Best for: Crypto payment choice

FieryPlay, formerly VulkanSpiele, takes nine coins including USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, TON and USDC, plus Binance Pay, and pays a 5% weekly cashback of up to €2,000. Its own terms are the problem: they allow up to 30 working days to process a large withdrawal, withhold 20% of a cash-out if the deposit has not been wagered twice, and cap payouts at €5,000 per 30 days after big wins. With 68 complaints on file and a 2.1/5 Trustpilot score, it earns 4.6/10.

Who is behind FieryPlay: licence, operator and track record

FieryPlay is the new name of VulkanSpiele, a casino aimed mainly at German-speaking players, and the brand switched over during 2025–26. Its terms name NIXXE B.V., registration number 147116, of Cassandraweg 52, Willemstad, Curaçao, as the operator, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1363/0705, which Casino.guru has confirmed. Payments run through Kaurum Limited, a Cypriot company registered as HE 387933, and the terms are governed by Curaçao law. The fieryplay.com domain itself was registered only in March 2026, with the owner’s details hidden.

Registration is closed in a long list of countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ontario, Cyprus, Malta, the Czech Republic, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Hiding your location with a VPN or proxy breaches the terms and leads to account closure with bets, bonuses and winnings voided.

Other clauses carry real cost. Only one account is allowed, and bonuses are limited to one per IP address, device, household, address, phone, card, email and network. Breaches, collusion or fraud lead to immediate closure and confiscation of the balance with no refund, and an account left inactive for six months can be closed or suspended without notice. Casino.guru flags two clauses as unfair: bonus restrictions that can still apply after wagering is complete, and confiscation for card counting.

Casino.guru still gives FieryPlay a Safety Index of 7.4/10 (“Above average”) and estimates annual revenue above $5M, but the complaint file under the same listing holds 68 cases on a listing that dates from the VulkanSpiele period: 19 resolved, 45 rejected and four open. Player complaints are claims, not rulings, yet the themes are consistent: withdrawals delayed over documents, unpaid winnings, confiscations and accounts closed or blocked with money inside, in amounts from €81 to €1,413. On the positive side, the same assessment credits fast withdrawals based on player experience, a good spread of game providers and a range of responsible-gambling options, and its eight user reviews average out as “Mixed”.

The newer reviews are harsher. Trustpilot shows 2.1/5 (“Poor”) from 17 reviews, all from the past year and 88% of them one-star, on an unclaimed profile. They describe €4,500 held back from a withdrawal, an account blocked after KYC over a suspected duplicate, deposits that never arrived and phone phishing attempts; the two five-star reviews praise fast payouts. Scamadviser’s automated check scores the site 0 (“Very Likely Unsafe”), driven by the new domain and hidden ownership.

Read section 8 of the terms: the withdrawal rules there set the processing timetable, the 20% retention and the €5,000 cap. They decide how quickly a FieryPlay win becomes money in your wallet far more than the speed of the blockchain does.

Payout reliability and verification checks

Two timetables apply. Independent reviews report crypto cash-outs in minutes to 24 hours, e-wallets within a day and bank transfers in one to two working days. FieryPlay’s own terms allow much longer, measured in working days and excluding weekends and holidays.

Withdrawal amountProcessing time allowed by the terms
Up to $3002 working days
$301–$1,5005 working days
$1,501–$15,00014 working days
$15,001 and above30 working days

Three more rules shape a payout. If the deposit has not been wagered at least twice, FieryPlay can keep 20% of the withdrawal, with a minimum of $0.50, and it charges a further fee on funds withdrawn without play. Once withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times total deposits, cash-outs can be capped at €5,000 per 30 days. Card withdrawals stop at $450 per transaction, bank fees fall on the player, and at least one deposit must be on the account before any withdrawal is accepted.

What the terms mean for a €200 deposit

Deposit €200 and withdraw without play, and the 20% retention costs €40. Turn that €200 into a €6,000 balance, 30 times the deposit, and the 20× rule applies: at €5,000 per 30 days, the last €1,000 waits a second month, and the first request alone falls in the 14-working-day band.

Minimum withdrawals run from about €10 to €15 for crypto and e-wallets, $20 for MiFinity and $50 to $100 for bank transfers, which are available for withdrawal only. Full verification starts once transactions reach $/€1,000: photo ID, a photo of the payment card showing your name, a selfie holding your ID, proof of address and sometimes a bank statement or tax document. FieryPlay can also ask about the source of funds and request a video call, which must be completed within seven calendar days.

Complaints follow the same line: withdrawals stalled while documents are requested again, an account blocked after KYC on duplicate-account grounds and winnings held back. Finish verification before your balance passes $1,000, and keep requests under $300 where you can, since that band carries the shortest processing time.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome package depends on region, from €2,000 with 250 free spins over three deposits to €2,500 with 350 spins over four. The four-deposit version runs 150% up to €500 with 150 spins, 125% up to €500 with 100 spins, 150% up to €500 with 100 spins and 200% up to €1,000. No code is needed, and the package must be activated within five days of registration. There is no no-deposit bonus.

Wagering is 40× the bonus, and free spin winnings carry 30×. Everything must be cleared within five days, with a €5 maximum bet per spin. Slots count 100% and table games and roulette 15%, while sports, esports, live casino, TV BET, Insta games and crash games cannot be played with bonus money at all. Winnings from a bonus are capped at five times its value.

Wagering on the first deposit

A €200 first deposit at 150% adds €300 in bonus funds. At 40×, that is €12,000 in slot stakes within five days, or €2,400 a day. At the €5 maximum bet, it takes at least 2,400 spins. On RNG tables at the 15% rate, the same requirement needs €80,000 in stakes, and whatever is left at the end is capped at €1,500, five times the bonus.

The forfeiture rules are strict. Breaking the €5 limit voids all balances and can close the account. Unfinished rounds and saved bonus games are confiscated, and placing large real-money bets on sport or live tables before wagering a bonus in the casino costs both the real and the bonus balance. A successful withdrawal also cancels any bonus balance still open.

Six regular offers follow the welcome package: Wednesday and Friday reloads, with the Friday deal worth up to 150% and €1,000, plus weekly and standard reloads and a birthday surprise. Each carries the same five-day pressure, so take only the reloads you can clear in that window.

Coins, networks and fiat methods

For a casino built around euro players, the crypto list is broad: Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, USDC, BNB, Dogecoin, TON and TRX, plus Binance Pay. The coins on offer may vary by country, and some reviews show only a handful of them.

Minimum deposits start around €5 for Binance Pay and most coins and €10 for cards, Sofort and Jeton, but Bitcoin needs more, between €30 and $45. USDT on TRC-20 is the low-fee route for small deposits, since ERC-20 gas can eat into a €5 transfer, and the network chosen in the wallet must match the one selected in the cashier.

Fiat methods number 16 to 20 or more: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Paysafecard and AstroPay, with bank transfer offered for withdrawals only. The account runs in euros, US and Canadian dollars, yen, złoty and Swiss francs, among around 20 currencies that also include the Brazilian real, Mexican peso, Indian rupee, Norwegian and Swedish krone and New Zealand dollar.

Games, live table limits and the sportsbook

The lobby holds roughly 7,000 to 8,000+ games from more than 60 studios, led by Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw and BGaming, with Evoplay, Mascot, Triple Cherry, Betsoft, NetEnt, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Thunderkick, Blueprint, Nolimit City and Playtech among the rest. Categories cover slots, jackpots, Megaways, crash games, bingo, TV BET and Insta games. Table games have no lobby button of their own and have to be found through search.

Live casino content varies by country. Pragmatic Play Live is present everywhere, and some regions add Evolution and Ezugi; titles include PowerUp Roulette, Mega Baccarat, Speed Roulette 1 and One Blackjack. Table limits reach €100,000 on roulette, €10,000 on blackjack and €5,000 on baccarat, though the €5,000 cap that follows a big win means a large live win comes out slowly.

A sportsbook sits in the same account, with pre-match and live betting on football, tennis, volleyball and MMA and esports markets on League of Legends, Counter-Strike and Valorant. Sports and esports winnings are capped at $50,000 per bet, and anything above that is forfeited.

Support channels and player safeguards

Live chat runs 24/7 and answers almost instantly, in German as well as English. Email replies take from about an hour to a day. There is no phone line and no FAQ page, and the site shows no social media links. The interface runs in English, German, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese and several other languages.

Fast first replies do not carry through to disputes. Several Trustpilot reviews describe support that stops answering once a withdrawal is held, so for any payout problem, put the request in writing by email and keep the chat transcript.

The responsible-gambling tools are reasonable: deposit and loss limits, session reminders, time-outs, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. In one July 2026 complaint, a player’s request for a monthly deposit limit through support was never applied, so set limits yourself in the account and check that they show as active.

Mobile play

FieryPlay has no native app. The casino and sportsbook run in a responsive mobile site on iOS and Android, and the connection is protected by SSL with anti-fraud and firewall measures. A home-screen bookmark gives one-tap access.

Given the phishing calls described in recent reviews, treat any phone call or message claiming to be FieryPlay with suspicion, and log in only by typing fieryplay.com yourself.

Cashback, reloads and the VIP Club

The most dependable reward is the weekly cashback: every Monday, FieryPlay returns 5% of the previous week’s net losses, with a €20 minimum and a €2,000 maximum. A €1,000 net loss returns €50, paid automatically at the start of the next week.

The VIP Club promises exclusive rewards, higher limits and other privileges, with tournaments and quests as the route in, but the privileges section of the VIP page is empty and no levels or thresholds are shown. Until FieryPlay publishes them, the cashback and the six regular reloads are the rewards you can count on.

FieryPlay measured against six trust tests

  • ConcernComplaint record68 complaints sit on the Casino.guru listing, 45 of them rejected, and 88% of recent Trustpilot reviews are one-star.
  • ConcernPayout reliabilityLarge sums can take up to 30 working days, 20% is retained on deposits not wagered twice, and big winners face €5,000 monthly caps.
  • ConcernVerificationFull checks start at $/€1,000, including a selfie with ID and a possible video call, and complaints describe repeated document requests stalling payouts.
  • ConcernBonus termsWagering is 40x within five days at a €5 maximum bet, and winnings from any bonus are capped at five times its value.
  • CautionSupportLive chat runs 24/7 in English and German with near-instant replies, but reviews describe silence once a withdrawal is held.
  • CautionPlayer protectionDeposit and loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion exist, though a July 2026 complaint says a limit requested through support was never applied.

Alternatives to FieryPlay

  • Koning Casino (4.5/10) — iDEAL and more fiat currencies beside crypto, with better-rated support and a clearer VIP scheme.
  • N1Bet (5.6/10) — a much bigger sportsbook with live streaming, and a stronger payout and support record.
  • Catwin Casino (4.5/10) — deeper esports betting coverage for players who split time between casino and esports.
  • Alf Casino (4.2/10) — a dedicated line of USDT crypto bonuses and a richer VIP programme.

Frequently asked questions

Is FieryPlay licensed?

Yes, in Curaçao. NIXXE B.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/1363/0705, which appears in the terms and has been confirmed by Casino.guru, with Kaurum Limited in Cyprus handling payments. Players in the UK, US, Australia, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Ontario cannot sign up, and using a VPN to get round that voids winnings.

Is FieryPlay the same as VulkanSpiele?

Yes. FieryPlay replaced the VulkanSpiele name in 2025–26, and the current domain dates from March 2026. The Casino.guru listing and its complaint history carry over from the old brand, so when researching the casino, read reviews written under both names. Players with an old VulkanSpiele account should check that their balance and verification status carried over before depositing again.

How long do FieryPlay withdrawals take?

Reviewers have seen crypto arrive within a day once approved, but the terms let FieryPlay take far longer: two working days up to $300, five up to $1,500, fourteen up to $15,000 and thirty above that. Weekends and holidays do not count, so a mid-sized cash-out can legitimately take three weeks.

Why might FieryPlay keep part of my withdrawal?

Two clauses allow it. Cashing out before you have bet your deposit at least twice lets the casino retain 20% of the amount. And once your withdrawals plus balance reach twenty times what you have deposited, payouts can be limited to €5,000 in any 30-day period.

What are the FieryPlay bonus wagering rules?

The bonus must be played through 40 times within five days, with spins of €5 or less and free spin winnings at 30×. Slots count in full and RNG tables at 15%; live casino, crash games and sports are off limits. On a €300 bonus that means €12,000 of slot play, and winnings are capped at five times the bonus.

When does FieryPlay ask for KYC?

Once your deposits and withdrawals reach $/€1,000, or earlier if the casino requests it. Expect to send ID, a card photo showing your name, a selfie with your ID and proof of address, and possibly to answer source-of-funds questions or join a video call within seven days. Doing it early avoids a frozen payout.

Does FieryPlay offer cashback?

Yes, every week. On Mondays the casino credits 5% of the previous week’s net losses, provided the amount comes to at least €20, and the payment tops out at €2,000. It is the clearest recurring reward on the site, since the VIP Club does not yet list its levels or privileges.

Do FieryPlay’s coins make up for its payout terms?

FieryPlay offers a genuinely broad crypto menu, with nine coins, USDT on two networks, TON, USDC and Binance Pay, and its 5% weekly cashback is a fair, simple reward. But its own terms stretch large withdrawals to 30 working days, take 20% from under-played deposits and cap big winners at €5,000 a month, and the complaint record from VulkanSpiele to today keeps returning to withheld payouts and blocked accounts.

It suits crypto players who deposit small amounts, wager each deposit at least twice and withdraw in steps under $300. If you expect to win and withdraw thousands at once, or want a sportsbook with a stronger payout record, N1Bet is the more reliable comparison.
