], in English only; there is no phone line. The site itself is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese, so players who browse in another language still need to handle disputes in English.

Registration takes an email and password, with Google and Apple sign-in as alternatives. Accounts have no two-factor authentication, which leaves a reused or weak password as the only barrier around a crypto balance.

Responsible-gambling tools are thin and handled entirely by email. A take-a-break period runs from 24 hours to 14 days, and self-exclusion from 24 hours to five years or permanently, the permanent option being irreversible. There are no deposit, loss, wager or session limits and no reality checks, so players who want spending controls must set them at their bank or exchange.

The brand runs accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X and Telegram, which carry promotions but are no substitute for a ticket with chat or email support.

Browser-only mobile play

There is no native app for iOS or Android. The responsive site works in mobile browsers and carries the full lobby, Originals and cashier, with Google and Apple sign-in making log-in quick on a phone.

Because the account has no two-factor protection, a phone left signed in to the browser gives full access to the balance. Logging out on shared devices, and using a password manager, closes most of that gap.

Rakeback, cashback and 28 loyalty levels

Rewards & Loyalty runs across 28 levels from Stone I to Mythic. Progress is permanent: tiers never reset and points never expire. Players earn one point per $10 wagered on slots or per $40 on other games, and only real-money bets count.

Daily rakeback starts at the first level, Stone I, and reaches up to 5% depending on tier. It is calculated on the house edge, set at 3.5% for slots and 2% for other games, paid as real money without wagering, with a $0.50 minimum payout.

What rakeback returns. $1,000 of slot stakes × 3.5% house edge = $35 of theoretical loss. At the top 5% rate: 5% × $35 = $1.75 back, paid in cash. On other games: $1,000 × 2% × 5% = $1.00.

Daily cashback opens at the Jade I level and returns up to 5% of net losses, with slots counting 100% and live, table, turbo and Originals games 25%; the minimum payout is $1. Weekly cashback pays 5%–10% of losses up to $500 a week, requires at least $750 in total deposits and must be collected within seven days.

Rakeback calculated on house edge returns small sums, as the example shows; weekly cashback after the $750 deposit threshold is the reward with the most cash value.

  • CautionSupportLive chat and email run 24/7 in English only, with no phone line, and replies to negative Trustpilot reviews usually take over a month.

Alternatives to consider

  • IntellectBet Casino — 4.6/10. Spreads a larger welcome package with more free spins across four deposits.
  • Slota Casino — 4.8/10. Combines a big multi-deposit welcome package with regular weekly cashback.
  • Rooli Casino — 5.5/10. Lets players choose between a fiat welcome package and a separate crypto one, with a stronger trust record.
  • Rox Casino — 5.5/10. A long-running brand from a large, established casino network, with a stronger trust record.

Luckiest questions answered

Is Luckiest a licensed casino?

No gambling licence has been found for Luckiest. The operator, Kilbride Limitada, is a company registered in Costa Rica, a country that issues no online casino licences, and some of its documents name another company, Digibrite SRL. Without a licence there is no regulator or dispute service to approach if a payout goes wrong.

How fast does Luckiest pay out?

Plan on up to three days. Requests can wait up to 48 hours before processing, after which crypto is listed at up to a day and fiat often at a few hours, though some players have been paid in minutes. Nothing moves at weekends. The daily ceiling is $10,000, and no fee is taken by the casino.

Do I need to verify my identity at Luckiest?

Not to sign up or deposit, but you still give your name, address, country and date of birth before receiving a deposit address. The terms let the casino request documents at any time, and bigger withdrawals can trigger checks. Treat the no-KYC promise as applying to small, routine activity only.

Is the Luckiest welcome bonus worth it?

Only for committed slot players. Every bonus dollar must be wagered 35 times within two weeks, bets are capped at $5 and live or Originals play does not count. Deposits and withdrawals are locked until you finish or give up the bonus, and the free spins only arrive afterwards with capped winnings.

Which cryptocurrencies does Luckiest support?

Bitcoin, Ether, USDT, USDC, TRX and Solana. USDT works on both TRC-20 and ERC-20, while USDC uses ERC-20. Bitcoin deposits need two confirmations. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac cover players who prefer fiat, and the casino adds no fee on top of network costs.

How does the Luckiest loyalty programme work?

There are 28 permanent levels, and points never expire. Rakeback is paid daily from the very first level, in cash with no wagering, while daily cashback starts at Jade I. Weekly cashback of up to $500 needs $750 in lifetime deposits. Because rakeback is based on house edge, expect small sums.

Generous rakeback, unanswered questions about the operator

Luckiest earns its 5.0/10 as a well-stocked, fee-free crypto casino with an unresolved trust problem. Six coins, Interac and cards, a lobby of around 3,000 games and rakeback paid in cash from the first level are genuine advantages. Inconsistent corporate paperwork, no outside body to settle disputes, Originals without a verifier, no two-factor authentication and a bonus that locks the cashier keep it in the middle of the table.

It fits crypto players who skip the welcome bonus, play slots or live tables with modest balances, collect rakeback and cashback as they go and withdraw regularly within the $10,000 daily ceiling. Anyone planning large deposits, or who wants an independent authority to turn to if a payout is refused, should weigh that missing safety net first.
