Best for: Verifiable fairness

Solcasino lets you bet straight from a Phantom, Solflare or MetaMask wallet, takes more than 25 cryptocurrencies with no platform fees and says most withdrawals are paid automatically within minutes. The trouble starts when a balance grows: KYC applies above €1,250, withdrawals stop at about $10,000 per currency per day, and complaints describe frozen accounts and document reviews lasting from weeks to over ten months.

Bonuses are paid in the casino’s own USDB reward token at 50x wagering, and the dormant-account rules are harsh. The 4.1/10 rating credits the wallet-first cashier, frequent rakeback and provably fair Originals, and marks down a poor complaint record, support that rarely resolves disputes and terms that let balances be confiscated.

Who runs Solcasino: licence, operator and complaint file

Solcasino.io is run by Three Gaming Limitada, a Costa Rican company with registration number 3-102-910242, and holds an offshore licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada. That is a lightly supervised framework with no realistic route for a player to force a payout. The team behind the casino is undisclosed. It launched in December 2021 and is a different business from the fiat brand at sol.casino, which belongs to another operator.

Casino.guru gives Solcasino a Safety Index of 4.6/10, rated Low and down from earlier scores in the mid-fives, with estimated revenue above $5 million a year. Two clauses in the terms are flagged as unfair. The first lets the casino annul balances on accounts inactive for less than four years and confiscate dormant balances after 24 to 36 months; on top of that, a €10 monthly fee applies once an account with money in it has been idle for 12 months. The second allows winnings to be confiscated for so-called low-risk play. Parts of the terms are not translated from English.

Seventeen complaints have been filed: one open, seven unresolved, two resolved and seven rejected. They involve blocked or delayed withdrawals during account reviews, KYC checks that broke down for technical reasons, an execution bug and accounts banned for “suspicious activity”, with sums from about $380 to $380,000. One account was banned holding $99,937, and one KYC review ran for 38 days. Individual complaints are claims, not findings, yet seven unresolved cases out of seventeen is a high share.

Trustpilot tells the same story more bluntly: 1.8/5 from 43 reviews, 89% of them one-star, and the company does not reply to negative posts. Reviewers describe accounts frozen once a withdrawal was requested, manual reviews lasting weeks or months, in some cases more than ten, and copy-and-paste support replies. The positive minority praises fast payouts and rakeback.

Players from the United States (all states), the United Kingdom, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, Sweden, Israel, Lithuania, Slovakia, Belgium, Switzerland, Turkey and the Dutch West Indies are barred, as are residents of countries on the FATF black and grey lists. Using a VPN without the operator’s written consent puts the account and any withdrawal at risk. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks are offered in the account.

Ten-minute payouts until a review begins

Solcasino says about 98% of withdrawals are processed automatically, with an average of around ten minutes, and its terms commit to aiming for payment within an hour. Requests that go to manual checking take up to 24 hours, and SOL withdrawals settle on-chain almost instantly. For routine, low-value cash-outs that matches what satisfied players describe.

Limits are set per currency at about $10,000 every 24 hours, and VIP levels raise them. Because the cap applies per currency, a player holding SOL and USDC can withdraw up to that amount in each on the same day. New accounts must deposit and wager at least $10 before the first withdrawal. There are no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, only network gas, but a 10% recovery fee is charged on funds sent by mistake or in an unsupported token, and some non-Solana deposits that need manual handling cost up to 10%.

KYC is the turning point. Signing up needs only an email, username and date of birth, a web3 wallet or Telegram, and some players are never asked for documents. Withdrawals above €1,250 require ID and proof of address, sometimes a selfie, and checks can also be triggered by risk flags. This is where the complaint record concentrates: accounts frozen after a withdrawal request, a 38-day review on file and Trustpilot reports of reviews lasting months.

At €1,250 the document threshold sits far below the $10,000 daily cap. Any meaningful win triggers a review, and the record shows that a review, not the blockchain, decides when the money arrives.

To keep that risk down, complete verification soon after the first deposit while the balance is small, avoid VPNs, and withdraw in the currency you deposited. If a request stalls, a written ticket with the transaction hash and the request time is the evidence a mediator needs.

A 360% match paid in USDB, at 50x

The welcome offer is a deposit match of up to 360%, credited in USDB, Solcasino’s internal reward token, which can be played or swapped. Wagering is 50x, and the deposit is played through before bonus funds are touched. Failing to complete the requirement voids both the bonus and anything won with it.

If a deposit earns a $300 bonus in USDB: wagering 50 × $300 = $15,000 in stakes, played after the deposit itself. On a $100 deposit matched at 300%, the turnover is the same $15,000, or 150 times the original deposit.

At 50x the requirement is well above the market middle, and two further terms make it harder: poker and trading do not count towards wagering, and the low-risk-play clause covered above can be used to cancel winnings from cautious betting patterns. Maximum bet and game weighting are set in the bonus terms, so read them before opting in.

Smaller promotions run constantly. Promo codes have given 50 free spins without a deposit, VIP members get a daily no-deposit bonus, reload offers appear regularly, and a daily Lucky Spin awards prizes such as 5 USDB. Free coupons can expire within seven days, and giveaways run through the casino’s X account.

More than 25 coins, wallet-first and fiat-free

Solcasino describes itself as the first Solana casino to let players bet directly from a web3 wallet, and Phantom, Solflare and MetaMask all connect. The cashier accepts more than 25 cryptocurrencies: SOL, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, DOGE, XRP, AVAX, POL, TRX, TON, ADA, LTC, SUI, APT and the euro stablecoin EURC, plus Solana tokens such as BONK, SAMO, DUST and PYTH.

NetworkTypical use
SolanaSOL, USDC, EURC and SPL tokens; fastest and cheapest route
EthereumETH and ERC20 stablecoins; higher gas costs
BNB ChainBNB and BEP20 tokens
BitcoinBTC
PolygonPOL and Polygon tokens

Stablecoins arrive on their standard networks, so the network chosen at deposit must match the wallet you send from; an unsupported token or wrong chain costs the 10% recovery fee at best. Solana is the natural route for most players, since deposits and withdrawals clear in seconds and gas is a fraction of a cent.

There is no fiat at all: no cards, bank transfers, PayPal or e-wallets. Deposits start at about $10. A player new to crypto needs coins and a wallet before playing, and every withdrawal leaves as crypto.

Over 3,000 games from 36 studios, plus Originals

The lobby holds more than 3,000 games from 36 studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, BGaming, Betsoft, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Blueprint, Playtech and Microgaming. Slots make up the bulk, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker tables alongside a limited video poker section.

Live dealer tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants. Beyond the casino, Solcasino runs a sportsbook with more than 40 sports and 20 esports, a poker room, lootboxes and futures trading with leverage up to 1000x, a product with far higher loss potential than casino play.

Solcasino’s own Originals, including Dice, Crash and Plinko, are provably fair, and the on-chain lottery is verifiable too. In provably fair games the outcome is fixed by seeds committed before the bet, so the result can be checked afterwards against the published hash; the method proves the round was not altered, not that the odds are favourable.

The studio games run on each provider’s own random number generator. Return-to-player figures vary by title and by the setting the casino chooses, so check the information panel of any slot before staking, especially given Trustpilot posts that accuse the casino of low RTP settings.

Support that answers in ten minutes but rarely resolves

Live chat runs 24/7, backed by email and a FAQ, and the site is available in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese. Casino.guru rated the support Bad, with chat replies averaging about ten minutes and service in English.

The bigger problem shows up in disputes. Trustpilot reviewers describe template answers to questions about frozen withdrawals, and the company does not respond to negative reviews there, which removes one informal pressure point.

Solcasino also runs an X account for promotions and giveaways, a Discord server, a Medium blog and documentation at docs.solcasino.io. Account issues still go through chat or email, so keep every reply with its date if a withdrawal stalls.

Solcasino on a phone

There is no native app. The site is optimised for iOS and Android browsers, and sign-up takes an email, username and date of birth, or a connected web3 wallet or Telegram account. Players who already keep SOL in a mobile wallet can deposit in a few taps.

Connecting a wallet means approving transactions from the phone, so check every signing request before confirming; a malicious signature can drain the wallet itself, not only the casino balance. Bookmark solcasino.io and avoid lookalike sites, including the unrelated sol.casino.

Rakeback every 30 minutes, 80 levels and the SCS token

The VIP programme runs from Bronze to Diamond III across 70 to 80 levels, earning one EXP for every $1 wagered. Higher levels bring better rakeback, staking and referral rates, level-up bonuses paid in SCS, the daily no-deposit bonus, cashback, giveaways and higher withdrawal limits.

Rakeback is paid in USDB and can be collected every 30 minutes, daily or weekly, with a Rakeback Calendar and a Rakeback Booster on top. The base rate runs from 2% to 5%, holding Solcasino NFTs adds a boost of 5% to 30%, and rakeback left uncollected expires after 24 hours. Weekly and monthly cashback is based on losses. Weekly leaderboard races share $25,000, weekly raffles $10,000, and coin drops add smaller prizes.

SCS, the Solcasino token on Solana, can be used for bets, staking and promotions and trades on decentralised exchanges. Staking pays a variable return in USDC, with a 2% entry fee, an exit fee of up to 2% and half of each payout held back for 30 days, and Bet2Earn passes 0.1% of the previous day’s SCS betting volume to stakers. Solcasino reports more than 2.6 billion tokens burned since October 2023, and according to CoinMarketCap the token trades about 95% below its 2024 high. Treat SCS and the NFTs as speculative assets whose rewards can shrink with the price.

Solcasino’s wallet-first model under a trust checklist

  • ConcernComplaint recordSeven of 17 complaints remain unresolved, covering frozen withdrawals and banned accounts, including one ban with $99,937 inside.
  • CautionPayout reliabilityRoutine payouts are mostly automatic, but withdrawals stop at about $10,000 per currency per day and manual checks take up to 24 hours.
  • ConcernVerificationID and proof of address apply above €1,250 or on risk flags, and players report reviews lasting weeks to more than ten months.
  • ConcernBonus termsThe match is paid in USDB at 50x wagering, poker and trading do not count, and low-risk play can cancel winnings.
  • ConcernSupportLive chat runs 24/7 but averages about ten minutes, was rated Bad, and frozen-withdrawal queries draw template answers.
  • PassPlayer protectionSelf-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks are all offered directly in the account settings.

Four alternatives to Solcasino

  • Shuffle — 4.7/10. Its house token feeds a weekly stablecoin lottery for stakers, and routine withdrawals run more smoothly.
  • 500 Casino — 6.6/10. Takes cards, mobile wallets and local payment methods for deposits beside crypto, with a stronger trust record.
  • Razed — 6.1/10. Instant rakeback from the first bet and a VIP ladder with personal hosts, plus a cleaner payout record.
  • BetFury — 7.1/10. An audited house token with its own staking pool, backed by a far stronger trust and payout record.

Solcasino FAQ

Is Solcasino licensed, and who operates it?

Solcasino.io is run by Three Gaming Limitada of Costa Rica and licensed offshore by the Tobique Gaming Commission in Canada. The people behind it are not named publicly. It has no connection to the fiat site sol.casino. An offshore Tobique licence gives players little leverage in a dispute, and the casino bars the US, the UK and many European countries.

How fast does Solcasino pay out?

Payouts range from minutes for automatic requests to a day for anything flagged for manual handling, and SOL lands almost immediately once sent. The real delays come from document reviews on withdrawals over €1,250, which players say have lasted weeks or months, so verify early and keep each daily withdrawal under the roughly $10,000 per-currency cap.

Can I play at Solcasino without KYC?

You can register with just an email or a wallet and play without documents, and some players never get asked. Once you try to withdraw more than €1,250, or a risk check fires, you will need ID and proof of address, sometimes with a selfie. Anonymity is never guaranteed.

What wagering applies to the Solcasino bonus?

The match of up to 360% comes in USDB and must be turned over 50 times, with your own deposit used up first. Poker and trading bets do not count, and an unfinished requirement wipes both bonus and winnings. Cautious play patterns can also be treated as low-risk play, which lets the casino cancel winnings.

What is the dormant-account rule at Solcasino?

After 12 months without activity, an account holding money is charged €10 a month. Casino.guru also flags terms that let the casino annul balances on accounts idle for under four years and confiscate them after 24 to 36 months. Withdraw your balance before taking a long break.

Are Solcasino games provably fair?

Only the in-house titles. Dice, Crash, Plinko and the other Originals can be checked after each round, and the on-chain lottery is verifiable as well. The 3,000-plus studio slots and the Evolution and Pragmatic live tables use each provider’s certified random number generator, so their RTP has to be checked in the game’s own information screen.

Should I buy SCS to get more from Solcasino?

Nothing requires it. SCS staking pays variable USDC returns after a 2% entry fee and with half of each payout delayed by a month, while the token sits around 95% below its 2024 peak. Rakeback and VIP rewards work without holding any. Buying a casino’s token adds price risk on top of gambling risk.

Should you trust Solcasino with a big Solana win?

Solcasino is a capable wallet-first casino with a dispute record that makes large balances risky. Direct play from Phantom or MetaMask, 25-plus coins without platform fees, automatic payouts and rakeback every 30 minutes make small, frequent sessions convenient. The same platform holds a Low Safety Index of 4.6/10 from Casino.guru, seven unresolved complaints, a Trustpilot score of 1.8/5 and terms that allow dormant balances and low-risk winnings to be confiscated.

If you play small amounts in SOL, verify early and cash out regularly, the speed is real. If a single win could pass €1,250 or you plan to leave funds idle, the KYC threshold and dormant-balance rules point to BetFury or Razed, whose payout records are stronger.
